I came to Weston Kia looking to get out of my sport utility vehicle and into something smaller and more fuel efficient. Dee Long was my sales person and she was very helpful in finding me the right car for my budget! I went in open to all options and Dee found me a barely used all leather interior hybrid with a moon roof! I'm so happy with my car and the milege I'm getting. I have purchased a few cars from Weston Kia and they always treat me right. Thanks Dee and Weston Kia!

Great customer service. Inquiry sent at 11pm and got the response before 9am the next day. Quoted with the lowest price comparing all other dealers and I done with my car buying on the same day before 2pm. The best car buying experience I have had. They definitely done a great job without playing games!

Art Harrison is the best and outstanding salesman that you have I will only buy from him. He is exceptional salesman in that he is not pushy or in a hurry to get the sale over. He is also very patient and caring he is a real asset to Weston Kia. I have delt with salesman that are pushy, won't take the word no or just let me look and make my mind up to which car to buy. I was treated with respect, kindness and very knowledgeable people, particularly my sales person, Jennifer Pierce-Kimmons. They ALL have the desire AND willingness to go the extra mile for you, no matter what the situation.Normally I despise sales people - I'm 63, and this is the first dealership I've ever dealt with (including Lexus), where I felt NO PRESSURE AT ALL to just "LOOK". When they say it's a Family Atmosphere, it TRULY is !!!I'm lucky I found them!

My experience was so Incredibly good, Last May I bought my first new car from Weston KIA and absolutely loved the entire experience, Terri Brewer helped me far beyond just a purchase. I am now building my credit and was recently after only 10 months able to trade in my 2015 model for the 2016 with lower monthly payments and in my estimation a very fair deal. Her encouragement, patience and humor made everything work out just perfectly. I have not had any issues with the service dept, they have always been courteous, have completed the work with efficacy and competence. I recommend this dealership. They are the best.

Michael fosnot is AWESOME my first time ever buying a guy and my families 3rd time buying a car at Weston he got me into a 2014 forte with only 1600 miles on it ! Upgraded from a 1994 ranger. Luke in finance was awesome too shaved 3000 dollars off the price and 50 dollars off my monthly payment!

First, the people we worked with were amazing, and second, the 2016 Optima SXTurbo we bought is by far the most exciting and well built car I have ever owned. Michael Motzer our sales rep really really knows his stuff, both about Kia products and also the industry. He was welcoming, intriguing, and instrumental in our selection of the best fit for our needs. A shout out also to Luke Caldwell the Finance Manager, as he was the most pleasant and competent finance guy we've ever encountered. Indeed, he went the extra mile and improved upon our loan terms even after we had already agreed to a deal with another lender, which saved us thousands in the long run. I am so in love with being a car owner now. All thanks to Terri Brewer at Weston KIA and all the team there. I was treated fairly and I went in not knowing what it would be like to buy a new car from a dealership, I have to admit the entire thought was intimidating, However it was so much fun, not to mention the fact that when it came down to serious business they were extremely patient and kind. I was shopping for a 2010 Honda Insight and completed an on-line referral form to purchase a car. Lorrie was one of the best auto salespeople I ever worked with. At first, she said that they had the car that I was looking for, but it may not qualify for the financing I had prearranged. She asked if I was interested in a new car and I advised her that I was looking for a hybrid and that the Honda Insight fit my needs, but that I would consider a new car if it would fit in my budget. Lorrie came back and said that the Honda Insight they had was approved for the financing I had pre-arranged and that she would bring the car over for a test drive. When I saw the car, I knew that it was exactly what I was looking for. The car had virtually all the bells and whistles that I could ever want, including a navigation system, hands free mobile access as well as a connection for a laptop. The car was also equipped with all weather mats throughout. Plus, the car was the color that I preferred. Lorrie did not apply high pressure or any other sales tricks. She said that I was one of the easiest customers to work with since I knew exactly what I wanted. We completed the transaction and I left with the car I wanted. If you are looking for customer service, Lorrie is the person to see.

I called after seeing an ad on the internet, My salesman was Mike Crane. I had a trade in that they gave me a fair price for right off the bat, no insulting low ball offers, which was refreshing and I even got cash back.The owner came out to meet me, and the next time I went out to pick up my check I was introduced to the service people. Westons service dept in ranked #1 in the nation, and its clear to see why.They even kept my 12 year old Grandsons intertained, One of the sales guys said "Every childs first time to a dealship should be a good experience." Overall it was a very good day, and I have told everyone I know about it.
