One day I was driving my car and all of the sudden, the tranny went. I have only ever purchased Saturn's previously and had no clue what to even get. I started looking and came to Whitmoyer where I met Brandon Thomas. I was nervous as I had my car since 2004 and wasn't sure of what get. My credit was not great and that worried me as well. Brandon helped me get into a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu that I absolutely love with a payment that I can live with. Brandon totally went above and beyond I feel and was treated so well. I actually had fun buying my car and I thank Brandon for the great care he takes with his customers. I felt comfortable with my decision and I have an amazing and very comfortable used car with a warranty to boot! Anyone looking to buy a car here at Whitmoyer, if you haven't, stop in and talk to them! You might just find yourself driving out with an amazing car at a good price and such a great experience while doing so. I know I did. Brandon took a very stressful time for me and made it a fun and exciting one. Thank you so much for all of your help Brandon!!

I have been to many dealerships throughout my years but one thing was apparent when I went for the first time to Whitmoyer. Upon meeting Brandon Thomas I got this feeling that this dealership was more then just about selling cars, it was about developing a friendship that would continue beyond the sales process. The entire encompassing environment gives one the feeling that this indeed is a friendly dealership that speaks to your needs and is willing to work with you. I would encourage anyone who is looking to upgrade their current vehicle to give Whitmoyer a visit either before or after you visit another dealership but definitely before you finalize your deal anywhere else. Friendly atmosphere, fantastic service and did I mention free car washes for life! I have purchased multiple vehicles from Brandon and look forward to my next purchase with him. By the way I also have to mention that their Ford Sales manager Brian is a great guy and I have to give a shout out to Lance who is their voice of wisdom.

I just bought a new car and had it a week before I had to take it back, had to fight with the service department to fix it got it back and now the front end makes this god awful sound! So I had to take it back yet AGAIN and I am fighting with them AGAIN to fix it! My salesman Lance lied to my face and the service department is full of people you don't know what they are doing! NEVER again would I ever buy a car from these DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE people and I would NEVER recommend this place to my friends or family! WORST mistake ever buying my car from this place

We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium Hybrid which we ordered through Mike Costa. We previously bought a 2010 ford Fusion Hybrid from Mike and he made over 100 phone calls to find the exact car we wanted at that time. When we decided to get a new hybrid, I contacted several dealerships for pricing and we decided to go with Mike because we felt very comfortable with him. Mike shared a lot of insight for items we should consider in our decision making process to make sure we were making the right decision for us, and he kept us informed all along the way. When we picked the car up, Mike was on vacation and made sure Lance Patton had all the information and knew the background on our car. Lance was very patient and told us about the changes between our 2010 model and the 2015 and demonstrated everything we needed to know. The title prep was all completed before our arrival and the entire process was as smooth as we expected. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, as we've never been disappointed with the information, treatment or results we received from them.

My 2013 Fusion is the 5th car we've purchased from Whitmoyer and I won't go anywhere else! I am very happy with my Fusion. At Whitmoyer customer service is always a priority. Lance Patton, our salesman has always treated us fairly. I've bought cars at other area Ford dealers and always felt like I was just another sale. At Whitmoyer I was not pressured to buy, nor was I coaxed into a warranty/extra I did not want. The service department is also excellent. I have never been disappointed with their service. Other area Ford dealerships cannot compare to Whitmoyer's service. I know!

I've now purchased 4 vehicles from Whitmoyer, 3 Fords and 1 Chevrolet. I went back because Lance Patton was my salesman and he deals with us in a very fair manner. I purchased all 4 vehicles from Lance and will probably buy my 5th from him too! He's a top notch guy, that I trust! The service dept. is always great to deal with and now am on both the Chevy side and the Ford side of the counter. Ian and Rich keep my Fords running and Bob and Chris the Chevy. They have always been professional and respectful to me. The waiting area is even nice, with coffee and donuts. It's a great dealership and that's why I drive 35 miles from my home. It's worth it!

When I decided to trade in the "old" for a "new". I wanted to deal locally, which meant a stop at Whitmoyers. I had done my homework on picking a good new car and narrowed my search to a Buick. There were quite a few sedans to choose from and I e-mailed Whitmoyer of my interest in checking out the Buicks on their lot. Mike quickly e-mailed to set up an appointment and Matt filled in when Mike was off. They were friendly and knowledgable, answereing my numerous questions, and being so very patient with me. I finally settled on a Ford Taurus because I could easily throw my golf clubs in the trunk without any problems. Thank you Mike and Matt for a stress free shopping adventure. You guys are the best. No hassle, no pressure, lots of patience. I love the Ford Taurus and look forward to the times I must take the car in for service. I hope the service will be just as great as the purchasing of the car. I still like the Buick and it rides like velvet but the trunk sold me on the Taurus.

We have purchased two cars from here ~ new Chevy Impala and a used Dodge Neon. The salesmen were very helpful and pleasant to us. The service department has been outstanding throughout the years, explaining anything that was needed to be repaired. While waiting for the oil change, inspection or repairs to be done ~ there is a very clean and comfortable room with coffee pot on, soft drinks and goodies to enjoy during your wait. Most friendly staff who appreciates the business given to them. Definitely recommend Whitmoyer Auto Group!

I tried really hard to like this dealer as I own a classic ford mustang that I give the best maintenance possible and Whitmoyer location is pretty convenient for me but after the third attempt I just gave up on it.The first time I took my car to this dealer I was following my Ford maintenance schedule to lubricate twice per year "all hinges, checks, latches and all outside key locks". So I went to this dealer and asked for that. When I picked up the car it was after hours and was too dark to check the job but the following day I realized they had done a terrible job. The door hinges were "lubricated" with something that sprayed some white grease all over the place. It was pretty messy. No lubrication whatsoever was done to the hood latch and hinges. I ended up using the extra grease stuck to the door sides to lubricate the hood hinges and latch myself.The second time I took my car to this dealer was because the passenger window was a bit loose and would roll up too high (so that the door would not shut, and the window will bulge out and not up where it should go when I shut the door). When I called the dealer, Ian said he had never heard of that before but he would check it (but when I called my former dealer in San Diego he said that was a very common problem with this model and even there was a service procedure from Ford about this). The service tech called me later and explained all that was needed to repair my window. It was a bit pricey but I was willing to pay for it only because I was told by the service tech that I would have a 12 month warranty on this job. When I picked up my car (again after hours) I checked the window and it was not loose anymore but still rolled up too high. I called the dealer again and they asked me to take the car back. Later on Ian called me and said the whole thing needed to be replaced and wanted roughly $400+ for that. I argued that this was under warranty but he never honored that and on top of that, they charged me almost $100 for the "diagnostic". What a rip off! I promised myself never to go back to that dealer, unfortunately when I got home I realized that the door panel had been put back incorrectly and was cracked in a corner as a result. So I had to go back and wait about 2 hours for them to attach it properly. Did they replaced my cracked panel or even apologize for it? Nah. Yes, people in this dealership are very nice and you get coffee and donuts while you wait. If all you need is a change of oil this dealer may work for you, but if you need anything more complex, save yourself some trouble and take your car to other dealership!Update: Whitmoyer Auto Group responded to my review (below) saying that I went back to the dealership and gave them a second chance but that is not true (though they did contact me). Be warned: A reply with lies tells you more about this dealer than my whole review above.

I did not end up buying a car from them because I couldn't get anything me and my wife could agree on to work with our family, but the dealer was very professional, they had everything priced, they had a nice selection but not something I could commit too. I didn't feel as if I was being lied to, best car shopping expierience I have ever had. Brandon is a great car salesman and I wish I could have bought a car from him, very possible I will if they find something in the near future

Found a used BMW on line at Whitmoyer. Had some qualms about interior condition before visit, but Mike Costa took additional photos and emailed them to me which showed favorably. Decided to drive the 45 miles to see the car, and I was glad I did. Both Mike and Matt were professional and courteous, and the buying experience was a pleasant one. An issue at delivery that required out-of-stock parts was handled very well. A service tech was kept after hours to accommodate me, and I drove away a happy customer. Hightly recommend!

Kudos to Mike and Matt in the Internet Department! I purchased a preowned BMW, and it was a pleasure working with both of them. Courteous, friendly, and straightforward, they made buying the car a positive experience. Though this car was not one that they often see, they did everything possible to answer my questions and fulfill my wishes. At delivery, I discovered a glitch that was no fault of theirs, and the issue was handled with aplomb and with a high level of professionalism. They promised a fix after the purchase, and delivered on it; one cannot ask for more than that. Prior to this purchase, I had no idea that Whitmoyer Auto even existed, as I live 40+ miles away; it's now on my radar. Keep up the good work!

The salesman was great,and the facility was nice. After a little negotiating, we agreed on a good price, and I bought the vehicle. I am taking the unusual step of recommending the internet sales team that I worked with at Whitmoyer. Mike and Matt were very responsive and very knowledgable, including how to maximize the manufacturer rebates. (Not all the dealers did this, which is why I am mentioning this point.) They were able to secure very good financing solutions and provided us with all the information we requested on 2012 vs. 2013 alternatives, for both purchase financing and leasing. They ended-up with the most competitive deal.

Very pleasant to work with. Sought to find the exact vehicle I wanted. Covered all the buttons, controls, and gadgets completely. Helped to set up the sync systems and covered all the advantages and programs that it provided. Set up appointments for added protection purchased and delivered the loaner car. Made sure I was completely comfortable with the entire car from nose to tail top to bottom. Ensured I could get the 0% financing with the financing that best fit me. Went so far as to offer to pick me up at my house to get my new car. The team told me to call them any time if any questions or concerns came up afterward. I appreciated all the work that went into making my purchase as smooth as possible and to the point, what I wanted and not push what I was not looking for my way.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Doug in service. We brought our land rover in for service and a big problem with the drive shaft was discovered. Doug was so caring and friendly--even listened to my crying on the phone about the $5500 bill!:) Doug put us in a 'loaner' car for the full two months that it took to fix the car and work out all the problems. I was helped by Mr. Beaver within minutes of being at the dealership and he was able to help me into the perfect vehicle for myself and my family. He answered all the necessary questions I needed answered before buying the vehicle. Also I was able to take as much time necessary to drive the vehicle and be sure it was everything he promised me. Matt was very appropriately dressed and overly professional to me and my fiance. Overall a very smooth and simple procedure in buying a car that I have no qualms with. In our attempt to lease 2 Ford Fusions for our sons, we visited several dealers in the Harrisburg area but were not pleased with their sales tactics. Ultimately we traveled about 25 miles from home to Whitmoyer and the trip proved to be worth the effort. Everything was handled promptly and with exceptional courtesy. There was no nonsense in the price discussions - everything was disclosed up front. Eric Koser and Brian Misavage were friendly and straightforward. We had fairly specific requests regarding the cars we wanted - 2 Fusion Sports in Tuxedo Black. They located the cars we wanted (which other dealers were unwilling to do) and had them transported to Whitmoyer Ford within a couple of days. The paperwork was handled effortlessly. The entire shopping and delivery experience was a pleasure. We'll be back when the leases are up on these two cars. If you are in the area and looking for a Ford dealership I doubt you could do better than Whitmoyer.

I bought my Focus at Whitmoyer Ford. I love my car! They are honest and if are looking to be treated right, look no further. Their service dept. is really great too. Free car washes any time i want. Things like that separate them from anyone else in my opinion. After the sale is where they have shined the brightest! Mike was like no other salesman I've ever dealt with before. No pressure, knew his product inside and out, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction before and since I bought my car. Curt was great with the paperwork and took the time to explain everything to me. Also, Ian in service is so friendly too! BUY FROM WHITMOYER!!

When Mike called and asked me to rate Whitmoyer Auto Group here, I replied that it would be my pleasure! I bought my Escape Hybrid last year from Mike. It was so refreshing to deal with Whitmoyer's. Mike made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. He still calls and checks up on me and my Escape. I also use them for service. I get free oil changes and they wash my car every time it's in. Doug and Ian are very friendly, trustworthy and professional. Their waiting lounge is gorgeous. I take my laptop and use the free wi-fi. They make a great pot of coffee too! I've gotten a free update to my SYNC system too which I absolutely love. I've used the detailing department twice now and they make my car look brand new each time. I've sent several girlfriends from church and my knitting group in to see Mike and they rave just like me. Whitmoyer's is honest, thorough, and they excel at every level of customer service. I'll never go anywhere else!

I bought my new Ford Escape from Mike Costa at Whitmoyer Ford..what a genuinely "nice" guy...not at all your typical salesperson. It actually felt like I was dealing with a friend throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about him, as well as the service department. I just had my first oil change, and the guys in Service were just as great to deal with as Mike was. I've had a couple of follow-up phone calls from Mike, also...no sales gimmicks...just checking in to make sure I was happy with my purchase.I would most certainly recommend Whitmoyer (and Mike!) to my friends and my family, and he will definitely have my business for any cars my family buys in the future!!

Everyone from start to finish provided outstanding customer service. From our first inquiry and subsequent communication on the internet, we were treated in a pleasant and professional manner. The internet salesperson was very prompt in responding to all questions and did a thorough job in providing information prior to our visit. We were then set up with an appointment with an on-site salesperson. We were out of town and the saleperson even called to introduce himself and make sure we had directions. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of the sale. We met several other members of the team including Mr. Whitmoyer and everyone was enjoyable to work with. We have worked with many car dealerships and Whitmoyer Auto distinguished themselves in all aspects of their business. We would highly recommend them to others both via the internet and in person.

Over torqued lug nuts as well as damaged lug nuts during a routine inspection. Brought this to Ian's attention (Ford Service Manager), but Ian pretty much blew me off. My rear brakes were low and did not pass inspection, so decided to do the job myself. I had to use a breaker bar and my full weight (185 lbs) to break the lug nuts free. If I had to use the equipment in the vehicle to change a flat tire, I would have NEVER been able to remove the tire. Also, the lug nuts were all rounded and marked up. My back ground is a Mechanical Engineer (I also have a two year automotive degree) and I work on all my vehicles (Replacing breaks, changing oil, tire rotations, etc). The fact that the service center did not even offer an apology for my experience tells me that they do not give a darn.
