I saw a car on their website that I was interested in and emailed wide world. Nicole got back to me quickly. I drove from Connecticut because it was the exact same car and color I was looking for. It ended up to be very clean and exactly like the pictures. Nicole was very accommodating as well. I purchased the car and I’m very satisfied. Thank you so much Nicole!

As soon as I walked in the door Nicole greeted me and assisted me right away. She showed me the car I came in for, took me on a test drive and I was so happy with the process. Pretty easy and quick, I called my insurance company and I drove away within the next hour . Nicole definitely knows what she is doing and is very honest about everything. You can blindly trust this dealer when shopping and buying a car. I bought my first car and I did exactly what everyone says not to do, buy unseen. But I was away and they had what I wanted. Nicole and Jonathan were so incredibly helpful on the phone and so forth coming with all information. I put down a deposit and came to get the car several weeks later. The car is amazing. They worked with me on every detail trying to get my new car to another state .They never ever tried to get extra money out of me , nothing was too much trouble , always available and super friendly . Even after the sale was done and complete, they were still there for me with any questions and helped me in every possible way. I do not ever write reviews but being somebody who bought her first car and having read so many horror stories about dealers and scammers etc , I'm forever grateful I found my car with Nicole and Jonathan and David . The best experience and an amazing car that is running perfect. I've put 3000 miles on in 3 weeks and it's smooth as it can ever be. Thank you , Nicole, you are amazing and I appreciate you more than I can say. If you need a car, this is where you should go. No bs.

Was not impressed at all. The guy on the phone was cool but when I got to the dealership no one wanted to help me. To top it off they wouldn't give me the deal I seen online. Good luck.

Both David and the other guy(i think his name is mark) were great. Mark was exceptional wt dealing wt my concerns,he was very hillarious and showed care. I would nt hesitate to go bk to you guys again. Kudos to you all !!!! Overall a very friendly set of guys...

I have no credit, and my co signer has bad credit. I still walked out with a 2005 Infiniti G35X. The process has been long due to road blocks on my end, but David and Nicki remained patient and were not a hassle at all. They made me feel welcome, and I lopve how they treated me. The car needs a couple of repairs but I called wide world to let them know, and they told me to bring the car in and they would get it all worked out. Great people! After the car gets it repairs, I would have it for many years to come. Thanks so much Wide World!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Before going to Wide World I checked out two other dealerships and found myself having horrible experiences. I was buying my daughter her first car and needed a lot of help pleasing the both of us. The staff at Wide World took all the time in the world with us. They showed us patience, curtosey and knowledge. I am more than pleased with the way we were taken car of. My daughter and I are both happy with the choice we made and I can definitely see myself purchasing another car for my son when it's time. Thank You, Wide World .. see you soon !!
