We drove 2 hours to get to the dealership. I did a lot of research online before calling for an appointment and I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted when I got there. Tim greeted us as if we were family and we left there with a hug! He took his time with us, explaining everything. The head of the finance department helped us because they were short-staffed that day. He treated us like family also! He even beat the interest rate that I had been pre-approved for with my credit union! We drove away with a "brand new" 2015 Jeep Renegade with ONLY 148 miles!!!!!! New vehicle for a used vehicle price!!!!!! I have already recommended this dealership to 2 people in 2 days and will continue to do so.

It's hard to find a salesman that makes you feel comfortable when buying a car. The radio waves are filled with ads that promise the "best car sales experience around." Often that is just another shinny lure the industry uses to reel us in. Not so with Justin. He wasn't pushy. He respected my time (I told him I hardly had any, so we needed to be quick) so he gave me quick explanations and didn't employ useless Jedi mind tricks to try to keep me in the door longer. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. When I told him I was considering a competitors' F-150 or Silverado, he didn't rip apart those trucks. He stood confident beyond Dodge Ram, but in the end admitted, their all great trucks. He is honest. He didn't blow smoke in my face that I would have easily have seen through, just to try to win my business. I would highly recommend Dodge Ram 1500. I LOVE driving it! But more than that (it is, after all, just another great truck amongst others) I would recommend working with Justin. There's satisfaction knowing I got both a great truck and gave business to a hardworking, honest car salesman.

Our family was in the market for a car and stopped at Wilde to look at a few options. We met with Scott Hytry who treated us with respect and honesty. I told him that we were interested in a few different models but we needed to see what would fit our family the best. He provided us with a few options for test drives and then gave us time to talk without being "pushy". We told him that the charger fit our needs, but it would have to be very clean with lower miles. 2 days later he called me and said, "I think I found the car that fits all of your requirements". I stopped and looked at the car on a Friday afternoon and he was absolutely correct. The car he located was the perfect color, had the correct options and was extremely clean. Saturday morning we went to Wilde and test drove the car. 2 hours later we owed a very clean, well maintained, well optioned Charger R/T. Best of all we were treated very well. I was purchasing my 2nd Jeep and had been looking for some time and visited other dealers. I knew from the time I walked in, I had found the right place to purchase from. The dealership was spotless, and I was greeted with people who actually seemed glad I was there to spend my hard earned money. And yes I did not get that experience at some other dealerships. Guy Junk was athe sales man whom I was fortunate to get. From the time we met, all the way through the time I drove out with my brand new Jeep, he was professional, well informed. Helped me thought all my options to meet my needs. When it's time for another Jeed, I would request to work with Guy again. Rhonda Rendon who handled getting all the financing and paperwork together was also fantastic. They were short staffed due to someone being out sick. However she informed us about that and apologized for the wait, most important she did not "rush" me through anything. It was an over great service experience.

quite honestly I hate the car buying experience yet I buy/trade my car about every two years. Upon the recommendation of a client of mine, I went to Wilde with little to no expectations. Jose was our sales rep and meeting him he instantly puts you at ease. The way he talks, laughs and his ability to listen and hear what you have to say definitely put the whole process in a NO pressure zone. The selection of SUV at the waukesha dealer was outstanding and we quickly picked one I liked. The sale was made and Jose was outstanding through the process, but this gets better. A few days into my new used jeep I notices a vibration in the steering at high higher speeds, being that that car was only a week new to me I emailed the Gen Mng Pete. He responded instantly and said he would have Jose call me. which he did and got me in within days and fixed the small issues only having to wait about an hour in the service department... To me that speaks Volumes as to what kind of dealership Wilde is and to Jose for being Amazing.. Thank you have a life long customer...

Our sales representative was Douglas Rodriguez, who from the beginning was a very professional, informative Sales Representative. He took his time with us showing all the features of the vehicle even BEFORE we committed to purchase. He wanted to give us a "Full Service" buying experience. There was no pressure to purchase and financing was easy and delivery of the vehicle was almost instant! Very pleased with the pricing of the vehicle and the dealership not trying to take advantage of us. We had a pretty good idea what we were looking for in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and went to the dealership in our area with the widest on hand selection to check out engine options and other detailed amenities. From the moment we walked in the door I knew we were not in a normal dealership. we were NOT besieged by a dozen blood thirsty sales people all clamoring for our attention while reaching for our wallets...We were greeted kindly and courteously by the staff as we walked through the showroom and eventually the Sales Manager came over and asked if he could help us in any way. We explained what we trying to learn about models and options and he thoughtfully paired us with Jeffrey Beamon, a number one ranked Salesman. Jeffrey brought various models to the front door, making sure they were warmed up and ready for test drives. Josh Rose came over near the end of our visit to help us clarify our decisions especially as they related to powertrain options and then volunteered his personal cell number to call him on his day off if necessary.2 days later the decision was made, Jeff & Josh having done most of the hard work for us and then we met Omar in finance to help decide on which protection and payment plans best fit our needs.Overall an incredibly satisfying buying decision and it was truly a pleasure working with such professionals.

Leary of online pictures he did a walk around on the vehicle we were interested in and called me back with a condition report and car fax. I really had a great experience at Wilde dealership. Doug, my sales person, was really helpful and made me comfortable from the very start. He gave me his honest opinion when i asked and he was never ever pushy. I told him straight up about my budget and he worked around it to the best that he can. Since early February, we have purchased two new Jeeps through Justin: a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (purchased February 2015) and a 2015 Jeep Wrangler (2-door, purchased June 2015). My wife also owns a 2011 Jeep Wrangler )4-door) - so we are now a 3-Jeep family! (And, you should know, it's just my wife and I - all the kids are grown and on their own.) All three Jeeps were purchased via Wilde. Obviously, we would not have done so if not for the wonderful experience and fair treatment we have had.Why the latest (#3) Jeep?Well, I'm getting older - so I sold my Harley Ultra. Too many nuts out there with driver's licenses. But I still wanted the "fun factor"- and the 2-door Jeep Wrangler provides that in spades. 6-speed, open-air experience, cool to look at (ours is Firecracker Red with two removable tops) with the chrome grill and other chrome accents. VERY cool! We had to order it - but it only took four weeks to get delivery.Can't say enough about our experience!

I have been looking for a Dodge Challenger RT or Scat Pack, this was the only dealership that actually had what they said they had. The others would tell you they had the car you wanted only to find out when you arrived they did not have the car you wanted, then they would try to sell you something you didn't want. I spoke with Christopher Schaefer and he told me he had what I was looking for. When I arrived he had one of the cars ready for me to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and I ended up buying the car I wanted. He suggested a B5 blue Challenger RT, I have had two red challengers in the past and really liked the Redline, but after seeing this car I was sold. Thank-you for all your efforts in making my car buying experience a great one.

In our 21st Century American society, it's often hard to get from Point A to Point B without some form of personal transportation. I discovered the reality of this last Monday, April 6. The engine on my 2001 Dodge Intrepid, suffering an oil leak for over a month, finally failed. Without a car, I got on my bicycle and rode the 12 miles to work. After work that afternoon, I rented a car to provide temporary transportation. My search for a replacement car began immediately. On Tuesday, I went to the Used Car section of the Wilde dealership to look for a pre-owned car. [It was across from where I rented my car and so it was convenient to begin my Tuesday search there. I was looking for something cheap, low-mileage and low mpg. I didn't have a concern about specific make or model. Bob N. from your dealership took the time with me to find the perfect vehicle which met these criteria: a 2005 Buick Century. The dealership was also able to provide financing for me in monthly payments that fit well into my budget. After several round trips to work and a couple excursions to dine out, I am more relaxed now knowing that I, again, have reliable transportation. In the mean time, my bicycle is in the trunk of my 2005 Buick awaiting a Sunday afternoon ride - this time for pleasure.

The wife and I were not looking to buy a car when we walked into the dealership. We just wanted to see what was available. Joshua was working with a another couple but he came over, introduced himself, gave us keys for a test drive and went back to the other couple. He worked with both couples and sold both couples a vehicle. He apologized for having to juggle both customers but we were in no hurry and enjoyed watching him hustle to make both couples happy. His easy demeanor and non "pushy car salesman" salesmanship won us over. We have been buying cars for 35 years and Joshua is the best car salesman we have ever worked with. I will definitely recommend him to other friends and family. Thanks for the easy, painless experience.

I Always wanted a Jeep wrangler since High school. So my wife and I went shopping. We started out looking at used Jeeps and after a horrible deal gone bad at Russ Darrow, We went to Wilde of Waukesha, and WOW!! what a difference. The team and atmosphere at Wilde was very inviting, the salesmen at Wilde are not only friendly but they know what there selling. So if you have any questions they'll have the answer. We ordered a Jeep Sahara with all the bells and whistles, the color of the Jeep is anvil. It came in the day before Christmas, only 5 weeks from the day we ordered it, that was a big surprise for Christmas. This has to be the worst car dealership on the planet. Ended up not buying the car and still almost three weeks later waiting for my $50 cash deposit back. Nothing but a runaround and won't even give cash back. Need to wait for a check in the mail. For such a high volume dealer you'd think they could swing paying back $50. If I were you I'd take the advice of josh the manager. "I don't care if you buy here or not". Guess I wont and hopefully no one else does either.

We purchased a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Van. Beautiful car. I wanted a red one, but the one they had on their lot (limited) was way to expensive for us to get financing on. Our salesman Jeff Beamon was terrific during the whole process, and got us into a silver touring model with almost as many options. He worked at getting us financing which took a couple days. We worked with Chris Schaefer to lease a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was an all around fantastic experience. We called ahead of time to explain what model and colors we were looking for, and what price quotes we had received from other dealerships. He also helped us get a great deal on our trade in to make the deal more compelling. We came in that evening and he was able to find the exact car we wanted and beat the price of other dealerships. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, very genuine, not pushy, and extremely knowledgable about the car. Since it was the last day of the month the processing of the lease took a little bit longer than expected, but Chris continued to check on us and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend working with Chris, we wish he sold more car brands because we would love to work with him again. The dealership was also very well run, clean, great customer service, and had a lot of inventory on the lot. Overall great experience.

We purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Beautiful car. I wanted a red one because if I have to drive a mini van (which I thought was for old people or people with kids) I at least wanted one with a pretty color. They found one which happened to be on the way to the dealership. They didn't try to talk me into one that was on the lot. I told them what I wanted, and they respected that. I worked with Justin Petrie. Very very nice man. When I picked up the car, he took his time to show me how everything worked. He didn't rush me with the paperwork. The perfect type of salesman I like to work with. Knew everything about the car, didn't push on things I didn't want. An all around very nice guy. I also worked with Pet Erkkila, the General Manager. He is another super nice guy. I would recommend that people buy a car from this dealership.

Took my new minivan in for remote start when I pick it up there is scratches all over drivers into the paint side they agree to fix it it take 5 days I go to pick it up today the scratches are still there they only put clear coat over it. I tell them I need a minivan in the mean time for my kids they give me a didfe ram pick up truck. Definitely would never recommend this place

The experience at Wilde Dodge Ram from beginning to end met all of my expectations, and I would feel comfortable recommending a friend or relative to the dealership to do business. Scott Hytry was my salesman and he made the entire process smooth and easy. I found the vehicle I was interested in online, and with being located over 2 hrs from the dealership, I wanted to be sure that by the time I was able to get there to look at the car, that it would still be available. Scott told me what I needed to do in order for this to happen. I asked him if he could take a look at the car both inside an out which he did. When I got there, the car was in better condition than I had expected. Completing the deal went without a hitch. At first I was a little hesitant to make a purchase from a dealer out-of-town, but because of honest sales reps, and the way Wilde Dodge Ram values customers, I am glad I chose to make the purchase from them. We recently purchased a vehicle from Wilde Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler. We had way more pro's then con's but there were a few issues worth mentioning to people looking into this dealership. Pros: Our sales consultant Matt E was awesome! He was so kind and didn't make you feel like he was pushing you into purchasing anything. He took time to get ask the right questions and was easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend him to friends and family and would definitely come back to buy another vehicle from him. We also did a lot of research and found that Wilde had the best most competitive prices on multiple vehicles on their lot. They were also willing to negotiate down unlike some of the others in the area like Griffin Ford of Waukesha. Cons: We used outside financing and when we met with Brent the Asst. Finance Director we were treated very coldly. We know that he probably makes his commission on selling finance and other packages and we very kindly declined. He acted annoyed and got an attitude with us about scheduling our final meeting with him to sign paper work with our check. We were very disappointed in his rude behavior after having dealt with Matt who was so much the opposite.Overall: We would come back to Wilde and were appreciative of our wonderful sales consultant and the fair price on our vehicle.

Sales Rep Paul Renning was very effective in making the purchase experience painless without the usual multiple back and forth negotiations where the rep runs back for higher level approval. Quick agreement on price was achieved and there was little wait time for the managerial price approval or the actual financing paperwork. In a matter of about 3 hours which included a test drive we drove away from the dealer with a new car. Also, this transaction included a trade in of a 2011 Equinox where we thought an excellent trade-in value was secured.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and when I drove the car home I noticed things wrong with it I did notice at the time of the test drive. When I contacted them they said they would look at it and I would have to pay half the service cost if something needed to be fixed. Well after a bunch of running around I take my vehicle back and they claim to have found nothing wrong with the car, after some time I found the problem and ended up fixing it myself. Not going to trust that service department to wash my windows let alone fix a car since they couldn't even figure out the problem I was having. Now I am having more issues with this car and inquired about getting my car back, Salesman apologized and said they would do "anything" to make me happy, as long as that was to trade this vehicle I just bought from them and buy the car I traded into them, basically not doing anything to make the customer happy, just adding more to their wallets. They won't even cut me a break on prices or values to help the situation. I will never go to this dealership ever again, and I would suggest you all be aware of the shadiness that this place runs under.

Recently I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wilde. The dealership itself is nice, except for the ridiculous lack of parking for customers. Jeff Beamon was a good salesman. I was pretty satisfied with this deal, as far as price. Although we had to make an appointment for delivery, it took 2 1/2 hrs before it was all done. The lease mileage was incorrect, so that was a hassle to fix. We were told we had to put some money down, until we came back to get the Jeep. This was then to be refunded. Luckily, I remembered this after we picked the Jeep up...as no one at WIlde acknowledged it. I then had to call and straighten that out. My Jeep had several electrical problems...all stemming from one malfunctioning part. Also, the alignment was off. Did I mention this was BRAND NEW? Had it been checked over, as it should have been coming from a different dealership, I would have not had to deal with this. They gave me a loaner Jeep...had to stop to get gas almost immediately and the passenger mirror was broken...therefore a hazard. Also, they never took care of switching the insurance over from my previous vehicle. I have had much better experiences elsewhere.

Recently purchased an inexpensive car for my son at school. I am certain my transaction was on the low end of money spent but felt I was treated just as well as a person buying a more expensive car. We had a few issues with the car that the dealership took care of right away with no questions asked. Car is just what we were looking for and I am confident it will run for a long time. This is the third car I have bought from this dealership and have had the same experience each time. Matt Ellingboe did a great job and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the sale.

First off I like dealing with car salesmen, unlike a lot of people. As far as I'm concerned I think Justin Petrie is one of the most down to earth salesmen I've ever met. He knew what I wanted and was willing to pay for and we went from there. He knew his product line, was well informed, and didn't try to sell me on something else or more then I wanted. In other words he wasn't too pushy. And Omar the finance guy was a great guy to work with, a little more high pressure, but that's his job and I enjoyed working with him. He really was comical. So Overall the Wilde Chrysler/Dodge/ Jeep dealer was great to work with. Now I've read other peoples reviews about Wilde and I imagine they don't like car dealers to begin with and all I say about Wilde is they're just real people trying to make a living and Wilde's people are some of the greatest and I've boughten a lot of cars in my lifetime. P.S. my wife and I came back the next day and picked up a new Jeep for her from Justin.

I have never visited a car dealership where a salesman isn't willing, or rather, pushing themselves at you to sell a vehicle. Not one, not two, but multiple salesmen ignored my husband and I when we came into Wilde to purchase a vehcile and actually told us that they were closed and to come back on Monday! We live 2 hours away from the lot!!! After speaking with the Manager, I thought he might be willing to sell us a vehicle for a price that was more than fair for a used vehicle...especially after the terrible customer service we experienced on Saturday. Boy was I mistaken!! He was only willing to budge $500 off the asking price. What an insult!!! It cost us $100 just to drive to the Wilde lot! If you're looking to BUY a vehicle, you might want to find a dealership that is in the business of SELLING! Wilde in Waukesha is NOT in the right business and may need to find a different calling!!!

The car buying experience is something I never look forward too but our salesperson made our experience a very enjoyable one. He listened to our needs and was very open about what our options were. In the end he listened to what we required in terms of car options and price to enable us to go home with a new vehicle that same day. Since the purchase the salesperson has been very helpful to not only guide us through the new features but also help close up loose ends on our trade in. We received full-scale excellent service from Wilde. We were new to the minivan market, and Jeff Beamon took the time to learn about what our needs were and worked to find an optimal fit for us. He was easy to very easy to work with, had expert knowledge, and cared a lot that we had a high quality experience. After helping us center in on the right fit, I checked out a few other dealers to see what they had to offer. I found out very quickly the difference between someone trying to sell cars and someone that cared about doing right by us. I am pleased to say that we just leased another Town and Country Van from Wilde Dodge Wilde Dodge in Waukesha, WI with exceptional service from Jeff Beamon, our salesman. He helped us three years ago lease a 2010 Town and Country. Now a 2013. Both experiences went beyond our expectations. I was able to text almost all the information to Jeff Beamon. I am unable to talk on a phone at work, but I am able to text. Evenings are out of the question, because of the limited family time we have with our children. I had texted Jeff Beamon with the exact options, color of van I wanted, and the price I wanted to lease a new van for three years. He was able to do the research immediately and get back to me with what he found on the lot at Wilde Dodge in Waukesha. He would give me a variety of vans to look at online and do the research and compare. He even sent me that photos of the window stickers posted on the vans. It was like I was in the car lot shopping, but at my convenience of my time available to to this. I did all the research off my smart phone at work on a break. Jeff was always available, jut a phone call away if I needed to talk to him. This 2013 Town and Country van is our 7th van we leased. We lease every three years (36 months). We have leased our last 6 vehicles with Wilde Dodge in Waukesha because of the competitive pricing and exceptional customer service. But mainly because of our favorite car salesman, Jeff Beamon. He goes up and beyond the expected customer service. He makes the dreaded car purchasing an enjoyable experience. He is fast and efficient. We don't have time to play games to purchase a vehicle. Jeff and Josh did a great in locating the vehicle I was wanting to buy and explaining all the equipment. They also presented me a price that was acceptable without going back and forth a number of times. Brent was very through in explaining the financing and extended warranties and completing the paperwork. The service dept. did a high quality job in the installation of the hitch. My husband and I just ran into Justin at the front door of the dealership as we were coming in to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee.He was so friendly in a casual way ( not pushy as you sometimes find at dealerships)He went out of his way to go out to a remote lot to get the exact model we were interested in so I could test drive that model.He made picking up the new vehicle equally as enjoyable. He didn't prolong our time at the dealership, since he was aware we wanted topick up the vehicle and get on with our weekend.He did a really great job on going over the Jeep's features with me. When I came to the dealership, I had done research on cars, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to buy, but knew enough about what I didn't want. Scott came and introduced himself to us, and let me talk, never talked over me, never told me what I should buy (lots of experiences with sales reps who have done that), and was patient (it was actually 5 minutes before close, and I found out later he had a dinner date that night with his wife) I test drove a few cars, and actually bought the first car I drove. Scott was fantastic and could not have made the transition better. I would buy another car from him anyday!Joey, what a trip! He was kind and funny. I came in to do all the finance paperwork on Monday and brought my children and he played with them and joked around with them as well. It made paperwork a lot easier and less distracting if it wasn't for him.Wilde is a great place to buy your next vehicle! 5 stars all around!!

They gave us a really good amount for our trade-in and they had a nice, kid-friendly waiting area when we had to sign all of the paperwork. I have seen reviews about Subaru and thought I would look into one when I need a car. Well I needed a car. We test drove 4 other SUV's in similar style and price but when I got in the Forester it "felt like home". It is a comfortable ride, easy handling. Scott was very accommodating, he said we should test drive as long as we needed to get the feel of the car. He never pressured. Answered our questions and asked his manager if he did not know the answer. Wilde seems to have a good stock of cars, with the features and color we wanted. We drove ours home same day.

Unethical work practices, employee treated customer with utmost disrespect and unprofessional-ism. Deceitful and misleading deals....go over contract with a fine tooth comb against whats discussed, Wilde's word means nothing!!! They claim they are honest and friendly and a 5-Star Dealer, not the case. Customer satisfaction is irrelevant as we were told Volume sales is there concern, which obviously means not repeat business. Recommend you purchase your vehicle anywhere else. We purchased two in the same day with deceit and dishonesty.

I had a great level of service from this dealer.....I was going to buy my car from a dealer in Illinois who was going to come to Wilde and pick up my car.....the Chicago dealer would not match the price quote I got from Wilde....which was 1800$ less. They told me Wilde was lying about the price and that it probably included incentives that I wouldn't qualify for. I drove all the way to Wilde and the sales folks at Wilde were great and helpful and got me my car. For the exact price they quoted.I am happy as can be with my dodge dart.

Justin is absolutely fantastic! Very personable! He makes every attempt to please you and helps us when working out our purchase. He sticks with you trying to find the right vehicle, keeping all his promises. He keeps in contact with you, even after the sale has been made, assuring you are pleased with the vehicle. Justin makes you feel welcomed when ever you go to the store. He greets you and walks you right out to your vehicle to see you off. If there is ever a question he gets back to you immediately. Sometimes we can't figure out all the high tech equipment; Justin is always willing to help us out. We came back to this store location just because of Justin. In our past history (just last year) we had bought a Dodge Ram Truck from him. We use to go to a competitor, but since we were so satisfied with the experience with Justin as our sales person we wanted to buy our new minivan with him as well. I contacted this dealer regarding a recall in the instrument panel where the airbag light comes on and the gauges fail to function. After checking online, I found that this issue was under recall. When I contacted service at this dealership, the gentleman mumbled and I could barely make out his name. I think it may have been James or something that sounded like it. After providing the VIN#, first the gentleman tried to tell me that the airbag module issue had already been fixed. Then I explained that the airbag module was not the issue but the instrument control panel which is listed under recall. He then told me that they would not fix this issue because the Grand Cherokee is not listed under that recall. I explained that I did not have a Grand Cherokee but a 4.0 sport listed on the recall page. Something in which this gentleman should have been aware of by the VIN#. He then mumbled and stated that just because it says one Cherokee doesn't mean that it is actually recalled on what I have. This is after I explained that it is specifically listed on the recall web site! He was combative and uncooperative. In now way would I want this kind of person or a company that would hire him to do work on my vehicle. I will attempt to try to find a dealership with quality service employees, even if I have to drive out of my way to get there.

I will be honest and say I am not a fan of walking into a dealership and having sales flock to me with questions and their sales pitch. This did not happen at Wilde and it was much appreciated. Everyone I knows perceives buying a new car from a dealer to be a pain worse than a root canal. Nick Stover of Wilde Jeep proves that that perception is not always the case. Nick did everything right. He greeted us immediately when we drove in, asked us our names and introduced himself. No sales "bullsh..." but rather offered great customer care by truthfully answering our questions about the Jeep Compass(like most people, I had done my home work and knew the right answers to the questions I asked.) More importantly, he didn't insult our intelligence, nor was he condescending. He gave us a great price on our trade ($ 1,700.00 more than their 2 competitors), and gave us the bottom line price the first time without playing "car dealer games." The price was $ 400.00 cheaper than either of the 2 competitors when comparing apples to apples (including all dealer incentives and customer credits as well as options and specifications.) Nice job Nick.

I saw the truck in an advertisement and went to take a look at it. At first glance I knew I wanted it. Scott Hytry was more than helpful throughout the whole process from test drive to giving me bags to clean out my old truck. Everyone I talked with, worked with or even passed casually in the showroom had a great attitude and answered my questions. Tim Brown my salesperson was an absolute professional. I would, and have recommended him to others! Peter in management was approachable and was understanding of my situation when my trade in died during negotiations and we had to double check that my choice was still affordable at the payment I needed.I eves dropped on many conversations and observed how others were being treated and as woman I must say there was no hint of any discrimination based on gender! FACT: Put deposit down on a new car that was supposed to be available. Wasn't. They cashed our deposit check and still have our money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this dealer unless they actually have the car on their lot. I've purchased many cars from this place over the years. NEVER AGAIN! DONE WITh THIS PLACE! Would not recommend them to anyone for the purchase of a car. They will sell you a car they don't have access to and then will hold your money.

The real answer to the above question is maybe. Depends on who all gets involved. Mike was very insulting by bringing payments back instead of price of car. we made it perfectly clear we were buying a car, not money. He also came back with an 8.9% rate indicating we must be a bad credit family. We paid cash for the car. We had remote start added to the car, to be installed by the dealer as part of the final pricing. Three different times the dealer called to tell us the car was ready for pickup and I asked is the remote starter installed, they said no, it needs to be ordered. All three times I said then the car is not ready to be picked up, do you think we are going to come in, pick up the car, and make an appointment to come back? After the third call we were called that the remote was installed and now the car was really ready to be picked up. When we picked up the car, all was very good and my wife is enjoying the car.

My father purchased a used 2011 TOYOTA Rav4 on 12-20-10. My father is old school(in his 70s) and was disappointed with the salesman from the get go; Bud. After the usual painful going back and forth on price(hours long), my father negoiated a deal he was comfortable with BUT insisted a second key be supplied as I would be driving the car too. Of course he was told that would not be a problem by the salesman. The next day he returned with a cash payment for which they still tried to convince him to finance the vehicle; again upsetting him. AND ... no 2nd key and the car was not ready to be picked up(we waited over an hour). He was given a piece of paper that said "WE OWE YOU" a key within 30 days. This was a deal breaker to him and I had to convince him to stay and move forward with the deal. Well today is 1-24-11 and guess what NO 2nd key. I called the dealership on 1-21-11 and spoke with Bud's mgr Mike as Bud was not working that day and then to Mike's mgr Pete today. Better yet I am now told the 30 day notice does not really mean 30 days for Wilde to follow thru by per Mike... and when I shared how disappointed I am in the lack of them fulfilling their promise to my father....I get cut off rudely on the phone by Mike. Oh and I just received a call back from Mike minutes ago saying he called me back on Friday - isn't that funny that my cell phone company (just double checked) shows no record of a call from this dealership nor do I. Guess honesty is not part of this dealership's customer service techniques. And looks like a road trip to a Wilde Toyota dealership is in my near future to get a 2nd key made for my father. Per Mike (moving beyond the 30 day issue) he is only trying to solve my problem and my father and I should have known we would have to do this as the key needs to be programmed. Do you think the salesman told us that? UGH. Just a horrible experience!

We actually came in looking at used cars but found a new car for only a little more than a used. Bob was very helpful and friendly with no pressure tactics. We would shop there again. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased at a wilde dealership and we have had good experineces at all of them.

I was looking for something to replace my high milage car used for business purposes. Let Bob know what I was looking for and made an appointment to stop in to the dealership. When I got there he had 3 cars pulled up by the door ready for a test drive. I bought one of them. The buying process was so easy and painless. Bob knows his stuff and has great customer service skills. I would highly recommend Bob Nebel to anyone looking for a new vehivle.

Overall, for the first time of buying a car on my own, Wilde-Dodge made it an extremely pleasant experience. Nick Stover was extremely informative and always got me the information I asked for about the car. He was patient and never made me feel rushed over the 2 weeks it took me to do the research and make my decision to buy. I felt confident that I was buying a reliable car to last me through college and was well worth the money. After the years of hearing horror stories of car dealerships and salesmen in general. Wilde-Dodge and Nick were the complete opposite! They were absolutely awesome! I will be returning to them in the future for my next car.

We had been fortunate to work with salesman David Maklary to purchase our new minivan. His customer service is outstanding. He kept in touch with us in a non-pushy manner keeping us up to date on what the rebates/incentives were each month. He gave us the time we needed to make a decision. Not once did I feel as I was being taken advantage of. I definately will be purchasing my next vehicle from David!!

Mike was a refreshing salesman when I hate shopping for cars. Mostly because I am anal about my cars and surely a difficult customer because I don't like to be pressured.Mike took the time to listen to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and showed me all the alternatives that were available for financing. He also seemed to understand what I was looking for, which is impressive in itself. Being a auto enthusiast, I usually talk way over a salesman's head within minutes when describing what I am looking for. Mike was the first salesman to tell me, "I don't know yet, but I will find out for you", and he did!I would recommend Mike to any of my friends when they are looking for a car.

If you go to Wilde make sure you ask for Mike Balsewicz. Tell him what kind of car you are looking for and what price range it needs to be and He will find something for you. I didn't have a ton of money to spend, but enough to get something decent and in my price range. I will go back.

I had really great experience at this dealership. I never write these types of reviews but in this case it just seemed right. I came into this dealership and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who was courteous and helpful. I've been car shopping before and always felt like the salesperson just wanted an easy sale. When I went in to wilde dodge, I was introduced to Wendy and she made my first brand new car experience a great one. I anticipated someone who was going to try to push me or pressure me into a car but instead Wendy listened to what I was saying and took my preferences to heart. After a few hours, Wendy and I shook hands on my first brand new truck and I couldnt be happier. She was professional,respectful,and I enjoyed working with her.

Wilde Dodge was one of my top new car purchase experiences. My sales person Wendy Holzem did an excellent job in both the sale and delivery of my new Challenger SRT8. Car buying is never a pleasant experience. At least thats what I used to think before I had the privilege of meeting with Mike Balsewicz. I initially went into the dealership with the same anxiety as one would feel when visiting the dentist for a series of root canals, but Mikes warm personality and attention to detail changed my perspective completely. Mike was very courteous and informative and I did not feel pressured at all. In fact, I did not buy a vehicle on that first visit. When I returned, Mike spotted me in the lobby and met me with a smile and a handshake. After this visit, I left with a great sense of satisfaction in my first new car. Ive told friends and clients about my experience and tell them to save themselves a great deal of headache and just say Mike.

I recently bought a Jeep from mike balsewicz at wilde dodge/jeep in waukesha and it was a no hassle experience.Great price and he even let me take it to my mechanic prior to purchase ,nd had the gas tank filled before i drove it home.I will be back to deal with him for all my automotive needs.

I had recently purchased a car, 5 months ago, and was not happy with the car. I came into Wilde and really liked the Subaru Legacy. Jose Sanchez came out to greet me and we just started talking. He asked if he could help and I explained my situation. He asked me if I wanted to take a test ride and assured me if I liked the car that he and Wilde would work with me to make me happy.Well we took a ride in a beautiful, lightly used 2010 Legacy, and the that was it, I was going to get this car. Jose, Scott, and the manager, sorry I am blanking on his name, worked with me in a no pressure purchase. They took "ME" into the equation and not just making the sale. They were nothing less than great, caring, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It is about time a dealership works at building a relationship with a customer and not just making sale.I have total faith and trust in Jose, and the entire staff at Wilde. I was treated with respect and consideration in my process of purchasing a car at wilde jeep in waukesha. mike let me take my time without trying to force a car on me,and he didnt belittle me when i made an offer that was less than the sticker price,like the guy did at the ford dealer down the road.i came back 3 times before i bought and he was polite every time. i will give wilde a chance to earn my business in the future before i go anywhere else.
