Warning!!! If you are a first time car buyer do not go to this dealership. They gave me a bad and raw deal on a 2009 Ford Exscape XTL. Because i did not know all the details of car buying they pulled a fast one on me and stuck me with a high note that was $425 a mouth a high 22.% and they changed the cost of the suv 13,000 to 18,000. They pretty much lied to my face I realize all of this right after it broke down on me with in two til three months after I start looking at the paper more clearly. Trust me when i say i learned my lessen,I make sure I do all the research need and ask all type of question deal with car buying also a few more things they do not refinance at all and the wasto me so i took i right back to the dealer with they keys and let it there

I was hesitant of going to Drive Time at first I'm from Mississippi. Omg I was greeted at the door by a very sweet young lady name Candace Harbor. She helped me the entire time. She made me feel so welcomed and insured me I'll drive away with a nice car! And I did! I am so pleased with the team and services. Everyone was great and explained everything to me! I Went into the dealership to finish the application process so unsure if I was getting a car or not a couple of days ago. I most certainly did! My salesman Ashley Hall and her manager did an excellent job getting me into my new vehicle. We ran into a few bumps during the process but they handled them accordingly. I love my new car and my experience with Drivetime was far more better then my first experience with buying a car.

I expected to be at the dealership all day and wasn't really sure if I was going to qualify for the car that I wanted. Quentin, my sales person, was great; very personable and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions with this being my first car purchase. The whole process was completed in a timely manner and I drove off the lot with the car I wanted.

I just bought a vehicle from Drivetime and the sales people there were extremely nice and treated me just like any other person. Quentin was my rep at the Winchester store in Memphis. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and mostly let me do the talking. Most dealerships I go to, the sales reps are annoying and bothersome but not Drivetime, they put all their effort in making sure that I left satisfied and happy. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!!

I went into Drivetime. I was worried that I wasn't going to be approved. First thing they tell you. You are approved. Let me tell you that was all i needed to hear. I worked with Speshel. Very efficient and awesome experience i had. She helped me and was very considerate of what I wanted to do. She wanted to make sure I was going to leave happy. I did leave very happy. We went all the way to Drive Time on Covington to get my vechile. She is very patient and a wonderful person to work with.

Overall experience was positive. Well done. Got almost everything that came to order for this van. Wireless key remotes did not work and was not for this van. But they made good by getting us the correct ones. Slight enconviance but still worth it. Overall I'm satisfied

At first I was just coming to find out about the program and how it worked but the young man was so nice and detailed that I went ahead and made the purchase . I would sugest this place to anyone who feels that they Can't get in a vehicle of their own.

QUENTIN WAS VERY PROFESSIONIAL. I REALLY AM HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE OVERALL. EVERYBODY I CAME IN CONTRACT WITH HAD SMILES AND WERE CONCERNED WHEN I HAD A CONCERN OF A NOISE IN THE BRAKES (IT WAS ANOTHER CAR). I WILL AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED DRIVETIME TO PEOPLE I KNOW. I WAS TREATED WELL EVEN THOUGH I HAD BAD CREDIT (SURPRIZE) THANKS DRIVETIME.
