The one guy that I spoke with was friendly. The facilities were terrible, it was not a professional atmosphere. I was trading in my nicer car for a car that was a bit older (the payments were too much). They didn't discuss any deals with me, they didn't tell me what they would offer me for my car. I gave them my information and they said they would call me once they heard from the banks. I have a loan with one of the harder banks to get a loan through, I've never missed a payment, and I had a co-signer with plenty of income between the 2 of us. They told me they couldn't make any deals with any of the handful of banks that financed them. They still wouldn't tell me what they would offer me for my car. Overall, it was highly unprofessional. I'm not sure if they didn't take seriously because I'm a girl in my 20's or what but they definitely will not be a place I recommend to anyone.

Was looking for a used car with good mileage in a nice price range. I live two hours away so I looked at their inventory online and found a 2015 Chevy Cruze I fell in love with! With great mileage and a reasonable price. Did paperwork online and through the phone with their internet salesman! I told them where I wanted my monthly payments to be and they worked with me to make it happen. Did paperwork online next day went to pick up my new car and sign off some papers. It was very quick. All of the guys made my dad & I feel very welcome! I'd highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here! Very nice selection & reasonable pricing

I had a great experience purchasing a car through Windham Select. I was upside down on my current car loan and knew I would have trouble rolling over what was leftover to a new loan on a decent vehicle with low miles that I was interested in, but the staff at Windham took on the challenge and came through tremendously. On the first day, after running my credit application and test driving the Mustang I was interested in, we couldn't get a lender to pick up the loan with my specific situation. It was getting late and they told me that they may have someone they can contact who'd be more willing to work with us on the deal but that they wouldn't be available until the morning. So, the next morning I called and they were still having trouble finding a lender and told me they'd call me as soon as they hear something. Sure enough, they called me back a few hours later and got a better deal than I was expecting or that I could have hoped for. Bottom line, they'll help as much as they possibly can, they'll be up front with you, and won't put you into a risky or unreasonable situation like a lot of other places in my experience. They also called me back to the lot after the purchase to explain how to get back a refund on my remaining gap insurance coverage that I had paid for with my previous vehicle which I had no idea I could do and had the required documentation waiting on me. Absolutely recommend!

Just bought a car and must say from my initial call to getting the keys in my hand the experience was wonderful. Antwoine was personable and friendly. The staff answered all my questions no matter how silly and the insurance, and purchasing process was fast and painless. At this point I am beyond happy. Thank you Windham Select! I live in California and my son attends college in South Carolina. While looking for a vehicle on line, I came across several great ones to test try from Windham Select. Having contacted Scott via the phone, he was very pleasant and helpful making this process as painless as possible. We were having some difficulty with registering the vehicle(out of state--California policies) and I asked Scott for extra assistance getting the jeep registered in SC since registering the vehicle in California wouldn't work out for us. He went above and beyond to me get my son's jeep registered! He had the paperwork re-completed and my son had his tags within days. The gentlemen there are very helpful and the jeep we bought is amazing! Great vehicle and a great company!! I highly recommend you stopping by and looking there first! I couldnt give them a better review. Saw a truck online and gave them a call. I asked about the online price i saw and they told me about an even btr price for the same car they placed in the paper. Other places would have been happy to start at the higher price, but they were honest. No games either, what you saw was what you got. They encouraged me to have the car looked at and even dropped it off at my mechanic! How many places would do that? Once i got the green light from my guy, the rest of the deal took 30 min. All in all the whole thing took less than an hour of my time. They had the paperwork queued up and ready to go. Its hard to find honesty in the used car business, i found it here. I would definitely use them again!

From the moment I contacted the dealer about a truck I just bought, they were friendly and knowledgeable. And very fair about things, because of the level of interest in the truck (I was told right away that it was on a first come, first serve basis.) All of the sales people were super excited about the truck, and were talking it up a lot. I was a little leery at first, but then when I took it out for a test drive, I found out why they were excited about it, and that it wasn't just hype. After that, the buying process was very straight forward and streamlined, and they worked with me and let me do what I needed to in order to make sure all the documentation was available and accurate. They also provide very, very good service plans for their vehicles, so that is recommended to take. They also make sure you are getting good, quality vehicles (some places will sell you something as is, including any check engine lights that are on. Not here. During the test drive, I noticed the check engine light was on, and the salesman with me on the drive called it in, and was told that it was already scanned, IDed, and the part ordered and coming in. They literally had the part replaced about 20-30 minutes after I signed the final paperwork.) No one was pushy, all very laid back but professional. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure doing business here, and that if my orders bring me back here (I am in the Navy, and they made sure I was aware of how that fact modifies pricing with different vehicles) I will be doing business here again. Highly recommended.

I found a car on cars.com for a 2002 Chevy Blazer for $4,990 with 80,000 miles VIN 1GNDT13W52K170576. It was listed slightly under bluebook value and I thought it would be a good fit for my family. I got to Windham Select, test drove it, checked the VIN and price and said, "WE WILL TAKE IT!" Then we waited to talk to Brad, the manager, for over two hours at3:30pm to 5:30pm on a Friday. When we finally got to talk to him, he gave us a run around on the price, saying it was already sold, but there was an identical one off lot for more money, which he had already approved us for by running our credit. (We had been pre-approved from our bank). There's too much local competition for these guys to get your business.
