The work was done timely, efficiently and expertly. Service employee Jason was very helpful with setting up the service appointment and very courteous. I had a great deal of work done on this visit which included a set of tires, as always I couldn't ask for better service in a timely fashion. Great dealership and amazing service department. Jason is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. Dealership's always get a bad wrap for overcharging and doing poor work and that is the exact opposite of my dealings with Winegardner GMC and Chevrolet in Prince Frederick. Honest, trustworthy and straightforward.

Good service until I purchased. Had to follow-up weekly to ensure my tags were processed before my temp. tags expired - took 58 days to receive (they expire on day 60). Was told they were overnighted and no tracking was available - when they finally arrived they were shipped GROUND with a tracking number. Overall, if the sales and finance staff was honest and provided me with updates it would have saved me a lot of stress.

Greeted by friendly service. I was given my asking price on a trade and offered a great deal on the purchasing vehicle. Service has been great when taking my vehicle in for work. I would gladly recommend this dealership for buying a new vehicle.

Thought I had an issue, but turned out simple fix's just wish you had some kind of discount or where you earn money towards your next service, so when you end up having to pay out a large amount you can use your earned credit to help off set some of the cost. Which will have people coming back to service and maintenance their cars more just to earn the credit. Plus the more you have them come back for service the more they look at new vehicle offering.

My wife and I came into the dealership just 30 minutes before close. We found the car we liked and the staff stuck around for several hours after closing to make the deal. Great work.

1. This was the second time I took my $65K truck in for oil service and maintenance and it was returned unwashed. When owners pay that much for a vehicle, a truck at that we want consistent service. 2. Loaner vehicle needs to be comparable. Don't put a 6' 1" guy in a car especially when he has to pack up twins in car seats behind him. The cute blond ahead of me got a shiny new Yukon Denali as a loaner. Come on??? I have other drivers in my family, why not entice me to spend another 60 or 70 thousand by putting me in something comparable. 3. Tried to schedule service via mobile app and email before my 24000 mile free maintenance ran over, I didn't receive a call back or anything. When I raised the issue with the service manager, he was very short and took a hard line. He even said "why didn't you pick the phone and call, it's that easy". I consider email and mobile app a document of record which is important to me and a valuable service GMC provides. Once again it's easy to take my money on the other side of the show room but on the service side it's a different world. I left a luxury car maker because I wanted GM durability with a mix of luxury but I didn't wanna sacrifice service for it. I'll go elsewhere for my $100 oil change.

The salesperson I dealt with by phone and email was very courteous and helpful (Kiersten). She wasn't there when we arrived, so we were met by McDaniel, who was very personable and helped take great care of us. We had interaction and conversation with everyone from the finance manager to the owner and never felt uncomfortable or pressured. You can tell this is a family run business who care about keeping a good name and taking care of their customers. We live 90-minutes away and the drive was worth every mile. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Although we have had a good experience with the service department at Winegardner GMC of Prince Frederick, we were shocked at the rudeness of the sales manager while we were attempting to purchase a new $55,000 Enclave. He only offered us $2000 in trade for our 2008 Acadia, which I questioned. This seemed to insult him, so he proceeded to made rude comments to my wife and me at which point I asked him to stop being so antagonistic. Eventually, he called my wife stupid which is when My wife had enough and I almost completely lost my cool. Suffice to say, never buy from these guys. I placed a call to another dealer in the area, and made a deal that was signed the next day. Loving my new Enclave and loving that not one penny went to Winegardner GMC. The sales manager is just a rude, crude individual and I wonder how they sell any cars at all.
