I scheduled my truck for a warranty repair on the sunroof and an oil change. I was told I could bring it in while on my business trip and if they had time that week they would get it done. I dropped my truck off Sunday night before leaving the following morning at 6AM. I got a call Monday morning asking why my truck was at the shop when my appointment wasn't until the following week. I mentioned why it was dropped off and everything was fine. I got a call a day or so later to tell me to come pick up my vehicle. I was still gone on my trip. I got back from the trip and went to pick up my truck. The sunroof works fine. There is a ton of blue grease all over every moving part now however. I asked what I owed for the oil change. Oh, uh...yeah, there is nothing here about an oil change. I was not surprised as this service center has repeatedly overlooked things. They are not very personable and frankly a bit condescending. I told him I would take care of it. I am really ready to get rid of this truck just so I don't have to deal with them. This vehicle has been in 3 times for warranty work and I've only owned it for 18 months. The last time it was in they had it almost 2 months for cam phasers. Prior to that there was a hole in the valve cover. Seems like every time I turn around something else is falling apart yet I dread even calling their shop. This was awhile ago....and also this was back when the cam phasers went out the FIRST time. It happened again....before my warranty was even up...thankfully!! The sunroof also broke again....not under warranty this time and I had to pay $1300 to get it fixed. NOT THRILLED!!! As soon as everything was fixed I traded it in for a 2020 Dodge Laramie. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!

All staff involved in my transaction were exceptional and I love my Jeep Patriot ! I will refer other people to them and will do business with them the next time I need a vehicle !

The sales department's only concern is about "making the deal" and profit. No regard for customer satisfaction or building relationships. No follow -up! Problems with defective vehicles are just "pass the buck" to the service department. They then have to try to rebuild rapport with an already frustrated customer. Thankfully, the service department does an adequate job. I would NOT recommend this a place to purchase a vehicle. I have been satisfied by their service department - thus far.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from this woodhouse location in the past year. My sales person was Jeff D and he spent lots of time getting a list of vehicles for me to look at on my most recent purchase. I never had all the extra fluff forced on me like other places. The actual purchase process took me about 10 minutes. When I call with a question they take the time and answer it. Now if we can get them to push Edwards auto grou out of business then I won't have to drive so far for my next vehicle.

Used the same salesman, Jake Becker, that sold my son his truck 3 years ago. Jake is truly excellent. He is a non pressure, friendly, informative, helpful man. I came back because of him primarily. However my experience with Randy in the finance department was excellent both time as well. I felt well taken care of both times and would highly recommend this location to anyone. Randy and Jake accommodated my schedule and preferences. For example all price negotiations were done from the comfort of my home. Randy had all the finance papers ready for me so I didn't have to spend a great deal of time waiting for approvals while in the office. It truly is a painless process at this location and with these two guys. Chelsi was extremely nice to work with on the extras. She was efficient, fast and informative.

We chose to do business with Woodhouse because we heard they had a great reputation and service. The salesman we dealt with was great. No complaints. But as soon as we drove the truck we purchased off the lot, our experience started to change. There was one problem with the truck after another. Things we had discussed prior to signing the bill of sale. We were assured they were of no concern. We called them back immediately to see what they would do to make it right. They did agree to check it out and have some things fixed....which we were certainly grateful for! We didn't know if they would stand behind it since it was a used, as is, sale.As we further considered the issues the truck was having, we decided it would be best for us to exchange it for a different one as we would never feel it was a reliable vehicle. The sales manager didn't care for the idea, but was willing to allow it. We said we would continue to work with them if they would work with us. We were told we would get credit from our purchase towards another vehicle.We found several other trucks for our consideration, but none were at their location. He did not offer to bring them to us, so since we had to take the day off from work to handle the situation (we live 1 hr away), we decided to go to search ourselves. More driving!We found 2 that we were negotiating, but at another one of their locations. We informed the sales team of the situation and they contacted the sales manager at Plattsmouth to confirm. They were told something different than what he told me. I immediately called him to review our conversation earlier that day. Now here is where we really started to sour with the dealership....Obviously Mr Plattsmouth Manager did not appreciate that we went and found the replacement vehicle on our own. I assume the sale would be taken out of his branch and the other would get credit and he didn't like that as it was most DEFINITELY reflected in his attitude towards me. Our intention was not to take his sale elsewhere, but the trucks were not at his location....it was merely a case of geography!Due to his attitude, I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and unwillingness to do what was agreed, we walked away. Mind you they still had our money AND we still didn't have a truck! The next day we tried to give it one more go with Woodhouse, but they were not willing to meet us in the middle. Therefore we choose to sever our relationship with them. And one final disappointment with them.... they put the truck that we returned back on the lot, just a day later. There is NO WAY the issues were fixed in that amount of time. Because of that, I would never trust a vehicle that they have "inspected". I'm sorry to say, we could NEVER in good conscience recommend this dealership!

Most laid back, easiest buying experience I have ever been through. Got up early Saturday morning to go to this dealership to look at a used Toyota Tacoma. This vehicle was on their web site but not on the main Woodhouse site. Spoke with the salesman and he said they didn't have this vehicle and looked on the web site and saw the truck, I was talking about. He didn't know why it was on there. It all seemed very disorganised on the part of the dealership. Later in the evening, on ebay while searching for the same type of vehicle, their listing came up on a Tacoma saying "photo coming soon" It appears that they are listing vehicles for sale before they even have them or if they ever get them and a little frustrating and maybe even false advertising.I will avoid this dealership in the future.

Never thought I'd buy a ford but... Dustin, the sales manager went above and beyond to make this the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. Outstanding service & friendly! The salesmen Jake & Jeff were friendly & knowledgable. Even the service guys (Tony M. & ?) were great-they made sure the new car was shiny & clean and they also washed our current car to prepare it for us to sell. Very impressed!!!????????????

We made an appointment to meet with the salesman on Saturday to meet between 10:30 & 11 on Monday; the salesman knew why we were coming and he stated he'd be ready for us when we arrived....what a joke!! He didn't have anything ready & he didn't even know where the vehicle was that we came to look at. He didn't know how to operate things in the vehicle let alone train anyone else on how to use it.

We recently purchased a 2004 Ford F-150. At the time we made the deal we were asked how many keys to our trade we had. We said 2. We were instructed by our salesman (Josh Springer) to bring both keys when we picked up the vehicle we were buying. We did just that. At the time of picking up the vehicle I was made to feel like Woodhouse had our money, now just take your "used" truck and get out of here.I was given 1 key. When I asked for the 2nd key I was told by Josh "Its all we have". When I reminded him that he was adamant about me bringing 2 keys for the trade in vehicle, he said "you can keep one of your keys if you want".I told him I gave him 2 keys and I want 2 keys. He then told me it was "part of how they figure trades". So Woodhouse figures a trade value based on keys? At that time Brian Heisterkamp said "we'll make it right". So I left with the vehicle. I have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past from Woodhouse and now this used one. I will say this last experience has not been as good as the others. The vehicle was filthy inside and out. Mud in the carpet, floormats thrown in the box of the truck, along with the tools for changing the tires, the backing from the Woodhouse sticker stuck on the tailgate and a huge stain on the passenger seat, and the cigarette lighter was missing. None of which was present at test drive. So yesterday I spent $75 and had the truck detailed and now it looks like it should have the day I picked it up. And now, over a week later and 3 calls to Josh asking about the 2nd key and nothing. I realize it was a "used" vehicle, but it was still $17,000 we could have spent somewhere else. This is not the kind of service I have recieved in the past from Woodhouse. If it's a sign of things to come, then from now on maybe we better look elsewhere.
