The professionalism at World Auto Net was amazing. And to top it off I felt right at home. I love cars and have bought from plenty of places. World Auto Net is in a class all of their own! I had a broke down van that was 100% unsafe to carry my 4 children in. I found a great deal on a 2008 Town and Country. I was able to go in and get this van in no time flat. They knew my urgency and pushed to get me in it ASAP. I am so thankful for them! I would recommend them 100 times over!

We have purchased two cars from World Auto Net over the past four years (2006 Jaguar with 15,000 miles and a 2013 Ford Focus with 14,200 miles) We are very happy with both vehicles and definitely would consider purchasing future cars from them. In fact, my husband has already put in an order for a silver- colored used car next time Jason and Kim were great and were very helpful in correcting a couple of small items to make the cars perfect. We live near Mansfield but felt the trip (76 miles) was well worth it. Their prices are great too!

I searched for months on cars.com for the right retirement car for myself. I found this Mercedes SL-500 convertible at World Auto Net which is 2.5 hours from my home. Kim a sales associate told me she would not let me drive that far if the car wasn't as good as advertised. She wasn't lying as it is beautiful. There was a couple of freakish things that needed fixed and Fred the owner took care of them as promised. It is a nice drive up I-77 and I would gladly make the trip again to buy a car from World Auto Net.

Although it's been awhile these folks were great to deal with! In 2005 bought a 2002 Mustang from them. That car has never let me down! Still looks the same as the day I drove it off their lot! It's still my daily driver in 2014! THEY GAVE ME AN AMAZING DEAL ON THAT CAR! In the market guys time to plant the Mustang in the garage! Looking for truck or SUV low miles!

I was in desperate need of a new car because the one I was driving was becoming unsafe for me to drive. I am a mother of two and was recently divorced when my friend wanted me to come and check out this dealership with her. I didn't know hardly anything about cars, but decided to try to help her pick out a "good one". We test drove one and it seemed really nice, but what struck me was the salesman and his willingness to help her. Jay seemed to genuinely care about her needs and tried to get her into a car that would fit her. She didn't buy a car that night, however, I went back a few days later to see what they might have on the lot that I could afford, and was tickled when I found a really cute one! Jay took what was a really big and scary thing for me to do, which was buy a car by myself, and turned it into something that was delightful! I drove my new car off the lot that night! I had a small issue with my car the next day and Jay made sure I had what I needed to keep on rollin'! He kept true to his word and I haven't had a single problem with my car since. I'm confident that I could call him with any problem that I would have and he would make it right, just like he said. Thanks Jay!!! Oh, and by the way, my friend drove home in her new car from World Auto Net about a week later!

Going into the process of buying a car, I was looking for something fuel efficient and at a decent price. This led me to shopping here for a 2009 Toyota Yaris. The car looked good and ran well so I decided to purchase it. The hubcaps were banged up which wasn't a big deal and the dealer said that he would go ahead and put in an order to purchase replacement ones. 2 days after signing all the paperwork, I had to take time off of work to come back in and fix a problem they made with the credit application. 1 week after that I noticed the low tire pressure light coming on. They have a warranty which they upheld because all 4 tires had nails in them. When the auto shop called to confirm that they will be paying for the replacement, they knew the one tire was low because they stated instantly that they knew which one was the worse. The passenger rear tire had multiple nails in it. The others had a few nails in them. They then proceed to not send out the memorandum title until 2 days before the temps expired which involved me having to drive to the dmv to pay for a copy of the memorandum title. My fiance bought a car from a big dealership and he recieved his title within 2 weeks. No one should have to jump through as many hoops as I did with a dealership to buy a car.

I walked in and I was greeted and I immediately admired the excellent customer service as he was prompt, honest and precise. He helped me find the car that I wanted and accomodated my needs. He is a man of his word and stands behind his product. I was so blessed and I still cant wrap my head around this. I always hated shopping for cars because I got overwhelmed however he made it fun!!! I had a car deal in place, but deposit paid to "hold" the car for me. A day before I was supposed to show up to purchase it for a set price, the salesman called and said they sold it out from under me. This dealership was NOT WORLD AUTO NET. Discouraged I started scouring the car websites again immediately. I saw an '06 Dodge Magnum on here as a new listing. It was exactly what I'd been looking for as far as style, options, color, etc. Called immediately and spoke to Fred, the owner. Very nice, patient and easy to talk to person. We agreed to a price over the phone, and I set up a day to come look at the vehicle. An hour later I realized I would be free to see it sooner and called Fred back to confirm. Then I called Fred back with a question. Then I might have called again.... He was very nice and completely patient with me, as I'm sure spamming him with phone calls would have annoyed most car salesmen at the late hour I was calling. He had told me that the car was being detailed and would be back in the morning. I asked if he would call me when it came in because I had a two and a half hour drive to make so I wanted to get to the car before it was yanked on me again. I genuinely wasn't sure if he'd call or if I'd have to call them back repeatedly to find out when I could make the trip. Fred called me back, just like he said he would. I made the drive. I dealt with Jason when I got there, and the whole process was very laid back and smooth. Test drove the car, loved the car, bought the car. In and out and with the realization, after talking to Jason while doing paperwork, that they care about their reputation and want to do what's best for the customers so they can maintain their good name. Jason asked if I had the time and desire, to "put down a few lines" on cars.com about my experience there. I was glad to. Love my car and the buying process couldn't have been any less painless. Thanks very much to Jason and Fred for putting me in a car I love for a fair price and for making it something I won't dread in the future. I will for sure be talking to them again next time I need a new ride.

I was interested in a Toyota Yaris from this dealer. I live an hour away so I was very specific with what I expected from the car prior to making the trip to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Even though Jay was efficient and nice prior to making the drive, when I arrived to test drive the vehicle it would not start. Prior to going to the dealership I made sure to ask about any possible problems with the car and I was assured that it had been "fully serviced and inspected" and it was in "great condition." Even if it was simply a dead battery, if the "full service and inspection" was honestly done, this problem would have been detected. I simply walked away, because I obviously was not able to trust anything he had told me previously about the automobile.

I had the best experience at World Auto Net! I worked with Jay and he is awesome! Jay went above and beyond my expectations, he made sure I was happy, answered any questions I had about my car and was very out front & honest! You could tell he genuinely wanted to get me into the best car I could afford. Not only jay, but the whole entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with my new car! I am so in love with my new car & the customer service I got at this dealership, I have already referred them to my friends who need new cars! My new car runs and looks GREAT & if I have any questions they told me to call anytime. I recently purchased my vehicle a week ago and I would definitely recommend this company. Todd was the epitome of great customer service. I live in Cuyahoga County and Todd drove 45 mins just to pick me up on a Saturday evening so I could be in my vehicle that day. When I arrived, Todd had all the required paperwork already printed and filled out all I had to do was sign my name and get my keys and be on my way. I even met the owner Fred and he was very nice. I was super impressed with this dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealer to others.

i knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. Fred made it happen! He offered top dollar for my trade and I drove my new pony home ON A SUNDAY! Not many places are open on Sunday's but again Fred made it happen! Awesome experience! Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Nice cars, many with low miles, all seem to be a good value. I like the idea that no saleperson accompanies you on the test drive. No long, drawn out process before they let you take a vehicle out. I asked to take a car for a drive, they produced the keys, and away I went. (At another local dealer, there was over an hour of paperwork and waiting time before I ever took the first car out, and then I was asked to bring it back in fifteen minutes.)Here, they encouraged me to test it well, and to take it to a mechanic of my choosing to make sure it was sound. These guys also really know their cars. They know their inventory. They listen to you and know what to suggest for a test drive. The buying process was easy, also. Quick, courteous. We were given a great deal on what we feel was a very nice car. I would highly recommend Fred and Jason at World Auto Net in Cuyahoga Falls.

I was in need of getting a different vehicle, and needed to get one fairly quick since we had 2 vehicles down in the family. I had driven my Toyota Sienna Van, which I had bought several years back at World Auto Net, from 67,000 miles to 181,000 with hardly any problems. There was regular maintenance and wear and tear, but overall it was a great Van for us. I contacted World Auto Net again via internet website, and a couple of days later I bought a 2010 Mazda3. I hate buying cars because there is just a lot of things to consider and dealing with car dealers isn't always something to look forward to. However, Jay (Jason) from World Auto Net, as well as everyone else I have dealt with there, always came across as professional, caring and extremely helpful. I did not feel pressured into buying anything particular and was so glad I went back there a second time. I have driving age daughters and if we need a car in the future I will be going back to them again. Also, when i bought the Van, i had requested they put a hitch on for me before I pick it up and follow through with the purchase, and they did the next day. When I bought the Mazda I requested they get the back windows tinted for me, and again they did the next day. In addition, 2 weeks after I brought the Mazda home, I inquired about a possible trade due to the size of the car (a personal preference that had nothing to do with the Mazda itself), and even though in the end I kept the Mazda, World Auto Net was once again extremely helpful and ready to follow through with the request with hardly any trouble.

My World Auto Net experience was great. It was my first time buying a car. World Auto Net made the experience so nice and convenient. They never pressured me into buying. After a month of online searching for a used low-mileage truck in the 250 mile radius of my home and not finding any in my price range,I extended my range. I e-mailed several dealers and was immediately contacted back by Fred about a truck they had listed at the best price I had found. He answered all my questions and provided more specific pictures promptly. He also offered to pick me up from the nearest airport and put new tires on the truck for my long drive home in the inclement weather. It was indeed a pleasure doing business with a thoughtful professional company.

There is no wonder why this dealership has had such an outstanding reputation throughout their community over the years. I love the car and the deal I got from this dealership. The first thing catch my eye was that they had posted a sign saying yes we do have the Car fax. For any car that I asked I got a free car fax report. The second thing I liked was the Kind and knowledgeable staff, any thing I asked, I received a detailed answer. Lastly was the honesty of these people, now that I bought my car from them, I can see everything they said was absolutely truth. A salesman approached me while I was on the lot searching for a used car, he was friendly and courteous, I left shortly afterwords only to return the next day, the same "salesman" was working again, he immediately recognized me and said hello, as I searched for a used vehicle we talked about my trade, which he helped me with a few minor repairs, offered to put through auction and advised me to use Craig s list, I did all three even though I did not buy a used vehicle from him this salesman provided exceptional customer service, I sold my trade with his assistance, by the way the salesman was the Owner (Fred Amir) now that was an Exceptional Experience !!!

To begin with I asked the dealer to replace cracked tail light lenses. and he led me to believe that he would buy new...he did not and the replaced lens was cracked as well. After complaining I will say that he did replace the second cracked lens... He said he would detail the car prior to pick up...all he did was rinse and vacuum it. It stunk and it was still dirty. He told me that the car had never been repainted, and that they have sophisticated paint gauges that they use prior to taking the car in to insure that and my vehicle was perfect...yeah right... my dealer and detailer both pointed out where it had been repainted. i found that battery was not even connected and secured properly, it was just sliding around back and forth under the hood. He also told me that the brakes were above 80 %, I just replaced the rear brakes, along with the serpentine belt, a thermostat and cooling fan; all toll 900.00. so good luck with this dealer. I hope I am an exception but I believe I am the rule for cars sold by this dealer.

Trading my existing car for a newer one turned out to be a no brainer.Their price was fair and Ray offered me a generous trade in value. In addition, they made sure I was happy with the deal. As an example of their service, the battery in the new car was discharged from sitting. Ray got it running in no time and, without my asking, replaced the battery with a new one. There was no pressure and they make sure you are satisfied.
