Best experience I’ve ever had on a car lot! I came into Wyatt Johnson looking to buy/finance my first brand new car, as I’ve always just paid outright for used cars in the past. I walked in the doors with a very specific Tacoma package in mind, and from the moment I did, my customer service experience was exceptional. James took excellent care of me, and didn’t engage in any high-pressure sales tactics. He got me a test drive in the truck I was looking for within 5 minutes, despite these 4x4s being hard to find, and he knew his stuff about the vehicle. He was very open and transparent about the supply chain woes facing auto lots (and their effect on pricing), but was still able to get me the truck I wanted for a price that worked for me. On top of everything, James also didn’t bristle when I asked for a night to think it over, and let me put a low, refundable deposit on the vehicle in the meantime. The next day, he also treated my wife just as professionally as he treated me, shaking her hand and addressing her in conjunction with me, recognizing that this was a joint decision. I will definitely be back here for future vehicle needs, and I’m even going by today to pick up some additional bed options for my truck. Thank you to James and the entire team that made this purchase so easy!

It is hard to be a picky buyer and still want to get a good deal in this tough car market but Jesus and Wyatt Johnson got it done. Jesus worked with me for over a month to get me the exact truck I wanted and for a the price I wanted to get it for. Through this time I had contacted all other Toyota dealerships in the area to find the truck I wanted and their service was no where near as great as Wyatt Johnson. I would recommend Wyatt Johnson to anyone and make sure to ask for Jesus.

I worked with Josh Boyle and Christie Gerber to buy a new car. This was the easiest and most enjoyable buying experience I have had. Josh really fought for the trade in value of my car and never made me feel pressured. Christie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Even the sales manager got involved to track down the car I wanted in the color I wanted, they got it there NEXT day. Wow. The finance manager, Misty, was quick and efficient. I felt like they were all working for me to get me the best deal possible. If the experience wasn’t enough the offers for warranty and maintenance sealed the deal for me. Wish we had bought my husband’s truck here too. 10/10 highly recommend!

I thought I was due for an oil changed based on the sticker mileage. When I arrived for my 1:00 appointment, I was told I did not need an oil change but instead a tire rotation. I waited an hour to be told they would not touch my tires. An invoice was given to Mr. Burney saying, "SELL SOME TIRES". I wanted to know why I was being told this after an hour of waiting, the response was they weren't able to get to my car until later. I took my car to another place in town where I was told my tires still have mileage on them and there was no fee to rotate and balance them. Wyatt Johnson has lost my business completely.

Contacted service department in Sept.(3months ago) about the Takata air bag recall. Was told I would be contacted when the part came in and they would schedule installation. 6 weeks later, I called and was told only the service manager would know if the part was in. They never returned my call. I contacted Toyota USA who supposedly contacted the dealer and I was told they part was "backordered" and it might be months before it came in. I contacted Toyota of Hopkinsville and they had the part in within 6 days and installed it within 4 days of part receipt. As of this date, the service department personnel at Wyatt Johnson never bothered to contact me. The thing speaks for itself. Shame on them.

I made an appointment with KEITH HAYNES to test drive a car I saw online . KEITH HAYNES had the SUV waiting inside ready for my test drive. He spent over three hours with me test driving vehicles, new and used, at the dealership. As a single woman I was looking for a car that would work within my budget, was reliable, and was one that my Germam Shepherd could ride comfortably in. KEITH answered all of my questions (I asked a lot of questions) and he explained the features of all of the vehicles I drove. When I decided on a vehicle KEITH helped me navigate the purchase and financing process. When I got the keys to my SUV, Keith had all of my things from my old car loaded into my new one and he had the new one filled up with gas. I totally trust KEITH HAYNES and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a car. I also really appreciated the person in finance who answered my bizillion questions with the utmost kindess. I have to give a thumbs up to the other staff at the dealership. The day after I bought my car I had to bring some paperwork back to dealership. The door was opened for me by a staff member with a smile. That sure means a lot after a long day at work. When I was leaving the dealership a gentleman with the dealership flagged me down. He asked if I had a minute for him to get the tape off my window where the vehicle information had been displayed. I was so impressed that he noticed this and offered his assistance. I thanked him and said with a smile that Keith Haynes already had made an appointment for me to clean up my vehicle. A really great experience all around !

I was reluctant to go to another Toyota dealership after being at a different location and being totally dissatisfied. But Wyatt Johnson has totally exceeded my expectations. Joshua Howard is the best person to see. He was patient with all my questions and let me decide what I want instead of trying to steer me in a different direction which the other dealership was doing. We drove ALL the cars I had questions about so that I could make a good, solid decision. I ended up with a beautiful Camry SXE. He will be the person I go to see when making my car purchases.

I have found the future dealership that I will purchase my vehicles from as long as I live in Clarksville. Over the last 20 years I have purchased around 15 cars for various reasons (work, pleasure, to keep down mileage on certain vehicles, etc.) I have bought my last three vehicles from Wyatt Johnson. Two from the Hyundai dealership and one from the Toyota dealership. I have been treated like a old family friend no matter which one I am at. Most recently at the Toyota dealership I was truly treated like they had known me for 20 years. JJ the sales manager took very good care of me. He listened to me and then we both came to a decision that both parties were happy with. And that's what it is all about. Feeling like you got a deal that is good for you. Their service department is hard to beat as well. Good work and a fair price. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. ?

I bought a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder near the end of June with no hassles, whatsoever. About a month later, I drove it through an automatic carwash, and the front bumper came detached on one side, and I noticed that the trim in the front was cracked about 6 inches in. Long story short, several clips were broken in the wheel well where the vehicle had evidently hit something previously and then the bumper had been pushed back into place. The Carfax report that Wyatt Johnson had done was clean, so we had no way of knowing that there had ever been any previous damage. I called Wyatt Johnson and spoke with J.J., the Used Cars Service Manager, and he made arrangements to get us in there that same week to replace the broken clips, no questions asked. They also replaced the cracked trim... again, no questions asked. When I picked up the car, I mentioned that I had noticed after purchasing the vehicle that the inside had several deep scratches in the very back, and that whoever had owned it before me must've been pretty rough on it. J.J. walked out with me and asked to see what I was referring to. I lifted the hatch and showed him, not expecting them to do anything about it, because I DID buy it used, and I never really looked that closely in the rear of the vehicle (won't do that again, by the way). J.J. instantly apologized that they had missed those scratches during the clean-up/detailing before I bought it, and told me he'd make it right. He asked me to call him again after my vacation, and we'd set something up. When I called him two weeks later, not only did he remember my name, but he also remembered why I was calling, and scheduled the repair for the same week. I've just picked up my Pathfinder tonight, and I'm MORE than pleased. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate not only the customer service I received, but the way they didn't make excuses for the mistake-- they just did whatever necessary to make it right.

Posting cars on craigslist as private sellers is NOT COOL! I sent my dad in to look at the car for me because I live out of state. What a waste of time! You didn't just waste my time but my family's. Then the salesman refuses to give me his name when I email that I wasn't happy that they mis-posted their ad on purpose. Then he harasses my dad by phone. I will be calling to speak to the manager.

I went to Wyatt Johnson Toyota to look at a new trucks and while I was starting to look at trucks I was approach by a sales person name Jerry Anderson. He introduced himself and I told him what my budget was and what I was looking for. I told him I would be back with my husband to look at the 2015 Tundra. My husband and I came back and Jerry Anderson was there waiting for us. He allowed us to take it for a it a test drive and we decided that we wanted to purchases the truck. I have known Keith Haynes for about 15 years, but not on a professional level. When I bought my Toyota , Keith was not working for Toyota at the time. A few months later Keith started for working for Toyota. Every time I brought my wife's car in for service Keith always made sure to say hello. When I came into the dealership looking for a jeep, I asked for Keith and told him that I had been looking at one they had on the lot. Even though we have been friends for many years, and he could have talked to me like friends do, his professionalism kicked in. I was customer first and friend second. He did his very best to ensure that I got the best deal Wyatt Johnson could get for me. I left the dealership that day very satisfied and happy with my new jeep. The professional service that I got from everyone at the dealership, Keith the salesman, Gina the finance manager, and all others involved. I am very pleased with the service I received and will recommend Keith and Wyatt Johnson to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle new or used.

Beware! These people will have your credit pulled multiple times by numerous banks. I do not recommend them as they are overpriced due to fort campbell. We went to look at the tundras and I ended up driving to Nashville because I found I could get a new one for the same price of a 2008. Don't listen to any other reviews! Take my advice and stay away from this place! I had 9 hits on my credit because of them.

This was our first visit to the new site of the Toyota dealership. It is a very nice place and has a wide and varied assortment of new Toyotas. We had previously owned an 2006 Avalon. We did not have the Avalon anymore, but were not quite sure what vehicle we wanted. Jerry Anderson, our sales representative was very helpful and allowed us to drive 3 different vehicles. Our main concern in finding a vehicle was comfort, space and leg room. We decided on the 2015 Venza Limited, however, they did not have the color and interior color we wanted. Both Jerry and Curtis Nichols were very helpful in finding the vehicle we wanted and were great in working with us on our trade-in value and amount we wanted to pay. We left on Tuesday afternoon and were called on Wednesday to tell us we could pick up our new vehicle on Thursday. The vehicle was everything we expected and more. We were glad that we picked this dealership to purchase our vehicle.

My husband took his truck to Wyatt Johnson in Clarksville, TN today, and had money stolen out of his truck. Granted it was only $10, but it's the principal that they have an employee that has no problem being a thief. My husband talked to the management about the situation, and they offered him $10 in return. He did not accept the money, he just wanted to inform them that they have employees with low moral values. People like that should not be allowed to work in customer service. We will not be using them again for any repairs or services. If you do go, please secure your valuables.

I was looking to trade in my 03 Nissan Murano...I test drove a 2013 red kia sportage...After test driving I went into the office area to discuss business with them...they only offered me $800 on my trade in...This murano is fully loaded brand new tires, sunroof, dvds in both headrests..only 119,500 original miles!! I would NOT recommend this place of business to ANYONE!! They said it has transmission issues. ..I drive this murano over 100 miles a day to work!!

I saw an newly listed add for a car on Cars.com and I called and asked to speak to a salesman about it to get some info about it. They put me on hold for almost half an hour until finally she told me she would talk to the sales manager and call me back. They called me back 3 hours later and told me about the car so I told them I was 3 hours away and would be on my way with the money to come purchase the car so she said it would be there. Well when I got there they informed me they had just sold it. What kind of scum bags sell a car out from under someone when you are on the way to purchase it? I will never deal with them again.

I had a mail offer from the dealership for my 2011 Prius plus a good deal on financing. My experience was excellent. Keith Haynes is a friendly, efficient, no-presure salesman for the dealership. He answered all my questions and I feel was up front with all information I asked for. I also got excellent service from Gina Lee for the loan application processing. I got a great appraisal for my 2011 and a 0% APR loan. And while this was an excellent car-buying experience overall, I would advise doing a little more homework than I did regarding a fair drive-away cost for a 2014 Prius v, Three model. It was plenty easy enough to do when I got the new car home. The Kelly Blue Book site was very easy to use. So I am a little disappointed in myself. That being said, I am still very satisfied with the outcome and the experience even though my negotiating skills were a little weak.

I bought my Highlander at the Hopkinsville Toyota since I live close by. What a nightmare! Everything was fine until my husband deployed & I had to deal with them. Anyways, I figured I would try the dealership in Clarksville for my services even though its quite a drive for me. Wow! Everyone is super nice & the waiting area is great too. There is a little closed off play room for the kids. I was even a little worried about letting them play since its flu season and you know how kids carry germs. Well, I noticed a guy going around and disinfecting things with Lysol after people were leaving. That's taking care of your customers! I wish I would have went here to buy my vehicle. Probably would have saved me a year worth of trouble...

Our salesman, Brent Majors, was extremely knowledgeable about the three different vehicles we wanted to compare. He is friendly and sincere. Totally the "non-pushy" salesman! We went to this dealer because we have purchased 3 new vehicles from them in the past and have always been satisfied with the knowledge of the sales people and the pricing. This was our 4th car we purchased from Wyatt Johnson.We were introduced to the service manager, Mike Drexel, An extremely nice gentleman and so excited to tell us about the experience and knowledge of his service team. Lindsay Perales, the Finance Manager, was friendly, non-pushy and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer ALL of our questions about the extended warranty and all aspects of the financing. Defineately, no condescending attitude from this lady! (This has been a problem with past experiences at different dealerships.)We are leaving our "new" used Sequoia in the service department tomorrow to have new tires put on and an alignment. We have high expectations of this service department and left believing we will not be disappointed!Thank you all for making this experience as stress free as you could imagine!

There was no pressure or agressiviness just for a sale. My Wife and I recently found out that we have another child on the way so we decided to upgrade to a vehicle with third row seating. We both knew that the quality of a Toyota is bar none, so we decided to visit Wyatt Johnson Toyota. First impressions are always important and he showed a genuine passion to find us the vehicle our family would benefit. He was friendly, honest, and made it seem as if i'd known him forever. Unfortunately, That first day we visited we did not go home in a new car. But Nick never forgot about us. He remembered exactly what specifications we were looking for and needed in a car and he even remembered my children's names. Two months passed and I received a phone call from Nick. He said " Happy Veterans Day! I did it Joe! I found the perfect vehicle for you guy's and i just know your gonna love it!" So my wife and I took another trip to Wyatt Johnson Toyota and he had a beautiful Toyota Highlander that met every requirement. My wife immediately fell in love with it. He walked us through all the Paper work in a calm stress free environment and made the experience absolutely memorable. Later we met with the Wyatt Johnson Toyota Finance Manager, Lindsay Perales and she was awesome. She stayed late with my wife and I and walked us through ALL of the finance paperwork. She even brought our interest rate down by more than half of what we were initially approved for. After my experience at Wyatt Johnson Toyota with Nick and Lindsay I think its safe to say that they left an even better last impression. I drove my new Toyota Highlander home that night and never regretted the decision to choose Wyatt Johnson Toyota.

Once again it was that time to trade in again and I cannot be more gratified with my purchased and overall experience. Im always treated well and pricing is always just right. You dont have to haggle like other folks have to do with some local dealers. Brenton did a great job taking me around to all three lots, I test drove about everything I thought would fit my needs and finally I decided to get the car I thought was just right for me.I purchased a used CPO 2011 Toyota Avalon with 14k miles and the thing is in immaculate condition!! At the end the price and payments was right on! Let me start by saying I will not buy anything from anyone if I do not feel like I'm getting a deal. I did get a deal here! The salesman I went to was Conrad and when I first went in I wanted to buy one new car. I was so happy with the deal I got on my Corolla that my husband and I went back a few months later and ended up getting a new Rav 4 in addition to the Corolla. I am a wheeler and dealer. I went in with every intention of walking right back out if they could not get the payment I wanted. Conrad went above and beyond! Conrad and the rest of the sales staff did what it took to get the deal done. I will NOT go anywhere else when I go to get another car. I will stick with Conrad. I am a Toyota customer for life.

He has honesty and integrity that I knew would carry over into his career as a car salesman. The first person I spoke with was very helpful and stayed late to help me get the process started. I returned the nest day and received excellence service from the cars salesman Brent. He helped me to find the perfect vehicle for my families needs and requests. He helped entertain my 19 month old son while I looked at several different vehicles. At lunch time this gentleman took my son and I out for lunch and when we returned he helped me to get the car I wanted for a great price!!! I will never ever reccommend this dealer to anyone. The salesperson was not honest, the finance manager was uninformed. The Sales Manager was not helpful in satisfying the customer. I was there for 5 hours. I came to get a schedule maintenance and was approached to buy a car that was not out yet, I was lied about the promotion was deceitful and a waste of time. 120% advantage does not exist. It is a scam to get you to buy a car. The sales person, sales manager and fiannce manager are not on the same page. They all lie to get you to the finance manager, promise things they cannot give you and waste precious time. I left after being lied to and minupulated, that's exactly why I ONLY shop with CARMAX.

This review has been long overdue so here it is: This dealership was once known as Joe Hietz Toyota and now they are called Wyatt Johnson Toyota. Bottom line up front, I will not deal or buy a car from anyone else but these people. My main sales person is Benny Joles and I can tell you that he doesnt hide anything or try to push something that is not in my price range. I have purchased four cars of which three I still own. On every single purchase Benny has been there to assist my wife and I, in picking the right car for us. I have also had the pleasure working with Jeff Joiner (Sales Manager), he too has been great in all my car purchases. Moreover, Gina the finance person has always ensured that payments and interest rates are within my expectations. In addition, I have purchased their warranties for all my cars and all have been at a great price. Kudos to all three of these employees!!

Normally I am not one to write reviews but no serious car buyer should be treated this way. - After returning to the dealership for a second time, ready to buy a car. I told the sales person my price range, informed him that I had visited the website and had an idea of the cars I wanted. After wasting 2 hours of my time, I was put in a car nearly 5,000 out of my price range, and was expected to bump myself and convince myself I needed this car so bad I would finace more, WRONG! I am sincerely insulted that not only did he not listen to my needs and continue to show me cars "he knew I would love" or "could see me driving" - none of which I would EVER purchase - he didn't listen to a single one of my needs. ALSO, on top of everything. Not only did he waste my time, the price he showed me for the car on the lot was nearly 2,000$ MORE THAN I WAS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE! buyer beware!! Shady sales practices... maybe the sales people should realize buyers are smarter, own internet accessible phones, have a budget, and never assume what car I "would look great in". Sincerely insulted and will be sure I NEVER refer anyone here EVER!!
