They advertise different prices and when I put an offer to buy the car, they want $1000 for the cap that is already installed on the car. Once they have you in the showroom they think they owned you! The car was parked in the middle of the lot when I went first time to see it and I asked for a drive test drive with the promise the next day the car will be outside waiting for me. Was not! I asked a few times for a test drive. Very unprofessional! And they claim “Satisfaction Guarantee “ Big Scammers!!!

Ask for Rudy!! For years I've been driving from NY to NJ to get it honest car dealer, now that I moved to New Jersey and I ended up coming all the way to Queens to buy a car from Rudy!! Straightforward no BS, was not pushy at all very patient was up front about the price over the phone, when I came in they were understanding when I was not interested in the car I originally came for, they were ready to come down in price, but didn't push me. I was so impressed, I searched the website one more time and bought another vehicle at a great price. Very happy😁

I went July 15, 2021 …. 07/15/2021 to check out the White 2007 Toyota Yaris with around 64,000 miles on it. It was the worst experience. So the minors first. Two buckles from the back do not secure, the Piece to hold the hood up does have a secure hook for when you put it down. Majors now …. While Test driving the breaks did not work and failed. As I went to break the car did not stop when breaking only slowed a little. Also the vehicle shut off while in traffic. I or someone could have died or been seriously injured. I do not recommend purchasing any vehicles from this dealer … Disregard there ratings I have no clue how they currently have 4 stars

Tom is a great dealer if my friends were to come I will always perfer Tom. He has the most professional dealer that I have ever saw in 5 cars that I have bought. Go deal with Tom he is way better and nicer.
