We decided to trade in our 15 year old 2002 Yonkers Honda Accord for a new CRV. The process could not have been smoother. Everyone there was great and Mae took all the time we needed on delivery to explain the vehicle. The car was flawless and everything works properly.I've been going to Yonkers Honda for over 33 years. The roundtrip is 90 miles plus bridge tolls, but is well worth it for the quality of service that I receive. Whether you need sales or service, Yonkers Honda is the place to go.

My toyota lease was expiring this month and I really needed a vehicle with a lower car note. Prior to meeting Jun, I thought I'd have to return my car at Toyota and use public transportation after seven years of having the convenience of using a vehicle, since the car note I had was out of my budget. Jun worked with my budget and made it happen. His presence was calm and he was compassionate. He related well with my husband and I and made us feel at peace and comfortable. He definitely made our decision easy to make. I wish I would've met him seven years ago prior to leasing an over expensive toyota corolla. I am now driving a four-wheel drive at a lower cost. Was told to comeback and they would accept my price. Then got back and was told it was $80 more? After I said no thank you. He said Not here, WRONG DEALER,WRONG DEALER,WRINGER DEALER , LOUD AND ABRASIVE. COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. didn't have the heart to tell this Lil tough guy that my phone had email that said price and Honda of Yonkers central ave. Didn't want confrontation. Just walking g out. He kept on. Try another dealer. The lady lied, the other person called me back lied, email lied then he was way out of line. Sorry guys maybe next time you will appreciate customers that keep you in business

I thought she was very honest and trustworthy and after shopping around a lease deal for a Honda Civic she gave me the best deal. This was an unusual visit. My daughter's 2004 Honda accord with 146,000 miles was brought to Yonkers Honda with a misfiring cylinder. Alisa said they wanted to test it some more and the verdict came back. The car was done. My daughter was crushed .Alisa was so understanding and she helped us donate the car, have it towed and kept the plates until i could pick them up. This was service beyond the call of duty and made me feel Yonkers Honda was family. In addition, there was no mention of another Honda since my daughter had just moved to NYC and did not want a car in the city.

First of all, let me admit that I even though I have dealt with this dealership in the past, I was dreading the whole car shopping process just as much as the next person. BUT I have to admit that it was a quick and painless process! Peter Messina is definitely the man to see. Not only did he get me into a new lease, but my down payment was less than I had originally anticipated and my monthly payment is less than the lease that I turned in. Not only was I able to get exactly what I wanted, but for once I walked out of a dealership feeling very content with my decision. Needless to say, I am loving my new Basque Red Pearl II Honda CR-V!!! THANK YOU AGAIN Peter ... for everything!!! Hopefully I will get to see you again in 3 years.

I am usually afraid of going to dealers for servicing but Christie Lara made the this appointment a relief. I had the CRV 2010 air-bag recall, Manager special package, rear differential service and a back flush done. Christie gave me the options to fit my budget and time-frame. It felt good to be treated like a customer WITH a choice. I got all this done with a smile, on-time (and not 8 hours!!!) and the price hurt but the car is purring. Thank you Yonkers Honda and Christie.

I can't say enough about how great this dealership is. I went in to lease a 2017 Accord Sport and ended up paying way less than what I pay for my 2015 Civic, that I got at another Honda dealership! I recently made an appointment for service because of a bad battery. I took my car in that morning at 7:30am.and was forced to leave it or make another appointment. Reluctantly I left my car and told the rep that I needed my car asap. At 2pm I called and my car hadn't even been looked at. Angrily I asked to speak to the service manager Mike who told me if I'm unhappy I can come in a get the car without any service performed. I will not be going to service my car there again

I just leased my 7th Honda. My last 3 or 4 leases were from Yonkers Honda. This was the best experience yet. Roy Cornielle, my sales representative, was courteous, professional, and helpful. He did everything possible to put me in the car I wanted. He took his time and answered all my questions, going over things 3 or 4 times when necessary. In all my years of purchasing and then leasing cars, this was the easiest and most pleasant. Roy Cornielle is an asset to Honda and I would was extremely impressed.

After going to numerous dealerships, I was happy with the low pressure and calm environment at Yonkers Honda. From the moment I walked in the door, Jun welcomed me, and asked what I was looking for. He calmly showed me everything I wanted to see, and never once pressured me. I went in to view one car, but ultimately ended up getting another one because that's what my fiance wanted. She wanted to test drive the car in a certain color and trim, which wasn't available onsite that day. Jun arranged for it to be brought in to the dealership, and 2 days later, we test drove it, and decided to get it. When it was time to negotiate price Jun was very open and was able to negotiate the price we wanted. I would certainly recommend Yonkers Honda for its calm professional environment, and I would most definitely recommend Jun Aquino.

My husband and I went to Yonkers Honda, and Gary Wagner helped us. We were looking for a 2016 Honda Accord Sport. We were given a good deal, but Gary was a fast talker, spoke down to us, was very rude, and he even ran our credit report to find our credit scores without us completely filling out the report, and signing it. My husband went into Yonkers Honda, and talked to Gary Wagner, and my husband told Gary that he was going to come back in the evening with me (his wife) to look at the car. Gary Wagner said, "Why do you need your wife to come in? Can't you make a decision by yourself?" My husband said, "I didn't come in to buy a tomato, I came in to buy a car, which is a life long commitment." The next day, we went back, and Gary pretty much called my husband a liar (Gary said, "The information you are giving me is not accurate). My husband said, "Fine I don't want the deal anymore." Gary said, "I don't feel comfortable with this deal." Gary also wanted us to sign the deal before even offering us a test drive. Why would someone sign a deal and then want to test drive a car? What happens if that wasn't the car they wanted after the test drive? We ended up speaking to the manager, but it seemed like the manager was siding with Gary. He apologized for the disrespect, but overall, we had such a bad experience at Yonkers Honda, and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I entered Yonkers Honda and was directed to salesman Eric Soto, I told him what I was looking for a 2016 Civic Coupe in Black. He excused himself and came back in about two minutes with such a good deal(I had been to two other dealerships) that I put a down payment down. He was straight forward and honest no BS, what a fresh of breath air from a dealership!! Two days later I drove out with a new car. Best car buying experience in 40 years of buying a car. I was called by Mae in Yonkers Honda, in reference to two existing leases that were coming due. She was very friendly and informative over the phone, so I made an appointment to meet with her. It turns out that she is a Leasing and Retention Manager and not a sales person-but she handled my transaction because she was familiar with my situation. She is amazing! I returned my existing lease and leased a new CRV in 45 minutes, and was very satisfied with the deal. Just a quick few words to express my gratitude to Boris and Mike at Yonkers Honda. They made what can be a very trying experience (buying a new car) as easy and simple as can be. We started our trip with Boris on a Monday night and we were in our new Honda Accord Thursday morning. Once Boris helped us sort out which car best suited our needs, he and Mike provide no nonsense aggressive and competitive pricing. Boris continued to help us even while in the City with his daughter during the Holidays! Once we agreed on the final sell price, which took all of 5 minutes on Wed evening, Mike prepared all of the paperwork, so that when we came in Thursday morning, everything was ready. I've never worked with such an accommodating dealer. I first called in and spoke with Susie in Customer Service. I told her my budget and she proposed a better fit model for me, which not only ended up right in my price range but also included a higher trim level with additional accessories. Peter found the perfect vehicle in their inventory for me. In the end, the sales manager, Greg, offered the most affordable deal for my lease and I drove away with a brand new car that I absolutely love. I strongly suggest Yonkers Honda to everyone now. OMG!! It was the best car transaction I have ever had! I worked with both Mae Soleiman And Michael LaPadula. They went out of their way to get the exact car that I wanted with all of the options including sensing. I was difficult because they needed to swap cars with another dealership in Connecticut so I could have the beautiful Cosmic Metalluc Blue I desperately wanted! The financial dept had all the paperwork ready to go and no one put any pressure on me to get anything I did not want!! I will continue to go to Yonkers Honda. OMG!! I worked with Mae Soleiman first. She was recommended to me by my friend who also leased a car from them. She gave me my price and made the transaction simple. There was an issue with the color I wanted so Michael LaPadula made a swap with another dealer so that I could get the EXACT car I wanted with all of the options including sensing. I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Michelle has always patiently listened to every question I have had, responding with a knowledgeable answer either on the spot or after consulting with the mechanic, but she always gets back to me. The car has needed very few repairs but when it has she has consistently provided detailed explanations as to why the work was needed. Michelle also patiently helps me keep track of the maintenance as she knows I always want the car in top running order, and yet she does not try to oversell anything. On occasion I have dealt with other managers at this service center and they have also been very helpful, but am particularly appreciative to have benefitted from Michelle's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service commitment.The last time I took the car there it needed a new transmission. Michelle went out of her ways to give me different options as to what to do, without any pressure. She even worked with the sales staff and the entire Yonkers Honda entity went out of its way to make me happy. I ended up buying a 2012 Accord from them - now just because it was an essentially new car at a great price - but I particularly wanted another Honda to be able to keep taking it to Yonkers Honda for their fine service, which Michelle so wonderfully represents.

The only regret we have is that Yonkers Honda was not our first stop to shop for our new car. Being that it is about a thirty minute drive from us, we opted to first visit other dealers. After dealing with the subpar customer service and for lack of a better word - plain xxxxxxxx - at two other Honda dealerships (Paragon Honda and Honda of Manhattan), Boris and the staff at Yonkers Honda restored my dwindling faith in the car business. I am glad that I broke with tradition and came to Yonkers Honda for my new Civic Hybrid. In the past, I have used another dealership for my purchases. It so happened that Yonkers Honda had the car that I wanted in the color that I wanted. I came in prepared. I was pre-approved through Honda Financial and I wanted to take advantage of a special lease promotion that Honda was offering. Susie helped me make the deal easy. We communicated via email and phone to arrange a date and time to come by to see and test drive the car. My schedule changed due to a work conflict. Nevertheless, the car was there for me to see a few days later. When I arrived at the dealership I met Susie and she introduced me to Michael Bargallo. He took me for a drive and explained many of the great features that Honda throws into the car standard. We went back into the dealership and I discussed the car with Michael. We made a deal that ended up a little better than the deal that I was expecting. In the past at the "other" dealership, this is when the stress gets poured out. When they send you to the Finance Manager to finish the deal. This experience was so far from previous experiences. Kurt finished the final paperwork in a stress free manner that made me glad that I came here. As we finished up, the detailing team was putting a shine on the car. They did a great job! My experience at Honda Yonkers was quiet interesting, for lack of better words. Upon entering the dealership, Jon approached my friend and I and asked "can I help you?". I responded by explaining that I am in my preliminary stages of shopping for a car to lease and was interested in the Honda CR-V. Jon responded with "...tell me how much you are looking to spend and I can tell you if I can help you as I do not want to spend 2 hours with you for nothing...". I thought, bold approach but okay, let me give him the benefit of the doubt and move forward with seeing what he has to offer. During our interaction, Jon continuosly made reference to what "...you can afford.." in a very condescending way. Additionally, he would ask a question, I would respond, and he would bring my response out of context to something different then intended. At this point, I realized that this was turning on to a waist of time given that it became clear that Jon profiled me based on the fact that perhaps I look young and he assumed that I was not serious. I understood his excessive concern over a client waisting his time, as I suppose he may be accustomed to dealing with people who approach him with false inquiries. However, if this was that big of a concern to him, all he should have done was discretely google my name to find my professional background. Ultimately, I ended walking out (while he followed me trying to persuade me to stay) and I went to another dealer where I happily leased a car. Jon has alot to learn in regards to refinement-- I suppose he will with time.

I am highly upset with ike and kevin at yonkers honda. I traded in my car back in march of this year, they sent the payoff check late to the financial company leavin a balance and the account still open. Not to mention they never sent the bill of sale or window sticker to my insurance company so i had to go and take care of that. Kevin lied to me told me my car was in a total loss which wasnt true because my car was never in an accident. So he couldnt give me the full trade in value. Ike says hes going to take care of this situation with the financial company and has yet to do so. I will never refer anyone to this dealership ever...

I have waited longer in lines at Home Depot than I did in Yonkers Honda when I went in to get my new Accord. Really! Michael was my sales rep and he was incredibly nice and accommodated my schedule and needs. There was no dealer nonsense, no "let me talk to my manager", no other office to deal with; no back room conferences, Michael handled our whole transaction without delay. I drove out the same day. I have never had a better, smoother or more satisfying interaction at any car dealer. Michael made this process easy and quick and one unanticipated benefit was that even days later I feel no buyer's remorse. This was the right car at the right price. Period. I am deeply impressed with how this dealership operates and can't say enough about how personable and pleasant Mike was to work with. The owner came out to thank me personally when I took delivery. I had a vehicle that I was planning to trade in and the salesman told me his used car guy would take a look at it. He did not tell me he was going to drive my vehicle OFF THE PREMISES. He came back and made me an offer for my trade in which was a good offer, but then proceeded to say, "I wouldn't offer you this amount personally, but it's not my call." Um, pardon?? Then he proceeded to tell me that he didn't think he could get me a 2015 Accord Touring as there weren't that many made. So I told him Honda of Manhattan has two. He looked annoyed and generally had an attitude like - buy the car or don't, I don't care. I don't know about you, but I prefer to spend my money, especially *THIS* amount of money (the car was going to be a cash purchase) someplace where I feel appreciated. I work too hard to give my money to someone who would dare to treat me with such disdain. His offer on the new car did beat the price I had from another dealer, so I used it to bargain and got an even better deal. So thanks Yonkers Honda for getting me a better price at another dealer. When it's time for another new car I will not even step foot in your dealership.

He was very responsive to every message I sent him while shopping among various dealers and after my wife and I had decided to buy our car from Yonkers Honda. At the dealership, he listened closely to what we said, showed us only what we asked to see, and neither he nor anyone else even suggested offering us additional equipment, warranties, services, etc. He did not once undermine or criticize any other dealership. He was flexible on our trade-in value. Knowing that we were long-time Honda drivers, when he actually delivered the car to us, he focused just on the new technology since our most recent purchase (2010) and he got us on our way quickly with a standing offer to call him with questions. Overall, the process of buying the car was as simple and straightforward as buying a TV.

At first I didn't believe a deal could me made as I thought it was pure business for profit but as time went one my sentiments changed mainly because Bob the owner treated me like family and made my priorities matter. He structured a deal that was tailor made to meet my needs and he was completely humble and a down to earth gentleman which I am extremely grateful for. His demeanor can be described as a guy speaks from the heart not trying to show off his attire. We were walk in customers on a rainy day. I guess the weather affected the mood of the employees that day. I could not believe the reviews I am reading about this dealer. The moment we walked in, we greeted ourselves. Nobody showed us the vehicle. We helped ourselves in checking out the CRV we were interested in. Yes, a "John" made us sit to discuss things (the table at the end, close to the glass). {I selected a Jon from the list of employees, the picture looked like the person we spoke to}. He was not accommodating at all. We inquired about the prices and he replied, what was the price we wanted. We were told that the prices we saw online are the prices. He did not even discuss any offers available. Did not mention any price range of the specific car we inquired. What is the point of having a dealer if you can only go by the online deals? It seems like we were being talked out to lease than to buy a car when we inquired about the fine print on leasing. He stood up and told us that he will ask his boss and we should let him do his job. Ask him what? We were not even talking about prices? What issue are we negotiating with his boss when we did not agree on anything nor laid out any data to be discussed? Overall, we received a very demeaning experience. We walked out. We got the impression that we were viewed as customers who doesn't have the capability to make a purchase. How could you do transactions with somebody who treated you so cold? Not in a million years that I will recommend this dealership to anyone. You need to improve your customer service and I hope you do not judge your customer's capacity by their physical appearance. Given the fact that every person has a heart, then everyone deserves to be treated fairly. Good for you all who had great experience with this dealer. For those who are contemplating to visit or do transaction with them, I wish you all the best and hope your experience will be better than ours.

The day before Thanksgiving I had a terrible car accident that left my car 2009 Civic totaled. I was bummed out at the prospect of having to purchase a used car. I figured I could only afford a lemon since it would be nearly impossible to match the low monthly payments of my previous car (which I purchased used). I walked into Yonkers Honda ready for the disappointment of not being able to afford anything I liked. I was also very guarded and ready to put up a fight with a pushy sales person. Upon entering I was greeted by Mr. Ron Thomas his warm smile, firm handshake, and calm demeanor quickly put me at ease. Ron was very friendly, jovial and exceptionally professional. Ron showed me a few options with ZERO pressure. I told him if he got me a good deal I would literally hop and skip. In the end Ron was able to get me a phenomenal deal! He got me into a 2015 SUV and the kicker is that he was able to get me monthly payment lower than my previous used car. A Christmas miracle! I am so happy I crossed paths with Mr. Thomas. Yonkers Honda may need to reconsider their customer service vis a vis Mohammed. After a very pleasant exchange with Richard Stein, where we signed a contract for a 2014 Honda, I arrived to take delivery of the car and had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Mohammed. He was extremely rude, kept changing his numbers, tried to fudge numbers when we caught his errors and finally refused to sell us the car though we agreed to go through with the 'new' deal. I am still reeling from his unprofessional behavior. It certainly makes one wonder if he was trying to scam the customer with his somewhat delirious interaction. At one point we had three individuals (Richard, Jamie & Mohammed) talking at cross purposes with each saying completely different things about the sale. There was no clarity and none of them were on the same page. Yonkers Honda should be ashamed to present such a public face to a potential customer who had jumped through hoops during the week to present all the required documentation in time. Needless to say I would not recommend such unprofessionalism to anyone.

This is no joke. A deposit was made over the phone; the test-drive was AFTER the car was under our ownership. As long as I live within 100 miles of Jon Saba, I would not purchase a vehicle from anyone else. We first met Jon in June 2013 at his previous Honda dealership. He sold us a 2013 Accord. The experience with Jon was beyond expectation and prompted me to write a review for him (also on dealerrater.com).Fast forward to October 2014, we were in the market again for a new vehicle. I called Jon at his previous dealership and found he had left. I found him at Yonkers Honda after Googling. We quickly connected and discussed over phone calls, e-mails, and text messages on the trim, color, and price of a 2014 Civic, as well as the process/paperwork for trading in our old car. Within two days, I gave Jon my credit number over the phone for the deposit. Jon started the necessary paperwork, both for the new car and the trade-in. The next day, we drove to Yonkers Honda, literally swap keys and drove home a brand new Titanium Metallic 2014 Honda Civic. The process went extraordinary smooth and painless. There was no hassle, no troubles, no rudeness, and no pressures. Jon is a professional Honda dealer who is extremely thorough to the very fine details, and went above and beyond to ensure that we get the car we want. Jon is sincere, courteous, respectful, detail-oriented, helpful, and knowledgeable. My feeling is to Jon, selling car is not a one-time thing. He builds relationship and earns trust. We went back to Jon because I trust Jon, with my personal information and the purchase of a Honda vehicle, for the following reasons:- Professional He knows the automobile industry, consumers (new and used market), and the trend. His recommendation is honest and informative. For example, we like the Civic in blue but was concerned with the popularity of a blue car in 5 or 8 years. We asked Jon his advice. He was honest in telling us what the safe and popular colors are, while stressing that buying a car is about what WE like. - Attentive to detailsI asked Jon to send me the trim, color, and price in an e-mail. I was expecting a short e-mail like 2014 Hone Civic LX automatic, $1xxx + taxes + registration. Instead, I received handwritten math calculation scanned image that included four scenarios of the final prices for different trade-in and new/transfer plates.Another example was picking out the color Jon sent me three or four Youtube links to show the color interior and exterior. He didnt just send me the name and said Google it. He made sure I have the information readily available at hand.- HelpfulJon didn't stop being helpful after the deal was closed. Even after we paid or have the keys in our hand, he continues to provide information relevant to the car that is helpful to us. For example, the type of tires we want to consider when the time comes - summer vs all season vs winter tires. He doesn't take for granted that this information is known.- Patience and respectfulJon is extremely patience. He described my wifes attentive to details as analytical. Frankly, I think my wife is just anal. Jon never at once showed impatience with her and made sure that she is equally comfortable and satisfied in the purchase. Yonkers HondaStaffs at Yonkers Honda work in a team. They are sincerely friendly. This is a dealership that wants to take care of the customer, build relationships and trusts, earn your business for this car and after. In many dealerships Ive been to, salespersons and managers JUST WANT YOUR BUSINESS and get you out the door. At Yonkers Honda, we felt the staffs understood that buying a car is not a 20 minutes decision. Yes, they are interested in selling you a car. Sales translate to paychecks that put gas in their cars and food on the table; but no, they are not pushy. We interacted with the general manager (Greg), internet manager (Boris), assistance to Boris (Susie), and one salesperson at the Use car department. All of them made us felt comfortable.We highly recommend Jon Saba at Yonkers Honda.

I have been to other Honda dealerships (3) and dealt their staffs. Some of the other dealer's salesmen treat you like a mark in a scam.(THAT IS EXACTLY THE WAY I FELT). Trying to deal with them when they insist that they made a mistake and gave me a price on the internet for a LX Model instead of an EX. model AND COULD NOT HONOR the price, REALLY ???? I was about to give up and called Yonkers Honda. No one could beat the way that I was treated by Jon Saba and the people of Yonkers Honda. There I was treated as a valued customer BEFORE I WAS A CUSTOMER. We did not need to go anywhere else all the pieces came together price, financing,color and small details and we made the best deal I have made on a new CRV in 12 years. As an apprehensive first time car buyer, from the moment that I walked into Yonkers Honda, Jon was assertive, courteous, knowledgable, welcoming and so much more. He never pressured me to make a decision and answered each and every question that I had. Jon was completely patient with me, even making himself reachable after business hours. Jon was accommodating and flexible, making the car buying process that much easier. I was very nervous and Jon made me feel at ease and that he would be available even when my purchase was complete. Being as indecisive as I am, Jon remained calm and showed me anything and everything I wanted to see. I arrived early on the day that I came to complete my purchase and Jon was finishing up with a customer. Michael LaPadula offered to help us and he completed our insurance process while we waited. He even went as far as to stay on the phone with the insurance company and ask and answer all questions that we had. He spoke with us and expedited our paperwork until Jon was ready, making our sale completion that much quicker. Both Jon and Michael represented Yonkers Honda extremely well and I could not have asked for a better first time car buying experience. When Boris said that they do business with honesty and integrity, I told him that those two words don't normally go with a car dealership. He was right. We sold our 2012 Honda CR-V on Monday, September 22nd, 2014, because they gave us a price we could both agree on and stuck to it. I have a Honda 2006 Civic LX which I bought from YH, (new). I used them for regular service for a few years and then found another shop closer to my apartment in Manhattan. I recently discovered that my almost new rear tires had become choppy and had uneven tread wear, ( my shocks and struts had been replaced a year before the tires). I discovered that Honda had issued a service bulletin a few years ago that included my model car and a problem with the rear upper control arm kit leading to uneven tire wear. Long story short, I brought the car in and YH told me that they did not see my model VIN listed with regards to the recall but they would discuss with the service manager. At this point I really wanted to stand up and yell, "I am mad as hell......" A few hours later Mike called me and told me that the SB had expired, (which is why my VIN was not listed) but assured me that Honda America would most likely honor the repairs and would contact them. And, in fact they did!! Thank You Mike and Alex for advocating for me. You earned a customer for life. Regards, Bob

Richard emailed us a price which was better than I obtained from any other dealership. I even checked in PA. I was afraid it might be a "bait and switch" technique - get me into the dealership with a low price and then add other fees to make the actual price higher... But that was not the case. Richard sold me the car for the exact price he had quored and the DMV fees he charged were also lower than those charged by other dealerships. I would recommend buying a car from Richard.

I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Michelle has always patiently listened to every question I have had, responding with a knowledgeable answer either on the spot or after consulting with the mechanic, but she always gets back to me. The car has needed very few repairs but when it has she has consistently provided detailed explanations as to why the work was needed. Michelle also patiently helps me keep track of the maintenance as she knows I always want the car in top running order, and yet she does not try to oversell anything. On occasion I have dealt with other managers at this service center and they have also been very helpful, but am particularly appreciative to have benefitted from Michelle's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service commitment.

Would deal with Yonkers Honda again. I found a used civic with low miles for a great price. Why I would deal with them again is because they do what most other dealers don't do. They invest in the car to get it back to almost new condition. I know if I would have bought from white plains honda I had to buy new tires and they wanted to charge me more for the same civic with more miles. It just made sense to buy my civic for less with new tires from Yonkers Honda. Ask for Chris he is the manager or ask for Bill he is a straight shooter and a nice guy.

My husband's lease with Kia was up and we were looking to lease another vehicle since Kia was not giving us a good price on the 2014 Kia Soul. We agreed on a deal for a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L over the phone with Boris. As demanded by the dealer I ordered a bankers check from my bank (even though this dealer is a preferred customer for that bank). When I reach there & see the van it had a bad dent on the bumper which was never disclosed till now. There were lot of minor scratches all over the van which one would except in a used car & overlook but the fact that the dealer is keeping the big dent a secret was a very disappointing. Boris lied on the condition of the van & was not ready to compensate even $100 for this dent that would take atleast $400 to be fixed. What a shame on this dealer. I drove 85 miles one way to reach this dealer with a bankers check of my loan ready in my hand to just find out that this dealer is cheating by hiding the dents & not displaying as part of the pictures for this van on their website. Not sure how can they sell a dented car as a Honda Certified Pre-Owned Car. I would never recommend the pre-owned car section of the dealer to anyone.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Yonkers Honda. The staff is extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. The turn around for the service I've requested has been phenomenal (usually same day). Their shuttle service is also a key factor when dropping off the car (since I take Metro North to NYC). They are also great with pricing and have accepted other Honda competitors service deals. After previous negative experiences with other Westchester Honda dealers, Yonkers Honda is a breath of fresh air and I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else!

Recently my car has been repaired by 500 Yonkers Ave HONDA. Typically you may hear complaints about service instead of praising the employees however I think this is something EVERYONE should know. From start to finish I had an extraordinary experience and I believe this company should be honored to have a team member such as Ms. Michelle. I was completely distraught over my car which I crashed on Feb 3, 2014. I was beyond confused as far as who to call, if or when I should call etc. Michelle somehow found a way to communicate effectively with me although I was very aggravated, again because I didn't know what I was doing. She explained every step of the way to me and guided me through the whole process even when we hit bumps in the road because a lack of communication through my insurance company (ESURANCE... WHICH IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!). She was able to obtain all the necessary information in order to eliminate me out the equation so that I didn't have to keep calling my insurance company. It was really such a great experience and I would recommend this service to ANYONE alive! Again I can't thank you enough for hiring such a loving and compassionate employee such as Michelle. And what's best is she knows what she's talking about and how to expedite things smoothly. She deserves a raise or a vacation! Or maybe even a new Honda on the house ;). I had a really horrible experience buying my car from Yonkers Honda. I bought a 2007 Honda Accord. The only reason I'm putting two stars instead of one is that the underside of the hood was clean and the car was in decent (not great) condition.When I first came to Yonkers Honda, I felt like the salesmen were a breath of fresh air. My salesman was really nice and was very honest with me about the advantages and pitfalls of my car. It had a clean carfax that stated that the title was clean. I asked if the Honda emblem on the steering wheel could be touched up, and he agreed to do that before I picked up the car. I also asked if there were two keys, and he said there was not a second key for this car but "because he likes me" he would throw in a second key. I was really pleased by the customer service, and felt confident in my decision to purchase this car. I explained that I would have most of the money cash and would finance the remaining $4K through my credit union, and would return in a day or two to finalize the sale. They told me it was no problem.Here's what happened next:-Dealership didn't have copies of lien release or title when I bought the car (which I need to finance through my credit union). I requested them immediately and called my salesman everyday for one week asking for the documents. They kept saying they didn't have them.-After one week of my calling, the dealership persisted on having me finance through them, claiming that we "don't need a copy of the title or lien release" if we finance through them (isn't it illegal to sell a car without a title?). After I told them several times that would NOT happen, they only stopped trying to persuade me after I threatened to cancel the sale.-The dealership claims that they received the title and lien release 12 days after I first purchased the car (and I had to call them to find this out, they did not call me). They faxed me the documents, and they kept arriving way too dark to read - completely illegible.-Dealership did not have a scanner to send me the documents, so I had to drive an hour to the dealership to pick up the documents by hand (faxes of the title came in illegible). -Car salesman lied and told me they were closed due to bad weather - I know that he lied because when I called the dealership, they told me they were open (on the day that I was supposed to pick up the documents by hand).-The next day, I picked up the documents by hand. In person, I told my salesman that I would be back that day to pick up the car. He said he would have it ready for me.-That same day, after clearing my loan with my credit union, I call my salesman to tell him I will be back to pick up the car - no answer. He calls me back when I'm halfway there and tells me the dealership does not have the car inspected and I could not pick up the car that day. This is after TWO WEEKS of me waiting AND my having told him IN PERSON that I would be back that day for the car. Why could he not have told me this earlier? Why has the car not been inspected after all this time?-I call the dealer the next business day and explain that the car better be ready that evening or else I am cancelling the sale (second time threatening to cancel sale).-I go to pick up the car that night. The Honda emblem on the steering wheel had not been touched up. Car salesman said he would have someone get in touch with me on that. It's been two weeks - I am still waiting for that call.-Car salesman gave me attitude about giving me the second key that they promised, claiming that he "doesn't remember" offering to give me a key. -Dealership forgot that I told them I would be bringing in my old plates to transfer to the new vehicle, and gave me attitude when I didn't want to just "keep the brand ones they had already put on for me" (I didn't want to lose the 6 months registration that I had already paid for)I hate to give bad reviews because I know how hard businesses work to stay afloat and how much they depend on reviews, but my experience here was so terrible that I feel consumers need to be protected. Stay away from this place.

In my 10+ years of driving i have never had a good experience at a car dealership. I find the Salesmen to be deceiving crooks. Not at Yonkers Honda !! I was referred to Yonkers Honda by a relative and was told to ask for Bill and Mac who i must say are 1st class gentlemen. Bill made the sale of my 2010 Honda Accord painless and gave me a deal that i couldnt resist. Once i made my decision i spoke to Mac who handles financing. He made sure that i got the best rate possible and most importantly a monthly payment that was affordable. The only draw back was that after a week with the car i noticed that my doors would only lock manually and not with the alarm. I had to make an appointment with the service department to have a couple of parts changed resulting in me being a day with out my car. However they accomodated me by providing a rental for the one day that i was with out my car. Overall i must say the experience went well and i would recommend Yonkers Honda for your next Purchase!!!

This was my first car buying experience for myself. I have been to car dealerships before when my parents were thinking about buying a car. I called in a few days before regarding pricing and I reached the manager of the dealership. This is a very rare occurance, usually one never sees the manager or the owner. Bob gave me an offer I simply couldn't refuse. I did my research and homework on the particular car I was looking to buy. Once I got to the dealership, they directed us to Richard Stien the internet sales consultant. Once we were seated, Bob came over and took care of us. Both of them went step-by-step into all of the financing details. Throughout the whole thing I was never "pressured" into buying the car. They were willing to answer my questions and did not talk around it. They treated us with respect. Today I just picked up my 2013 Honda Accord Sport sedan and I am one happy customer. It looks like I will be coming back to Yonkers Honda for future car purchasing. The owner/manager of the dealership came out to give us salutations in the end. Once again thank you Yonkers Honda for giving me one of the best car purchasing experiences.

I am extremely careful about getting it serviced and they have continued to give me excellent service since 1984. I am NOT related to them or compensated for my review. They do care about the customers and it shows.

I purchased an '05 CRV for my daughter back in '07 the salesman, Kirk Powell, promised us a three year warranty for the vehicle. When I sat down to close the deal the Finance Manager,(sorry, his name is not legible, Mac or something) he advised me the warranty would expire in 2 months. I explained the salesman's promise and was about to cancel the deal. The finance manager offered me a 7 year 100,000 mile "Wrap Around" warranty so as not to lose the deal. I accepted. What he didn't do was write the mileage at the time on the warranty. When the vehicle was brought in for warranty service we were told the warranty expired this past January, two & a half years ahead of time. Honda Care interpreted the warranty as seven years from new, not used. Long story short we lost 2+ years of warranty. Nice people to deal with, not!

I came to New York looking for an 06' and newer Honda Pilot. After 2 disappointing dealers, I arrived at Yonkers. Frank Gizzi greeted us as we walked into the lot. He was honest, professional, had great customer service skills, and excellent vehicles. I ended up buying an 06' Honda Pilot EX-L. The vehicle was mechanically sound, they changed the oil, and bought some gas. I had to leave that day with the vehicle and Frank stayed late to ensure the financing went through. The only drawback I can think of is they do not accept wire transfers, so I had to finance through Honda. I wanted to pay cash for the SUV. Oh well, will be paid off in 4 months.Thanks for helping with the vehicle Frank. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

After a horrible experience at a car lot in the Bronx, I decided to visit a manufacturer dealer. Was greeted by salesman Angel and given an extreme amount of help on choosing the right car within my budget. He solidified almost the whole deal: paperwork, assisted in insurance set-up, programming my car with the 2nd key, explanation of my warranty (and extended one I purchased), etc. Mohammad, The Finance Manager was able to get me a great rate initially for a first time buyer. After a few days, Mohammad called me back to the dealer to sign off on a better rate. There were no outrageous dealer fees, gimmicks or haggling happening at this dealer. Would highly recommend this dealer!

I have never been to a dealer's service department as awesome as this! You are met outside by a wonderful smiling gentleman who just sets the tone for the incredible time you are about to experience. Their service consultants are friendly, RESPECTFUL, knowlegable, and great listeners. They listen to what you are describing - I mean REALLY LISTEN - and ask follow up questions. They outline how they are going to proceed. Even if you are in for routine service or for a major repair, you leave the consultant feeling like you are in the best hands. You are then shuttled into the rest of your day by a driver who is pleasant, safe, and friendly. A follow up phone call details what has been found, what needs to be done, and the cost. You return to the service department and your car is waiting - on time, no surprises on the bill - all with the same respect. There are just not enough words to describe how absolutley incredible Yonkers Honda. I am a there for life!

The whole experience at Yonkers Honda was incredible, the minute you walk in the sales staff lets you actually look around there selection of vehicles without being pushy. Frank Gizzi was our salesman, and he was a total proffesional and gentlman. He never pushed the hard sale on myself or my wife and was very informative. I had researched this dealership and Frank Gizzi's name kept coming with great comments, and I am here to say that those great comments are spot on. Frank made the experience of buying a vehicle actually enjoyable. There where no gimmicks, no fast talking, and the preasure of buying a vehicle was non existant. My wife and I purchased a 2008 Pilot and we can't be more happier with the decision we made. A lot of it had to do with the experience at Yonkers Honda. As soon as I entered the dealership I was immediately greeted with a friendly handshake and directed to a sales representative who could help me with what I was looking for. I worked with Javier Cano, who was professional, informative and understood exactly what I wanted. He listened to what I had to say and then asked me to give him the time to do a work up on what would satisfy me most. When I first came to Yonkers Honda, I had every intention of visiting several other dealers before making a final decision. However, every question I had and everthing I was looking for in a car I found at Yonkers Honda. Javier introduced me to Mohammed who was also friendly and knowledgeable. The deal was completed in less than an hour. I drove home later that day in my new Honda Accord. It was an all around pleasant experience.

I had reviewed several other dealerships prior to coming to Honda of Yonkers ave. NY.to check on their products and thier people. I wanted to be sure of who I was dealing with. I was not disappointed. The people at Honda of Yonkers Honda were very knowledgeable about their product and were very helpful in deciding what options, if any, were really something that I would find useful. I especially appreciated the fact the lease consultant, Frank Gizzi, was listening to what I wanted with respect to the vehicle, and worked with me to come to a quick agreement. Although there was no pressure to lease unwanted options, he went through the scenarios when various options might make sense and the cost for each. It was all very matter-of-fact and made the process of getting a new vehicle extremely easy. Additionally, I didn't think that I would need the tutorial for the 2012 model but he suggested that he give me a quick run-through just in case and I'm glad he did. I wouldn't admit it to him but I'm really glad I spent the 50-minutes to get familar with how to get the most out of my new vehicle. It's my fist time leasing, but I'll do it again with this people....The best!!!!!! 10+++++

This is my 4th Honda from Yonkers Honda and even though there are dealers closer to my home, I only go here. I always feel like I am being dealt with honestly. I just picked up my new CRV earlier this week and they had exactly what I wanted. I always anticipate that getting a new car is going to be stressful but they go out of their way to make it all easy and positive. This time, Ron took great care of me - very polite and professional and things could not have gone more smoothly. Service is also always excellent - easy to deal with and always accommodating. Overall, Yonkers Honda is very professional and everyone is always very helpful all around.

I went to their Yonker's Avenue location with my son to purchase a used scion on 11/16/11 and gave the sales rep $1700 cash for a down payment. We were told on 11/19 the loan for that car was denied, however we could get a lone for any Honda on the lot. My son does not want a Honda, he wanted the Scion, that is why we drove so far. We asked for our money back and were told it would be released in check form within 76 hours. Numerous calls we were told the check was coming, finally on 11/29 I contacted Honda corporate who contacted them, my son received a call that evening that now they can finance the car, we no longer want it. I called and spoke to Mr Mack and then to Garfield and was told the check had been processed. It has been almost 3 weeks and still no check. My son needs to buy a car, however, Honda has most of his money tied up. I had left a deposit at another place since then, and received the deposit back within 3 days of me telling them I do not want the car (because I did not know when my son't money would be returned from Honda).

Jose was good to work with, let me bring the car in the day I called and accommodated my request to add services after the fact. Prices are high like other dealerships but that's the way it is. My only complaint is the price to put in wipers blade inserts ($36) $16 for the blades and $20 labor (not his fault)?! Overall I will go back if I can get specials on services I need so my wallet won't take such a big hit.

The service now, since Rich Leon has come to the company as service manager, is exceptional. It starts with the telephone call to arrange an appointment. The telephone is answered by a living person who is friendly and responsive. When I ask to speak with RJ or Rich the call is tansferred and picked up promptly. In setting up the appointment they go the extra mile to set an appointment that is convenient for ME. When I arrive for my appointment, in a partially enclosed service area, out of the elements, I am greeted by a courteous and friendly person that logs my vehicle in, denotes the vehicle's condition. I then go inside where I am greeted by either Rich Leon or one of the service writers and directed to 'my' service writer. I am sit with the same person every time, which is great because a relationship is built and he really knows me and my vehicle. If I wait while service is performed the waiting room is spacious, comfortable and accomodating. there are beverages and snacks, HD tv, tables and chairs, or a tv viewing area as well as a separate room for quiet work with work stations.The service is always timely and usually performed in less time than expected.

I put my car Odyssey 2003 to Yonkers Honda Dealer. They damage screw thread in the oil pan. Explanation was " this is often the thread is waring out. this is no our fault." and they proposed me change for discounted price 510 $ (calculation 640$ minus 130$ discount). I call to other mechanic to ask about thread wearing and he explain me its can happen when they used to much power to screw oil plug. Not my fault but i should pay. I call to Brewster honda asking about price to replace oil pan and.... price was 475$ without anny discount!!!!!!! perfect they are thief and maybe they should change dipera not repair cars.

Just purchased a 3 year old 2008 Honda Pilot. I looked for the right car in a 200 mile radius. I could not go to visit every car I found online so I needed to do some negotiating over the phone. Spoke to the manager Chris W (500 Yonkers Ave location) and he gave me a fair price over the phone understanding I did not want to make a 4 hour round-trip drive for nothing. I came down and drove the car. I now dealt with Kevin. The car needed a few odds & ends (cracked fog lamp, some dings removed, crack in the splashguard etc) and we agreed on the terms. Took the car home a few days later and realized that the wireless headphones were missing. Kevin shipped them to me. Also, on the first night I had the car one of the tires was flat. It turned out to be a faulty valve. I needed to get it fixed asap. When I told Chris and Kevin, they agreed to send me a third wireless headphone (3 kids + 2 wireless headphones = problem) as the tire was already paid for. All in all, I would absolutely deal with these guys again. No pressure, nice guys.

Before I went to Yonkers Honda I had a horrible experience shopping for a used car. I went to all different dealerships and every one had different bogus fees and all tried to scam me. At Yonkers Honda I felt I got a great deal without any bogus fees or scams. They didnt hassle me and let me take my time and answered all my questions. Great ExperienceMy wife and I made an appointment with Yonkers Honda to look at a couple of certified CRV's listed on their website. Unlike a couple of other dealers we visited, they actually had the listed cars on the lot and ready for us to test drive when we got there. The sales rep. we dealt with was named Frank. He showed us what we wanted to see, didn't try to sell us something else, and was courteous and professional. He gave us a test drive, gave us time to look over the car, and didn't hover. At the end of the day Frank and Chris (the sales manager) made us a great offer on the car we liked best. We didn't have to compromise on what we wanted and are two very happy customers.

RobbedI was forced to bring my car into the Yonkers Honda dealership due to a recall notice. I usually never go to the dealership since I always feel like Im getting robbed by the price of everything, but since this was a recall, I couldnt go to my normal mechanic. Unfortunately the recall work would take two days and I was on my way out of town. They mentioned that it wouldnt be a problem for them to hold my car until I returned. Apparently this was my first mistake, I shouldve never let my car out of my sight.When I picked up my car a week later, I did a quick walk around and didnt notice any visible damage on the car exterior, but I found it a little interesting that the contents of the glove compartment were all on the passenger side floor. I chalked it up to hasty workmanship and went on to run my normal errands.When I finally had a chance to look in the trunk, I noticed that over $250 worth of tools were missing with no obvious explanation to their absence. I called the dealership to ask what happened and if one of the technicians had happened to remove them during service and forget to return them. The advisor answering the phone said that he would need to talk to his supervisor and call me back.About 45 minutes passed before I got frustrated from waiting and called back. From what the service representative told me, apparently there was a break-in at the dealership and a number of cars were damaged and had items stolen from them from wheels to windows broken in and GPS and radios stolen, but thankfully since my car was left unlocked in their lot, there was no external damage to it, just items missing.While Im glad that my car didnt have any physical damage, Im sure that had my vehicle been secured properly, no items wouldve been stolen at all. Theres a reason why my car has an alarm system on it and locks for that matter. When I asked the dealer for the police report number that they filed with the local precinct, they said there wasnt one and they would take care of it. This sounds very strange to me, if the damage to the other vehicles is as extensive as they indicated to me, Im a little surprised that there is no formal report of it.I appreciate the efforts theyre now making to correct the matter, however, it is a situation that never shouldve happened in the first place. While I know I shouldnt have left anything of value in my car, I didnt particularly feel like carrying 20 lbs of tools onto the multiple buses I had to take to home. Given the fact that they neglected to disclose the fact that vehicles were broken into under their watch when I picked up my car and that no police report was filed, leads me to not put any trust into this dealership or their work in the future. I recommend that everyone who reads this review do the same.

richard stein is the worst sales associate ever. it was just nothing of what he promised. i had to go to service then back to sales...there was no communication at all...it sucked...service was great but sales...huh not so much...sales is just very disorganized. and the appt request online? for get it. they are very incompetent.

I specially recommend this dealer because i did deal online and fix OTD price and when i went there , Richard is ready for documents and what we agreed on price and did finace and very smoothly and when i next day so he did every thing ready and did just couple signare with Fiance manager Jimmy and really he is very very quick and easy person ever seen in life. and deal done.Specially i recommend this dealer and one more thing i was leaving in NJ but came in Ny and bought Accord.Raj

Don't buy a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Here?! I am a single mom & I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2006 Civic here about a year ago with 22,000 miles. It was supposedly a lease trade in. They gave me Honda's version of a CarFax showing the car was clean & had no accidents. During the past year: When the summer arrived my A/C did not work. Yonkers told me that they would not fix it. Had to call Honda Headquarters to have them fix it. (it was winter when I bought the car) My bumper (front) fell off, revealing that it was an aftermarket bumper. How could this be? Honda gave me their version of a CarFax with no Accidents listed. A real CarFax reveals 2 accidents. With this new knowledge, I inspect the car to find not only an aftermarket bumper, but aftermarket grille & headlights too. Yonkers Honda refused to replace my leaking aftermarket light as well. After 3 months, I needed new brakes. Honda fixed it, but hey? Wasn't this car Pre Certified & Inspected? Now, exactly 367 days after buying the car, I take it to get inspected. I failed because the inside of my tires are bald. Yonkers Honda tells me my 1 year warranty is up, otherwise they would replace them. But 2 days, really, Yonkers Honda? I love Honda. But next time I will get a REAL CarFax & go to a better dealer that cares whether their customers come back. Yonkers Honda stinks.

after a mediocre experience with my previous Honda Dealer (Brewster Honda) and a deceptive lease contract placed unknowingly by me with Haan Bank (rather than Honda direct) I vowed not to deal with Brewster again and almost switched back to Nissan until my satisfaction with the leased Honda product compelled me to explore other dealers and a vehicle purchase rather than lease option.I was courteously treated by several Honda dealers in my research and opted for Yonkers Honda (although they are an appreciable distance from my home) because of the sincerity and straight forward unpressured sales presentation made by Richard Stein.He is a credit to Honda and I personally would recommend him to any of my friends and family.Joe Manganelli

I called this dealership to get another quote for a 2010 honda lease. I spoke with a salesman..who btw never called me back. I then stopped by the same evening and spoke to a salesman, gave him the specs on the deal I had on the table at a competitive dealership in the area..he came back and began belittling and saying negative things about the dealership ( he even said that the deal I had was not realistic) that I was going to make the deal with. I understand competition, however I do not respect a dealership who outright slams the competition to a potential customer, just because they could not make the deal. Well, I made the deal with WP Honda and I drove off with the deal I orginally made, no addtions and no surprises (as of yet)...So, to Yonkers....You are bad business!!!!

Not a good experience, very underhanded with the numbers. Trying to making the deal look good on one end, while trying to subtract money, for no reason, from my trade-in. Take your calculator with you. I went to Honda of New Rochelle and did much better.

Great dealership, wide variety of cars, friendly and helpful sales team. Greg and Eric have truly done their best to work with me trying to locate the car I wanted, and then to come up with the best deal. They were honest and upfront with me regarding any charges and costs. I wanted a stick-shift, so they went out of their way to locate such a vehicle and bring it into the dealership. The car was ready as promised. My deal was slightly more complicated because I was also turning in a leased vehicle. But everything was hassle-free and straightforward. I highly recommend this dealership and these people for your next purchase.

I went in to check my brakes, shocks, and of course the dreaded check engine light. Victor convince me to get a schedule maintenance instead. Which according to him: oil change, change fluids, and check all those things about 150 bucks. Later on I found out that it did not include a special diagnostics for the check engine light ( another 100 bucks). He also told me to get my radio code approx $50 which i later found out was free if u called a honda auto directly. He told me my car was in tip top shape except for the the front o2 sensor which was gonna be about 550 at this point i decline any more services. I went to another honda dealer another den of wolves: paragon honda. they told me i need 90000 maintenance all my fluid were black, my air filter which was change 1 month ago was black, and some were almost empty. also my front shock were bad. I decline all service because at this point i recognized the wolf in sheep's clothing. I open up my hood for myself to check it out. my fluids were not black but some were close to being empty. I went back to Yonker's honda to get at least my fluids filled decide to do my shocks someplace else. Yea acted nice but there was a lot of tension. They filled my fluids alright until it was leaking from down the side of my car . I open the hood these morons did not bother using a funnel and it was all over my engine. "I was told it would not hurt my car". I'm pissed gonna talk to manager but never going back there again. If i have 300 to burn it not going to be there.

I was at first very excited about purchasing a car from this dealership. I got a really great price quote from the internet quote. I went into the dealership to show my dad the car I was thinking about. Melissa wasn't in that day, but her boss (Bob??) was in and he looked at the quote she gave me. He calmly told me that it was quite an aggressive price, but that he was willing to honor it. When I asked him about colors and stock, he told me that he could get me any color I wanted within a couple of days and it would be no problem, but I would just have to pay a delivery charge of about $600. (I knew from doing my research that the delivery shouldn't cost them anything, but since they had given me a competitive price, I wasn't going to haggle on this price..but I would look for a dealer that had the color I wanted in stock). I told him that I was purchasing the car for cash, so it may take a few weeks to get the check together to purchase the car. He told me it would be no problem, that I should just come in when I was ready and put down a deposit.Well, when I received the money I was waiting for (a couple weeks later as discussed), I stopped into the dealer,and met Melissa. She told me that she could no longer honor the price that she gave me (although I told her that her boss said he would), she went into the office for a couple of minutes and claimed that she spoke to him, and said that he said no. I looked at her...and she also said that she didn't have any of the cars that I was looking for in stock. I was astounded, because it contradicted everything that the manager had said. I just walked out of the dealership. I was shocked that I was there ready to put a deposit down on a car and she wasn't willing to deal with me at all. Now again, I knew the price of the car, and had several quotes, so I knew what they could take for the car and what they couldn't. She could have sold it to me for the price I wanted or very close.So, while dealing with the manager was no nonsense, straightforward and honest, dealing with the salesperson was pretty much like talking to a brick wall.It really creeps me out... I have to say, that dealing with this dealer and others, made me almost reconsider purchasing a honda at all. It made me think that honda wasn't an honest company...

This dealership is fabulous and they outshine many other dealerships in the Bronx/Westchester area. They are upfront about pricing and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. They are honest about all fees and they work to get you the a rate within your budget. I had already test-driven my 09 Civic and Melissa in the internet department did everything over the phone and I came in that day to pick up my car. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. The Honda fit is currently unavailable and I was unable to get a test drive. ALL dealerships are offering refunds on this vehicle siince you cannot test drive it yet Yonkers Honda was condescending and refused to refund deposit. They do not work with you and talk down to women.
