Ziegler Nissan of Gurnee team members are considered family.. I appreciate their professionalism and willingness to address my concerns and also my needs... Each time I have to visit the location team members are extremely kind and proficient. I appreciate their professionalism and service. I am able to pop in to ask any questions and to get answers that are sufficient. Bill the manager especially is always available always willing to address my concerns or needs within a blink of an eye .. Again team members of Zeigler Nissan in Gurnee overall is a team of Excellence. as long as I choose to drive a Nissan Zeigler Nissan will always be my place to get excellent service thank you. 3/3/21 Service was excellent, courteous staff including management!

This is first dealership and service that we actually are not afraid of going to. Always professional, courteous and friendly. We bought 2 cars at your dealership (Alex is great), and when the time comes to replace our cars we will most likely start with Zeigler Nissan. Your service department is also great and we would recommend your business to anyone. Feb 23, 2021 update: we just purchased 3rd car at this dealership. This is another great experience with Alex Aguilar. He and rest of the team are knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with.

Edited to add: Just bought my fourth car from them. Across the years, they continue to excel both in service and sales. I’ve bought three cars from them and have all my service done through them as well. The purchase process has always been smooth - no hard sell or pressure, in and out with my new vehicle in just a few hours. After sale, the service department is stellar. Friendly, knowledgeable, fast and professional. I’ve recommended them to many friends. I’ll never buy a car from anyone else, or take my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Very WELCOMING, Clean and Friendly. Now let’s get to my personal experience buying a car from here! LOGAN IS HIS NAME….. I can’t stress it enough, LOGAN is the man you would and should do business with. June 25,2021 I walked into this Gurnee location and Logan greeted me (very welcoming and made me feel wanted). He asked me if I needed help or interested in a car and I said yes, and told him the SUV I was looking at online. He directed me to his desk and instantly offered anything to drink or was me and my two kids comfortable (4 & 10 yr old). While we waited, he went to get the SUV I came in for. Long story short LOGAN MADE SURE I GOT WHAT I WANTED AND NEGOTIATED VERY WELL. HE EXECUTED EVERYTHING AT ONCE. I AM NOT A SALESMAN BUT MAN HE GAVE A PERFECT EXAMPLE ON HOW IT SHOULD BE DONE. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. AND I AM VERY HAPPY TO SAY THAT MY VERY FIRST TIME BUYING A CAR WAS A SUCCESS AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK LOGAN FOR THAT. When I say above and beyond I mean it! He didn’t waste my time, he had the paperwork and everything ready for me to sign. Most importantly I DIDN’T FEEL PRESSURED!!!! Thank you Logan I appreciate you so much for everything.

This place truly is the best. We came here looking to get a car at a fair price and we got more than that. Lou did such an amazing job finding the perfect car for us. He also explained everything and made sure we knew everything about the car before insuring it was the one for us. Wanna give a thank you to one of the managers Moe as well for going above our expectations and insuring us the best deal possible! This place is amazing thank you!!
