When I decided to purchase my first new car in 1979, I did some research and decided on a Honda from Zimbrick. Since then, I have purchased 5 new Hondas from Zimbrick and have been extremely happy with them because they are made with the utmost safety in mind and are very dependable. Zimbrick Honda sales and service people in Madison over the past 36 years have always been helpful, friendly, and trustworthy to me which is why I continue to go to Zimbrick Honda when I need a new car. When I first met Robert Billig at Zimbrick Honda in 2010, I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful with a wonderful personality who listened to my wants and needs for a new car, did not pressure me at all, and found just the right Honda for me at a good price. Because of the great sales experience I had with him and because he has emailed me annually on the date I took ownership of my 2010 Honda, I decided to purchase my next new Honda from him again in 2015. He is still the same great guy I met in 2010 and the Hondas have gotten even better! If you need a new car, I highly recommend Honda Zimbrick and Robert Billig. You will not regret it!!

I've been a Zimbrick customer since buying a Buick from them at the same time they acquired the dealership in Madison. Since then I've purchased six Hondas, one Infiniti, and two Acuras. As you can tell, I very much trust them..........both for purchasing and servicing. Never once have I ever felt that they have been dishonest with me. When I was searching for a new vehicle in 2012 I went to the Fish Hatchery Honda lot to just drive through and take a look at what was available. As I was walking around I saw a salesman coming toward me. I thought "Oh great, just what I wanted to avoid in my early search." As it turned out it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Robert Billig was the sales person who approached me. Since that time I have purchased a 2012 CR-V and just took delivery of a 2016 CR-V Touring from Robert. He is very easy to talk to and so willing to help you after your purchase. He's a real plus for the Zimbrick brand.

Was told my vehicle had HID headlights and it did not. I'm in the process of looking for some after market units. It doesn't sound like a big deal but it was one of two must haves in my new car purchase. It is very upsetting. I also had a situation regarding how the financing was supposed to be handled. This is my third purchase from three different Zimbrick dealerships. My first two purchases I would rate without question as a 5 star.

The morning I started looking for a used car I had no idea what I was looking for. As I shopped around there were multiple car brands I was looking at, but with previous success in the past I was leaning towards a Honda as my new car. When I arrived to look at Zimbrick Fish Hatchery Fue Thao was there to assist me. He was very friendly and talked me through the different vehicle options and organized what I was looking for in a car settling on the Honda Civic. He explained all my options, talked me through budgeting, and explained the advantages of buying Honda Certified Preowned. Throughout all my experience working with Fue he was very considerate and professional, however you could tell he really cared about finding me a car. He was very patient working around my schedule, while I figured out my financial situation. Fue, along with business managers at Zimbrick allowed for me to purchase my 2012 Honda Civic. I could not be any more happy with my purchase from Zimbrick Fish Hatchery, and even further grateful for all the help the Fue provided. Although it will be some time until I need my next vehicle, I will without doubt be coming back to this establishment and Fue for my buisness. If you are looking for a car, Zimbrick Fish Hatchery is the only place I would recommend going to, everyone there is friendly, but I without question would suggest asking for Fue Thao. Phil Liautaud, our sales rep, is excellent to work with. He takes time to get to know his customers so that he can direct them to vehicles that are right for them. Because Zimbrick' prices are already in-line with prices we've researched, and there's never any high-pressure to "buy now", the purchase process can center on finding the vehicle that meets our needs and preferences. We recently purchased a Honda CRV 2011 from this dealer and from the start to finish, they provided a great service. Geoff Kox helped us and he was great and I especially love his honesty. We were trying to shop a used car remotely as we are from IL and we loved the CRV we saw online. It was a three hour drive however Geoff assured us and also trusted us that he would keep the car . He explained how great the car looked and I was little skeptical but when i looked at the CRV, I was extremely pleased and the deal was so quick and they offered us the best price and I was very happy withe the purchase. I recently purchased my second CRV from Kyle Valerio at Zimbrick Honda. Kyle is a great salesperson and easy to work with. I have dealt with my share of slimy, shady car salespeople and Kyle is a welcome sight compared to experiences with other dealerships. Kyle is very personable and friendly and remembers you and your vehicle or vehicles you have purchased from him. Zimbrick Honda is a great dealership. I have had good experiences in the car buying process and with their service department. They are vey helpful and honest - honesty is a hard character to find at many dealerships, but not at Zimbrick. They will take care of you and make sure things are taken care of right versus leaving you hanging. The buying process was straightforward and you knew the cost of the vehicle, no hidden fees or surprises when you picked up your vehicle. Kyle took the time to go through the features on the vehicle and has followed up with me several times to make sure I was satisfied. We consider Kyle our friend and know that we can trust him. We have given him feedback on various items and he always gives us his honest response to that feedback and offers assistance where he can. If you get the chance to drive a CRV you should do so. This is one great vehicle which is why I am on my second one. Honda makes a great product and there is no comparison in the small SUV market at this price point. They practically sell themselves with all the features and good gas mileage. Even though I had to wait for the CRV Touring model, it was worth it for the additional features. My daughter, a recent college graduate and I went into Zimbrick last Sunday afternoon to find out about the June lease deal they were advertising for a Honda Civic. It was pretty busy and when the woman my daughter had initially emailed wasn't available, Kyle offered to help us. He was friendly and informative and very quickly established rapport with us and went out of his way to show my daughter the exact model she was interested in. He answered her questions and addressed her concerns. My daughter was very impressed with the car after a test drive. When we brought the car back, my daughter clearly smitten with the car wanted to see some of the other interior/exterior colors. Kyle took us to a more distant lot to show us the various interior/exterior colors. Kyle thanked us for our time and encouraged us to contact his colleague when we were ready to complete the paperwork. My daughter, who is relatively quiet was so taken with Kyle's low pressure sell and kind personality that she contacted the dealer she'd had initial contact with and requested that Kyle be her new sales and leasing consultant. As of June 16th she haven't yet closed the deal, but the plan is to do so in the next week.

A growing kiddo necessitated the trade in of Mommy's sporty little car! Although we were looking at a 2005 Honda Odyssey, Mark Cambier treated us like we were buying a high end vehicle in the new car lot! My car purchase was the easiest purchase ever! I live 80 miles from Zimbrick and did everything except the actual pick-up through email. The reason I chose to purchase this far away is because it was the best price. I asked other dealers closer to home to match the price and they couldn't. When we arrived our salesman John Marks had everything prepared as we negotiated through email, we just had to sign the papers. I was impressed by the facility, my car was parked inside and all the features were explained to us in the warmth of the showroom. And to my surprise the vehicle included the all weather mats. I had been looking for a used CR-V for quite some time and every time I'd try to look at one, someone else had beat me to the punch and were sold, some literally just hours before. My second lease purchase in three years from Steve Wencel went seamlessly well. Not expecting to purchase a lease this weekend I find a parked Encore in my garage after only 18 hours of working with Steve. Having prior to my visit wanted a different vehicle also sold by Zimbrick, Steve accessed my wants and desires and mentioned he thought I'd be more comfortable and happy in the 2015 Buick Encore. Steve's enthusiasm, professionalism, personalism (if there is a word) brought me to purchase the vehicle sooner than I had expected. My girlfriend and I were shopping for our first car together and Fue approached us asking if we had any questions. We didn't know what we should be looking for so we asked Fue multiple questions about the different cars in the lot and he was incredibly helpful in our process of narrowing our choices. We left and did research on the two cars we had narrowed down to and went back the next day to test drive them with Fue. During the drives he was great about pointing out the differences between the two and asking questions that helped us pick out the SUV we bought. We went after work so by the time we got to filling out paperwork the dealership was actually closed but they stayed an extra hour and worked with us to get the paperwork completed. It could not have been a better car buying experience and Fue Thao, who we requested to work with again that second day, was incredible and extremely helpful for us. I would work with Fue again in a heartbeat and will refer him to anyone I know who is in search of a new car.

The day before I was to trade in my car and purchase the new Honda, I was in a minor accident. Chad facilitated the entire repair process, worked with the other driver and their insurance company to make sure all repairs were made and the sale could move forward without any delays. Chad continued to check on me every few months to make sure everything was going well and would take a few minutes to chat with me whenever he saw me in the service department for an oil change. Like peanut butter and jelly, I have meshed with Chad. I first purchased a used Honda Odyssey after the birth of our 2nd child. Chad called me as soon as it hit the lot, and I was sold. Later when looking to downsize once car-seat space was no longer an issue, Chad leased me my first Honda CR-V. Their service managers do a wonderful job with communicating the process, and the prices are fair. I had been shopping for a new vehicle for MONTHS before I looked at Zimbrick. I came close to buying a Jeep, but I really didn't like the sales rep so I walked away. When I got to the dealership, Steve was awesome! He already had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up and ready for a test drive. In 2010, i was in a difficult situation with limited resources and needing a reliable car. I explained my situation to Chad, and he listened to what I explained to him. He helped me to get into a car i could afford, a new honda civic with a sign and drive lease - well within my budget. The 2010 civic was extremely reliable throughout my three year lease, with no mechanical issues whatsoever. My only expenses were gas and oil changes. Since the civic got 30 mpg, this meant money I was saving in gas could be applied to my monthly lease payment. At the end of the three years, since i had been so happy with my 2010 civic, i returned to chad and entered into another three year sign and drive lease for a 2013 civic! I was very impressed with the improvements in comfort, safety, and handling that had been made between 2010 and 2013. Now halfway through my second three-year lease, I have been nothing but happy with my Honda experience - and with Chad's experienced and helpful assistance. I am looking forward to getting a new honda next year - I can see this being a long-term relationship! He has given me great service and I can rely on John advising me on only the service that really needs to be done on the car. He never tries to have more serviced on the car then is necessary. My 1999 Ford Ranger was run over by the Madison Fire Department on April 1, 2008. No, it's not an April fool joke. Their ladder truck took a short cut back to the station by going the wrong way down a one way street without any lights or sirens. I pulled out of my parking garage going the right way and the ladder truck clipped the corner of my truck bending the frame and totaling my truck. At the time gas was 4.50 a gallon and I'm almost positive that Chad paid me to drive the Ridgeline off the lot. I still have the truck and couldn't be happier with my purchase. We bought Honda Fit in 2008 and then Honda Odyssey in 2009. Both time Chad Schaal helped us with getting the car we wanted. He was great at walking us through the selection process. For the Fit we had to special order it and the Odyssey was in stock. For the Odyssey they also matched the price to the quote we had from another dealer Zimbrick took care of the financing and everything else and had the cars ready on time. The Odyssey had some issues with the window closing mechanism and the issue was resolved promptly when we took it in for repairs. We would buy from them again.

I get it serviced at the west side location and they consistently have some of the best customer service around. Contacted the dealership a few days ahead of our planned visit, letting James Skolaski know what vehicles we were interested in test driving (2015 Honda CR-V LX and EX). By the time we arrived, James had pulled both cars into the show room for easy access. We quickly got in and took both for a spin around the area, testing out various surfaces and traffic densities. He described the features and talked us through the differences between the two cars, giving his honest opinion along the way. James provided us with financing options and the trade-in value for my current car and we went home to sleep on it, with no pressure to return. We ended up contacting James a few days later letting him know we were interested in proceeding with a purchase. We setup a date/time and again, he had everything ready to go, no waiting! Zimbrick has been our choice for service of our slightly used 2012 Terrain, and Joe is always great to work with in the service department. While there in April, I wondered into the sales dept. to see the new Canyon truck for my husband that Id heard so much about. I talked to Matt, who explained they were so popular, they had none except a black one being used as a loaner vehicle. I told him we would be interested in seeing it, and Matt followed up as soon as the vehicle was ready to be sold. My husband and I test drove the Canyon, and would up buying the silver one that happened to have just come in. Matt was great, in both the follow-up and thru the process of getting the bed liner and topper installed before we picked it up, and said he or one of his co-workers would be happy to help me figure out my Terrains Bluetooth address book when I bring it in next time. I really enjoyed the test driving experience--initially, John took my family and me out in the car to teach us about all its functions. Later, I returned with my husband and we could take the car out without an associate, which really helped us get an idea of how it drove. John kept record of our family members' previous purchases at the dealer and made a point to show us pictures of them from years ago, which were great to see. We found a use car online that we wanted to buy. Someone else took it home for a test drive for the day and brought it back an hour before closing stating they decided to purchase a different vehicle. We came in a half hour later for a test drive, upon returning we decided to purchase the vehicle. Two gentlemen stayed an hour after closing on a Saturday so we could drive home with the new vehicle. Such amazing service is hard to find but obviously greatly appreciated! On top of it we feel like we made off with a more than fair price.

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle, and since we really dont enjoy the usual price negotiations with auto dealers, we decided to try Costcos car buying program. We have a Honda Accord and have been taking it to Zimbrick Honda for service since we moved to Madison, so we were pleased to see that Costco listed Zimbrick as one of their program participants. We went to the dealership several times to look at CR-Vs. On one rainy day we wanted to compare the EX and the EX-L. Jill Warren had the vehicles brought into the dealership so we could easily take our time and look over everything without having to deal with the weather. We returned on a sunny day to look at the colors and see the different interiors. It was Jills day off but another sales person (Chris?) took the time to show us around and answer questions. When we finally decided what we wanted, we worked with Jill to complete all of the paperwork. My wife and I were very pleased with how friendly the people that we dealt with were and we never felt pressured to buy more than what we needed. All in all, we were both happy with this car buying experience.

I was looking for a good reliable used car but was not looking forward to the whole "shopping for cars" experience. My spouse and I saw the add for the type of car we had been looking for and called Zimbrick to see if the car was still available. We were treated well from that first call through the whole transaction. We met our excellent salesman; Dave Moderow and took the car for a good test drive. There was no pressure and good conversation so the whole transaction was very pleasant. Never had such a pleasant car negotiation. here was minor glitch when we picked up the car, it made a strange noise that was not there during the test drive. So we took the car right back and Dave and the service team were right on the issue. It turned out to be a very minor tweaking of the new tires and they took care of it quickly, while we waited that same day. Dave and the service folks made us feel comfortable and didn't "dismiss" our concern. Dave knew how excited I was to be picking up my new "preowned" car so he didn't want to have that ruined. Before I came to Zimbrick Honda at Fish Hatchery in Madison, Wisconsin, over my life thus far, I had bought five new cars in two different states. Not ONE of these past five experiences were in any way enjoyable! Therefore, when I needed to replace my car this last time, I asked friends if they knew of a good Honda sales person. However, once the deal was done and I scheduled the pick-up date and drove the new car off of the lot, I can say that things could not have gone any smoother or been more enjoyable!!! Some of the ways Jill made this a pleasurable experience was by listening to what options I wanted in a new car, making sure I could get these options at a reasonable price, helping me with my trade, explaining in detail the benefits regarding service, etc. that I received by being a Zimbrick customer, and by going over the internal/exterior features of my new car. I can't thank Jill enough for having more of an attitude of wanting to help a customer achieve a goal and establish a professional relationship compared to one of an auto sales person just wanting to sell yet another car and not caring if they ever saw that person again. Based on my great start-to-finish new car buying experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Jill Warren as a Honda sales person. We have purchased and have owned 8 Hondas and soon will have number 9 in the family. Our first was a used 2001 Civic we sent our daughter off to the work a day world and the most recent a 2015 Odyssey we bought to be converted for our special needs grandson. We have benefited from a reliable Honda product line and service reliability that includes two Civics, three CRVs, three Odysseys and the soon to be delivered handicap converted Odyssey. Our two last vehicles were purchased at Zimbrick Honda in Madison were we benefited from the fairest prices we found in and around southeast Wisconsin. The sales person that was the most appreciated and helpful was John Marks who worked with us on our most recent purchase. His attention to detail and customer involvement made the process so much easier. He took time to offer advice on the purchase of the Odyssey to be converted even though it was to be purchased out of state and he would not benefit in anyway by its sale. If he is not catching criminals vandalizing cars, he is providing the best customer service Zimbrick has to offer. I am talking about Kyle Valerio. We have purchased or leased 4 vehicles from Kyle. He is our go to guy whenever we have vehicle purchases in mind. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and dedicated to our car buying experience. He is always the first person we reach out to when its time for a new vehicle. (and the last)... It does not hurt that Zimbrick Automotive has quality vehicles, competitive pricing and great service either. And on a side note - when Kyle has a few minutes during the day, he has chased down vandals who damaged cars in the nearby lots. It was estimated the vandals had done in excess of $75,000 worth of damage and it would have done more if Kyle had not chased them down - resulting in two arrests.

I've worked with Jill Warren twice over the last 5 years on car buying- used and a new car lease. With ( I will call her "Jane"), Jill spent an inordinate amount of time very patiently helping Jane figure out and find the car that "fit"her. She had had an accident that unfortunately resulted in the death of her beloved mother. This caused in my opinion, anxiety about cars in general and especially about replacing a car. Jill instinctively sensed this anxiety ( no one mentioned Jane's anxiety or the reason) and had Jane try out several different cars to find the one that let her feel in control, safe and relaxed. We must have driven 7 or 8 cars until Jill found the replacement car that "fit" for Jane. She bought the car and still has it- very happy with it. For me, I needed to lease a new car that I could get great mileage, technologically advanced, comfortable and within my budget at that time. The 2012 4DR Honda Civic EX with sun roof, easy compatibility with my iPhone and trouble-free maintenance was perfect choice after the 96 Acura TL I had run for 200K miles. Jill Warren is part psychologist and unrelenting in her search to find the vehicle you need- even if you are not sure of which one that will be! I felt he was completely honest and trustworthy, and I knew almost immediately that he was going to make the experience a great one. His expertise and outstanding personality put me at ease. I would highly recommend Chad to friends and family. Another deciding factor in buying from Zimbrick was due to the Service Department, specifically Tom Strahota. Tom always has a smile on his face, and I know that he is always up front with what needs to be done regarding servicing of my Honda. Last year we totaled our Honda Odyssey, which we bought from Dave Moderow at Zimbrick 5 years prior. We went back to Dave to replace it. We were anxious to get out of the 'mini van' phase, and purchased a Honda Pilot. After driving it for a month, we came to realize that purchasing it was a mistake - it was not going to work well for our family of 5. I decided a few years back that I wanted to trade in my CRV for a Pilot, then a year later thought it was too big and went back to a Pilot, THEN a couple years later decided I did want a Pilot. Every time I bought my cars he was such a pleasure. Funny, great sense of humor, no pressure, and really just let me decided what it was I wanted and needed. It was painless! My daughter and her husband were looking for a car for their daughters college graduation gift and I have more free time to check things out than they do so I did a little searching. I found the exact car she wanted and I filled out the form and asked for a quote. The next day I received a call from Mitch Garnett introducing himself to me and said he had emailed me a quote which was what I felt a very fair price. I gave the information to my daughter and her husband went down a couple days later, test drove the car she wanted, bought it and picked it up today - two days later. My mother and I have been shopping for cars with Dave Moderow at Zimbrick - Frontage Rd. Beltline Hwy. for close to 20 years. In that time between the 2 of us we have purchased 4-5 vehicles or more. Recently I was shopping for a CR-V with some bells and whistles but with a price I could afford. I gave Dave my number and he was diligent about finding the right car for me, I received regular emails and phone calls regarding available cars and cars that would soon become available. When I pulled into the parking lot at Zimbrick determined to buy a car it was 10:00 am. I test drove one car, he gave me the details, we finished the paperwork and I drove out in my new car at 11:15 am. He is patient, fair, kind and doesn't hear "$16,000 is my number" and translate that into "$20,000 is my number". Everything you hear about used car salesmen, and their reputation for being flim-flam artists is the exact opposite with Dave. If Dave tells me it's a solid vehicle,... it is. I started my car search looking for a used Honda Fit, hoping to get a good car at a nice price. After talking to John Marks at the Honda new car lot it became obvious that I could get a brand new Honda Fit at a great price and hold all the warranty without all of the unknowns of a used car. Zimbrick makes the buying process very simple and I had a new car a lot faster than I ever expected. John Marks was very busy with appointments at the dealership but diligently worked to make all the time I needed to discuss my interests and show me all the features of the various models of the Fit. He even gave me a tour of the facility and walked me through the process of the service area so that I would know where to go for future maintenance work. I would highly recommend Zimbrick Honda, and John Marks particularly, when shopping for a new car.

Part of the reason we return to Zimbrick is the excellence of their maintenance service, I especially appreciate Tom Strohota's oversight of our previous cars and their maintenance. We found Carlos Pelaez as a sales and leasing consultant for the Honda pre-certified cars to be very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to listen to our buying criteria. He adjusted his schedule to meet our time constraints, and ably reviewed our choices. We would give Carlos a five star review in every category!

We have known Dave Moderow for quite awhile as we went to the same church. We were in the market for a late model used SUV and he worked diligently with us. We initially were looking at a Saab but Dave had us drive a Honda Pilot and we loved it. We bought a Pilot that was used as a service vehicle and have had it for 3yrs and still love it. We have it serviced at Zimbrick Honda on Fish Hatchery and I was impressed with the dealership from day one. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is always done right the first time and the various service advisors that I have worked with make sure I am fully aware how the service is going and if there are any issues or concerns that were found. They explain to me what the concerns are and what my options are. The waiting area is clean, well lit and relaxing and of course, the cookies and coffee are pretty good too! I am impressed with Zimbrick and definitely will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Some companies just want a sale but it's obvious Zimbrick is committed to retaining your business. Dave is very knowledgeable, and patient. He does a great job listening to what you want in a vehicle and finding one to match your expectations. There was a mix up with my most recent purchase. Two similar vehicles were on the lot with different options. When we came to pick up the vehicle we wanted, we learned that it had been sold. Dave already had options available to us. We ended up buying a model that was two years newer, but we received a large discount off the purchase price and paid just over dealer pricing for the newer vehicle. We e-mailed, had a phone contact, I made an appointment and went in and got my car both times. No waiting around for a sales person to 'have time' as I had an appointment. Our most recent purchase was indicative of what we have come to expect from John and Zimbrick, we convey what we are looking for and need, and John delivers. The amount of time spent on the purchase process is about as minimal as you could ever imagine and is actually enjoyable not painful. Chuck Howarth, the service department manager, and my regular service advisor, Bob Hanson, treat me like family every time I come in and always deliver as promised. Yes, Honda vehicles are bullet proof. But, what keeps us coming back is Robert Billig. He is so much more than a Salesman...he has become a family friend. Robert knows from our first contact how much I personally dislike the "typical" car buying process. Typical is not what we experience at Zimbrick Honda. He has worked closely with all of my family members. He has listened and understands what's important to me and my family. I'm a loyal 2nd generation customer. My dad (Sgt. Major as we like to call him) has purchased his last 4+ Hondas from Zimbrick. When it was time for me to replace my 95 Accord, I was directed to Robert Billig. Robert was AWESOME. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. He respected my wants and needs. He took the time and effort to help me track down the rare and elusive manual transmission that was my #1 priority. I LOVE my new Civic and continue to rave about ZImbrick to anyone who will listen. The only downside is that since it's new I haven't seen their equally awesome service group yet. Tom Strahota and the other team members in the Service Group make having my car worked on an easy and stress-free experience. WIth my old '95 Tom always took the time to explain any recommended repairs and go through in detail what needed to be done and what was a priority. They always try to work with your schedule when it comes to maint and repairs which is so greatly appreciated. Recently purchased a GMC Sierra from Robert Billig at GMC Used. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased in the past 14 years from Zimbrick and 2nd with Robert, and we can't say enough about their staff. The two previous sales representatives are still with the company and have recieved promotions. They grow the company from within, and both sales reps still remember us to the day. No pressure sales and they work very hard to get the vehicle with the features that you want. Follow-up with attention to details have been outstanding. Kyle Valerio just put me into my fourth Honda from Zimbrick: a 2015 Civic Sedan, with great new features, which was preceded by a Fit, an Accord Sedan, and a Civic Coupe. Prior to visiting Zimbrick, we went to 2 other dealerships in the Madison area. Both dealerships had horrible customer service; the salesmen didn't introduce themselves, knew absolutely nothing about the vehicles we were interested in, and didn't seem to want our business... unfriendly salesmen + potential offer on a vehicle = no sale. Zimbrick was our last stop and by then, we were pretty hopeless we'd leave that day without a new vehicle. When Dave M from the Used Import Car lot approached us, he immediately smiled, introduced himself and shook our hands. From then on, he provided excellent customer service, was highly knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in, and extremely friendly and didn't pressure. At the end of the day, we walked out with a new vehicle... my husband and I both agree, the purchase was due to: 1) how much we loved the vehicle 2) most of all, the awesome customer service, both from Dave as well as the Used Import Car team (friendly "Hi's" everywhere we went). Its been 2 weeks since we've made our purchase and we've never felt so appreciative for our business before. My family and I went to the dealer with the hopes of getting rid of the high monthly payments that we had on both of our cars. James Skolaski was our rep for the 3rd time and as usual he did not dissapoint. He is the best sales person I have ever worked with and have I have purchased 8 cars in the last 4 years and used to sell them myself. The finance manager was also awesome. Puchasing our 2013 Infiniti M37XS recently was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle that we've had in 45 years. We purchased our Infiniti that had previously been a courtesy loaner car from Zimbrick Infiniti that had 8500 miles on it. The car looked brand new, it was difficult to tell that it was a two model year old vehicle. Zimbrick staff, from salesman (Dustin), his manager (Dakota), and on up to General Manager of Zimbrick Fish Hatchery complex (Kendall) were great to deal with. They gave us more for our Buick trade-in than we were expecting and they also came down to a very reasonable price for the Infiniti. There was no sales pressure and we received excellent service. Zimbrick has made us into very loyal customers. Great way to do business!

My recent experience of buying a car at Zimbrick Used Imports was memorable and positive in every way. The salesperson, Carlos made a considerable effort to accommodate my schedule for a test drive. The car was five years old, but looked new and was reasonably priced, especially as a Zimbrick Certified Used car. Carlos was knowledgeable about the car and patient in listening to me and answering my questions. He was like a friend helping me buy the car I wanted at a good, fair price. Then when I was taking delivery of the car, Zimbrick arranged at their expense to have an ignition switch problem promptly fixed. The business manager, Anthony, was friendly, patient, and capable. He made the process from financing through the final paperwork straightforward and flawless. I was treated well by the fine people at Zimbrick Used Imports. I recommend that anyone in the market for a car look at Zimbrick first. I know I will.

Their entire staff is top of the line, they are incredibly polite and do not disappoint in any way. Normally they can answer any question, if not they know where to find the answer. Since my wife and I moved to the Madison area in 1997 I have purchased or leased 6 new Honda products from your dealership. In every case my sales rep was Robert Billig. A bit of a car nut I have owned or leased 52 cars over a 63 year period and have met and worked with lots of sales reps in different cities. Without doubt Robert is the best I have ever worked with in any and all categories of the job. Most recent example not being a technocrat I was having difficulty figuring out the audio/info screens and was unable to preset FM and XM stations in my one month old 2015 Honda Accord 4 door sedan. Hated to have to ask the dealership for help but Robert insisted I bring it in and he patiently walked me all of the set up steps. A good friend of mine, who is well schooled and a talented artist and researcher, has fallen on hard times since her parents passed away. She had bought a new Honda Civic hatchback in 1991. It finally gave out on her and she was having trouble finding the energy to find a different one. So, typical of me, I set out to find her one. I tried several routes but when I saw Zimbrick's offer of a blue Honda Civic at a price she could handle, I told her about it and then offered to take her there. The drive from Spring Green to the west edge of Madison took me an hour and then I tackled the beltline, for the first time in my recently bought used car. I got the car from another Madison dealer but it originally had been sold by Zimbrick's. I believe my parents had gotten one owner used cars from Zimbrick's. We were helped by the employes from the moment I drove up. The blue one had been sold but they had a lovely metallic green 2000 Honda Civic sedan that was in the same price range. She took a short test drive in it and was excited about it. They gave her a tremendous deal with the negotiated price, under the sale price and about 1/2 of the original asking price. They made the transaction as painless as they could. As one of the salesmen mentioned, she did get a great deal. She didn't lose too much from her hatchback, since the trunk was roomy and the back seats folded down for lots of room. She did keep trying to manually shift an automatic transmission but I've seen that before. I lead the way back to University Avenue and US 14, a route that is just as busy but less insane than the beltline. She had enough to handle with a car vastly different from her 1991 car. I'd gone through the same thing, in a snowstorm, with my 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe after driving a 1988 Lincoln Town Car for 11 years. She did a great job of following me. Not so the other cars. I normally drive close to the speed limit and I was more restrained than normal, staying between 55 and 60, so again, my friend didn't have to worry about her speed as she followed me. There were a lot of impatient drivers behind us. But if they were in such a hurry, why hadn't they left earlier? I talked to her a few days later and she had taken the car to her favorite nature walks and just enjoyed herself. She hadn't had the opportunity to go to some of the best kept secrets in SW Wisconsin for almost a year. She has her freedom back and I was very pleased with the service we received.

I purchased a certified pre owned Infiniti at Zimbrick Infiniti a couple months ago and it was the easiest, most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealership. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The facilities (waiting room, lobby) remind me of a hotel with snacks, drinks, TV and comfortable furniture. The car I purchased was so impeccably clean it was virtually impossible to tell from new. Everyone I've shown it to has been surprised to learn it is a used car. Granted, it was a 1 owner off lease vehicle with less than 30,000 miles, but I've seen similar used cars that were not nearly as well prepped for sale. I appreciated the fact that the sales person with whom I worked was actually knowledgeable about the car as I ran into salespeople at other dealerships who had no idea what they were selling. When it came to the negotiating process, I found the process to be quick and easy. All my questions and concerns were addressed with direct answers with none of the sneaky surprises after the deal was done that I've encountered in the past. I've never felt so confident that I made a wise car buying decision. Plus, I got a really cool vehicle! Zimbrick Infiniti was great to deal with and I will be back when the time comes for my next car purchase. I would recommend them to any car shopper.

Found the car on cars.com. Contacted the dealership via the website and had a reply within 30 minutes on a Friday. Drove to the dealership on Saturday and was greeted by Cody in used cars. We were there to look at a 2011 Traverse. I know alot about cars, having worked at a dealership and being involved in the auto industry for a number of years. Cody was very sharp. He knew details about the vehicle most wouldn't and when we compared similar vehicles (the Acadia and Enclave) he knew the subtle differences. He also knew about the competition (Explorer). My wife and I took a test drive with Cody in the back. I asked about the car, and why the low price. It was significantly lower than others. He said they had the car since December and were about to move it to auction. Also based on the options, it was not as attractive as others. It had exactly what I wanted though, AWD and the towing package, a tough combination to find. After the drive, we sat down with Cody. We explained we did not have time to do all the car buying procedures today, as it was the day before Easter. We also wanted to try to arrange our own financing. Cody suggested we sign the contract. It was contingent on us approving their financing. If we did not, we could walk away. Who could argue. We left. Monday Cody contacted us, we found their financing better than what we arranged. We had a 30 minute window to do all the paperwork on Monday night. Cody had it all set up and within 25 minutes we signed the paperwork and were on the road to Waukesha from Madison. Cody never put any pressure on us, was very knowledgeable about the car, and we got a Traverse that was much lower priced than comparable Traverses. I had been researching them for about a month, and had a very good understanding of where they were priced, so I know we got a good deal. I'm sure the dealership made money too, so it worked out for them as well. This was a painless, quick process aided by a salesperson that really knew what he was talking about. I would recommend Zimbrick to anyone looking for a vehicle, and do yourself and favor and seek out Cody, he will definitely treat you right.

If you are looking for an honest, low pressure sales person, I highly recommend working with Tyler Brummer at Zimbrick Fish Hatchery Rd. When I started my car search at other dealers, I was completely discouraged by the high pressure I was getting from sales people. I hate shopping for cars and do not do it very often. Working with Tyler was great. Easy to work with, no pressure and very accommodating. Tyler made the experience much better than I anticipated. I would recommend working with Tyler to all of my friends and family that are looking for a vehicle.

I was in the market looking around for a used Saab to purchase. Zimbrick had one up for sale that caught my attention right away. Called and set up an appointment as I was traveling approximately 2 hours. I drove up there just to take a closer look at it in person. Best decision I made, and actually ended up purchasing from them. There was no pressure like other dealerships, and they were friendly and able to answer any and all questions that I had.
