I'm just tired of them not listening when I let them know theres an issue with my vehicle's oil consumption, as they told me it was fine, but now my check engine light was on because my oil was so low. Added a quart and am going somewhere else. The inspection they do with their oil changes isnt completely reliable. I had an area they marked as yellow one visit. The next, it was marked green. The last time it was marked red.

I had an incredible experience here today! The help I received on finding my next vehicle couldn't have gone any better. I had a lot of questions and took a lot of time with my sales guy. So much, I really felt bad about it.... Best part is, he knew I wasn't buying anything today and still spent all this time with me! I brought my car to you guys since I bought it, I work on cars for a living and since the prepaid maintenance was up I decided to do it myself. I was honestly very disappointed with how my car was treated at your dealership. There was oil all over my engine and the drain plug was WAY over tighten. I told the service advisor Durant and he didn't seem to really care about it, all they did was clean the engine and CHARGED me for an oil change even though it wasn't my fault they didn't clean up their mess and over tighten the drain plug. I will not be bringing my car back to this location again if that's how they do business now and I won't recommend them to anyone anymore.

I have previously purchased three cars from Zimbrick but I recently purchased a 2013 Buick Lacrosse from another dealer (only because Zimbrick didn't have what I wanted at the time I needed it). I discovered a noise that concerned me. I called Jason Clements and he got me in quickly to have the problem investigated. After several attempts to determine the problem we came up with no solutions, but that didn't stop Jason. He kept digging and researching issues that may have occurred with my car and alas, he found the problem, called me, set up an appointment and we were done. Jason went not only the extra mile but several extra miles and I am very pleased with his efforts. We have a 2015 Suburban that needed an oil change, but also I broke a tail light and needed it replaced. Zimbrick got the part with only a days notice and took care of the replacement along with the oil change. I really appreciate their customer focus and support - really goes beyond what I would expect - but they ARE changing 'normal' for me. Anyway, I am a huge fan of their service and it is a primary reason that we bought the car from Zimbrick in Sun Prairie.

I brought our 2004 Cavalier in to get the timing belt changed (the car has more than 92,000 miles on it but is running "purr-fectly"). I also had the windshield wipers changed and added a new oil filter. These were extras following my 100K miles check-up and oil change of a week earlier. I had expected to wait at least an hour and a half for the car, but the job was done in less than an hour because another customer had not shown for his appointment, so Jason Clements put an extra man on my car. This was great, as I was on my way trout fishing. These little bits of extra consideration are why I buy my cars and get them serviced at Zimbrick. We have bought a new Cruze from Zimbrick and will purchase a second car this June when our son returns from South Korea.

The check engine light has been coming on intermittently in my Malibu, so I scheduled an appointment with Zimbrick Sun Prairie's service department using their online reservation system at http://www.zimbrickchevrolet.com/ServiceApptForm?cs:a:i=GM-Servicepage-Schedule. When I arrived, I asked the service manager about the check engine light, and he said that there was no record of my having mentioned the check engine light, and therefore, that they wouldn't have time to look at it. I said that I'd specifically stated that the check engine light was on while creating the online reservation. He said something to the effect of, "That system just doesn't work right." He said that they would be glad to an oil change but that they'd have to schedule a different time to look at the check engine light . Given that the check engine light was the primary reason for my visit, I chose to leave and find another service location.

I brought my 2006 Chevy Cobalt in for recall repair service as well as new struts, new tires and an alignment. Contrary to the policy of several other dealerships, I was given a loaner car for the day so I wouldn't have to take a day off work. I appreciate very much that aspect of Zimbrick's customer service policy, especially given the dealership where I purchased my car no longer exists and several other local dealerships were less interested in gaining a new customer in me by offering such a convenience. I do not have local family or close friends that can easily be of assistance if I'm to be without a vehicle for a day and I'm grateful to Jason at Zimbrick for helping me make this appointment work for me. That is the basic definition of customer service! Feels like a new car on the road now, and if feel much safer with the recall work completed.

I bought a 2014 Impala LT from Jim Vaughn. He was excelllent. He was very helpful as I am a single mom buying a car for the first time in 30 years. He was VERY thorough. He went over everything in the car before I drove away; now this might be what is expected but I have purchased other vehicles in other towns that this was not the case. To show that he went the extra mile - when he explained the owners manuel and the roadside assistance, he had already wrote in the front of the manual the year, make and VIN and ear-marked the page so I would have everything I needed in case of a breakdown.That thoughtfulness is not the norm.

Had a problem with my car on the way home from work Friday night. The car suddenly dropped to reduced power. I was able to make it home safely. My 2011 Equinox, with 85,000 miles was losing oil. We completed an oil consumption test. My service consultant, Jason Clements, was spectacular! He did some research and found a bulletin outlining my vehicles problem. He set up an appointment for me. The plan was to replace the pistons, rings, timing chain and fuel pump. He arranged a loaner car for me. At the end of the day he called and informed me that they would be putting in a new engine due to the problem being worse than expected. When I picked up my car it had been washed and detailed! It looked like a brand new vehicle. Jason Clements provided me outstanding service. We'll done Jason.

I took the vehicle in for replacement of lower ball joints. I had been told by a tire dealer that they were bad. Zimbrick personnel inspected the joints and found them NOT in need of replacement, but they did find a broken link in the front stabilizer and a leak in a transmission cooler tube - (things which the tire dealer should have found). Zimbrick repaired these items for me. They could easily have replaced the ball joints too for about $750, but were honest in NOT doing that. I really trust these folks to do honest and good work. That's why we take our vehicles there for repairs. A good outfit and we thank them!!

I went into Zimbrick feeling awful that I had to look for a new vehicle. I had had my Chevy Venture van for 10 years and loved it! I was greeted by Brian and he immediately made me feel at ease with the situation I was in. He listened to my needs and knew exactly what vehicle he was going to show me. I was hesitant right away when I saw he pulled up with a white vehicle. He encouraged me to look beyond the color and go for a test drive. I followed his lead and was immediately pleased with the way the Torrent drove. I could see myself owning this. When we were back from the test drive, he worked some numbers for me. I was shortly signing papers for my new 2007 Pontiac Torrent and a SOLD sign was hung from the rear view mirror. The whole financing process and shopping usually find myself stressed/overwhelmed but Brian & Nick were AMAZING making my purchase a wonderful experience. The best and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I did the research, knew what I wanted and found the vehicle here. Even though this place was over an hour drive away, in the end that didnt even matter.I then met Toby, the best car salesman I have ever met. He was friendly, informative, and not pushy in any way. He asked questions and got with me on every detail and associated cost with the vehicle. When he offered a service I was not interested, that was it, not continually asking or nagging me to reconsider. The day I picked up the car he got in the vehicle with me and showed me the basic operations of the car, the radio, OnStar and such. He even set up my bluetooth for me. My girlfriend was also pleasantly surprised by how nice and informative Toby was. He seemed like a genuine caring salesman, not just a guy trying to sell a car. He told me if I ever have any questions or concerns about the vehicle don't be afraid to give him a call because buying the car is not the end, but the beginning, and vowed to take care of any future issues.I also had foglights added to my vehicle and the service department was also a pleasure to deal with. VERY easy to deal with. Found what I wanted online and made an appointment to see vehicle, 2010 Camaro SS. Called ahead with my vin # for trade in and they gave me good ballpark quote over phone. I drove 130 miles to see car. They had it ready and we went for test ride. It was what I wanted so I made offer and it was accepted within 5 minutes. No hassles, no pressure. Great to deal with. I told them I needed to be out of there by noon and we made it. Great car buying experience.

Mike in sales was great all the way through the entire process. Not only did Mike go on the test drive with my wife and I and answered all of our questions, he also let us take the car home on our own to make sure it would fit in our garage. They didn't have the exact specs I wanted on the lot but were able to get me what I wanted within a couple of days! The negotiating process was easy and I didn't feel pressured or made out to be the enemy. The price was great and they gave me an outstanding price on my trade in. Ron and Ashley were part of an excellent car buying experience at Stark. I had located this vehicle online, and Ashley arranged to have the vehicle brought to Sun Prairie for me to see. Ron assisted us when I was able to come in a few days later (I brought my family with), and made the entire test-driving, questions-answering, and paperwork-shuffling end of the purchase smooth and seamless. He even laughed at my jokes. I felt that my purchase was unpressured but highly valued.This is the second vehicle I've purchased at Stark Sun Prairie, and I have nothing but positive things to say about these folks.It was all great -- except for the piped in elevator jazz in the showroom. That was absolutely painful to listen to.

I turned my car in to have the Drivers side door lock fixed and my cruise control that was listed as inspected and working but did not, I didn't notice that lock not working during the test drive so it was sold to me where the lock will not close with power locks when the door itself is open, so I must use a key to manually lock the door after I exit or the drivers side door remains unlocked. Can't even push it down with my hand, it resists.Spent two days, waiting around for calls. Had to call the dealer myself 3 times to check up on what was happening because no one told me how long it would be even with a guess, leaving me waiting at a friends house stuck two hours from home. Would have been 3 days. They didn't fix the door. Or the cruise control.

It was hard to choose, but he helped me walk through what would be best for my situation. I had a crisis on my hands, in town for a family wedding, running on a tight schedule and I had a Radiator Hose spring a leak and the van over heated. Sandy was very professional had every car we wanted to test drive waiting and running when we got back from each drive. A couple days later we told her exactly how we wanted the car configured and within an hour she had 3 options for us and we selected one had it delivered and bought it without any extra trips to the dealer. He had us test drive those cars and then since we had done our homework before arriving, we asked about another car that was at another location. Liked the fact that Ron introduced me to the service dept. managers and we went through a packet of information about services and procedures with the dealership. The vehicle I purchased had the service engine light come on shortly after the test drive. It went in the shop right away, and it was getting late in the day, where it was determined it was just a sensor. It turned out after I purchased the vehicle that there wasn't a spare key or keyless entry transmitter.Ron and the dealership cut and programmed me a new key and remote transmitter at no cost. They give you a card for 10% off on service work for the time you own the vehicle, nice perk.

She was very pleasent to work with.Every time I come in for service of any kind, I have delt with Bill or Tim. They are very nice to deal with. They always answer my question to my full satisfaction. If they do not know the answer they are very quick at finding the answer and getting back to me.These are the people I deal with the most. There are others that we have delt with that may not be on the list. One that I know of is Sue. From the monent I stopped by Stark I had an idea that the business was a bit different than most. Eye contact, a nice howdy, and immediate contact by a rep that was able to remember my name. Our experience at Stark Cheverolet was AMAZING!! We were only there for about 45 minutes and they gave us just about everything we asked for. Dan was even willing to swap the brand new tires off our trade in vehicle to the vehicle we were buying, unfortunately that didn't work, but they were able to spin us a nice deal on some different tires. I was on the lot looking at 2010 impalas. Mike approached with a no pressure pitch. Answered everyquestion I had on the specials stark had running. Every so often I get gut feelings. When I get them I win something. Won thousands on slot machines. I got the same feeling about this car and how Mike showed it. I knew it would be a car that lasts and won't let my step daughter down. Daniel Carpenter was very focused on helping us make this vehicle work within our price range. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Despite the fact the lot was deep with snow, Dan happily trudged around with us looking at cars. The new Cruze is a great car and I am happy to see that another American auto manufacturer (other than Ford) has turned around and is finally listening to the customers and made a quality product. We purchased a new car from A.J. Stark five years ago and were very happy with the professional service we received. The price was great and we didn't feel that we were pushed to make a purchase. Fast forward to now. We went back to see A.J. and we received the same great care! We also worked with Dan Carpenter and he was great to work with too. Again, the price of the 2008 Chevy Trailblazer was great and it's exactly what we were looking for. The trade-in value on our car was reasonable. The atmosphere is not pushy and low-key; it is very pleasant. Even working out the financing was not stressful. The price was a little bit higher than most dealerships but the quality of work was 2nd to none. We were shopping for a G6 for 3months. None compared. Brand new tires and brakes. While enroute to FL from MN, we encountered car problems. I called Jason at Stark at 7:00 in the morning and he was very cordial and pleasent. He explained that they were already booked for the day, but under the circumstances he would see if he could have a tech look at our vehicle. We finally were able to arrive around 9:00 and Jason was there to greet us. He made no promises but said a tech would look at our suburban as soon as possible. The waiting room was very pleasent and well stocked with different goodies to keep my kids happy. While waiting and walking around the dealership the other Stark employees were very kind as well to my children. Within the hour Jason let us know that good news/bad news. They knew what the problem was, but there were no parts in stock, or even in town available. He offered to look into some additional alternatives while my family of four and I waited. Jason went above and beyond by offering my family a ride to a nearby resturant so we could have breakfast while we waited. We declined and decided to wait at the WalMart across the street. Less then an hour later Jason called me to tell me they had managed to find the part needed on a different vehicle and had taken it out and put it in ours so we could get on the road in order to make it to my wife's grand-father's funeral. It was clear to my wife and I that Stark and Jason in particular went above and beyond in taking care of our vehicle and my family. I can only say that I wish I lived in Madison so I could visit Stark for all my vehicle needs.

I generally find that the labor charges at GM dealers are higher than elsewhere, but I have always owned GM vehicles (50 years) and return to dealers I can trust.

Seth sent me different options that he came across for about 2 months until I finally decided on a GMC truck that I liked.
