We have been using it for moving things but it is insulated inside and could be easily used for a tiny home. It has over 6ft of interior height inside so most people can stand up inside the van. The AC blows ice cold. The radio wipers windows cruise all work the way they should. It has rear dual tires for a greater hauling capacity and the tires are in really good condition. It runs and drives very well. I don't hear any suspension noise. The brakes are solid--maybe a little stiff but stop just fine.Take a Look at: The body is probably the worst part of this truck and it's really not that bad. There is a check engine light.
