The 2017 Explorer XLT Sport Appearance Package comes equipped with standard XLT features including a 3.5-liter V-6 engine, Intelligent Access with push-button start, 10-way power driver's seat with lumbar support, SYNC 3, and LED foglamps. The standard 3.5-liter V6 engine for base, XLT and Limited models -- with 290 horsepower and 255 lb.-ft. of torque -- is paired with a six-speed SelectShift Automatic transmission. Also offered is a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 makes 365 horsepower and 350 lb.-ft. of torque also mated with the six-speed SelectShift.
