Looks great for having 157,000 miles. AS-IS. This F-150 is a nice truck overall but has issues which you would expect for the miles. It is leaking from the oil pan, the rear shocks, and the front differential. The brakes are at 3-4mm which are plenty safe but will need to be replaced at some point soon.
