I don't know how it could get much better. We were in and out in less than 40 mins. New truck was fueled, clean and ready to hit the road. Customer service was excellent and other dealers should take a lesson from these folks. Even met the owner of the dealership. Who does that anymore! Awesome job and will buy again. Thanks Eva!!

IT'S WORTH the TRIP!!! Great dealership and excellent staff. The Service Director, Spencer Stoor, credits the ownership, Jim and Lisa Garrett, for the great attitude and genuine service at Garrett Motors. If you are looking for tires, Garrett beats all the discount tire stores in the Mesa area. Although I don't live here, I will be a return customer every winter while here. Any issues are dealt with promptly and reasonably.

Everyone is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. I have brought in both my Chevy Cruze and Trailblazer now for service. I love the treatment that I have received. I drive from Queen Creek/San Tan Valley and choose not to take my Chevy Cruze back to the dealership in Gilbert because of the staff at Garrett Motors!!!!

Everything seemed to be very good. However, I could not verify in the paperwork I received, that the full chassis lubrication I ordered was in fact completed. Only the engine oil change/filter replacement was described.

All staff were very welcoming and professional. Jim Garrett personally came out and spoke with my family and I about the vehicle I was interested in and made us feel comfortable about buying it. Eva was amazing. She worked with all obstacles I put in her way at a fast pace with a smile on her face. She didn't try to pressure me into buying anything I didn't like or want. When it came to signing she had everything ready which made the buying process very smooth and fast. I was nervous about purchasing a new car but everyone at Garrett Motors put that to rest once I stepped inside and worked with all the great staff.

I purchased a pre-owned Toyota, Camry from Garrett Motors on June 18, 2015 in just over 2 hours!!! That never happens anywhere during a car buying experience!! I located the car online in the early am, called to inquire about the availability....Mark answered the phone before 8am, which is also rare, made an appt. to go see the vehicle, it looked as great as the photos and was reserved especially for me with Joe in sales when I arrived. I was out the door in just over 2 hours with my "new to me car". Short and sweet, no hassle not your typical car buying drama. I would recommend Garrett Motors to family and friends in a minute! Go see them, you'll be glad you did !!

This was my second experience with Garrett Motors. The first was a few years back and I didn't care to repeat it. This time it was a factory recall so I thought everybody would know what they were supposed to be doing. After waiting several weeks for the part, I called and found the part had never been ordered, but a part ordered for another customer , who didn't show for their appointment, could be used for my car. Employees were very cordial, I was given a ride to work and my car was finished in a timely manner. Thx Garrett Motors.

The air conditioner stops cooling and will not start for several minutes or even hours. Then it will and work for several days and starts all over again. They could not find the problem. That's what happens when you put a computer in a simple system as an auto air conditioner.

So were getting the Chevy fixed for the 10th time. And saw a Versa Note on the used lot. I sat in it and found that it was easy to get into (because of my disabilities) and had to be more reliable than the new Chevy junk I was driving. After several back and forth discussions I finally told the salesmen in an email, here is my offer, call me if you want to do business. I got a call that the sales manager had decided to do the deal. I drove 25 miles one way. The numbers were real clear. I told them I had USAA financing but the finance manager was adamant that their local bank could beat USAA. I told them they could try, but only with their bank. I explained we are trying to buy a house and need the highest credit score we can get. It seemed like things were going well. When we sat down to sign the final paperwork, the price had gone up $1000. I said no, they said why? I said we had this all worked out before I drove over here. They looked all surprised. I left. Once I got home my email was full of credit bureau alerts. Garrett had run my credit a half dozen times with banks all over the county. I called them and they denied knowing what could have happened. I went in person the next day to retrieve my information. and told them they no longer had my permission to use any of my information. The next day my credit was run again. We had to enact fraud protection on all our accounts. Our credit was at 802, because of all the hard credit inquiries it has dropped significantly. Enough that we could not qualify for the home we wanted before it sold. Steve and Lisa the GM said they would fix the problem. Nothing has been done that we can see. Our credit score is still low and it will be weeks before it recovers. In a day and age where veterans are being killed off by the medical establishment you would think we could catch a break and get a square deal on some basic transportation. I guess not, I guess its open season on vets. Thanks Garrett Motors, it was such an honor to risk my life for you.

Called ahead for an oil change on my 2013 Corvette Grand Sport to see if they could service the dry sump manual transmission car. They assured me of their abilities and I made the appointment. The owners manual states oil capacity of 10.5 quarts of oil, the service department returned my Corvette with less than six quarts of oil. I noted the engine running rough later that day and checked the oil finding the dip stick dry and that the invoice only quoted 6 quarts installed. My experience was painful costing me much bragging rights about Chevy's overall quality as my Vett now has a chatter in the engine but a warranty repair of the engine is unwarranted according to Chevrolet because it still runs. This was an awful experience leaving me holding the bag on a new Grand Sport with a damaged engine.

my wife and i were searching for a 07-08 yukon denali. we live in tucson and all the dealers down here are rediculously overpriced. the phoenix area is much more competitve. we searched and had 10 denali's picked out to look at in phoenix on a saturday. there was one denali in coolidge arizona at Garrett Motors. i was traveling home from work on a friday and thought i would swing in to try and rule out this particular vehicle or dealership. the vehicle was great. the sales manager Steve was very nice and not your typical sleezy dealership sales man. I test drove the vehicles. it was making a noise under acceleration. i came back to the delear and told steve. steve flagged down his service director and had him go on a test drive with me. the service director was very nice and told me the problem was not a major deal and they would aboslutely render any issues if we were to purchase it. i then traveled home and that saturday morning the wife and i stopped by garrett on our way to look at the many other vehicles in phoenix. we fell in love with this car and really wanted to buy it right then. however we wanted to look at what else was out there. before we left we were presented with and AMAZING deal on this unit! it was not a good for right now only deal. it was what we would pay for the vehicle if we bought it. no gimmicks or tricks. we then narrowed our search to only 2 vehicles in phx. on our way to phoenix we kept feeling like we made a mistake and we should turn around. we got 30 miles away and my phone rang. it was steve. my wife apparently left her cell phone at the dealership. we took this as a sign and turned around right away and returned to the dealer. we decided this was the vehicle for us and these were the peopele we wanted to purchase from!! overall this was a great expererience and we would definetly reccommend

In the past, when we have purchased a vehicle it has always been a pressure filled hassle by greedy sales associates. I always dreaded finding a new/used vehicle. This was the first time we actually had fun buying a car. My wife and I found the car that we wanted, met with Alix and bought the car the same day. It was easy.
