He is personable and very helpful. Unfortunately, less than two weeks after we purchased our 2013 Equinox, I was involved in an accident. We chose to have the repairs done here and were very satisfied with the estimating process and the repair work.

Purchased a used 2012 Ford Mustang. Sue Hetrick provided guidance via email Saturday evening and on Sunday. Salesman Eddie Coy was friendly and worked hard to make the deal I wanted. Eddie took the time to work with me in setting up my non-GM vehicle. The dealership was extremely clean and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Buying experience was very good with H&H. I didn't think I would buy a truck the day I stopped in to look at inventory. They had the truck I wanted on the lot. I test drove it and decided on it about an hour later. My sales person staid late to talk to me after the test drive. When I picked it up, he took considerable time to explain all the features of the vehicle.

1/19/2016When people warn you to never let a dealership work on your car, believe them! I went with to this location along with my boyfriend. We needed to take a vehicle there to get some recalled parts fixed and also to get a strange knocking noise the car was making checked out. While he was speaking with one of the workers, I heard him ask if they could check out the noise, they said that they could do it, but never told him that there would be a $100 fee to do that. I don't mind that they have to charge a fee for this, but the customer should be made aware of any cost over $50 in my opinion. That's the first issue I have with this place.My second issue is that we then got about a $700 estimate for car work, which was work that did not need done at the time, and were not proper solutions to the knocking problem. We were told that they would have to change and rotate the tires first to figure out what was causing the noise made by the car. They also told us that the brakes needed changed, a rotor needed changed, and the serpentine belt was in desperate need of repair.I discussed with my boyfriend about what we should do, and with our better judgment, we agreed that my boyfriend should chance driving the vehicle down to a family friend who is a mechanic. Guess what? None of the things H&H said needed fixed right away were near as bad as they said they were. Wanna know what was causing the knocking noise too? The lug nuts on the front, left tire were loose. You can't tell me that whoever was working on the car didn't realize that. We didn't need all those parts replaced or a full change and rotation of the tires. The only thing we needed was the lug nuts on the tire tightened.Only go here if it is absolutely your last option. Heck, tow your car to another town if you have to in order to avoid this place. But if you have literally no other option and have to go here, make it very clear to them that you don't want them fixing things, replacing parts, or ANYTHING to your car without contacting you for approval first.Update 2/2/2016Someone from the company contacted me through Yelp demanding more information since apparently nobody could figure out which car was ours even though the vehicle presented a very specific set of circumstances that I highly doubt dozens of other customers had as well. They then pretty much accused me of lying, stating "The vehicle was brought to us without lug nuts." Which, frankly, is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard since the vehicle never would have made it out of the driveway without that tire falling right off. The vehicle was only missing a single lug nut on the right tire (not the left one that had all the loose ones on it), which they never told us about, and we didn't know about it until we took it to that family friend.

I had such a great experience buying my 2014 jeep cherokee latitude.My salesman John was wonderful to deal with. I really enjoyed talking with him. He was very upfront with me in expressing he was not up to date on all the options on the jeep. But he showed me all he could and told me i could come back anytime if there were things i couldn't figure out. He was able to get me a better rate than my credit union was offering which came as a surprise to me. A WELCOME SURPRISE. Also Rodney was very helpful also with the financing. Overall a good time and very pleasant experience. Thanks to both of them for their help.

Rarely write reviews unless exceptionally terrible or exceptionally excellent service. Glad to say service was exceptional at H&H. Sales process was a seamless process that was overly efficient. Thanks to Joel, Jeff and Ross for taking care of me throughout the entire process. Rick from Service even assisted in educating me on their vehicle service procedures. One last note I test drove, was financed and out of the door in a new 2016 Equinox in about an hour. Highly recommend H&H to anyone that is interested in buying a vehicle.

It was a special day! I had off work for one, second I got to spend the entire afternoon with my father (who is sick so time together is special), and third, I was shopping for my first brand new car! We walked into H&H. My father is a regular visitor and got warm welcomes from everyone. Randy Pennington approached us. I immediately told him I was just looking! This was my first stop and I wanted to see my options. I had waited ten years to buy a new car and the car I was going to buy was going to be amazing! Being that I was determined to find the perfect car I had tons of questions, and wanted to know all of my options. Randy stepped up and answered all of my questions. Showed me the options that were a good fit for me and even went the extra mile pulling a car into an enclosed area so my father could also look at the car (has a walker and couldn't make it to where the car was parked). He checked other dealerships for a certain inside and outside color combination no questions asked! I feel it is important to add at no time did I feel like I was wasting his time or pressured into buying. After all Randy did for me that visit I said I wanted to go look around at other places, but definitely really like one of the three cars we had looked at. Randy gave me his card and said to call him if I needed him for anything! Little did I know I would be calling him just a few hours later! I had fallen in love with a beautiful white Chevy Cruise RS LTZ!!! I called and although I didn't come right out and say that I wanted to come buy the car the minute, Randy figured it out quickly and said come on down! That night I met with Rodney, a business manager who was more than accommodating and went the extra mile to find me the car loan with the best interest rate and the term that would make my payments manageable! I was so excited to get my car but my work schedule was an issue when deciding when I would come back and pick it up. Randy offered to come in on his day off at 6:00 at night! I did not want him to do this and put him back at work on his day off but he insisted and wanted to be there for the final part of my buying process. The next day my work schedule was suddenly changed and I called Randy once again. Within 5 minutes I had a new appointment time for that same day. I love my car and it is a match made in heaven! Speaking for myself and my father we were more than impressed with Randy's dedication and attention to the customer and their situation. Ross the other business manager I worked with was also great! He really understands what it's like to be on the buyers end and puts you at ease with his immense knowledge of what he does!

While traveling North on Jan 2, 2016, we heard a squeaking noise under the hood. Since we still had 6 hours to go, we stopped at H & H Chevy thinking that just by chance they might be open on a holiday weekend. Sure enough they were. The service manager, Rick Thomas, took us in for replacement of items needed. Within 2 1/2 hours we were back on the road. We cannot thank this dealership enough. They were very kind and considerate of our problem even tho our car was a Chrysler and not a Chevy/Cadillac. We definitely would recommend H&H Chevy/Cadillac of Shippensburg, Pa. We recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Impala from H&H. We were very pleased with the service we received. Eddie Coy, our sales consultant, walked us through the features of our new car - including patiently explaining the connectivity features of this vehicle. I really appreciated his help in setting up the On-Star account and his help in connecting my IPAD to the vehicle. He set the station to a music genre which suited my taste. Ross helped us complete the paperwork for the purchase of the car. I was impressed with his organization. He had everything ready for us which helped expedite the process. He also worked with us to secure the best option for future maintenance! With 2 small growing kids, it was time to get a bigger car. I wasnt sure what I wanted, but Joel Watson hooked me up. He found a few different cars for me to test drive so I could compare the SUVs I thought I wanted with a minivan. I ended up purchasing a minivan, and am so glad I did. Joel was great knowledgeable, helpful, very good at explaining the financing options and patient with my 1001 questions. I would like to thank Wally Hippensteel for a great experience when my mom needed a new car. Wally was our salesperson and was extremely helpful in finding the right car to fit my moms needs. Leased a cruze in 2013 and it took about 20 minutes to switch me from a Ford product to chevy. Within minutes I was test driving the cruze 2lt and signing papers just after. I was in the area with my family, looking at a used Chevy Silverado at another dealer and came upon H&H Chevrolet while passing thru !!! I stopped to look at a used truck and ended up buying a new 2015 Silverado !! Thank You John for being respectful ( I hate being pressured to buy anything.) John allowed me to look and test drive with absolutely no pressure. This is the first new vehicle I have ever bought and felt so good after the deal was complete. John was straight up with the cost and rebates with no hidden costs. After we came to an agreement on price he introduced me to Ross and he took care of the finances with the same respect !! John was very considerate when I took delivery to be sure I understood all the options on my new truck and even paired my phone for hands free operation !! My husband and I were looking to purchase a new truck. He had looked for a couple years to find the right one. I found it on H&H's website. I decided to call in and talk to someone about some prices and comparable trucks. We live about 45 minutes away and we didn't want to waste our time if we couldn't get close to a deal we wanted. I talked to Joel. He listened to everything I had to say, and called me back within a timely manner. Needless to say, we went to the lot the next day. Joel made this one of the most hassle free and best car buying experiences we have had!! Ross also did a great job with the financials, thus their teamwork led us to driving away in our new truck! We are excited to have it and are telling our friends if they want a vehicle to shop there!! Great job fellas'!!

It's a pleasure to do business with the staff of H&H. The enthusiastic recorded telephone greeting and John's smiling face in Sales tell you that you'll be treated well. I recently leased a 2015 Impala, and John and Rod, the money guy, took care of everything. Nick and Rick, in Service, have always treated me well, and the mechanics are the best. I appreciate the transportation H&H provides when I drop off my car for service. The guys in the Collision Center repaired my Monte Carlo so well that I forgot about the accident. The fellows in Detailing do great work, and I really should use their services more than I have. I highly recommend H&H Chevrolet-Cadillac.

H & H Chevrolet Cadillac staff especially Eddie Coy were true professional. Being from Maryland and purchasing vehicle online we usually end up driving approximately two hours to purchase a vehicle. Therefore, we normally conduct most of my negotiation over the phone. Unfortunately, some of the dealership in which we visited were not truthful about the quality of their vehicles. However, our experience with & H Chevrolet Cadillac was the best experience we have ever had. The vehicle was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The price was unbeliavable and service was superb. I will recomment H & H Chevrolet Cadillac to anyone and everyone.

As a female consumer, I'm always treated with respect, I bring both of my vehicles here for service, Rick often goes over and beyond, I had to make an unexpected trip, and had noticed grease on my garage floor, I called and asked them to check out my rear main seal, I was told to just stop I he did it himself and showed me! Quinton also has been a great asset to your service department, we have bought 2 sets of tires from him! very satisfied especially with his recommendation on the car tires! its been a while since I purchased a vehicle here but John was always good to deal with always willing to help even if he knows we are just looking at the time.
