These guys are totally awesome. Even though they are not as big of a lot as some of the other well-known dealerships, they have a lot of vehicles to choose from. They're credible and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are taking care of. I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle.

I visited this place yesterday, looking for a specific model. I made a cash offer and the Agent named Danny said no to the offer. What took me by surprise the most is that I asked him "What is the best deal you can give it to me for, what is the lowest you can offer it to me for?" and he simply said "the sale price" he did not try to negotiate the price or apply any discounts for a car that was going to be paid cash in hand. At that point I understood that the agent lacks sales skills, because the price can always be negotiated, specially since they buy their vehicles mostly from auctions. Which is sad that agent did not know how to negotiate since I was looking to purchase that one vehicle now and a couple more down the line for my family members that are relocating to the state. It was not just one sale that walked out the door. That being said and being fair, this dealership was recommended by a friend, and I see really good reviews here. I won't bash the dealer, I will just acknowledge that the sales agent that I met with lacks training and sales skills. I did like that the dealership allows you to freely test drive the vehicle, no pressure while you test it.

The salesmen are very nice and helpful. That is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. They were not willing to work with us on financing. It's very interesting because a bigger dealer was able to get me into a much better car with no problems.

I worked with Jaden at Incredible Auto Sales. He was so helpful. He did everything he said he would. We got a fair price for the car, and we love our great car. Craig the owner stayed late in the rain to show me a few cars, and the manager was a delight to work with. I highly recommend Incredible Auto Sales.

Salesman was nice enough but didn’t mention the fees when I gave him my budget. Something seemed fishy with their Kelly blue book, was given an “excellent” report when the car was in poor cosmetic condition. When I ran the VIN on my phone under private seller under the correct condition parameters (including the additional features the car had) I realized I would take a 35% loss as soon as I drove off the lot, including the fees. This didn’t seem worth it. I purchased a similar car from a private party and saved over 50% for a car with less mileage and slightly less features. They were nice enough but didn’t seem to want to even consider my price offer within my pre stated budget, before I even test drove anything.

I was hesitant going to a smaller dealership but couldn't pass up the prices. I met with Mike whom I immediately liked because he seemed as "up front" as myself regarding a possible trade-in. I laid out my current disposition and he informed me of possible options I could look into. I drove all the way from Salt Lake to Grantsville to get my daughter and then back to North Salt Lake to see a car at this place, it would have been a very easy sale. The guy I was suppose to be meeting was too busy to meet me and gave me someone else. This someone else got angry everytime I asked a question about the car. He lectured me about the car and the way to run a business. I left everything in my car, and I had to go back to it to get something, and then he wanted my drivers license, I made a joke about exercise going back and forth to my car, and he, again, yelled at me telling me it was a 16 thousand dollar car and he had every right to expect me to give him my drivers license. I was not refusing to give it to him, mind you, I was just commenting on going back and forth to my car. The place was dirty, the cars were dirty, I couldn't even make out what color the car was I was looking at, which made the saleguy angry as well. He told me it was charcoal blue so why was I wanting to know what color it was!? Horribel, horrible experience and NEVER again.

I was shopping for a good deal on a used Impreza and came across a hail damaged car. I send in an inquiry and it took a few days to get back to me. Not too worried about that, so I emailed back immediately. I was not told the car was sold, but it no longer appeared on their website. There were other similar ones on their website, but they never emailed me back. I emailed again about my interest in some of their other vehicles, and my willingness to travel to purchase a car and again no email. Looks like they lost a customer.

I love Incredible Auto! Rick, the manager's incredible knowledge of cars was so helpful, he showed a sincere desire to help me pick the right car that fit my needs and my personality. Micheal, one of the salesmen, has an easy, non-pushy style that left me plenty of time to make my decision without anyone breathing down my neck. It felt like buying a car from family. I walked away with a beautiful car at a price I can afford. It was incredible!

I looked at the car on the website and discussed it over the phone, not being in the area. The next day I paid to have the car inspected and after the mechanics recommendation to discuss the price, I found out that it had been increased a grand in a couple hours base on "some work that had been done" of which I was not allowed to be given. After arguing with the manager, Rick, that false advertising was not a good business model he came back down saying that he had "misunderstood" me over the phone. Once I finally drove to the dealership (4 hours away) no one greeted us even though we had put a deposit down and were treated as if we were inconveniencing the staff. After test driving the car, we realized that it wouldn't crank properly (it had been driven around the lot to us). Spending 4 hours while they could have just bought a new battery, we finally got the thing to operate correctly. BEFORE that a tire had been flat and we were told that we could have it looked at but because the battery took so long because this dealership is very cheap and doesn't want to sell a SAFE, QUALITY car we didn't have it looked at then and there as they were closely for the weekend. We had the tire looked at and the rim was bent, that is why it kept getting low. Rick said that he would look into get a new rim (as this maintenance had already been promised) and after trying to check in a call after two weeks, he finally said that he wouldn't do anything, would not release any work records, and has overall been extremely unpleasant to work with. I would advise anyone looking at a car to avoid this dealership.

I emailed in regards to one of their vehicles and got a quick and friendly reply. I asked a few questions and tried to set up a time to come see the vehicle, but they stopped responding to me. I did not feel valued as a potential customer, and for this experience I will forever see them in a poor light.

My daughter had a nightmarish experience at a new car dealer, so I recommended Incredible Auto Sales, based upon their ratings. Rick was the most affable honest sales person I have ever met. His prices were honest and his trade-in price was fair. While the showroom isn't beautiful, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The was easily the best car buying experience I have ever seen,

I recently had to buy a new car and was referred to Incredible Auto Sales. I am a person who does not like car shopping. I went and looked and told them what I needed and wanted and they showed me several cars and let me test drive them. There was never any pressure to buy. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided instructions on what I needed to do. They made the car buying process pretty painless. I have and will continue to refer friends to this dealer.

I had tried to contact them by phone for two days, and no one answered during their normal business hours. Then I used Cars.com to email the dealer to ask them to call me. I recieved a short email back about a week later and they asked me to call them... Umm... I did! I found a great car to that I purchased at another dealership. Very disappointing customer service. I was really interested in a car that they had posted, but I wasn't able to go and test drive it.

I found a vehicle listed in cars.com and gave them a call on a busy weekend and decided to go the dealership and check the vehicle out. The vehicle was not currently onsite but was told when it would be back. I went back the next week and checked out the vehicle, although it wasn't showroom floor prepped, I took it for a test drive. There were some cosmetic and other things the car needed, they agreed to my conditions; the price was right and the experience was straightforward. Negotiating wasn't too difficult and we agreed to mutually acceptable terms. My experience with Rick was pleasant and would recommend doing business with him to others.

I purchased a 2001 Nissan Sentra from this dealer back in October 2013 and I have been very satisfied with the car these past 6 months I have had it. They arranged simple financing and they sent a courtesy vehicle to pick me up from the train station which was very convenient for me. I would buy another vehicle from them.

After a conversation it took several hours, not 'were taking a couple of minutes' to respond. After committing to a deposit they sold the car without following up with the previous conversation. Poor management and poor sales practices. Their vehicles might be great, but best practices are far from ethical.
