Great buying experience at Kayser of Watertown.The staff members were friendly and did not try to aggressively push the sale like I've experienced at other dealership in the past. They kept their word with respect to pricing, financing and trade-in value. Entire process was easy and took just right amount of time. If you don't want the typical pushy car dealer experience you need to go to Kayser in Watertown. They are amazing and will listen to you. They won't push you into anything or force you into a vehicle that you aren't feeling. They made me feel so comfortable and not nervous into purchasing my new vehicle. I got exactly what I wanted and Glen explained how to work everything in the vehicle and set it all up for me. Steve was amazing to get the payment to where I'm comfortable. If you don't like playing the sales dealer game then Kayser Watertown is the place to go. The whole staff listened, were very professional, and had the right intentions. Their prices are extremely competitive and the customer service is unbeatable. This was our second experience here and will be our go to place in the future. This was our first experience with "no haggle" car shopping. We started shopping at Kayser and then we went on to see what the other dealers in the area were offering. Glen didn't try to stop us but he did mention that we were essentially wasting our time, because the price they were offering was already as low as we were going to see. He was right, the other dealers wouldn't deal with us unless we haggled, and getting their best price was a chore. We appreciated the low pressure sales approach and friendly and helpful staff we met at Kayser. Hopefully the van runs for ever, but if not I will be back to Kayser to buy my next van.

My husband and I had been looking for a Chrysler Town and Country. We had gone to four other dealerships in the past week. All of which had left us leaving very unhappy and without a vehicle. Our van buying experience changed as soon as we pulled up to Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown and we were greeted immediately by Scott Bornick. Scott is such a great asset to this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and was great to point out all the features and to explain them in detail to us so we knew exactly how to use them. Back at the dealership we were introduced to Glen Bornick. He had emailed me earlier in the week about a vehicle and would be further assisting us with the purchase of the van we were interested in. We were hesitant at first to deal with someone else because Scott had been so great but we have to admit Glen was just as awesome! Then we met Steve and we were 3 for 3 for having knowledgeable, not pushy, and just plain awesome guys to work with. I scheduled a test drive. Scott had the vehicle ready and waiting for me when I arrived. He explained various features and answered my questions. I mentioned that I had financing through my bank, but he encouraged me to see if I could get a better rate through your financing staff. I very much appreciated that Scott never pressured me and let me take my time in making the decision to purchase.Steve Slayton was pleasant, efficient, and made me feel at ease. He found me a lower interest rate loan and also worked with me coordinating an insurance claim. When I came back later to pick up the vehicle, Steve had another lower rate loan. Overall the rate was reduced by 5%; which is huge.All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I am very happy to own a safe vehicle that will last me many years. Better yet, I paid a very reasonable price.

I did not need a new car but that made it impossible for me to resist finally having my dream car brand new and affordable. I would just cut to the chase and come see these guys they are the best. Second car bought from them in less than a year and will be back in another year or 2 to buy a truck to replace our Dodge Ram that we love but will need to replace.

My wife and I visited Kayser Watertown after visiting two Chrysler dealers in the Madison area. We felt that Scott was much more interested in getting us the vehicle that we wanted with more honest pricing relative to our experiences closer to Madison. Kayser Watertown also had a better selection of minivans to fit our needs than did any other dealer in the area. All employees that we encountered were pleasant and courteous. The pricing was in accordance with that reported on truecar.com for a "great" price.

when i walked in i was instantly greeted by one of the employees that asked what they could help me with. they pulled up a few cars to test drive and showed me the feature and how they operated. i was going in to look at a couple vehicles that i was interested in and ended up buying one of the chyslers on lot based on the knowledge and helpfulness that they showed me. the prices of there vehicles are also fantastic!

I had the unfortunate event of my truck being in an accident and left it totalled so I had to get another vehicle! We had to wait till we got our insurance check in order to 100% get our van. Not only was Glenn so understanding he even took the van off the lot until we got our check so no one else would get a chance to fall in love with it! When it came time to pickup our van they sat down with us and went over everything so we knew how to work everything! I dislike car shopping so much but they made it so easy! And they even got my husband to smile a few times!

I researched many dealers and was loyal to a local dealer, but after many dollars spent with them, they were not willing to work with us. We decided to shop and ended up at Kayser Chrysler in Watertown, WI. I walked in with my manila folder full of research and numbers. I dealt with Glenn Bornick and I must say, Glenn and his team were honest, played no games with numbers, and after buying many vehicles for both personnel and commercial use, were the most open with purchase prices and rebates. Being a business owner and a numbers guy, he took the time to go over which finance package would save me the most in loan interest compared to rebate options. At closing, they gave popcorn to the girls and put a movie on for them. He was more than willing to go the extra mile and explain all the option our new 2015 Town and Country. I have not used there vehicle service department yet, but I plan to take all my personnel and company vehicles there for service. If the service department is anything like the buying experience, they will have a customer for life.

We had noticed Kayser of Watertown's inventory here on cars.com of vans that we were looking at. On a Whim we drove there one afternoon. We test drove at least 5 vehicles and finally found the right one. Derek was the gentleman who helped us, and he was great. was very patient with us until we found what we wanted. no pressure. BTW, Derek is also the one in charge of taking the photos and I mentioned to him what a great job he had done, for that was a determining factor of us taking he chance on driving an hour away to look at a vehicle. We drove an hour and a half to go and look at a used Ford Edge they had for sale. The online price seemed to good to be true but decided to go check out the car anyways. We have not had many good experiences at dealerships before, and we're not expecting anything better here. To our surprise all staff that we meet at this dealership were outstanding and the car was fantastic! There is no pressure to buy if you really are not ready to. They are extremely fair in their prices for the cars they are selling as well as your trade in value they give you. The staff is very laid back and tell it the way it is. Me and My mother drove all the way from Burlington,Iowa. It was well worth the drive which is a 5 hr drive. The 2013 Kia Sportage was as nice in person as it was on the internet. Been a fan of Kayser Watertown for many years. The people here are just awesome. I like the fact that everyone is friendly and there is no pressure at all to buy. Of course they will ask you if you need help and what your looking for. If they didn't I would consider that poor customer service. Dave Z the GM is a down to earth guy that actually cares about helping you out. Steve in the finance works his magic with numbers and gets you the best deal available at the time, and Glenn in sales is just a hard working guy who does everything he can to make the buying experience a pleasure. If you choose to go with Kayser you will not be disappointed. On a side note, I have friends that work at other dealerships but I still choose Kayser in the end. That should speak volumes.

It all started very nice. Sales staff very friendly and great throughout the purchase of a used CTS with 75K miles. After 2 weeks with the car, it had transmission problems and the check engine light came on. I was told to take it to one of Madison's Kaiser dealer and they gave me the number. The Madison dealer told me they can't work on Cadillacs, but to take it to Berkstrom. Berkstrom had a hard time getting the warranty company to approve the fix but finally had it done after 2 weeks in the their shop. It cost over $3,400 and I had to pay the $200 deductible (Ok with me) plus $250 for the check engine light fix (not ok with me). I talked to the sales guy and he did not understand why I had to pay for the check engine light fix. I faxed him the bill because I felt like he thought I was lying, and to date, I have not heard from him. I would have thought they had the car checked thoroughly before selling it but I guess not. I really liked these guys but It seems like if there's issues after you left their lot, you're on your own. I would have given them a 5 star easily but.....

Bought a used ford f 150. Was given a Chrysler care 3 month 3000 mile warranty. After 2.5 weeks called to schedule an appointmet to have the front end checked for increasing noise. When they got me in a week later told me my warranty was put in incorrectly and it took a day and 1/2 to fix and put in the correct information. The Service tech said normally the issue he said I had was covered but he said he was waiting for authorization. After getting called back by the warranty people he said I was not covered. I asked him to please check as I was told by the finance person it was essentially bumper to bumper. The tech checked and said no that was not what he said. My family witnessed what he said so this was untrue. He tld me he would do the labor at normal rate if I wanted to find less expensive parts. I got a print out of what he said was wrong and took my truck to another shop. He told me the steering was bad pitman and idler arm I have the print out. The other shop called me and said 2 ball joints and the front shocks were getting bad but the steering had no issues as noted on the paper I gave them from Kayser in Watertown. Just a warning if you buy new your fine because of the warranty. Used cars are hit or miss here probable not an issue if you have rest of new car warranty. I have now heard from 3 others in same boat. So dont always believe what the mechanic tells you. And Chrysler care warranty can mean anything. I wont buy here because they tried to beat me on 2 issues warranty and then repairs not warrented.

I bought a Jeep Compass from Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown 2 months ago and I must say it was not only the best but the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Steve S. was great! I was able to take care of everything over the phone and via email at work and by the end of the day the only thing I had left to do was go test drive my new SUV, turn in my trade and sign the paperwork. The ease of being able to go online and view their website to find the vehicle you want and to be able to do most everything over the phone was great! Glen was awesome, walked me through everything in my vehicle so I knew how to use everything. Both were easy to talk to and joke around with. This is the first time I have ever purchased a car at the first dealer I went to! Felt no need to look elsewhere.

I was assisting my daughter in purchasing her first car. Upon doing research on the internet Kayser of Watertown had the lowest prices within a 250 mile range. So we drove an hour and a half to check 5 vehicles we had liked. They had the vehicles pulled up and ready to go. Once she picked "the one" the financing process was quick and easy. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It was totally worth the drive. Will definately return to these guys to buy the next vehicle as well. Talk to Derek for sales and Steve for financing. They won't disappoint!!! Thanks again guys. Great Job!

Made two visits to this dealer looking for 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. First visit was great. None of the typical sales games. Drove a van that was very clean and priced right. Should have bought but had just started the shopping process. That van was sold 4 days later and they had never called us to follow up. Second visit was not as good. The salesman we were working with was busy so they had someone else start working with us and then changed back to the first guy in the middle of the visit. Drove 3 vans. None of them were prepped to show customers. First one was Certified but had a broken arm rest, missing trim piece around the sliding door, a poorly installed trim piece by the A-pillar, and major scratches and black marks in the trim inside the rear lift gate. Second one was not Certified. It had a clunking noise from the left front wheel, similar to a worn out stabilizer link. Third one was Certified. It had a grinding and clunking sound from the left rear wheel, bald tires, red stains on the passenger door, major scratches and black marks in the trim inside the rear lift gate, and two dents in the front right sheet metal. After the test drives, the sales games started. No negotiating room on the price, even after the issues we found. They wanted US to take the van to a Dodge dealer to get the repairs done under warranty. If this is how they prep Certified vehicles, I certainly would not trust a non-certified one. Salesman used a personal health issue to gain sympathy for him so we would buy. Would not tell us what the best interest rate available through them was. Not a good experience. Before we left, he stopped to introduce us to the sales manager to get us to stay longer. We bought from someone else.

Had a good experience at Kayser Watertown. Salesmen (Derek and Glen) and finance (Steve) were all pleasant to deal with. I felt like staff went out of there way to make sure I felt good about my purchase. I love my new car and their coffee is pretty good too.

We drove about 45 miles to the dealership after the salesman contacted me several times after I inquired about a 2012 Malibu through takeoverpayment.com. The experience was pleasant and professional. The salesman was honest and forthcoming about the vehicle and financing for it. The answered all of our questions and I had a lot of them! The test drive was long enough to get a good feel for the car. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and will recommend them to others.

we had an extremely great experience with the dealership we actually live by a larger dealer in our town but drove 70 miles out of our way to get the car here. I would tell any one to go here . We ended up lost and the dealership went out of there way to help us out. They stayed past closing to get this deal completed they are all a very excellent team.

Working with Kayser Chrysler was an extremely easy process. After discussing a vehicle with them on a Monday, I made the long drive down on a Friday. They greeted me at the door asking if I wanted a beverage and had the car all ready for a test drive. Their price was the best for the type of vehicle I was looking for and my trade received a fair amount. I wish I lived closer so I could do more business with kayser Chrysler on a regular basis. Very well run, clean business!

I like the open atmosphere of the showroom and the staff is top-knotch. We, my husband Duane and I have worked with Glen Bornick in the past and bought our Chevy Malibu from him about three years ago. That is the car we are trading in on the Chrysler 200 this week. Well boys and girls this is the first time I have ever left a dealership and DID NOT think I just got screwed. My wife and I have purchased many cars in the past 20 years, but neither of us have ever felt like we were getting an awesome deal until we left Kayser today. YUUUUP we spent a little over 30k on an awesome Chevy Avalanche, but the truth is that no other dealership would have given us such a great deal. The boys at Kayser treated us very well, and we drove away knowing we didn't get screwed. We have purchased vehicles from "family friends" at a dealership in the past, but even then we felt like we got screwed. The staff as Kayser treated us awesome. When I called Derek was very helpful on the phone, and when my wife and I arrived Glen set us up with exactly what we wanted. Steve the finance guy was also very helpful, and he worked hard to get us an awesome interest rate. This is the dealership my wife and I will recommend to friends and family. This was a great experience. I found our van on autotrader.com, and my dealer (Frank Winter) was easy to work with. The financing department was also easygoing (through Derrick), and he even found me a lower rate after the fact, that I had already committed to purchasing the automobile. Both Frank and Derrick were very professional and not pushy at all. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle here as much as anywhere.

My Boyfriend and I were refered to Derek Kumbier at Kayser by a friend of ours. We happen to see two vehicles online that we were interested in test driving. We gave Derek a call and told us to come on in. To our surprise he had them both out, warming up (it's winter) and ready to go. We decided to buy a 2012 Ford Focus that he had. He was up front about everything and answered any and all questions we had. After we got home we had noticed that the car manual was missing. We gave Derek a call. When he couldn't locate it, he promptly ordered us one. All of the staff were very kind and I would recommend them to anybody!!

I have to say the I was a little nervous initially when thinking about making this purchase. My husband and I usually do this together, but he is not available (out of state). However, Glenn made me feel very comfortable. He showed me the two vehicles I was interested in; gave my son and I an overall feel for ALL of the amenities this vehicle had to offer; and they were ready when we arrived to take them for a test drive. He was very personable with me and my 12 year old son. He answered every question we had and made this process very stress free. Having test drove the vehicle, we loved it, and made the decision to purchase it. After the test drive I called my husband and let him know. My husband was impressed with the price and said I did good. We went to pick up the vehicle the next day and it was ready to go. The staff at Kayser were awesome, very helpful, and explained everything. I would go back in a second. We have bought cars from them before. Thank you Kayser.

Overall, not a bad experience, but there were several opportunities for the salesman to make the experience more comfortable. I understand that the dealerships tend to be pretty tight on new vehicles in the current market, but they were not willing to do much in negotiating on the vehicle or the trade-in. I had even inquired about a free oil change or two, just to make me feel a little better about spending $25K+ on a vehicle, but they were unwiling to flex. I wasn't expecting a huge movement in price. They knew I was going to buy the vehicle, and didn't go out of their way to make the experience more comfortable for me.

Right when I got there, Derek (the salesman) was great! He wasn't annoying or overly agressive like other salespersons! The entire staff seemed personable and very friendly. I have always bought used cars & so had my husband. When we recently started shopping for something a little more economical but still offered the capacity accustomed to, we looked at used again. Finding the deals right now on new 2012's, we reconsidered. Kayser was our 1st stop and our last. There were several others in between on our shopping excursions but we both agreed that we'd come back here. They gave us a very fair price on our trade-in, worked with us to find exactly what we wanted, kept it in our price range and our Salesman, Scott, was AWESOME to work with on all of it! I started looking at a new car back in April and was all set to purchase a Jeep from Kayser, when some problems came up at home. I called to cancel the purchase on the day I was set to pick up the Jeep. There were no hard feelings when I cancelled. Three months later I stopped in looking for a vehicle again and I felt welcomed here.
