My husband and I went to this dealership which was highly recommended by family and friends. Upon our arrival we were pleasantly greeted by their salesman Dwight O’Connor and he immediately went to work having our 2012 Highlander assessed for the trade in value. Next, he proceeded to address our needs and wants for a replacement 2021 Highlander. All of our expectations were met and the entire process was seamless. I contacted Lakeland Toyota to see what inventory was on their lot. I spoke with a sales representative, Harry, he immediately began to work with me helping me with what I was in the market for. He began to look around to make sure what was on the lot and what othe vehicles the dealership had connections to. Harry started to text pictures of what I was interested in looking at. Harry came across a vehicle that I was looking for. I arrived at the dealership went out for a test drive with Harry and he worked the best deal into my budget. Great dealership, very professional sales team. The process went seamless. I highly recommend Lakeland Toyota. Been to several dealership around the area, Lakeland Toyota is far superior.

I went to lakeland Toyota to see about their buy here pay here program. The sales that was helping me was Baylis Gatlin ,he was great ,down to earth funny . He look what in cash and trade wich was not much at all and asked what about trying to get a new car . Im like really,I only been n my job for 7mths and little money I had to put down, and my trade that wasn't worth really nothing. Well 20 minutes later Baylis came back and with an offer and we had a deal . Baylis even took me to Amscot to cash my check so I can finish my down payment. So Im a proud owner of a 2017 toyota corolla. I highly recommend Lakeland Toyota.

Went with a roadloans approval, ensured that my rating warranted the dealer not having to pay fees. They wouldn't even call about it or look into it, insisted i finance through them at a higher rate with more money down. I refused and when I left I called my sales person (who was off) to complain, she explained that i talked to the wrong sales staff lakeland toyota vs lakeland dodge (they share the lot). She spoke with her manager who then called me. the next day they told me to come on in and they would work with it. I get there and am immediately told, oh no we don't do that and the manager I spoke to says he "didn't realize it was a roadloans issue." Despite being exactly what we talked about the day before. Again insisting on financing with them, again... Same exact treatment I had gotten the time before. I understand not taking the roadloans, their explanation was the problem the first time and refusing to call to verify my situation was different than most. But totally unacceptable was the manager telling me they'd work with it and to come back in, only to tell me he didn't know about it... well that takes the cake, and wasted about 8 hours of my time and a full tank of fuel, between the 2 trips, that I'll never get back.

Awesome customer service from both Manny Turino and Cristian Caldera. Had my 2014 Sienna in for routine service and Manny was polite and professional, as he always is. Service was timely and once again I am very pleased. While I waited, I looked into possibly trading in for an upgrade and Cristian answered my hundred-plus questions making me feel much more confident in my research. My experiences at Lakeland Toyota over the past year have always been remarkable.

Brought my RAV4 in because the tire pressure light was showing. A young fellow took the car, checked the tires, and told me the right front tire was down and he corrected it. A day later the light was on again so I went back. David Cogle took the car back, put air in the tire, and said it would be OK. I looked doubtful so he took it back again. This time they checked further and found a small screw was causing a leak and repaired it. It took a while but it was fixed for no charge. OK result

I called about getting some information and pictures about a 2012 Toyota Camry which they didn't have in their website. the first representative who answer my call just transfered me to another person who didn't pickup the phone, and not even call me back at all although I left a detailed voicemail. The second and third representatives answered my call but didn't get the information I needed at all even though I called them multiple times. I eventully called the general sales manager who I though would help me out get the information as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, it turned out I was wrong, he didn't let me explain what I wanted, and was so offensive, and I think was hiding some issues with the vehicle since he was trying so hardto ignore my questions and kind of convince me to just come to the dealership and then buy that vehicle or any alternatives. I told him I'm about 700 miles away and I want to make sure that the vehicle is in good shape before I make the road trip. He started yelling at me "Oh we don't sell junk cars, why don't you buy a car from your town, ... , bla bla bla, and so many unrelated and disrespectful questions and statements. Eventually, they added up additional fees from here and and here and there until the car value went up from $7K to $10K. Just around $2K for "shop fee", "Oh we COULD replace the tires, air filters, ... etc." My best advice to you who is reading my review is to be careful when you shop for a vehicle, your money might get ....... easily, at this dealership or any other one. We recently had extensive service work done on our 2004 Toyota Sienna minivan. Overall, it was a much better experience than the last time we had interaction thusly (at old location in 2012). Daniel Delgado was our service advisor, and was excellent across the board. Thank you Daniel! The reasons we did not give an excellent rating had nothing to do with him, or even the dealership/service department at that location. We began our interaction needing new key fobs (+ programming). After a multi-point inspection, problems with boots on axles, drive axle itself, and other suspension + steering components were discovered. It became a more complicated endeavor than we anticipated. Unfortunately, a defective drive axle assembly was shipped and put in place. I only discovered a problem as I first drove away, and am not sure vehicle was test driven that first time (although it was not this location's fault for being shipped a faulty component). Additionally, another problem was discovered, i.e. worn bushings on lower control arms. Needless to say, turned out to be an expensive, inconvenient series of visits. We were without our vehicle for the better part of a week in total, and had to make several trips back and forth to the location.Having said all that, the end result so far seems to be excellent, and the dealership + service department demonstrated good integrity in not charging extra for re-do work or defective part replacement. A courtesy car was provided throughout. Again, very happy with end result, and I commend Mr. Delgado for "hanging in there with us." Thanks also to the service department manager, who personally supervised things after the initial "snafu."

Two weeks ago I spoke to Manny Turino about a 20,000 mile service and full detail for my 2013 Venza. He explained exactly what would be done and the cost involved. When I showed up for my appointment today Manny reviewed the scope of work again. About 4 hours later Manny advised me my car was ready to be picked up. I was delighted with the extremely professional work that was done - it was almost like getting a new car. Manny is very friendly, polite and easy to deal with. I highly recommend dealing with him and getting the full detail work done.

We recently decided that we wanted something a little bigger so we went to Lakeland Toyota to look at a new SUV. We had the privilege of working with Charlie Davis who was amazing at helping choose what we wanted, He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was always available for any questions we had. It took a couple days to fully decide on which SUV worked the best but we finally got into the finance department where we were greeted by Richard Pryce who is in my opinion the hands down best finance manager around, he explained everything in detail, truly cared about the customer and got us out with a great deal. We are now the proud owners of a brand new Rav4 thanks to Charlie and Richard. I would not hesitate to recommend Lakeland Toyota to anyone.

This dealership is probably theworst place i have ever been! first of all im almost 30 i started driving at 15 and got my first car then so ive been to plenty dealerships in my life. I came to this dealer enquiring on a 2015 camry the sales woman lied to us not only on price but also on several other items i have been trying for a week almost to get the store manager on the phone but hes to busy to care about his people so ive basically decided the cars going back i took my buissness elsewhere! this dealer has 26 negative complaints since 2016 started and nobody in here really cares about anyone except them self and getting paid not any management or sales rep! they act like it to get you to sign but the second you sign they toss you aside!! also their warrenties for every car on lot cost extra and are not included so stay the heck away!!!

My sales person was asked twice to get in contact with me to find out if my car came with a second key. He was also asked to find out how much a second key would be if I needed a second one. I went with my husband to finalize paperwork and told the dealer that the battery in my remote was dead (keep in mind I JUST got the car from them a few days earlier, not months ago) and they did not offer to help. I feel like the battery should be replaced for free. No offer to help.

I bought a car off the lot used. I paid a 1800 reconditioning fee. That amount was for all maintence on the car oil spark plugs brakes what ever the car needed. When I went home I called my mechanic who has been taking care of all my cars for years. He told me no maintence was done on the vehicle. It needed all the regular maintence oil, spark plugs were getting there, brake pads were completely gone. I paid for the work with him and was actually hanging out in the shop when he was taking care of everything and even noticed they couldn't even fill the windshield washer fluid. The car was not serviced at all. I called the manager assuming a mistake was made and when I brought up the issue he hung up and ignored all my following calls. They charged for service not done on the vehicle and even charge the consumer for the car sitting at the dealer. They assume no cost of business and charge the customer all expenses. I will never go to this stealership again and I have advice any close personal friend of the same. I had made 24 total calls and have never gotten down the issue with any employee. I recommend stay away far far away.

Was looking for a Toyota Tundra and everything started thru the Toyota Lakeland website. I was able to chat with the Internet team & they gave me all the info that I need at the moment. I arrived at the dealer the show me the vehicle right all way & both parties get to the numbers that we wanted & I was sold. Keep in mind that I went thru all the Toyota dealers website and the one was more inviting (Price) was Lakeland Toyota.

My husband and I came to this dealership 3 different times, yes three times and each time, we would call ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was there that we found online so we could see it in person, and each time nobody could find the keys to the car OR the car wasn't there at the dealership at all. Terrible customer service! I don't see how they sell any vehicles!!!!! I will never go to this dealership again!!!!!!

Trust in a dealership is an important factor in purchasing a car. James Green II is a perfect example of how effective it is to be thorough and honest with a customer. I have a 3 year old Venza with low mileage but felt it would be good to replace the battery. As I waited in the showroom James checked the service record and was surprised when he discovered I replaced the battery in April. I had forgotten because there was a lot going on in April. I guess I had a "senior moment". James was very gracious during the entire event and strengthened my respect for both him and Lakeland Toyota!

Daniel Delagdo at Lakeland Toyota was quick to approach me when I pulled in for my service. He was able to take care of my personal requests regarding my car. Daniel confirmed what I had made my appointment for and said he would check with me before anything was complete to be sure I wanted the service. I was in and out within a reasonable time which always makes me happy. This was my first visit to this dealer and I will for sure return. I have a 10 year old Rav 4 that I love. It has only been serviced here! I always request Michele Drake as my service person. She is friendly, honest and helpful. All the workers I have met taking my car in or assisting have been personable and helpful. Michele has worked with me on what truly needs to be done and the cost. I love my Touota and don't plan on getting a new car for awhile!

We have bought several cars at Lakeland Toyota; Camery and Prius (2). The Prius is by far the best car we have had. The comfort and cargo space is without a doubt the best. Love the gas mileage. If we ever buy a next car it will either be a Prius or a Corolla. We are getting old and do not expect to buy again but .....Our service rep was very personable. Don't remember his name.

I just purchased a Toyota Camry last month. Since I already shopped around the area I knew exactly what I wanted and what price that I would've liked to pay for it. So I went to the dealership and picked a new car by its color. Then we started the long process to negotiate the out of door price. Finally at almost 10:00pm in the evening, I was out of the door without the deal. They called me back and agreed the price. I was tired but happily signed the contract. Until the next day, I found out that the "new" car I supposed to buy is a dealership demo car with 4500 miles on it. Since I have signed the contract without paying attention to this fact, they asked for $500 more if I want to make the exchange. Throughout the whole process when we talked about the price, no one there disclosed the fact that the car is a demo used car. It sits among all the new cars without any sign or notes on it. So be very careful when you go to this dealership. Another thing, if you do the financing with the company, calculate the final total cost based on the monthly payment in the contract. In my case, the final cost did not match with the purchase price, it was four hundred dollars more. Fortunately I caught this and corrected it immediately. I learned a lesson from this experience.

Our salesman, TYLER BAILEY gave us his full attention in selling us a 2016 Rav4. He also showed us the newer Sienna xle Van (we traded in our 2008 Sienna for this new car we did purchase.) He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about each car. He even dropped off an extra key to us so we didn't have to drive back to dealership to get it. We have dealt with this dealership since purchasing our 2008 Sienna Van with this dealership. Have used your service (oil changes, etc) and was very pleased with with the service department. In searching your website for a car, I found one in particular that interested me. I sent a message to your Internet Sales staff, which was promptly answered by Daniele Blavio. We then talked on the phone and scheduled a meeting. I found Daniele to be a very attentive and thorough Salesperson. He asked all the appropriate questions as to my likes/dislikes and my budget constraints. At no time did I feel pressured to make a quick decision. Before I "signed on the dotted line," he made sure I was totally satisfied and happy with my decision to purchase the Infiniti G-37. I had recently purchased a used 2012 Infiniti G37 sedan and was offered the courtesy detailing. When I drove in to the Service area, I was promptly greeted and signed in with Joseph Hood, Service Advisor. He advised the detailing would take approximately two hours. Even though the work actually took three hours, it was definitely worth the wait. The car was immaculate inside and out...detailed to perfection -- showroom quality!

I visited Lakeland Toyota to have some re-call work done, they say, on the engine, and on the passenger side air back of my pretty red, with spoiler and "Protect Wild Dolphins" license plate 2005 Toyota Corolla with only 42 thousand miles on it. While waiting I was assigned a bilingual seller named Al Salas apparently to try convince me to get a new 2016 Corolla or better yet a Prius yet, to his surprise, I told him I was interested in getting an 100% electric car. The thing is that Nissan Leaf and other electric vehicles on the market are not really worth the money, or any money for that matter so I was shopping around for an electric one. I told Mr. Salas that I was interested in buying Tesla Motors Model Three, actually I have already deposited $1000 to separate one, so I could not buy any Toyota as reliable as they are. Yet I had a good time there talking to people in both English and Spanish and I would like to say that Mr. Chris Rodriguez, a professional in customer service, and Mr Salas are both superb when it comes to do a good job at selling Toyota cars.

He took a lot of time to help me with information on my extended service agreement. He also explained everything that was done to my car. Chris is my service rep. He goes the extra mile to provide superior service. We just moved to Lakeland, and I have gained a great deal of trust in Lakeland Toyota's service capabilities. I've had an oil change, new tires (they matched the price of a competitor who had a very good price), new brakes, wash and wax, and headlight cleaning on my 2010 Lexus RX350. They do a better job than the Lexus dealer in our previous home.

I took my daughter's Corolla in for the airbag recall. It was going into storage the next day for the summer and we were going back to Colorado the day after that. They said it would be 3-4 weeks for the parts to come in due to the high demand but couldn't hold the parts for 3 months due to the timeline. Paul Simmons conferred with the service manager and they decided that due to my circumstances they would put me in for the repair today. They completed the service and had me out in about an hour. Can't ask for more than that. Much appreciated.

I bought three cars from this company on over the past two years. It was only because of their outstanding service reps. The first one I had left the company. I asked the next rep if they were going to treat me as well as the last one. She said, I'm going to take great care of you and give you outstanding service...and she has. Her name is Michele Drake. Every time I have to visit, she greets me by name name and makes sure I am happy with the service I received. If there's a problem (like a greasy hand mark on the seat or armrest) she has someone on it right away. For me, customer service and confidence in the work is the name of the game. I have completely serviced my 2007 Toyota Camry XLE with Lakeland Toyota for two main reasons: Toyota parts and knowledge of the service tech and the honesty of the service techs and Ryan, my service advisor. On several occasions, I have made a service appointment, thinking this or that was wrong with the car, but once Lakeland Toyota inspected it, they would inform me it wasn't a major repair, only minor, saving me hundreds of dollars. Since I do not know the mechanical insides of a car, they could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, which many auto repair shops do, but because of their honesty, I have always felt comfortable repairing what they deemed necessary. Lakeland Toyota personnel are always friendly and helpful. Go there for your car repairs, you won't be sorry!!

I sent an e mail to Lakeland Toyota and within an hour Darrin Allison called me. He took my information over the phone what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay ect.He called a couple days later told me over the phone what my payments would be on my new corolla .I set an appt to test drive it. I did not feel pressured to buy it was a great experience. I highly recommend Darrin Allison and I will be using Lakeland Toyota for as long as I live in Florida.

I had horrible experiences buying a new car in the past ,but all that changed when we bought our new 2016 Toyota Highlander and our salesperson was James Rosier ,one of the best salesperson's I've ever dealt with, also the finance manager was great, everybody was friendly, no pressure at all, very ,very laid back atmosphere, best prices in area, no hassle at all. And if you are looking for top notch service, and best prices, you need to hurry up and get your car, since they are a very high volume dealer. Christopher Rodriguez is fantastic at every phase! He returns my call promptly, gets me in when it's convenient for me, familiarized himself with my car and its history, listens to me, answers questions, explains at my level, tells me if something can wait until next time or if it is an area of concern or not, does what he says he will, when he says he will, and follows up. I hope they keep him for a long time. I've had several great service people over the years who have left and one not so great who is still there. I've been fortunate to find another good service person I can trust and connect with each time they lose one, but I'd rather just keep the great ones! I'm marking customer service as excellent, but it keeps changing to 4 stars...deserves 5.

I want to commend my Service Rep - Michele Drake - for providing me with outstanding Customer Service. She was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. When the service on my vehicle - a Rav 4 - was complete, she reviewed the service order with me and made recommendations. Three of my tires needed to be replaced and she alerted me to the fact the dealership would price-match any other tire company. I arrived at Lakeland Toyota about ten minutes early for my 9:00 appointment for the 40000 mile service on our 2013 Highlander Limited. I was greeted promptly and directed to my service rep, Ryan Joslin. Ryan was very friendly and professional getting the paperwork signed and my vehicle in the process. 45 minutes to an hour later the service was completed and Ryan had me on my way. Just another satisfactory trip to the Lakeland Toyota service department. My wife and I have purchased five vehicles from Lakeland Toyota, and haven't been disappointed to date. I cannot speak on behalf of the service department - only the sales. My husband and I are very thorough car shoppers. We like to ensure that we have seen it all and have covered all bases. The first time we went to Lakeland Toyota we were helped by James and Manny Torres. We weren't offered prices that met our budget so we left. No big deal. Did some more shopping. A couple weeks later we checked out Nissan Jenkins and were given a price that was just slightly above our price range. We had to be walk away because of it. We knew, however, that if we wanted to go back the offer still stood. We decided to make a trip back to Lakeland Toyota to visit Manny again because he was so adamant about us coming back to see him if we wanted to look again. When we asked for him he was very short with us. It was clear he was annoyed. I guess because my husband and I aren't the ones to give into any deal they make. Manny then implied that we were lying about the previous numbers that were offer the couple weeks before. We explained to him that we were made a great offer at Nissan but we were really interested in getting a Toyota. He smirked and encouraged us to go ahead and take that offer since it was so great. I don't think he realized that it wasn't a game for us. He lost out on a purchase from us that day and any day in the future. I should have listened when a friend warned me of a simile situation. If you are the type of buyer to take the first offer made then they will LOVE you. But save yourself time... they don't like people who know their budget and want to stick to it.

I just had the most fantastic oil change of my life. I arrived ahead of time, was met by 4 or 5 representatives, who summoned my service rep. He came out to meet me and get the process started. Did I say process? It was more like a dream as he ushered me into the inner sanctum of the service reps, gave me his pen to sign in three places, and told me to make myself comfortable for about an hour. And comfortable it was, the cushy leather seats in the spacious waiting area with big screen TVs,, music, and all kinds of sights and sounds to entertain me. Well, that didn't last long, because I took myself out to the showroom to sneak a peek at the new Priuses... Prii....more than one Prius, OK? I saw the perky new Prius C, the radical Prius Prius, and finally the Prius V. The V was the only one that didn't have the steering wheel screwed up with the design change where they have now put a 5 inch wide center spoke at the bottom of the wheel, so that I can't rest my hand at the center bottom while driving long distances. Well, no sooner did I pick up some brochures than they announced my name on the speakers that my car was ready. I zipped over to the service desk, signed in three places, and gave up my credit card. Totally painless and pleasurable oil change at Lakeland Toyota. Can't wait until it's time to bring my OTHER PRIUS in for a fantastic oil change and fill out two more surveys about my experience.

I purchased my last 2 cars from Lakeland Toyota and being using the service department for last 20 years and I can tell you that only couple of service associate deserve a good review and Mr. Daniel Delgado is one of them.He is nice to his customers treat them with respect and always look out for them. I personally really appreciate him and I hope the service department management realize what kind of emplyee they have and make sure keep him happy that he could continue taking care of his customers

This review is in reference to a problem that was immediately corrected by ROB S., General Manager at Lakeland Toyota. What an angel ! We called in reference to a situation we encountered when attempting to purchase a car that numerous sales people promised to locate the car, make sure it was still there, and call us back, but no one ever did. In one last ditch effort we left a message for the GM, and it was night time when we spoke to Rob. I thought for sure, we would not get our problem solved...and certainly not at that time! Rob located the car we were looking for (which we didn't think existed prior to that point). He said it would be ready and waiting for our arrival, at our convenience! We didn't think anybody could or would do that. What he said he was going to do...he did! I went directly to Lakeland Toyota where we always have our oil changed before we head back north in the spring. The car was assessed that afternoon, I was provided with a loaner and our Lexus was repaired and returned to us when promised looking better than it did when we took it in! I found a service advisor, Chris Rodrigues, who really understands my needs. The service/sales manager Mike Melendez is outstanding!! Although, I just took my used vehicle in for a basic oil change, they understood my needs, and didn't try to rip me off with mechanical lies, nor try to upsell me on anything, which fits me perfectly.I get confirmation right away after reserving my appointment from Chris. One issue I had was with a sales woman who phoned us, belittled us for driving the vehicle we do, and tried to sell us a car!!! Mike Melendez took care of that issue right away, and made me feel like family, and that was awesome!

For a high volume dealership it was a pleasure to receive such thorough and friendly service in buying a new truck. I got the truck I wanted at a fair price and a fair trade-in value. Dan Blavio was very informative about all the systems in the vehicle and took the extra time in his busy schedule to ensure a thorough briefing on them. Thanks Dan. We bought our prius at lakeland toyota 3 years ago. The buying experience was excellent without the typical "games". We have all servicing done at the dealership,Michelle Drake is the service personnel that arranges all service for us. She is wonderful ( especially as I usually go in without my husband) and lets me know what "needs" to be done and what is "recommended" and tells me upfront how much it will cost. Also the only time I've waited more than 30 minutes was when I had 4 new tires put on, and that was only an hour. That's awesome when you have small children with you!

I was apprehensive about going to this dealer because of the numerous bad reviews. Ok folks so here goes. They came through, that's just the bottom line. I saved a ton of money by going to Lakeland Toyota. Had it not been for Chris one of the sales managers not giving up on the deal by calling me again to address my numbers, taking the time to hear my concerns, there would have been no deal. In all do honesty folks, I was asking for a lot and the Tacoma 4x4 Off Road is sitting in my driveway now. Would I do business with them again, yes I would, because they did go the extra mile for me. Chris a new sales manager there was what this dealership needed because he is making the changes to develop report with the customers. Folks just go ask for Chris and Ravi (salesman) and you're not going to get pressured. They will try their best to meet your needs. The finance manager (John B) was very professional. No pressure at all and no tricks folks. He politely waited for me to rush the loan with my bank. Ask for John B.Vehicle was cleaned and looked great when it was presented for my final walk through.

A lot of dealerships are guilty of this tactic however I've never experienced such outlandish stories. They even tried to get me to believe that they sold a one year old Avalon for $1,700. This always makes me walk away from deals and I will tell at least a hundred people to avoid them like the plague. They finally honored the advertised price but wanted to drop my trade some $4,000 on a very similar car that we couldn't agree on just a week earlier. I must have been desperate for a Toyota to go back a second time. My advise to the good ole boys at Lakeland Toyota..."quit disrespecting your customers and be honest; your clientele is not the big to choose from and eventually word gets around that folks are dealing with stereotypical car salesmen...besides, Toyota's ain't all that and a bag of chips." Keep looking around Lakeland...there's another dealership just down the road a mile or so called Jenkins where the cars are awesome and the sales team is honest, friendly, and caring. I think I've found my new home for cars...but it won't be ever at Lakeland Toyota.

A couple of weeks ago I inquired about the square feet of the cargo area of a 2012 Ford focus SEL that was on the lot of their business. All it would have required was to have someone go out w/ a tape measure to get the dimensions. My reply to this was that they weren't able to get that for me, that I should contact the Ford Motor Co. web site to find out the Info I asked for. I needed the info to determine whether it was long enough to sleep in the cargo area should I want to go on a camping trip w/ that make & model of vehicle. I'm about 5' 10" tall so would like the cargo area to be 6' long from the tail gate to the front seats w/ the back seats folded down. I guess if I went there with the idea of purchasing the said vehicle they might of made the effort then.GDH

I would give them a zero star rating. Their parts are way over priced. They are as bunch of thieves. I have found this on numerous occasions. I they are a bunch of thieves. They were charging $32 for the same part that Toyota of Winter Haven wanted $22 for. I dont even know why I even bother calling them. Each time I end up going to Toyota of Winter Haven. Its farther to drive but I trust that they won't rip me off!

Maurice was knowledgeable, accommodating and always went above and beyond to get what i requested as he efficiently completed the sale. I was there alone with my older child, and Maurice even checked on her a few times in the TV room while i was in Finance office. The service/facility is new, "green", clean and very efficient.

Started with an initial E-mail to Joe Harrington the internet sales manager. He promptly called me back, and insisted he would do whatever it takes to get this deal done. He took the time to listen to my concerns on pricing and what makes sense to me before making the trip. I was reluctant to drive over an hour, because I've heard the "we will make it happen before" only to get there and be insulted on my trade pitch before. The deal was what Joe said it would be. the dealer cleaned some tar off the car mats with a powerful cleaning solution and the smell was horrific. the mats were disposed of and the dealership never responded to our complaint.

I came to Lakeland Toyota to look for a low-mileage used vehicle that fit my budget. I found some cars online that I was interested in; however, when I got to the dealership, they were no longer in the inventory. The salesman, Joe, helped me find some comparable vehicles and ultimately I ended up with a 2012 Ford Mustang that is gorgeous and fits me perfectly. I wasn't looking for a Mustang when I came, but I've always been in love with them and Joe took the time to talk to me and get to know that I am a Ford girl. Thanks Joe for a beautiful car!

We purchansed a 2009 dodge caravan and from the time we walked in the door to the time we left we felt very welcome and all the associates showed great proffesionalism and very friendly services. There was one repair needed and they did not hesitate to get it taken care of immediatally and also gave a courtousy vehicle while the repair took place. My husband did most of the research online, and started working with them on the Internet. They were emailing back and forth. I was really pleased that with the entire process. The paperwork took a while, but everything went smoothly overall. I really was impressed that by the time we visited the dealership most of the details were worked out. The car was exactly the one we wanted, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was really went much smoother than I thought it would. I'm glad we did it. We love our new car.

Everything was just the way they said, and everything went smoothly. The paperwork takes a while to do, but that is just buying a car. Everyone there was real friendly. And we love our new car. I went in to purchase a new vehicle. The sales person I dealt with last was names Edward. He was condescending in his approach, his friendliness felt more like an act than a genuine display of appreciation for a customer. I asked him from the beginning to be up front and honest with me about everything. Later in the deal when I was signing papers I was finding he was hiding information and actually out and out lied to me. Lost trust with the sale and the dealership!! I ended up driving an hour and 1/2 out of town to another Toyota dealership that was honest and got me an excellent deal!

Had an appointment to come in about a vehicle. Salesman called to confirm appointmment. When we arrived an hour later we were told the vehicle was sold and was told they would show us others and to have a seat. A half hour later we were still sitting there so we left. THAT VEHICLE WAS NO WHERE ON THE LOT or in a service bay. We bought a vehicle elsewhere and it took hours for us to actually drive it home. I dont like being lied to or ignored. This dealership will never see our business or anyone that will listen. Very poor management and support staff and severely poor business practices.

We just purchased another car from this location. This time a Tundra. What a great experience, again. It was good the first time and this time it was like working with family. We got a great price on the truck, the paperwork was made tolerable, why is there so much paperwork to buy a car? I know that's the government and not the fault of these guys. But even the title transfer was made easy for us because of the helpfulness of the gal in the title department. I really appreciated how the manager, Rob took extra time to make sure that he got all the things we wanted on this truck. He searched high and low and when he found one for us, he still made it so we could afford it. Thank you so much. We just sent a friend there to get a new truck because of the great service we got and that's how I found this place as I was googleing the info to send him. Oh and the other thing that I thought was so nice was that while we were there I asked about something on the last car we had purchased and they couldn't answer it then. But a week or so later I got a big envelope in the mail from them with the manufactures info on the part. How nice was that? We'll be back when we need cars for the kids!

When i reached out to the dealer, I was not only greeted promptly.. but was very surprised at the awesome attention i received at the dealer.. It was nice to see that just because I was not interested in a new Toyota, I receive all the attention just the same..

Well, I was car shopping online and i put in a request for a SUV from Lakeland Toyota and they got back to me right away. So we got to talking over email. They answered my questions and told me they had the vehicle. We got everythinig together and so when I arrived it was all taken care of. They had the vehicle just as it said. I was very pleased with everyone. They were all very friendly. We had a few laughs and they showed me around. Joe was a good salesman and very helpful. We are so happy with the Toyota we purchased. The 4Runner was a great bargain for us. We wanted an SUV and found the right one.

To start this review, the most important thing to note is that I HATE buying cars. This time I decided to do it differently and use the internet for the bulk of my legwork before we ever stepped foot on a dealer's lot. Enter Mike Ray and Joe Porter at Toyota of Lakeland. After I found the car we wanted, from there we received nothing but excellent communication and superb customer service. So, a formerly horrible dreaded situation is now something I'm okay with. They were honest, fair, and easy to deal with. The car is great and the transaction was simple. Can't ask for anything more!

I had a great experience with the internet department. Mike Ray and Joe Porter were a huge help, but the other salesman were very pushy. I had such a good time dealing with the internet department that I chose Lakeland Toyota instead of a dealership that was much closer to my location and it was completely worth it. As a first time buyer they were very helpful and walked me through the entire process.

This is one of the worst dealerships in Lakeland Florida. The salesmen are always standing around waiting for their next victim. They are offended if you are just looking and will try to force you into buying something you either can't afford or is not your choice. I remember when I wanted to trade my truck and they tried to sell me a used Toyota camry that had 4k on it and was crappy looking. They wanted almost sticker price and ran my credit through a million banks. Even after I had walked away from the sale originally, they tried to sell me a tundra when I specifically told them I wanted to get away from a gas guzzler. Very poor service and mediocre looking salesmen.

Came in to have a wind deflector put onto my sunroof. Sunroof worked when I took it there. Picked up my car, sunroof does not work. Took car back. was told "Call it a coincidence, but such and such belt broke. It will cost you $1200.00 to fix it, but because I like you, I will give you a discount. It will be $900.00. " I said no. Went to the manager (took me 3 days and several phone calls to get this prick). Basically, he could give a crap, just show him the money. Took my car to Regal Honda, GUESS WHAT. Nothing wrong with my sunroof, just needed the debris removed and it works perfectly for FREE. Things that make you go Hmmmm. I warn you, don't do business with these crooks.

We came to see and purchase a 2005 Honda odyssey. We had cash and title in hand for our trade in vehicle. We talked to Jerad twice on the way to the dealership (a 90 minute drive!!!), and he assured us that not only was the car there but that he would have it pulled up ready for us. But upon arrival, surprise... Not only was the car not pulled up to the door, but there were no keys, nor did he look for them!!! He spent all his time trying to sell us another car out of our price range and not the kind of car we were looking for!!! This dealership has poor business practice!!! Now this Jerad has copies of our drivers licenses, and we never even drove a car!!! If you have a choice of dealership, stay far far away from this one!!!We will be turning them into the BBB!!!!!

In begining they will have everything what you looking for color, model, price everything and finally when when you reach to deal everything changes ( even prices what they promise an hour ago sorry we forgot to add tag and taxes) !!!!!They become so stupid and raise their hands saying sorry that we misunderstood you and lie to you!!! Next day they call us back that we have same vehicle and when we reach there same story again!!! I truly don't recommend these stupid people to anybody. Please look other dealers b'coz all all others are better then them and also others are not liars... Please consider other dealers.

I purchased a used truck from Lakeland Toyota several years ago and said I would never go back again. However, my wife and I were recently car shopping and decided to check out the lot. At first the sales guy was very nice but slightly pushy. We stayed for several hours negotiating price on several vehicles. The vehicle was the same year make and model of another vehicle I saw at a different dealer, but was $6000 more and it had 10000 more miles and it was in worse cosmetic shape. I told them about the other dealers price and We began negotiations. The tactics they use are very high pressure and it seems the more you don't just smile and agree the more rude and pushy they get. I told our sales guy along with some other guy the payments were out of our range but they pushed and pushed. They kept asking me in front of my wife why I did not want to make her happy with a nicer vehicle. I can"t express enough DO NOT GO TO this dealer! I spoke with my dad and several others who say they will never go back. We visited about 5 other dealers that day and Lakeland Toyota was the worst. If your looking for high pressure sales tactics and rude stereotypical sales people give them a visit and they would be more than happy to shove a car down your throat! We left very unhappy.

We had our oil changed and they knoced a part off the bottom of the car. We took it back to get it fixed and they said it was our fault and wouldn't deal with us. We left a message for the service manager to call us. His name was Mike Martinez. He never called. We will not ever do business with them again.

Joe seemed like a nice guy at first, but he ended up being very pushy and extremely insulting. He openly insulted a member of my family who was helping me look for a car and then after I asked to know my credit information, he proceeded to speak openly about things on my credit report. My credit information is MY business and does not need to be announced to everyone in the showroom! Bo, the sales manager, was a real jerk. Very pushy and impatient. I stayed way longer than I should have. I left and headed to Winter Haven Toyota, where I was treated with the utmost respect and got a GREAT DEAL on a 2010 Corolla. I will never go back to Lakeland Toyota, not even for an oil change.

Company policy at Lakeland Toyota seems to dictate dishonesty. After negotiating with them at length by phone, we came to a "deal." When I made the hour and a half drive out to the dealership, they told me that they'd made a mistake. The car would be much more than what they'd agreed to. They'd used the old bait-and-switch.The salesman, Larry, and managers, Chris and Chris, were dismissive and unapologetic. After I expressed dismay, I watched them go back behind their counter and have a nice chuckle. Avoid these guys at all costs.
