Thought the dealer would honor the ad on their site I saw the night before going that day that wouldn't expire until 4 days later, but nope walked out because of the finance guy getting all defensive/angry over me asking about the deal. Went somewhere else and got a car, and I won't be returning to Lithia Honda.

Found our 2004 Ford Expedition on cars.com and contacted them about the vehicle. Mark T got back to us and we started the process. He took care of us. We love in Eureka, CA , so it was a little daunting doing a deal over the phone, but he assured us we were getting a quality vehicle. We did! When we got there and saw it, it was everything he said it was. Cleanest car I have ever bought used. Immaculate! We drove it, signed the papers and were on our way home in just over an hour. Will buy from them again!

I purchased from out of state, so there was a little more leg work in addition to the very specific requests I had for the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Clenny White took his time with me and found a me a car that fit my needs at the price without pressure and in a professional way. We got everything pre-approved as far as financing went (at a great rate too!) and I was in and out of there within an hour. I highly recommend him and the dealership. Lithia Honda has brought my faith back in car dealerships. Bruce Abernathy is the most friendly and knowledge car sales men I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He made sure that my iPhone was connected to the car and working. And we all know what a pain that is to do by yourself. But the best part of my experience for me was when it came to the registration part of the 2016 CRV EX.I am a retired disabled United State Marine. I have disabled veteran plates from Oregon DMV. They are permanent and there is a onetime fee of $88.00 for life. When you sell a car they go to the next car and its a hassle to transfer the paper work ever time except this time. The dynamic duo of Marci & Tonya in the office at Lithia Honda made that process painless. They did all the paper work and even filled out several forms for me. All I had to do is sign them. The staff was extremely helpful. The completed the repair thoroughly and as quickly as the could. The service technician showed me pictures of the damage to my A/C compressor and explained what was wrong with it. Even though the repair could not be completed in a single day, they still sent the shuttle to pick me up from work/school and drop me off at home, which was above and beyond anything I expected. Billy Day of Lithia Honda in Medford was more concerned with helping me find the right vehicle even if it meant I would have to shop somewhere else. I really came by to view a used vehicle for my daughter, which was already sold. After talking to him about my daughter's needs and also reviewing some bad experiences at other lots while looking at a few vehicles for my wife, Billy agreed that the vehicles I was looking at would be very good choices and even told me where I could shop to get the experience that would satisfy me. By then I was willing to view Hondas vehicle in the same class. I was happy with the vehicle and it performed at the same level as the other brands. Because of Billy, Honda got my business and I hope to do more with Billy. Even after getting the sale and having the opportunity to close another full sale, Billy chose to refer a frien and split a sale with another sales rep. I even told Billy that it would be ok if he serviced the client. Billy is not a salesperson, he is Car specialist, someone who cares about making lasting friends rather than getting every sale, but becaus of his genuine caring personality I'm sure he does quite well selling Hondas.

We went down interested to purchase a 2007 Honda Odyssey. We were informed that it needed to be ran through the shop and through the detail department before we could purchase or test drive the vehicle. We looked at the vehicle and told the sales man that we were interested in purchasing the vehicle and to contact us immediately when it was ready for purchase. They called us after we left and told us that their detail guy would be in Monday and they would call us Monday after noon for us to test drive and purchase the vehicle. After we didn't hear from them after multiple emails sent we contacted the sales man and he said that they sold the vehicle immediately after we left as is. They never gave us that option as it had not been ran through the shop. They sold the vehicle out from under us and I will never recommend them to anyone !!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE

When I take my car to Jiffy Lube they vacuum and wash the windows. I think this should be included in the service.I did find the online appointment system confusing. What is Service A and Service B and why should I care? I depend on YOU to tell me what my car needs to stay in good repair. I'm not a mechanic, I don't want to be a mechanic. Just tell me what you think it needs and I will tell you if I agree or am willing to pay for it. But don't expect me to pick from a menu of services because I have no clue what to pick.

I was surprised during the meeting with the finance representative that the final price for the life time oil change that was agreed upon during the negotiation process was not the final finance price I paid. The final price was $50.00 more than what was agreed upon. I understand that prices are not final until the meeting with the finance rep, but it would have been a 100% positive experience if I had known that the price during the negotiation process was the same as the final price.

I went to my dealership because of a leaking air in my tire. We talked about the next step in the process of what was happening. The tire would be checked for what was causing the leak and they would see if it could be repaired. I was shown the screw and also a picture of the screw in the tire and lo and behold it was repaired and I was able to be on my way. My Service Advisor checked back with me along the way so I knew how much more time it would take to correct my problem. I was very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness shown to me!!

I dropped my car off for service that would take about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. The service representative came out to meet me when I got out of the car, he was aware of my appointment and had me checked in in no time at all. Two hours later he called to let me know the car was ready. The service reps at this dealership have always been friendly and efficient and have never tried to "sell up" additional service that was not needed.

The Honda staff is friendly and professional. I waited while the service was done so I was able to enjoy a bit of TV, a donut and coffee, and a comfortable chair while I read my book. Thankfully, the service technician didn't mind removing the country mouse nest from the engine compartment. At least the critter had eaten any wires or hoses!

This experience was a piece of cake. it was my wife that wanted the car - she went into the dealership asking specific questions. Once the questions started coming the salesman started dealing with her direct - even though I was standing right there. In the past, at other dealerships, the salesmen have stopped talking with my wife and started speaking directly to me. It was a breath of fresh air that they treated her with respect and never once disregarded her as "ignorant" say. The place was new and clean - overall if was just a easy experience!!

Clenny was a wonder to work with. He didn't pressure me and took his time to show me everything. The only thing that could've been better is the guy getting it ready just sprayed it off with water and now there's water spots on all the windows. It could've been washed and dried and the windows cleaned inside and out,(to get the sticker goop off) but that had nothing to do with the salesman. I would recommend him to anyone.

I began following the announcements for the changes to the 2016 model Honda Civic last year. I have been looking forward to the day that I would be able to obtain one for myself ever since. When I first took a trip to Lithia Honda of Medford I did not intend on purchasing a new car, I merely wanted to get a more personal feel for the internal workings and take a test drive. Shannon Egbert approached me as I entered the lot, and was very helpful from the start. He took me to the car I was looking for, explained the new features I didn't know about and took me for a test drive. He was very helpful, and made the entire process a breeze. Love the 2016 Honda CR-V I just got. I worked with the finance department and left feeling like I got a great deal. After just about finalizing the deal, the salesman was trying to switch me with someone else so he could finalize another deal with some other clients that came in. We were unhappy with that experience even though he ended up sticking with us. It took longer than it should have. Other than that, everything else went smoothly.

The staff at Lithia Honda were great...very friendly and helpful. I live out of state on Hawaii, but was trying to purchase a car for my mom in Medford. The Lithia staff was so helpful and friendly over the phone, and they gave my mom first-class treatment. They helped her test drive, and select a car. After that, they worked closely with me over the phone to get all the purchase documents prepared, and worked with my bank to work some special issues so my mom could drive off the lot in Oregon. Purchased Honda Pilot used from dealership Finance manager had us drive out from Grants Pass saying we were preapproved for a low interest rate over phone so we drove to Medford to sign papers only to find out she did NOT have us preapproved. After sitting for a few hours we signed at 3.5% higher rate then quoted over phone. We took the car because we valued it enough but not the dishonesty of the finance team.We did have fantastic service from our salesman and replacement of the recalled airbag.

Mark Thalman is incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. In past years, Mark had assisted us with our purchase of a Pilot and then a Ridgeline. When it was time to look at a sedan to replace the Ridgeline, we called Mark. Everything went very smoothly. The comfortable seats and driving position in our other Honda vehicles convinced us we wanted an Accord EX-L. During our visit we looked at and drove a 2016 V6 auto and a 2016 4-cylinder CVT, as well as the 2015 V6 that we purchased. We are very pleased with the experience.We have had our Pilot and Ridgeline serviced at Lithia Honda and have been happy with the service advisors as well.

We went in looking for replacement car to our saturn. Shannon had the perfect car that had just come on lot. We bought it before they could detail it. But we were able to take it back and get it detailed. I was told by shannon that they would top off gas tank due to it being half full. It was not topped off. Overall car is great! It runs good except for a power steering sound, looks new. It is a good commuter car, and we love it. My father has bought 2 previous hondas from you guys.

Must give credit to the initial salesperson, whom ultimately was there from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Lithia Honda's physical plant has been so much improved by the transfer to Crater Lake Avenue that shop work is an entirely different business. There are plenty of comfortable places to wait, for one thing, and about twice as many service bays. I had an oil change, that's all. But it only took about 20 minutes start to finish. That's great. At the former location it was a 2 hour wait, minimum

She was not pushy, for which we were very grateful, she was helpful. We did not buy a vehicle at that time but went home and did some online checking and even went to other dealerships looking around.Several days later we came back and were happy to see she was there to help us do some more looking and test driving. We decided to go ahead and buy a new Honda Accord. She did everything she could to make us comfortable during the drawn out negotiations and purchase.

My car seat got oil residue smear on it which wasn't there before the oil change, I know it was a total accident, but seats are cloth.One of the clips on my air filter wasn't closed all the way after I got home.Also, this section of the cars.com website freezes up so bad I can barely type this. Overall I think the service dept. does an excellent job. I am a little discouraged that I recently had a defective sun visor replaced at no charge because it was under warranty. Within a couple of years the replacement is defective, but since my warranty is up the defective replacement isn't covered. Shouldn't replacement parts also be under some sort of warranty?

The vehicle repair and maintenance services provided met our expectations. However, it used to be that Lithia washed the exterior of our car on service visits and I asked the person that received our vehicle if it would be washed and he responded that it would. When we picked it up the next day it had not been washed and we did not have time to return to the service desk to request it and wait for a wash at that time.

I recently let a family friend use my 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid to move from Nevada to Oregon while I was on a business trip and out of country. Imagine my dismay when I received a text that the car had broken down! I was relieved to know that it was the compressor for the air conditioner and not the catalytic converter and bearings as my friend indicated. Lithia also explained the longer term impact in a way that previous folks had not making my decision to make the repair much easier.Lithia was flexible in interacting with me while out of country and my friend indicated that the car is doing much better overall since the repair. The only thing that could have improved this experience would have been a next day fix instead of two days. With that said, I appreciate that not all parts are on the shelf and delay with ordering can sometimes occur.

Before the service agent left the area I shared that I had recently had surgery and was unable to walk very far at a time. I requested my auto be brought close to the drop off area so I would not have to walk far to retrieve it when finished.The service agent names Josh was such a gentleman and assured me that this would not be a problem. As the service was completed my car was brought around to the initial drop off area only pointing out of the area for me. I was satisfied with how I was treated at your dealership. I wish I had been told at the time I made the appt that there could be a wait once I got there. I had anticipated that I would be there on time for my appt and repair would take about 30 minutes and then we would be on our way to do other things in Medford that we cannot do in Brookings. The man at the desk handled things very well. It was not his fault that what I had been told on the phone was not what would really be taking place. My friend who had come up with me is interested in buying a new Honda to replace her older Pilot and two salesmen were very friendly and helpful and not pushy which was very refreshing. I definitely would come back to your dealership either to buy a new car or have my Honda repaired.

The shade had not been in stock the last time and was again not in stock. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the specifics of the car, it's operation and features. He treated me with the up most respect. After having the service work done and finding out what additional work that needed to be done, I decided to purchase a used vehicle that was 4 or 5 yrs old and the salesman informed me that it would be in my best interest to purchase a new one that would be cheaper and then I did. The salesman and finance officer work with me getting the price of the need vehicle close to where I wanted it to be. I would purchase another vehicle there in the future.

The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When they say not push, no pressure, they mean it! I never once experienced the pushy salesmen attitude one expects when going to a car lot. Which is more than I can say for the other Lithia stores I visited. In fact I almost didn't stop there because of how annoyed i was with their neighboring Lithia stores, but now I'm happy I did. My salesman never handed me off to deal with the "money man". He worked with me all the way through from test drives to signing the final papers and all the price negotiation in between. I could not be more satisfied. Plus I love my new Honda! It gets great gas mileage, is classy and cute to look at, the interior is clean and comfortable, and it has lots of zip on the road. I will definitely be coming back, though probably not for a long time as Honda's last forever.

Worked with Tony Rios as our salesperson, and he was great to work with -- he began our conversation over the phone, researched available cars and options that were present on their lot, and called back right away. He stayed in touch all through the process (which was important to us since we drove from Eugene to Medford to purchase our car), and had everything lined up once we arrived at the dealership. The purchase documents had already been started with their finance department, which made the process of signing as efficient as it could be. Very pleased with the facilities in Medford, and our entire experience -- and incredibly pleased with the 2016 Honda PIlot we're now driving!

I have the "lifetime" oil change program for my Odyssey. The shop was busy that morning when I drove in at About 8: 10am. I thought I would need to come back another day because I had a 10:30am appointment. However, the man who greeted me said to drive ahead and they would get my needed service done. I said "OK" but really a bit skeptical... Well, they completed the service by 9:45am and I was on my way. I had the privilege of working with a salesman named Daniel Hernandez. He was wonderful to work with. He was very patient during the whole process and helped out significantly. It wasn't just him though. Everybody at the dealership was very nice. I felt no push or pressure from anyone there. I guess there is a reason that this Honda dealership has won the presidents award 3 years in a row. As far as buying a car goes it was a very quick and painless process. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. My fianc and I got a 2015 CR-V and love it. But prior to looking at new cars, we were looking at the used cars. Out of all the places we looked Honda had the most well detailed cars. I didn't feel like I needed to wash my hands after being in any of the used cars. Overall it was a great experience.

Our experience was very pleasant. We went through the Costco Auto program. Mark Thalman contacted me right away. My husband and I were looking at four different cars at four separate dealers that day and we explained to Mark that we were just test driving at that time. He did not push us in any way. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time even though it was not a sure sale. That was really nice. After test driving and dealing with two other dealers, we decided on the Honda CR-V EX. We showed back up at the dealer around 5pm and closed the place down at 7pm. Mark was very patient and answered every question we had. We had his full attention. Lithia Honda Medford is reliable and I don't have to worry that they didn't top off the fluids or tighten things. They are friendly and on time and dont pressure me to buy a car when I poke around the new cars. Other dealers sometimes have been lax with this and Lithia had to fix another dealers work not topping off a fluid that they had flushed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Came in for my lifetime oil change and it took an hour (only 1 car ahead of me), took my car home and it leaked oil all over my garage floor. Had to take it back and was told the fuel filter wasn't tightened down. Don't know how that happens when a customer only comes in for an oil change and the one part that is replaced is not tightened.

The day before I was to drive to the Bay Area my low tire pressure light came on for the third time in 2 weeks. I called service and Jason said he could have my car looked at as soon as I arrived. I bought my Honda CRZ through this dealership almost four years ago. My salesman, Brandon, was very knowledgable about the car, though it was a brand new model. Whenever I am in for an oil change, he always says hello (I always buy the "lifetime" oil change with a new vehicle). I had a full list of maintenance work done recently, an all-day job. They finished on time and under their estimate (how many dealerships do that?)... and their shuttle took me home and picked me back up promptly. They even found my sunglasses and saved them for me. I would recommend Medford Lithia Honda to anyone who would like to actually enjoy purchasing and owning a vehicle.

JT was also a very nice person to deal with but happened to be busy with another customer when we had returned to see the CRV, however, it didn't bother me to have to deal with Aaron. Break repair recommendation by lithia was not supported by LesSchwab who I visited right after seeing lithia for an oil change. Wide selection of fresh donuts and hot coffee was really nice as was the waiting area.

Took the car in for warranty tire rotation. It was done, the service staff at the counter were excellent, but, I don't think the tire pressure was checked, since the paper work did not indicate that they did and I had to put air in 2 of the tires at a gas station. I think most places check tire pressure when they rotate them.

The service department is excellent. The counter staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the repairs are expertly done. I have a 2007 CRV, and they never oversell the services I need. The new building on Crater Lake makes the experience all the better, and I appreciate the ability to rent a car at a low price while mine is being worked on.

We both purchased our car, a certified used car, and had the car serviced at Lithia Honda. The purchase experience was good. When we took the car in to be serviced, there was a tire issue that was settled to my satisfaction. At this point, I would say the dealership has done their job.

Had a very good salesperson, Aaron!! He took me on 2 test drives and tolerated my thoroughly confusing decision making process. I wound up with a marvelous car -- the 2015 CRV touring that meets all my desires in a car (plus a whole lot of stuff that has me totally baffled, but I'm working on it.) Love how it handles, the unobstructed views, comfort and color. It was the only one that had XM radio on it, which was very important to me. Why the other 2015's don't have it is beyond me.I looked at lot of other cars before I got here and this definitely was the best experience at any of the dealerships I went to. This inspirt of the fact you were in the middle of moving the whole place and things were in disarray.

We had been searching for our car for weeks, and been to way too many dealerships in the valley. I was starting to lose hope, but then, when we tried Lithia Honda. Mark Thalman was immediately available and told us he'd see what he could find with our list of criteria. Mark called us early the next morning to say that the exact car we were looking for had just arrived on the truck. We made it down to the dealership as quickly as possible, with details coming in regularly from Mark as he found them out. Our test drive wasn't rushed, and Mark was tremendously knowledgeable about the car, right down to that model year. Mark and Nate and their whole team made the whole purchasing process quick, but not rushed, and we left before lunch with our new car, at an amazing price, feeling well taken care of. What a cathartic experience!

We purchased a new 2014 Civic lx sedan. The transaction was smooth, the price with a trade in was fair. We were ambivalent about including an Extended Service Agreement, however the sales person said it could be cancelled within 60 days for a full refund by request, no hassles. Based on the assurance (and reading the contract) we included it in the purchase. However we decided very quickly - the next day, that we did not want the Extended Service Agreement and have now made two attempts to cancel it without success. It feels like we are being given the run around.

I was lucky. In the afternoon, when I finally freed myself up to get my oil changed, only 3 cars were ahead of me. I got the usual friendly welcome, immediate assurance that my lifetime oil change contract would pay for the service, and a cheerful direction to wait in the waiting area.It's not much of a waiting area, frankly. The chairs share their armrests, they are smaller than my butt, and a person's knees meet the knees of the person facing you. But it is clean, fattening goodies (and I'm an addict) and coffee are available. The TV is always trying to sell you something (this being the way of TV) and you can't turn it off without risking annoying the other inmates. But I discount these inconveniences.When the oil was changed, and the car's various components were checked, another friendly person came in and told me my vehicle awaited. It's not a treat to get your oil changed at Lithia Honda, but it's pretty close. I like it.

Everything was great, but there was so much pressure. I felt uncomfortable saying that I wasn't ready. I wasn't given the option to say no. I had to force my way out on day one and that made the process much more difficult.

Went in for routine oil change and had low pressure light for tires on. I was a little crunched for time and concerned about getting out to pick up a friend at the airport. They overestimated the time and I waited, but they actually finished in half the estimated time and then the guy who did the work made sure to reset the pressure light! Just the little touches. Got their in at the right time, only one car ahead of me. Check-in was a breeze as I had life-time oil change on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Said the wait would be 45 minutes or so and that's what it was. Used the waiting area to catch up on some reading for a class. Steven, your Jeep is ready. No well, you need this, the thing-a-ma-bob is out of whack, OMG this vehicle will self destruct if you don't have us fix this.... you get the drift. I wanted an oil change and that's what I got. Yes, the safety checklist noted a couple of items that needed attention, but I already new that. If I had the money, I'd get them fixed. Don't have the dough so its deferred maintenance. Love this place.

Asked about the lifetime oil change and had three employees participate in explaining the program to my wife and I which was beneficial and a help to us. We had the best experience here buying out new Accord. Our salesperson was Kevin and he is absolutely fantastic. From the beginning, we told him we were searching for a specific Accord. He was great at finding what we wanted and not pushing us in another direction. We went home to think about the purchase before actually buying. He have us his card and said to call anytime. I was greeting immediately upon driving in Thursday morning. I was checked in efficiently by the customer service agent. He understood the items that I wanted carefully checked on during the service and said he'd be sure the mechanic knew.I did think my wait was a bit too long due to long servicing of the car ahead of me. I think this car had a problem that was not known about before it was serviced. This made the express service NOT so express. Nice the agent fully informed me of the results of the routine check....like my tires and battery are fine. He was polite and friendly and doing his job. I had to replace my 2008 Honda Pilot which I totaled a few weeks ago and was going to purchase a different car with the proceeds of the insurance. The other Nissan car dealer blew off my appointment and I decided to look at the Honda Pilots at Lithia. They did not have any in the year range that I was looking for but I got to test drive a variety of newer models and decided to purchase a newer model and am glad that I did. They were very patient with me and respected my needs and desires for a replacement vehicle. I'm glad I had Aaron for a salesperson and thank them for selling me a great car and providing a much better car buying experience than I would have had at other dealers. I can see why they are the Presidents award winner. Nice people, fair price and great service. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Even the finance person Marcia provided me with excellent service and it seems like they have a great team effort and work together well.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST! We started talking to Clenny over the phone about a month before we bought our 2012 Chevy Malibu. Had looked at a few different cars of lesser value through other dealerships and such. We loved this car, but didnt think it was possible to fit into our budget. Clenny brought us about 3 or 4 offers that didn't fit for us. When we had basically decided that we weren't going to be able to get that car, Clenny brought one last offer back to us that fit into our budget perfectly. We would have never thought we could get into something so nice that also wasn't a crazy price. Clenny gave us the best interest rate we could find and lowered the price of the car a generous amount which made it possible to get the car the next day! I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the service my fiance' and I got from LITHIA HONDA OF MEDFORD. I swore I would not go back here after my son had such a bad experience - but the previous sales manager had since left. I worked with J.T., he was probably the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with - he truly knew our car choice inside and out. Chris, one of the managers, was a delight to work with. Our entire deal only took 2 hours - which is unheard of (but we did have our own financing).However, after all of our terrific experiences we ended up dealing with Marcy, one of the finance managers (always ask to work with Clenny)she ruined our experience with her absolutely rude attitude. Next time I buy a car, I will go to Lithia Honda, but refuse to work with Marcy

If you like to waste your time, feel like you have been a rape victim, love to be lied to and insulted - this is the dealer for you! Nate Mould and Mark Thalman are the classic mold of the used car salesman: full of lies!! Lied to us about not being able to find a car in a certain color - "None in the State!!" Talked us into another color. That was Dec 23rd. Spent five and a half hours trying to locate a car for a dealer trade and have them play games with us over what they would and would not include in the price...............and what they would give us for our trade. Left there feeling like a mental rape victim. The lies were incredible!!! Monday morning comes around, no call from Lithia Honda. Where's our car? We had to call them, only to be told by Mark Thalman that the dealer they were trading with to get the car in the color we settled for, had sold the car over the weekend. Christmas weekend?????Tried to talk us into the original color we wanted. All of a sudden he was able to locate a car in the original color! We now wanted the second color choice and ironically, that color was "nowhere to be found in four states!"He was rude and even laughed when we told him we had decided upon the second color choice and had a contract with a Vin# on it and wanted our car! He told us "Guess that's a deal breaker!" Didn't hear from him again that day, until we called him back! By this time, we called every dealer with a three hour radius of us. Ironically, a dealer in Eugene, Oregon had the car we wanted! We drove the three hours, had terrific service and left feeling terrific. On the drive home, we found that the VIN # on the Lithia Honda contract was the same on the Eugene Honda (Kendall Honda) contract. WOW!!! Found we were lied to again! Appearently Lithia had tried (not confirmed by Kendall Honda) to dealer trade to sell us this car and the trade didn't work out, so the AGAIN LIED TO US - about the car being sold! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND LITHIA HONDA!!! LYING AND UNPROFFESSIONAL. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Drive the extra distance and see IAN at Kendall Honda! Terrific service!

At first they were great! Did everything to get me in a car. But directly after the sale they wouldn't fix problems that the car already had when I bought it. Kevin handled it by getting angry and hanging up on me. I contacted corprate & they too did nothing.

Took my wife's 07 Accord in for service, and the service tech didn't address service items as listed. He chose not to rotate the tires even though it was overdue. I think he just didn't want to do the extra work, makes one wonder about other things..
