This dealer will destroy your car service after service and FORD Co won't do anything. 1st visit warranty issue due condensation on rear lights, they fight to replace the part at the end they did it but they scratch the paint and lost a clip of the inside trim panel. 2nd visit a simple oil change they spill oil in the engine cover and did not clean it and lost 2 screws and one clip from the lower engine cover, 3rd visit due warranty issue (transmission cooler) they scratch the pain in the front bumper, hood latch did not work, hood is misaligned, missing clap in radiator hose. I fought for a month with them and they never fix the paint issue. Also you have to fight very hard to get a loaner.

I went to take my car in for service for the Takata air bag recall and was in and out in less than an hour, despite being told it would take longer. Fast service and friendly staff. It was awesome because I came in asking a question about a part shop and what time they open because I was having a in-op issues with my car starting. The person that was there in the morning told me that the opened around 830 think I was not sure but he also asked me what was wrong with my car to see if you can help me and I told him that I was having issues starting my car and he basically entered search my number and told me that issue with TCM I think it was her TMC and not sure and that was the reason why the car wouldn't turn wrong but he couldn't guarantee me that which I understand because i issue with TCM I think it was her TMC and not sure and that was the reason why the car wouldn't turn wrong but he couldn't guarantee me that which I understand because then he would be liable. He also advised me that changing his part was covered under warranty and tell me that I had to leave the vehicle number to check the vehicle and pinpoint the issue. I am a longtime Ford owner. Everything from Mustangs to Explorers. The Explorers are used for my business and without them working reliably, I am not in business. Just got done with my latest Midway Ford Experience and once again they proved to me why I trust them. Professional employees top to bottom. Service Consulant Rey Piedra is a perfect example of a Midway Ford employee. He bent over backwards to keep my latest Explorer not only running...but running for the long term. Not some quick fix where I would save a few pennies then end up stuck on the side of the road. Yes there are scam dealerships in this world but Midway Ford is not one of them. I had serious issues with my last Ford. A 2009 Ford Explorer. Midway Ford did some major work to bring it back into shape and they charged a very fair price. I, like many, live within a budget and I hate to spend money if I don't have to. Rey Piedra made sure they did all they could within my budget...and then some! I have been, and will continue to be, a loyal customer to Midway Ford. They have proven to me time and time again they really care about customers.

My experience was just fine. I had my car there for a battery replacement and a fix to the transmission.But they couldn't fix my door latches because they said the parts were in recall and I wait almost 2 weeks to pick up my car and still waiting for the parts.

I am new to the area and was in need of a new car. I was recommended to Midway Ford and more specifically, to work with Ralph Duran. My boyfriend who had recently purchased a Ford is extremely happy with his, so I was open to the idea. Buying a car in the past has been a bit of an uneasy task. To my pleasant surprise I was greeted quickly, spoken to respectfully and 90% of my anxiety disappeared. My needs and wants of a vehicle were also respected and I did not feel pressure to look at unrealistic options. With that said, ALL the possible vehicles within my specifics were presented for comparison. I originally did not think a brand new car was in my scope, however, I WAS told that was a possibility. (Expectations exceeded instantly!!) The gentleman I worked with Ralph Duran was professional and totally on point with how the car buying experience should be. He is/was accommodating, honest, attentive, respectful of my time, concerned about the consumer and overall incredibly pleasant to do business with. Because of Ralph's knowledge of the Ford fleet, together we found the best option in a brief amount of time. Not only did I leave there with a car, but a BRAND NEW ONE! I feel he did everything he could to help find the car best for me but also worked to make my payments doable and gave me a piece of mind with my purchase. I didnt expect Ralph to work any miracles, however he came about as close as anyone could! Thank you Ralph and Midway Ford!

Took my Ford F-150 to Midway ford. I was having issues with my parking shifter. Overall it took about 3 days to fix cause the first 2 days they had no idea what was wrong. They finally got it fixed. When I got home I noticed that the Shifter they put in was not the correct one and I was missing my phone charger which I took pictures of before taking it there. I also noticed that my drivers seat leather was cut on the side & front dash was dirty with grease as well as center console. I called dealer to let them know and they told me to bring it in. So I took it in and was told that they were going to investigate. Then later on in the week I receive a call from the Service Manager Fernando Valdes. He claims that he had a leather specialist look at the cut and they had determine that they didn't do it, it was there from before. Like how many people take the car to a dealer with defects so you can get then to fix it. If it would of been there I wouldn't of complained IDIOTS!!! That's the biggest SCAM IN THE BOOK. Service Manager Fernando Valdes Has no explanation as to why my iPhone cable charger was stolen other that he can pay for it if I have a receipt.(No concern what so ever) As to the shifter they ordered the correct one for me and would like for me to go back for installation. Lol... DONT TAKE YOUR VECHICLE HERE MIDWAY FORD IS A SCAM!!!!!!

To whom might concern: Service Advisor Michael Martin helped me every step of the way at the time that I dropped off the car for service repair until the car was ready for pick-up. Michael was on point giving heads up and status periodically through out the repairs process, US. Warranty covered my repairs and labor, I only need it to pay my deductible. I have a 2015 Ford F-150. I was scheduled for my first oil change. From the initial phone call to schedule my appointment up until I left the process was exceptional. When I arrived at the service center they greeted me as if they knew me for years. I'm going to be doing all my oil changes from now on at the dealer. Amazing experience!

Even though the price of the repair was very expensive for me, Mike called me, communicated with me,and advised me ahead of time about the possible cost.That was very considerate and responsible of Mike and I truly appreciate his keeping me informed and advised as to the repair on my F-150 /2012, which we love. Because I trust Michael I went ahead with the repair and so far so good.I will say that the labor cost are astronomical!!!Way to high. It would be a great help if your labor cost would be more reasonable. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer purchase in Midway Ford. My previous car was an 2013 Explorer too. Both cars services were always taken care by the highly professional team at Midway Ford. Mike Martin is my contact there and he is always very helpful providing us a fast a reliable service. On January 4th I took the car for a check up as to my surprise it suddenly lost acceleration power in the middle of the highway. The engine kept on though didn't sound stable. A wrench indicator turned on which then I learned it meant a "powertrain malfunction". I terned the car off and then turned it on again. For a couple of days it ran OK until once again in a stop light it happened the same thing. The first time this happened the car had only 3,000. I checked the Internet and found out hundreds of complaints due to similar situations. I took the car to the dealer to ask if there was a recall for this problem which by the way it may cause a fatal accident. They said there wasn't any but they would check and repair for me. In less than an hour Midway Ford changed an accelerator part and so far the car is running well. Even though Mike explained to me the function of this part and don't remember exactly its name. Thank you Midway team for you fast response to this problem.

The staff was helpful, courteous and prompt to answer all my questions.One suggestion:The whole show room could have a face lift.The walls are dirty, the desk and chairs look used and some have holes. With a small budget they can create a more pleasant ambience to have the experience more enjoyable.Maybe paint and new furniture will upgrade that feeling.As I said, you have an effective combination of employes. Despite that most reviews about midway are negative about their service (I have not use their service yet ) I can tell you that had the best experience getting a lease at this dealer. I used to buy all my fords at this dealer more than 10 years ago to be honest, we bought in the last few years 3 cars Focus, Fusion and a Expedition. This was my first time getting a lease and after doing all my homework and learning as many things as i could can't complaint about the treatment. Our salesman was Manny Martinez great guy very well known for all his years of experience at Ford we felt very comfortable at the point that it felt like a friendship of years. The transaction was very smooth and everything was clearly explain. Its been a few years since i didnt visit ford and i am amaze how much they have accomplish with all the technology and great looking cars. By the way i got myself a 2016 fusion which feels like a luxury car inside i cant tell you enough that if you ever come accross and make the desicion to get ford do not hesitate to visit midway and let Manny do all the work for you he is great i'll definetly give them the first opportunity on my next car purchase thanks.

Need to do a complete maintenance check on all vehicles (new and used) before the buyer purchase a vehicle. I have a Ford Fusion as a company car. I was not sure how the whole company car thing works, because I had never had a mechanical issue with the car. My service technician, Danny was great. He explained everything in detail and was very helpful. When the part came in for my car, I took it in and we were pressed for time because my husband had a flight that afternoon. Took the car in because I received a card stating the brakes needed replacement. I had changed the brakes last December. The brakes were checked and there was nothing wrong with them and the service representative drove the car since I feel it stalls a bit when changing gears (does not happen all the time. He explained that it had to do with the opening of a valve the opens to let air in and that it might happen from time to time. I still feel the engine stalling eventhough it is not all the time

It was not an easy fix for them, but they did great, plus I learned a bit more about cars. An oil change elsewhere had a mechanic point out how much the tilt of the motor occurred when you shifted from drive to reverse. So your guys had to check both motor mounts, and the transmission mount to be thorough. As I came very early, I was back in my car after a couple hours doing work in your lounge. Arranged with service adviser to return (early) when mount in (only one was bad). Same deal. Came early. Out early. Never had a problem with Midway Ford. Top treatment even though its a Lincoln on ext. warranty. Thanks to all.

I have bought my 2 previous cars here but what happen next is unbelievable, I went on Friday July 31st to see if I can get the car that I want and it so happens that the dealer didn't have the vehicle how I wanted, so luis (Wicho) Alvarado the sales person looked in the computer and he called, emailed all the possible ways to get the car that I want, so I left the dealer in hopes to get the car, the next morning he call me back to tell me that he found the car and it was on its way down to miami for me, I went to the dealership stayed there for hours waiting when it finally arrived, the car that I want with the features and color that I stated, they went above and beyond to get what I want, I have to other dealership in the past and when they don't have what I want they tend to sale me something I don't want, is a lot easier this way instead of going the extra mile and looking for the right choice, everyone in this dealership are friendly and fun to talk to, the guy at the finance Barbara is his last name is a really nice guy, we talked while he was doing the paper work and I was entertain while waiting for the paperwork, great experience at this dealership. High five to them.BTW the car I wanted was a Fusion SE not Titanium, 2016 blue with 2.0 ecoboost, leather interior and rear view camera, so I got exactly what I wanted. Awesome.

There were no sarcastic remarks such as "the majority of our customers speak Spanish". The reason we came to Midway Ford was because we had a horrible experience at another Ford dealership. We went in to purchased a used car and Ralph Duran was incredible from the beginning. I informed him of my budget and what I wanted. He offered me various of options, instead of just sticking with one. Once we showed me everything, I settled for the 2016 Ford Fusion. The staff explained to me ann the incentives and requested to have me apply for the 0%APR on the vehicle. The next day at signing, Eddie Barbosa was awesome to work with as he made the signing painless. Overall, I have recommended others to this dealer and Ralph and they are in the works of purchasing a vehicle themselves. This is what the dealership experience model should be like.

In order to properly repair my vehicle which was under warranty. but sorry to say the same for ford motor company as it appears to have a problem with there transmission and doesn't have a quick fix.Two weeks plus is unacceptable ford for a small business to be without their work vehicle. Pros- My sales representative was quick and courteous. I got to test drive the vehicle I was interested in immediately, and he answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Cons- I did not have a local insurance carrier. He assured me he would recommend one for me that would be competitive. The recomendation he made was $80 more expensive per month than other quotes in the area. He should not recommend the carrier to anyone looking for insurance. Service area really good under the lead of Mike. I just moved to the area and needed to have a car inspected quickly before I purchased and Mike got me a quick appointment. He helped me get the car up to speed with it's maitenance contract, and even kept the car a little extra time because I had to travel to Europe. I picked it up yesterday with a bill for a reasonable price for both the inspection and the 10K maitenance. Only thing would have been nice is to have the car washed potentially before I picked it up. A small thing but worthwhile for customers. I will use this dealership in the future, thanks!

I have leased a 2014 Ford Focus hatchback. This is the 2nd time I have the car serviced at the dealership. Both times the service has been quick on a Saturday morning. The charge has been very reasonable and I feel that the car is in good shape. My washer fluid is refilled and my tires rotated. I would say a very good experience.

Took my new Focus in for an oil change. They were very friendly was out in less than an hour on Sunday. Yes I was able to get my oil change done on Sunday great place I will be back

I have 4(four) Ford cars. Service is unsatisfactory, incomplete, and they say problem fixed and did not do the work. Oil was changed and filter was not screwed on, what a mess, oil everywhere on brand new Transit 2012, Ford Explorer 2012 transmission problem, they had the car for a week and found no problem. Tried taking car back a few months later and service has been refused. They will not service any more cars and said take my business elsewhere because I complain too much.

I own 2 Fords, Explorer and Escape, and every time I need service, I have to drive somewhere else.Waiting time is above 2 hours wait and you can easily expend the whole day.There is no Supervisor that cares and much less a Manager. It is really a disgrace for Ford Motor Company to have a dealer like this.Just to make a simple oil change, you cannot make an appointment, you have to wait on line God's know how long. Even Tire Kingdom give you a set appointment

I am very satisfied with the service at Midway Ford. I was there because my wallet and car keys had been stolen the day before and I needed a replacement key. Needless to say I was very stressed, but the people at Midway were incredibly helpful and understanding. They were able to make a replacement key in under 30 minutes. I would especially like to the supervisor, Mike Martin, for going the extra mile to take care of the issues that came up. If you are looking for friendly, quick service from people who truly care about their customers, I would highly recommend Midway Ford.

Tried to lease a Fiesta there recently. They insisted in gap insurance, which would have added $700+ to inception costs. Told us that the leasing company had to have this insurance.
