Recently I purchased a 2013 F150 XLT. First vehicle I have purchased in nearly 15+ years. That process was great.Then on Oct. 26 I took my truck in for its first 5K service. I am a VIP member and scheduling the appointment that was quick and convenient. The actual service took approximately one hour as was estimated and the service department was able to answer all of my questions. I actually look forward to taking my truck in for its regular appointments.

We purchased our Escape from a different dealer but started to use Sheehy Warrenton for the extended service/maintenance agreement, due to convenience, where we met the service writer, Ben. Ben has always been consistent with his willingness to help and/or deliver the service as presented at time of purchase, over a period of time. Went in the other day for a service realizing a shield underneath was loose. Meant to make mention of this to Ben, but forgot. Day later, while walking to the vehicle, I noticed the shield was reattached. Ben and/or tech never made mention or charge for this. This may have been a minor problem but it was very much magnified by the appearance. Being I am very much involved in the service industry, the consideration given by Ben to detail goes a long, long way in my book...so much so, we'll consider this dealer at time of replacement.

Went to purchase a value car that was in stock there on 9/3/16. When I finally got in to talk with the finance manager Luis. I was told I had to purchase the extra warranty and the vip. Well I repeatedly told him that I did not want either one. He stated that I could cancel them after a certain time. He then told me that my APR would go up to 8.99% to offset cost of the loan if I did not agree to get the extra warranty or vip. Mind you, the loan would be through their credit union they deal with. My credit was very good. And I even asked, why check my credit if you are going to set the APR to what you want it to be? Well we went back and forth about the warranty, vip, and APR for a bit. Finally I decided that my money would be better spent elsewhere. I was also about to be charged a value car fee as well. The other Sheehy dealerships don't charge that. And I have purchased two other vehicles from a different Sheehy dealership. Whatever happened to truth in lending? I guess I was supposed to go along with a transaction of lies because I am a female. Not so.

I went on a Friday evening to look at a 2016 F150 5.0 that they had in stock according to the website. I arrived and was greated by Bryce Do. I showed him the vehicle that I wanted. He said it was at their other location but could DX (dealer exchange) it in. In the mean time I test drove the exact vehicle minus the color. Was pleased with the vehicle, filled out some paperwork but they realized that the vehicle was sold that day. No big deal I was not in a rush. By this time it was already 9:30 pm and I said we could finish everything up the next day. The next day they brought in the vehicle I wanted but had different style rims, which I was aware of. They said to come in on Monday (the service department was closed) and they will switch them out at no extra charge. When I came in first thing Monday morning Bryce was already there (2 hours before he was supposed to be) to make sure everything went smoothly. I ended up getting a great trade in valued and linex bed liner for free. My experience was pleasant and they helped me any way that they could. Brian S.

While having my 2014 Fusion in to try and find the cause of the climate control system shutting down ,I was given a Sheehy courtesy loaner. It was two quarts low on oil, transmission was slipping, was completely out of wiper fluid and stunk like an ashtray. After complaining to my service advisor I was informed that I had the only car that was available. I will not be returning to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced when they cannot even properly maintain their own. I was embarrassed for them!Charles Hacherl

Our buying experience was great and credit is given to Sales Consultant -- KIM HENSLEY! She found us on the lot looking at a Ford Connect late Sunday evening -- took time with us even though it was closing time to answer questions + take a test drive. During the week our son/daughter came by the dealership and Kim took time (once again) to answer questions and made it possible for a test drive. We met Friday morning June 10th and Kim was very patient and walked up through the process -- ultimately we drove off the lot with the vehicle. We appreciated Kim's patience, knowledge of the vehicle and when she did not have the answer she went and found out rather than just giving us an answer.

Poor warrenty service. 4 calls before used car Manger returned the call. Our used F350 was leaking transmission fluid profusely. We needed to have it looked asap. We did not want to take a chance and drive 900 mile to VA and wanted to have it looked at in FL. We were told to bad. This was the third problem in the 7 weeks we've had this vehicle. Can say we wouldn't recommend anyone buy from Sheehy Ford.

I have purchased about 7 new vehicles over my life. I was recently in the market for a Ford F-150. I did a good bit of research on models and prices. I wanted to take advantage of purchasing one of the leftover new 2015 trucks some time after the new 2016 trucks were already on the lot. I talked to a couple of other dealerships that were closer to my home. I attempted to negotiate with several , but none of them would even attempt to work with me on the price until I went to Sheehy Ford of Warrenton. After calling them at 4:00PM on a Thursday, we agreed on a price by 4:11PM that same day. They accommodated my financing needs fully. My salesman, Tony Habibi was nice, professional and honest. I picked up the car the next morning. Originally, I was told the car would not arrive until after 1:00 PM, but when I arrived to do paperwork for the purchase at 11:00 Am the truck was there! My wife and I were also treated exceptionally well by Chris, the sales manager. He personally attended to us to ensure that were were happy with the purchase. Although he is the sales manager, he also helped us figure out details with accessories needed for the truck. Chris is honest, attentive and very concerned with satisfying the customer. I have had dreadful experiences with other car purchases in the past with the finance part of it. You go into the finance room, get a beat down with high interest financing offers and are pressured to buy things you don't want or don't work. This was not the case with the finance part at Sheehy. Luis, the finance person, was able to offer financing for us that was competitive with what we could secure personally. We were not pressured to use his finance option, but could use ours if we wanted. In the end, we used his option which was with BB&T. It took 27 minutes to do all the paperwork. wow!! never had that happen before. Overall, it was a nice, small town, personal, relaxed buying experience. They were all very kind and wanted to be sure that we were satisfied. We got an exceptional vehicle, at an exceptional price , but most of all worked with an exceptional dealership. There are 4 other dealerships closer to my house than this one, but it was worth the drive. This is the place to go to buy a new Ford! So, if you live a distance from this dealership or is close by your home, get in your old car and drive over there to get a new one! Look up Tony Habibi , my salesman. Chris, the manager, will be right there meeting you as well.

The folks at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton were so very easy to deal with. The sales representative I dealt with was Gary Stiles. Gary was low pressure, very knowledgeable about the product and willing to do some negotiation. The price on the vehicle that I purchased was extremely fair. Gary is an excellent salesman. As well, Ed, in used car appraisals was very easy to work with and gave me a great trade in value on the truck that I traded in. Steve in finance did not pressure me in the least, and when I showed him my pre-approval and rate from the lender that I was working with, he told me straight away that he could not match or do better on the rate and that I should take what my lender was offering. He did present an extended warranty, but no pressure and encouraged me to think about the plan before making a decision. These folks know how to do business. RJA

I was traveling through Warrenton today on my way to Lexington VA w/horse trailer in tow when my 2011 F150's check engine light went on and my vehicle was misfiring. I spoke Ben McFadden, service advisor, and he assured me to bring my truck to Sheehy Ford and they would take care of me. The staff had me park my vehicle in such a way to have the horses out of the hot sun and Robert Whiteacre worked on the issue of a bad coil. Ben McFadden was very understanding that I was traveling with my horses and I needed to have service immediately and their mechanics took immediate care of diagnosing and repairing the issue with my truck. Within an hour, the truck was fixed and I was on my way to Lexington, VA with my horses. The attention to someone that was not a customer of Sheehy Ford seeing I live in DE. I was amazed at the quick, timely and efficient service. My Knights in Shinning Armor. Thanks so much to Ben and Robert for keeping my spirits light and ensuring me we were going to be able to continue on our trip. Kuddos to Sheehy Ford. Great and efficient service. Never called when car was done. Bill was not correct. Old parts was not saved so I could see them. Then over charge me for plugs I could of got them from there parts dept. for 3.00 less They told me bill would be around 650.00 got there bill was 800.00. They said plugs wouldn't come out but when I call they told me all went good no problems they did adjust bill To 633.00. I had problems with old ford deal and haven't been back for 10 years I will not be back. Check your bill Mechanic did good job car runs great. Could had same job done at manassas battlefield ford for 580.00.

At the last minute due to Ford rebates offered to move 2015s, I decided to make my purchase sooner than planned. I wanted a specific color that was hard to get hold of, the Ruby Red F-250 Lariat, FX model. Chris Ricketts(sales Manager) diligently worked with me over the phone to find and get what appeared to be the only one within several hundred miles. So today my wife showed me another thing that has gone wrong. Ford has gone down hill. Now the inside trim is lifting. And they said they will have to see if they can fix it. I have tried to get appointment after appointment and nothing. I make appointments and when I go there bam they say you don't have one I have wasted so much gas having to do there if I didn't have bio with them I would just go somewhere else. I'm so sick of sheehy sad that they don't care about people.

They should remove the word "service" from the Service Department altogether. I set up an appointment, after having to call and find out myself that my part arrived. When I arrived, the SM was was not only rude, but cursed openly about the problem I brought my car in for. When I mentioned that it still had a wheel balance problem that appeared to not be on the appointment, he became even more annoyed, asking I I was sure about having the vibration. He then spouted about why he would probably not be able to finish in one day, describing how hard it was to test drive the vehicle and take the door panel off. I told him that I would be happy to take a few days off work to accommodate his troubles fixing the car and left. I have no intention of returning and will get a refund for my VIP service i purchased since I'm sure oil changes are also too troubling for them to handle.

Purchased a used Cadillac from Sheehy Ford in Warrenton and had a great buying experience with Tom Blood from sales, and Steve from finance. Very quick, no hassle (we dickered on the price, but it was quick), and probably an hour total time from saying I wanted the car to completing the sale. I had to leave the car there for it to be detailed (they just got in in on trade) and for them to fix the driver side lumbar support. This actually took a week to complete because they had to send the car to the local Cadillac dealer to fix it, but they kept me apprised of the work and apologized for the time, but saying they wanted to get it right. I went back the next week and took the car home and had it independently inspected the next day. The shop I took it to found the dealership missed several things (valve cover and oil pan leaking, power steering leaking). I called Matt the used car manager and he asked me to bring in the list of repair items from the shop. I brought the car back and Matt said they would take care of it. I worked with the service manager Morris Page, who said the repairs were very labor intensive and would need the vehicle for about a week. I thought I would be questioned about the repairs, or that they would say they would do some but not all, or I would have to pay for some/all of it - but they NEVER HASSLED me at all. They were as polite and professional as anyone I have worked with anywhere. At this point I was expecting to have to get a rental car, but then Tom Blood showed up with a set of keys for a free loaner car. The repairs did take a week, but they also replaced a few things that were not even on my list. When I read these reviews I'm always looking for a summary of the "so what's", so here you go: 1. No hassle sales and finance - it was fast. Tom and Steve were great to work with. 2. Have ANY car you buy independently inspected. Things can be missed at the best of places, and you are making a big investment, so spend another $40 or $60 to have another set of eyes look it over. 3. I can't believe they actually fixed everything from the seat to the oil/steering leaks, but they did. It was a big job and I suspect most dealers would tell you "too bad - you bought it", or more unlikely, take it back. But they fixed everything and as I said, were polite and professional about it. 4. I can't believe they provided a free loaner car for the week - but they did and I didn't even ask for it - they just did it. 5. Even though this dealership is 30 miles from my home, I will drive out there again the next time I need to shop for a car.

I chose Sheehy Ford of Warrenton based on service that I received online by DJ, one of their strongest sales associates. Despite having to go back and forth between DJ and his sales manager(s), I decided to take delivery on a Ford Fiesta last Monday. Sheehy agreed to match Koons pricing after some debate/ negotiation. When I received their first sales worksheet, the destination charge had been inflated. I informed DJ and he promised to have his sales manager correct it. Once I found that error, I checked all of the numbers against the numbers I provided from Koons and found that they were all inflated. DJ put me in contact with his sales manager and he promised, in writing via a new sales worksheet, to correct the numbers and match the Koons pricing. I agreed to take delivery.DJ offered to deliver to the car to my home in Richmond, which I much appreciated. He went above and beyond to earn my trust. When the car arrived, he and I went through the contract together and found that the numbers were incorrect again. Worse, the numbers didnt match either of the first two incorrect worksheets. He called his manager immediately who advised him to leave the car and theyd FedEx a new contract. The new contract arrived two days later as promised with incorrect (inflated) numbers AGAIN!I called DJ, fully expecting that perhaps I was missing something, and arranged a meeting with a finance manager that evening. When I arrived, the finance manager was not ready for me and the sales manager intercepted me in the showroom. I asked that we meet in an office and he declined. Our conversation started in a civil manner and ended with him literally yelling at me, stomping across the showroom like a child and shouting about how much money he is losing on this deal. He asked me if I could concentrate on the payment instead of the numbers that got him there because he didnt really understand how leasing worked and I declined. As a Contract Specialist by trade, its all about the numbers. He accused me of providing a target payment, which he was able to meet, which was untrue from the beginning; all I wanted was for Sheehy to matchnot beatKoons pricing on an identical car.Before I handed him back the keys and urged him to try not to lose as much money next time, he said that he would correct the contract, but my payment would not change. I agreed and he did so, but the payment changed dramatically which proved that he had been purposely misrepresenting the payment and numbers in order to increase his sales margins. After all was said and done, there was almost $1,500 in inflations between the first and fourth contract and I declined to sign any of them. My dealings with Sheehy was the least transparent and honest sales transaction I have ever had in my life on a vehicle or otherwise. DJs service was stellar and I was honest with him from Day 1. Unfortunately, the sales managers at Sheehy Ford are crooked and will keep this location from reaching, or exceeding, its sales and customer service potential.

We have bought many vehicles from sheehy. So when i had no problem going until this time. We got a new edge this time. Well the trim started lifting, so we call and tried to get a appointment for 2 mouths, and they said they had nothing to work with my work schedule. I finally got a appointment today, and they said they sent the trim piece back...... So now once again i will be waiting. The bad thing is another piece is lifting... It took 4 weeks to do the financing. They let my wife drive around on tags they couldn't transfer for about a month, no call or anything witch could have been very bad. They messed up the registration. when i called and ask about it they said its not there problem. so now the registration is in another county. i have lost all faith in sheehy AND WILL NOT BE DOING ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH THEM UNTIL EVERYTHING IS FIXED AND THEN IT IS SHAKEY.....................................................

I talked with Tom Blood one evening. I wanted to make sure that the vehicle in which we were interested was still available. We had 100 miles one way to get to Sheehy Ford from where we lived. Tom offered to hold the vehicle for us until we got there the next day around noon. True to his word, the vehicle was there waiting for us. He was VERY open and honest about the vehicle and was helpful in every way. He allowed us to take the vehicle out by ourselves and told us to make sure and drive it around and see how it does in local traffic situations as well. Tom, and the dealership went the extra mile to make sure the deal was a good deal but used absolutely NO pressure sales tactics at all. This was VERY refreshing for car salesmen! We couldn't have asked for better service. My only regret is that we don't live closer so we would be able to have Sheehy Ford take care of any and all repairs and servicing that would be needed in the future. We really believe they would treat us right and honestly. We plan to purchase another vehicle and when we do, we will definitely be going to Sheehy Ford in Warrenton! John and April

late one evening I started researching cars and came across this dealership and searched the inventory and I found I was interested in th escapes but had certain things I wanted on it so began to look at other dealerships .the same evening Gary Stiles contacted me and graciously made himself available and after letting him know that it would be a couple of months before I would make the purchase he sent photos of a couple of the ones he felt I would like . I appreciated the way that he periodically got in touch he knew I wasn't ready and respected me to contact him but never failed to check in and make himself available. When it came time for me to purchase a car several called me from there but because of his attitude and care and concern and respectful manner I wouldn't go to any one else. I walked in and Gary set up test drives on 4cars for me I knew the minute I drove the red escape I loved it but wasn't sure I could make it happen and was going to settle for another car. I recently bought a used car from sheehy they had it at another one of their dealerships, I had gone there to check the vehicle out and I had a few concerns so I wanted my mechanic to check it out I worked with Ronnie in sales and he told me they'd have the vehicle brought there the same day so I could get my mechanic to look at it, 2 days later the vehicle still was not there and when I had asked him what's up with it he made a bunch of excuses and said it would be there the same day and wanted me to go ahead and sign the loan for it and sign the registration which I did not appreciate since at the time the vehicle was not on their lot and I hadn't even gotten my mechanic to look at it and he kept trying to talk me into signing for it, overall this experience was a pain and if not for a good price I would have bought it elsewhere, I would've expected this at a used car dealership but not at sheehy. I would suggest anyone that goes to this dealership to do everything they can do to not deal with Ronnie

I was preparing for vacation and needed a new exhaust manifold on my F-150. Frank was able to squeeze me in at the last minute and he and the tech worked miracles to get me on the road only a couple of hours later than I had hoped. We were able to make it to our destination on time and the truck ran great all the way out and back! When it became obvious they could not get to all the broken bolts easily to drill them out they lifted the cab and kept the price reasonable. Thanks again Frank and whoever else worked on my truck!.

My sales person D.J.Davis did not harrass/push me from the time I started looking. My wife and I came in there in May and told him that we were interested in buying a car but was still looking around. He ask for my email address and said that he will email me on Ford cars that are available from time to time and anytime that I want can come in and he will show me want he has available. He NEVER was pushy but very respectful to me and my wife to allow us to search. That is not what I witnessed as I continued to other dealers. Well, the Sheehy Ford Dealer in Warrenton does a pretty good job selling their Vehicles but when it comes to handling Warranty Service Work they are far from adequate. Called this morning to schedule and appointment and see if a Loaner Car was available since the repair will take several hours and I live 1.5 hrs away. I was disconnected the first time, sent to voice mail the second call and told they can't get me in for a week. The next Ford I buy won't be from Sheehy Ford Warrenton. DGP USMCRetired.

I bought a 2014 Ford Focus Titanium a couple weeks ago and absolutely love it! I previously owned a used 2010 Fusion, which I also bought from this same dealership, I just wanted to upgrade into something newer. I thought my Fusion was great on gas and my Focus is even better which is nice for commuting in Northern Virginia. Even better, I now have all the gadgets I love! Sunroof, heated seats, navigation, excellent gas mileage (with a smaller gas tank than the Fusion), auto-park, back-up camera, front bumper sensors, sound system, steering wheel stereo controls, etc.Not only do I love the car but I won't go anywhere else to buy a car. Like I said above, this is the second car I've bought from this dealership and salesman. I can be a huge hassle to work with when making large purchases and they NEVER became frustrated with me. The salesman, Shawn, spent probably over 4 hours with me every day I was there (which was 3 separate days) and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. He was very professional, polite, had answers to all my questions and worked through the numbers with me to the penny to be sure I was comfortable with my monthly payments. I appreciated not feeling pressured or deceived, which I've experienced when shopping other dealerships. In the future I will continue working with this dealership.

I just had the best car buying experience ever from Sheehy Ford Warrenton. I purchased a 2014 F150. From the time I arrived everyone was (sincerely) very nice, not the usual had to be nice fake b.s.. My salesman Phil was a no pressure kind of salesman, the kind I prefer !. My door handle had a few scratches on it and Phil said he would take care of it along with throwing in rubber mats and rear wheel well covers. I never had to call the dealership to see when my new handle would arrive and scheduled an appointment. Phil called me in a few short days and set my appointment. While I was there I had an opportunity to meet one of the body shop guys as well as one of the mechanics, all very nice. I was in the market for my first ever American vehicle, the Ford F-150 (I normally drive an Audi). I live in McLean, VA and started first looking at local dealerships. I did all my research, found what I was looking for in their inventory, etc. I was quite amazed how poorly their sales folks worked even when I told them that I was ready to buy - slow to respond, very little follow up, could not line up the right truck, etc. Then I looked at Dealerrater.com and found Sheehy Ford in Warrenton and Ange Malmquist in particular - she had great reviews so I reached out to her to see if she is any better than my experience with the folks in NoVA. I scheduled my service with Morris for a couple of issues that needed to be taken care of that were agreed upon at the closing of the sale of my new to me 2011 F-150.I must add that Morris Page was really great to work with. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of his department and vehicles. Not only am I more than satisfied with the service I received, but the professional courtesy and friendliness are something that other dealers should pay attention to. And I got my truck back in better condition than I took it in. No grease or other dreaded crap that you might find in the cab from other service centers and all repairs were made exactly to my expectations, so BIG props to the technicians as well. I had a comfortable and clean lounge to wait in with coffee and vending machines. Large screen TV to watch the news and did not feel inconvenienced at all. My Service at Sheehy has always been Excellent! Cyrystal Ammerman, Service Manager does a great job in managing appointments. She is very knowledgeable about Ford - what the potential mechanical issue might be and offering solutions to repair. She is customer service oriented and is very pleasant. If things are not quite as she diagnosed she will contact you and offer an alternative and the solution. While Crystal is excellent the rest of the staff with whom she works also does a great job with the customers. Overall the Sheehy Ford of Warrenton experience has been great. I have been a steady customer for a number of years. I have had to wait in the lobby (waiting area) a couple of times and would like to see Sheehy subscribe through the Dish Network with ESPN, ESPN2, Golf Channel, etc. so they could be selected by customers and viewed while waiting for my vehicle. Thank you.

I found a car I wanted for a decent price and shot Sheehy a general inquiry email. I got immediate phone calls, voicemails, and emails. I made an appointment and confirmed it. I live in Alexandria and drove over an hour to get to the dealership. The internet salesman, Chris Ricketts, literally emailed me five times that day to schedule and confirm my appointment. As I drove into the lot, I got an email on my phone from Chris saying the car was sold it was short and curt, and not a single apologetic tone or word. I understand first come first serve thats business. What got me is that their attitude changed completely and their two faced-self came out immediately. I still went in since I was already there. As soon as I saw Chris, I knew it wasnt going to be a good experience. He looked annoyed that I was there immediately placing the blame on me for not seeing the email he had sent 10 min ago!!! Thats after I had been on the road for over an hour. He wasnt even busy he was just lounging and chatting with other staff in an office. Where was the proactive calling now? I even had to ask what else he had in stock he was just that turned off now that the car was gone (not that I was interested anymore at this point). Even as I was leaving he didnt even face me to say bye and already had his back to me, let alone a thank you for coming by or sorry for how things worked out. No respect at all.If you check what others say about their customer service on this rating site and others, youll see that AFTER purchase customer service is poor. Many others say that the purchasing experience is great, but the follow ups and service work is awful. That, coupled with what I experienced, is revealing of this dealerships character. They will do whatever to please you before and during the sale, but after the sale is complete, they really dont care about you. Youd think theyd learned by now that customer service throughout the relationship leads to loyalty and more revenue. Even if you find a car for a good price at this dealership, I strongly suggest you consider everything after the sale especially if youre buying a new car there and want to get your car maintenance serviced there for years following. Its just not worth it. Theres a lot of other dealerships with better and more honest people and service.

It was time for Oil Change and service on my Ford Expedition. I had been thinking about it and my wife had an upcoming trip. She called the service center and got hold of Crystal and asked about bringing the vehicle in the next day. She was given a time to come in, however, it snowed during the night and my wife was afraid that she could get there in the afternoon as more snow was forecast. She called Crystal and was told that she could bring the vehicle in now and Crystal said that she would work to get it done before late afternoon. At about 10:30 we got the vehicle to Crystal and she said she would call us. About 11:45, we got a call the service was completed and Crystal had called us. We went to the service center, picked up our vehicle and were back at home and didn't have to get out in the snow. The friendliness, the helpfulness, the attention to detail, the willingness to accommodate and the quality of service were all outstanding, especially from Crystal. She treated us like it was her car, her trip, her concern and made us feel that we were valued customers that she wanted to come back again AND WE WILL.

Straight to the point, The dealership is terrible from their finance department to their tax, tag and titling group. Very inconsistent and deplorable. It took 7 months to get a refund on a policy that I cancelled 3 times including at the time of purchase. It took 6 months for the dealership to get the information to DMV and at that, I had to get a second set of plates from their due to the mistakes Sheehy of Warrenton made during my transaction. Spoke with Sales manager and the general manager and it still took 3 months to get this done. Pathetic! I can honestly say that the price on the vehicle was ok, but take cash or have your financing secured before going in and do your own work. T

My wife took our new Mustang in for it's first oil change. The service manager recommended a tire rotation as well as the car had over 7K miles. The Oil change was free and only a $21 charge for a tire rotation. My only complaint is that the tires were inflated to 38psi vise the 32psi the owners manual recommends.

I was driving on Route 29 and my service light went on in my car and I was worried since it said to bring in to the nearest dealer asap. SInce there are no Mercedes in the area, I pulled in Ford (our other vehicle is a Ford truck) so thought I would stop in with my car. I was greeted by Morris and he was so accommodating. Not only did he put me at ease, that the service message Check light - lamp defective message was not urgent and offered to provide a new bulb, but my tire pressure was low, which he filled and checked all the tires and made sure I was safe to go! That was very comforting. I will come back with our Ford truck, since the service was top-notch and the people, represented by Morris was exceptional.

I bought a used 2010 Ford Fusion from this dealership and had a wonderful experience. The sales people weren't pushy and following me around the dealership like I experienced at other dealerships. My salesman, Shawn, was very knowledgeable about all the cars I was interested in and showed me all the different gadgets in the cars (I'm a gadgets person). I felt bad that I was taking up his time and was being indecisive but Shawn kept telling me to take my time and saying it is a big purchase and there is no need to rush, which I really appreciated. I kept going back and forth between a Fusion and a Focus and Shawn took me out on several test drives to allow me to feel the difference and comfort of the cars. Even a few days prior to my purchase he had a car delivered from another location so that I could see it in person and test drive it and wasn't at all pushing me to purchase it even though they had it delivered just for me. Once I finally decided on the Fusion the financing process was well explained to me and quick, took only about 30 minutes! I ended up also purchasing the Sheehy VIP package which gives me free oil changes for the life of the car, free inspections, free tire rotation and discounts on other services. I will be going to Shawn for all my future purchases. I highly recommend everyone to work with him.

I was looking for an affordable used car and Phil was so helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel comfortable while I tried to make my decision. Doug saw me looking around and came over to talk and see if he could help me find what I was looking for. It was a great experience altogether. I felt no pressure and we found a new Ford Focus that was in my monthly price range. I am totally impressed with the way Ford has made a comeback and is now very competitive with other top performers. I believe Doug was most helpful in finding the right fit for a vehicle. He answered thoroughly any questions I had about the vehicle, financing, or performance. The finance associate was also very kind and informative. It was kind of a rough start. I have several aftermarket products on my truck that Sheehy Ford body shop had to track down. It took some work and a couple of visits but it was successfully completed. Rose is very good at her job and strives to produce a good product. If it wasn't for Rose I probably would have taken my truck some place else.

I purchased my Ford Escort at Sheehy in 11/11. Love the car & never had a problem until a couple of weeks ago. I called Sheehy's service dept. & set up an appointment to drop it off. I was greeted there by a friendly staff. I told them what the problem was, and they explained they would check to verify & call me. They called the next day. The problem was no longer covered under my warrenty because of miles driven. It was not a small fix. I had contacted Ford (not Sheehy) to see if they could help me out because I felt the part should have lasted years. The Ford customer service offered a small reduction in cost. I was going back and forth with Ford and Frank Racut. He was kind and understanding of my situation. He knew I had a valid concern with regard to the problem and the cause. Ford customer service wouldn't budge. They weren't rude, but I felt slighted. I called Frank Racut and told him to go ahead with the repair, but wasn't satisfied. He was courteous, friendly and understanding. Two days later, Frank called to say my car was ready to pick up. He asked if I wanted to know the damage (price) I said yes. When he gave me my total I was stunned! Sheehy stepped up and gave me more than ever expected! It's a rare thing these days to have a company that stands up for their customers and make sure it's done right! Thank you so much Frank and Sheehy Ford. You're guaranteed we'll be coming back to make future purchases.

I decided to buy a Ford Focus. I was doing my research on Cars.com when I saw Sheehy Ford Warrenton had a good price listed on a 2013 Ford Focus SE. I thought this good price wont stick around for a while so I called them and asked if the car is still available. The dealer said yes and asked me to drop in. When I got there, they told me to look at another car since they sold it. !! Drive someone around in traffic for 50 miles just to see the car sold. Also this guy, Chris Murphy seemed very unpleasant to work with. He added back all the incentives and some stupid charges I ever heard in my life about a car. He bloated up the price way higher than a 2014 car and said I am being offered the best deal. Yeah Right!! He did not have the courtesy to talk through the deal when I settled for a car with a different color. He wanted to charge me higher on this new car. He didnt even show the respect a customer deserves when he is buying a car. His exact words were, "I don't have time to talk to you, I have calls to make". Really?? When a customer is willing to purchase a car from you, you push him away saying that you have calls to make?? Where is the customer satisfaction?? Also I was made to just sit and wait for half an hour just to get a Quote on the car. If this guy, Chris Murphy worked for me, I would fire him right away. I hate people with such poor attitude towards a customer. Doesnt every customer wanted to be treated well and allowed to buy a product. !!! Sheehy Ford Warrenton!! They were nice and friendly till we purchased the vehicle. The finance guy was very pushy about us purchasing all the extras and warrently to the point it got annoying. After we bought our vehicle we had some questions and we called and left voicemails and they would never return our call. My husband finally had to call the manager to get any help. They told us our loan was through one bank but we never got a statement and when we called, the bank said they had no records on us, so we have no clue who our loan is through and are waiting to hear back from them once again on who they financed through. This experience has been the worst overall experience we have had with buying a car. We will not be going up there for anything else.

My wife and I were in the market for a brand new Ford Fiesta, and heard from a relative that Sheehy Ford was the place to go. All it took was one visit for us to know that this was indeed the place that we wanted to buy a car from; clean facilities, helpful staff, and very friendly salepersons. We had the joy of working with a Mr. John Clampitt, a man who went above and beyond his duties to assist us in our purchase, even going so far as driving two hours out of his way to bring our new car to the lot and picking us up from our home when we didn't have another ride. Truly, a wonderful experience!

After several weeks of research, my wife and I went to sheehy to take a look at their 2013 Fiestas, whereupon we had the pleasure of working with John Clampitt, the salesman assigned to us. He was extraordinarily friendly and polite, and both his extensive knowledge and calm demeanor put us at ease. My wife and I returned a day later to get into the nitty gritty of making a purchase, and John and his co-worker Louis went out of their way to help us find the financing we needed to make a successful first purchase. The car we wanted wasn't on the lot, so John himself drove several hours out of the way to have our car delivered the next day. He even went so far as to pick us up from our home when we didn't have a ride to the dealership. My wife and I are a young couple just beginning our adult lives, and everyone at Sheehy did their best to make us feel welcome and cared for. Marc Anthony, the GM of Sheehy (and wife of Cleopatra)) extended his personal thanks to us on our purchase. All in all, a fantastic experience. My wife and I will definitely be getting our future car from these folks, and I cannot recommend them enough.

My wife and I had stopped at Sheehy to just look/price a new Explorer. we hadn't been there more than a few minutes before John Clampit(salesman) came up to us and offered his assistance. He showed us numerous vehicles and also offeredto show us an alternative vehicle that also fit the same things we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a new Flex. John was great, answering all our questions and offering to check the other dealers for the colors and options we were looking for. He spent time showing us how all the options worked. I went to Sheehy ford to test drive a Focus ST. I had a special test drive offer given to me and I really wanted to see more of the ST as I saw it recently at the D.C, Auto show. scott was the salesman the greeted me out in the parking lot. He introduced himself, but did not give me a card. I told him I wanted to test drive the Focus ST and gave him my test drive offer up front and my driver's license. He said he would be back with the keys. Here's what he said upon returning:"I got good news and bad news. We went ahead an signed your test drive offer, but we aren't going to let you drive it unless you are serious about looking to buy it"I can't believe he had the stones to say something so stupid. The only way I will ever set foot on that car lot again is to show that dealership my new car that I will buy somewhere else and I plan on telling as many customers as I can about my ordeal while I am there.I challenge the dealership to dispute this...and please try.

Everyone at this dealership with whom we interacted was friendly, helpful and focused on making my wife and I a happy satisfied customer! We visited a local other car dealer to start searching for a diesel truck that could pull a horse trailer. At 4:00pm on a Saturday several weeks ago, this other delaer was closed, so we stopped by Sheehy Ford just to see what was available. As it turned out there was an extremely "clean" 2008 used Ford 250 Heavy Duty diesel truck on the lot that caught our eye. We met with Doug, our sales team member, who made us feel right at home with no heavy sales pressure but only a genuine interest in making sure we found what we wanted! From Doug, we met Andy, the used car manager, and Steve, the General Manager. They both were outstanding in helping to make our deal happen and take care of our needs for the truck we ended up purchasing. Mark, in getting the deal financed was also incredible. Anyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck in the Warrenton, VA outlying areas should go to Sheehy Ford in Warrenton and ask for Doug. We live in Ashburn, VA and driving to Warrenton was well worth the few extra miles for the deal and incredible customer service we received!!!

The employees at this dealership went above and beyond for me, finding me the exact car I was looking for. The car I wanted was not available at their dealership so they spent time locating and getting me what I needed. They were fair, honest and not "pushy". They answered all my questions, took time to show me the mechanics of my car and stayed late while my car was getting trucked from another state. While I was waiting for my car, I watched them with other potential buyers, and they handle themselves professionally. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and will continue my patronage.

When I read that KBB estimated trade-in pricing is used by this dealership to value my trade-in, I went thinking I would receive slightly less than what I had estimated online as a fair trade-in price for my vehicle. Instead I had to haggle with the GM for an offer that was $1.25K less than what KBB had estimated.Next came the lengthy "show" of going through the motions over a vehicle that did not meet the specs I wanted, but was close enough. After the "back and forth" in working a better price than MSRP, I was sold on a price that was fair, but the "vehicle destination charge" was not included, and a $500 document fee was tacked on with no wiggle room. This was NOT the internet pricing I was told I would receive, but I still felt like the price was decent enough, especially after spending hours at the dealership (until they closed in fact at 9pm).To add insult to injury, I had to wait around for final processing of the vehicle (why wasn't it made ready during the 4hrs prior I do not understand) and the added special "dealer" incentive did not add up at the time of contract signing, but I was tored and ready for the process to be done, so I moved on (looking back) was not the best deal.All-in-all, this dealer is no different than any other I have encountered, which is a statement in-and-of itself on the industry as a whole.

We have tried to purchase our 2010 Milan from Sheehy of Warrenton for a week and this incompetent staff foulded it up so much that even with our 7 calls and a check for the total amount didn't make the sale. We came to the sales room with the check and still no Ms. Dyu or paper work. We left with the car and decided to go to Battlefield Ford. I will contact Ford Motor Credit and the Sheehy GM about this joke of an operation. I have a 2012 Raptor and will not consider having Sheehy look at it let alone the Milan. The process started off well enough and Jennifer in sales was prompt and responsive. We set up a date and time to meet as my husband and I were coming from over an hour away to look at a vehicle. Well 10 minutes before the scheduled time to be there, I receive a call from Jennifer stating the vehicle will not be ready as originally planned and that there was work that needed to be done. Being that close already, we decided to go ahead and go just to see the vehicle in person. The car was not as advertised on the website (ie. Cloth seats when it stated leather) and we were told that it was just traded in, which we later saw on the Carfax that we were given that it was just purchased at auction. We decided to buy the vehicle knowing we were not going to keep it long term anyway. This was on a Thursday... They told us it would be ready for pick up by the following Monday, Tuesday at the latest and by Wednesday I still had not heard from the dealership at all. After an email to a manager I finally hear from someone saying they will deliver the car to me. Great, I suppose.I received the car on Thursday after their "175 point check" and by Friday afternoon the check engine light was already on. Saturday, I had to turn the ignition over 6 times before the car would stay running. After happening more than once, I finally brought the vehicle back to the dealership to see what was going on. More than two weeks later, I still do not have my car back. Everytime they say someone will call me back, it never happens and I have to call them. This dealership is a joke all the way around and I can't believe they consider this "service"The only fact that I can take solace in is that I now know never to purchase another vehicle, new or used, from this dealership again. And unless you are into being pushed off and ignored, I would suggest you don't buy one here either!

Saw a car I was interested in at a "sister" store, called on Friday at 4 pm and the sales staff had the car in Warrenton for me to see Saturday at 11! Very helpful and willing to work to get me the deal I wanted, and very friendly along the way, gave me more than I expected for my trade in, and a great price on the car I bought. My new Focus came in on a Friday. I was out of the area, so we decided we would pick it up the following Monday.We arrived at the dealer at about 5:30. Rick(sales guy) immediately showed us the car and let us take a test drive in it, while he was finishing with another customer. When I came back, it was about 45 minutes before Chad(manager) finished drawing up the "proposal" (keep in mind, all negotiating had been done already, and they knew we were coming in, this could have been done ahead of time).By 7:00ish we were still waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Finally around 8:00pm Louise(finance guy) comes up and grabs paperwork to see if they can beat our credit union's 1.99% rate. This takes another half hour. When we finally went into his office around 8:30, we discovered that the price we agreed to is not what they were charging. We originally agreed to a price that only included the student discount, since that is valid through January, and the promotion at the time of the order was not going to still be valid.The price they were charging had factored in the $500 retail cash already (which put us at $500 above what we were expecting) and they were also $500 less then the trade-in price of my car they had agreed to through email (this price was increased the $500 after the deal was discussed, but they did still agree to it in email).We proceeded to discuss this with Chad for another hour or so. When he did not budge we went back to talk to Rick. He was not able to change Chad's mind. We decided to go outside and talk it over. When we came back in, we had decided we would buy the car anyway, as the price was still good. This is when we discovered that the $389 doc fee we were told is now $448 (despite the fact Rick confirmed it as $389 that day!). Again, Chad would not budge over the $60. I understand that in certain states you can not adjust the doc fee, but he could have dropped the car.By the time all of this is done, its almost 9pm, their closing time (we came at 5:30). This is when we discover that Louise decided to transfer my registration before I even signed the paperwork! To top it off, Louise went home and none of the staff could find my old registration. Chad very tersely told us to leave without our registration and they would send us it tomorrow (driving with no registration=illegal). He tried this several more times, including threatening us with calling the cops for trespassing. Finally, at around 9:45 I got so fed up, I called the cops myself. I informed them that the dealer had my registration, was refusing to give it back, and trying to make me drive home without it.When the cops came, they ended up having to give me a business card with their names on it, so that if we got pulled over we could explain the situation.This is NOT the way a car buying experience should be. A dealer should NEVER hold a registration hostage, lose it, or transfer it before the car has even been bought! I was forced to drive to work without proof of registration in a car that the dealer registered to themselves before completing the sale (which I believe is illegal also).I emailed the GM of the store (Tim) and he was substantially nicer. However, he would only budge on the doc fee, and refused to honor the $500. I ended up agreeing to the sale and telling them to make sure all paperwork was ready before I arrived, to have the Daytime Running Lights enabled and the car ready. Tim confirmed this was fine. When I showed up NOTHING was ready, we arrived at 4:45, did not leave till 6:45. I had to argue with Rick to have the dealer installed options installed that evening, because parts was closing, and he wanted to go home as well. After he spoke to Tim, they agreed to install that evening.When it came time for the paperwork, I had a check from my credit union this time and Louise started arguing with me over the registration from the other night. One of the biggest rule in retail is DON'T ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER. All it served to do was make me angry.

I just want to say thank you to all the Staff at Sheehy , Mainly Rick !! He was outstanding !!!. I went to Battlefeild Ford Culpeper and after buying 2 brand new vehicles from them they did not try to help me at all and told me i needed to go with a much cheeper vehicle to get the payments i wanted, ( I will never go back there ) so we left there and went to Sheehy and were VERY Impressed with how we were greeted and treated. as busy as they were they still made time for us and never made us feel that we didn't matter . Teresa and Rick got me the payments i wanted plus some extras, and put in in an upgraded vehicle from what the other dealer wanted to put me in !!! I just loved them. They even went out and got me coffee!! I am so happy with the service and with my new 2011 Ford Explorer!!! Thank You so much for all you did for me !!!! I live in Bealeton Virginia near Warrenton. My philosophy is to buy local if I am able to get a good deal. I went to Sheehy to look at F150 Crew Cabs. I was met by the smiling and friendly salesperson name Elizabeth Arnold. She cheerfully led us to the inventory of the F150's. After looking at several vehicles and test driving one my wife and I went home to think about it. There was no pressure applied to make a deal today. After a week we looked at the inventory again and found a vehicle we were interested in. Elizabeth did a fantastic job of getting the information we needed. We went to the dealership on the last day of September to buy the vehicle. During the negotiations she brought my requests to the sales manager. I was amazed at the willingness of all the sales and management people to work to forge a fair and equitable purchase. After completing the sale, Elizabeth was just as enthusiastic to complete several details to prep the truck for delivery to us (including personally transferring the license plates from my trade-in to the new vehicle with her electric screwdriver). I would highly recommend this dealership and salesperson Elizabeth Arnold. I will go to this dealership first when I go to purchase my next vehicle and I will have Ms. Arnold as my sales representative.

We own a driving school in Virginia Beach, VA. I checked here locally for an XLS Escape. Some of the dealerships did not have what I was looking for nor did they really listen to what I wanted. I contacted Sheehy Ford in Warrenton and Tom Reber listened to everything I wanted and found that exact vehicle. My husband and drove 4 hours to pick up our new Escape. I went to Ted Britt in Chantilly and Fairfax as well as Sheehy in Gaithersburg. Ted Britt was helpful but we couldn't come together on a price. Sheehy in Gaithersburg was overbearing and pushy. When they found out that I intended to look at another Sheehy dealership the next day, they lied about their capabilities as a dealer and told me that they've had vehicles transferred from other Sheehy dealerships that were of poor quality and hadn't been taken care of by the dealer. The salesperson also said that other Sheehy dealerships didn't participate in the Ford Certified Pre-owned program (which was a lie). I wouldn't recommend Sheehy in Gaithersburg to anyone.Sheehy in Warrenton was great. David Carter was especially helpful in the vehicle selection process and provided everything that was requested and answered all questions without hesitation. It was a no-nonsense transaction at all stages, which I appreciated after the runaround at other dealers.The vehicle took about 10 days to arrive and their computers were very slow that day. It took 4.5 hours to complete the transaction.

This Dealership was acquired recently by Sheehy. The new management is a huge improvement and we were really surprised. My wife and I just stopped to look at a few vehicles and a nice salesman asked if we needed help. We weren't even serious about purchasing but have needed a car for some time. After checking out 5 and driving 2 we went inside to talk. We were pleasantly surprised to see our price was just what Carfax recommended. The 2 girls in the body shop were great and really helped me feel better after not having a good day before arriving. They missed lunch as well as the person that did the work and the work done is great. I do not really like Ford cars but the body shop people are definitely recommended and should be given a raise in pay.

I have bought many cars in the past both new and used. My experience today at Sheehy Ford was a very pleasureable happening. I had e-mailed David Carter and inquired about a new Ford Fiesta. David very promptly followed up with me and we set an appointment to view the car. He warmly greeted me when I entered the dealership and also got me a bottle of cold water. We looked at the Fiesta and he explained in detail the mechanics of the car as well as the features and options. I did not test drive the car as I had done that at a competitive dealer and I might add that salesman has not contacted me since. The competiton had 1 Fiesta on the lot and claimed they were getting some in a couple of weeks. Never heard back so I "surfed" the internet for dealers and Sheehy had the best inventory. Warrenton is appx 45 minutes from my home but I felt confident that I would be treated fairly. David made me feel special and that he appreciated my business. I was treated like a valued customer and will refer all my friends to David if they are in the market for a vehicle. I work in retail and I know that customer service is a big part of business and customers are the ones who pay our salary. Thank you so much to Sheehy and David Carter. I am thrilled with my purchase and cant wait to show it off.

Our experience was wonderful, Jenn had everything ready to go and our loan approved and did the best she could to keep it within the range that we could afford. Looking for a new Focus Titanium in Tuxedo Black or Candy Red with specific options. Jennifer kept in touch with me and listened (more than I can say for some other dealers). She searched and searched for car I wanted but to no avail. Ford discontinued the colors due to Japan crisis. I decided to order a Focus and get what I wanted. After shopping for a new-to-me used car for a couple long months, even hitting the "home stretch" with a couple dealerships on cars that had caught my eye, only to have the deals evaporate for one odd reason or another, I started noticing that Sheehy dealerships were being the most straightforward and easy to deal with in hard figures and facts.While this review isn't about Sheehy in general (indeed, one of their own was one of the deals that went up in smoke as they basically sold a car out from under me while I awaited credit approval), it was in trying all of the Sheehy stores that I found my 2007 Jeep. From the get-go with all the dealers, I stated bluntly that I had a trade of X, had been offered [$$$] for it and knew I had negative equity, but was willing to roll in whatever I could, since the cars I was shopping this time were significantly less expensive than what I'd been paying on. Sheehy Warrenton yielded Jenn White, possibly the most anti-car-salesmanlike car salesman (salesperson?) I'd ever met. She read my email detailing out what I was looking for and for how much, and our conversations back and forth via email never gave way to "just come on in" (they're over an hour from my home and almost an hour from my office) or any other trick of ignoring direct questions and pushing for the sale. Plus, once we met, I never once got the 'creepy sales pitch' feeling - it was always upbeat, with a feeling of "well, if this doesn't work out the way you want it to, no worries, just let us know if you ever want to come out and look at another one."Even knowing I had negative equity and no strong negotiation leverage, Jenn, her manager Miguel, and their finance person Teresa were able to give me a trade value on the higher side of the offers I'd gotten, sell me the Jeep below book value (I looked it up myself at home), *and* get me a finance rate a full point below the nearest competition. Hell, the most painful part of the whole thing was simply how far away they were (one long lunch break to check out and test drive the car, another long afternoon to get out there and complete the purchase, and one more to get the we-owe stuff finished up).All in all, I count that as a quite pleasant buying experience.

I visited Sheehy Ford Warrenton to buy my first car in over 8 years. From the moment I arrived they made me feel comfortable. The Internet Sales Manager, Tom Reber, had the used car (a Toyota Prius) I inquired about parked in front and ready for a test drive. Tom wasn't pushy and didn't try to talk me into buying the car. I was impressed about how knowledgeable he was even though it was a Toyota Hybrid, not a Ford. The car was great and very quickly Tom and I agreed upon the terms that worked for me. I would absolutely recommend Sheehy Ford Warrenton if you're interested in buying a car.

Do NOT do business with this dealership; they are liars and renege on negotiated prices and conditions documented through buyer orders. I had a pre-purchase used car inspection done on a vehicle for sale there and discovered that based on a Ford Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 08-7-6 to be exact) that the vehicle was at risk of facing a well-documented Ford engine problem (Google "Ford Expedition spark plug problem or the above TSB). Based on the vehicles' engine build date, this SUV had the old spark plugs which could get stuck in the engine head and, if the spark plugs went out while I owned it, I would be responsible for the repair as the warranty would not cover it. The first sales manager I talked to agreed to do all of the repairs needed (plugs, battery, brakes, door handle) but was not willing to come down more than $400 off the sticker price or he would lose money because of the $1,000 of repairs I want done. He also wanted to start negotiating with the vehicles previous day price even though he had marked it down $1,000 that day. Fine, no deal I say. I call back a week later, negotiate with another sales manager to have all the repairs done and buy it for $1,000 off the sticker price (even though I agree to pay their processing fee of $389 which he says is standard throughout VA even though a dealership six miles away faxed me an offer for a comparable vehicle for $289). He sends me a buyer order laden with spelling errors (remplace spark plugs? I didnt know "replace" had an m in it. One occurrence makes it a spelling error, three times makes it grammatical) and exclusions. I emailed him my corrections and asked him to send me the corrected buyer order so that we could finalize the deal and I can put a deposit on the car. I call that night to see if he received the email and I am told he is unavailable. I call several times the next day and get various stories (hes in a meeting, hes tied up, etc.) Finally, a full twenty-four hours later, he emails me and says he has no problem with my changes/additions to the buyer order. I say great, send it to me so we can move forward. I check online the next morning and the vehicle was still listed as for sale so I call and escalate the situation. I find out from the general manager, Tim, that he doesnt feel comfortable selling me the car because he would lose money with over $1,400 of repairs (wow, that's $400 more than what the sales managers told me. I guess they didn't get the memo). So here we go with shady sales techniques, page 1, paragraph 2. So, I negotiate with a person of authority in his dealership, one of his sales managers, and he wont honor our agreement because it shouldnt have been offered to me at that price. Whose fault is that? Then he tells me hell get back with me on an estimate of the repairs because his service department is "so" busy so we can work something out.So what do they do in the meantime? They lower the price to what I had negotiated it to and ship it off to another Sheehy dealership in MD. Do not buy from them as they do not keep their word, they are dishonest, unprofessional and are looking for any suckers they can get over on. As Tim, the general manager told me, only 1 in 50 buyers has a used car inspection done. Dont be part of the 49. Lied To By Sheehy, Esq.

Went to the dealership looking to buy a quality used Ford but ended up buying a quality used Toyota. Jennifer White was our salesperson and was extremely patient as we test drove numerous cars. Her insight on the vehicles was very helpful. The process was very smooth from start to finish. Jennifer definitely made the buying experience with her exceedingly polite behavior, non-condescending attitude, and honesty. The value we got from our trade-in was very reasonable and the price of the vehicle itself was well below blue book value. Buying a truck from this dealership was a wonderful experience! I actually had gone to two other dealerships for the same vehicle and both places were very rude and not helpful.
