I brought my family to Sport Mitsubishi to purchase a new Subaru. I brought my family over to oversee the small details I may miss but it wasn't necessary at all. Andrew Kitchens was the sales representative that took care of us. He was very friendly and professional and took good care of my family too. I liked that he was very informational without being condescending or arrogant and think I'll give in to a few features of the vehicle. He thoroughly explained everything I wanted to know about the vehicle. this has been the best vehicle shopping experience I've ever had and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a reliable, affordable, safe car that isn't Toyota or Honda. I do want to mention that the person who assisted us with the finance portion of the sale (Justin Moore) was also very friendly and did indeed look for the best interest rate for the loan. They didn't pull the "your credit is lower than you told us so we're gonna give you a high interest rate" like I've experienced in the competing companies.

I recently began leasing a Subaru Forester and Andrew Kitchens really made it happen. I fell in love with the CrossTrek after my test drive, and I knew exactly what I wanted to pay, and what features I wanted (and didn't want). James was great. He never pressured me into anything I didn't want, found the exact car I wanted. James communicated splendidly! I was able to drive away with my car a couple hours after it arrived, and he walked me through everything. Judy handled all my insurance changes without a hitch, and Justin did a great job getting through all the paperwork painlessly. I can't picture the day I will need another new car, I'm so in love with my current one, but I will definitely return if and when that happens.

We live in the Lake Nona area of Orlando and decided to visit Sport Subaru because the internet sales manager never gave up contacting us about the availability of the car we were interested in. It was a 45 minute trip to the dealership in heavy traffic and we arrived quite stressed. Everyone in the dealership was very pleasant and accommodating which helped distress us. We were introduced to Alex Tamer, a sales consultant who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Subaru Legacy. After negotiating with the help of Alex and Cristiano we were able to make the deal and must mention, that we believe we are very difficult and knowledgeable shoppers. My husband and I had such a great experience here with James, Orlando and Jon Frisby in finance. When we first arrived on Friday, James greeted us outside. We initially has no intention of purchasing a car, in fact we were just coming to look at the Outback. James did not rush us or blow us off because we weren't planning on purchasing, but rather took time showing us several different models and even sat down with us and talked numbers. We continued to apologize and thank him for working with us even though we weren't planning on purchasing, but he reassured us that it was fine and to not worry. Once we sat down and started to talk numbers, he was very responsive to our financial needs and wasn't trying to push anything on us. Contrary to our plans coming in, we became increasingly interested in a specific car and started to consider making a purchase. In stead of wasting time bouncing numbers back and forth, he asked us what our max payment was, went and spoke with Orlando and came back with a deal that worked. This dealership really proved to be a no BS dealership which in turn saved everyone tons of time. We had made previous plans for that Friday night and weren't able to complete to deal with enough time, so we put down a deposit and asked if we could come back on Sunday. James informed us that Sunday was his day off, but would come in and close the deal with us. That in itself was over and above what we have experienced at other dealerships. He referred us to Jon Frisby in finance and the great experience just kept on giving. He crunched numbers and worked deals with us until it was perfect, making sure that we were leaving with the best bang for our buck. After spending about 30 minutes with Jon, we finished up and were sent off to our new vehicle. James greeted us and again went over all the features of our new vehicle and made sure we felt confident with everything. In our deal we purchase the Zurich protections, and days after us purchasing the car, James is still working with us to get in and out with as little inconvenience as possible. We have never been huge fans of car dealerships, and from the stereotype, who would be. But these guys proved us wrong. It was such an incredible experience. Every time we come in, it feels like we are seeing friends. How awesome is that?!

I had been researching a new car for months, and when I was finally ready to pull the trigger I found the exact car I wanted to take home. We drove up to Don Mealey Sport Subaru and were immediately greeted by James Menzies. In a few short minutes we realized we were both originally from New England! What a small world. We let him know the specific car we were looking for... and of course it had sold earlier that day. He showed us other options on the lot and came to find my new ride sitting right up front. We went inside the office and James/team put together a fair offer for us to review. We felt no pressure through the purchasing process and he gave my boyfriend and I some space to discuss. We made our decision and started the process of signing the papers. Despite the office closing at 8 we were there until 9:30 getting the deal done (not their fault we walked onto the lot at 7). When James needed to leave for the day he put us in the capable hands of Angel to finish the process. Between Angel and Jon Frisby they did not rush us through the process, and made sure we fully understood everything about the car and walked us through the details of the financial deal. We had a great experience and I LOVE my new Subaru. :)

I left my house decided to purchase a Subaru after I made all my research. I first stop by at the Subaru on OBT (Orange Blossom Trail) it was the worse experience ever, they were telling me about price and negotiation on the counter they did not ever asked me to seat down. I will never come back to this store. They lost a potential client and a Sale. I am wondering why this store is empty. Rude people that does not know about customer service. Therefore, I decided to go to Sport Subaru on 3772 West Colonial Dr Orlando, FL 32808, I was received with a warm welcoming from Mr. Martin Salterain, first thing he asked me to follow him to his desk to talk about what type of car I was looking for, then he asked me to wait and he went in the back to bring a car for me to do a test drive even before ask about my credit or anything, I just was in love with the car and I purchased the car with him, He was outgoing and offer water and coffee, I bought the car in the Store because of his good attitude. I will recommend this store and referral Mr. Martin. Thanks to him I have a brand new car. I was so mad from the previous dealer that I almost went home, but I am glad that I went to this dealer and got my car with a good deal.

It was my first experience with a Subaru dealership my 10+ time with a dealership in general. This was by far the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership. We were just taking a look. Truly not planning to drive away in a new car. Well, that is exactly what we did. We drove off with a Subaru Impreza Sport. Hi just bought a Subaru at this dealership and drove all the way from Gainesville, FL and was not disappointed. They had the best selection in the price range I needed. Martin de Salterain was a great sales rep. He was very easy to talk to and knowledgable about the cars. It was like having a conversation with a friend rather than a salesperson. The rest of the staff was friendly and easy to work with. I also appreciated the snacks/water that was present since buying a car can be a few hour long process.

My husband and I came in for a test drive and I am now a Subaru lover for life! My husband has always been a fan of the brand and I finally agreed to take a test drive. I was looking at bigger vehicles such as the Honda pilot and Mazda CX9. But, once I added all of the features that I got with my Outback the cost was at least $10k higher and got much lower mpg. The Outback has much better interior room than most in it's class and drives like a beast! I feel like I've gotten the best of everything! I absolutely love my Subaru!

I called Don Mealey Subaru Sport asked for sales and got a very pleasant lady named Christine Brightwell that answered all the questions I had about the car we were interested in. I told her that we would come down to the dealership and check it out. We walked in, found Christine, she showed us the car we were interested in, then we test drove it. She was very patient with my dad and took a lot of time explaining all the fine points of the car and also the price. Where do I begin? I can't say enough good things about my experience with Sport Subaru dealership in Orlando. I highly recommend doing business with them if you are looking for a Subaru or Mitsubishi. MY EXPERIENCE: I started off dealing with David (Internet Sales). I dealt with David over the phone and by email and he sent me a quote. He was very responsive to all my questions, professional and friendly and never pushy. When I was ready to actually purchase the vehicle and close the deal I worked with Trevor (Sales Consultant), an outstanding employee. He was professional, friendly and handled everything for us, from filling out the application, arranging to have the front windows tinted, an extra I decided to have done before taking the vehicle, to making sure the car was ready when I wanted to pick it up. On the day of pickup Trevor spent at least 30 minutes with me going over all the features of my new car and helping me set up my Bluetooth (a feature I never had before) and downloading all my contacts from my iPhone. He was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. I loved working with Trevor. If you decide to do business with Sport Subaru ask for Trevor. Trust me you will not be disappointed and he will take good care of you. When we were ready to complete the sales deal we worked with Jonathan (Jon), the Finance Manager, another outstanding employee. He again was professional, friendly, answering all our questions about other options they offer and we never felt rushed. We spent about 2 1/2 hours at the dealership that day. We also found out that Trevor has worked for the dealership for 8 years and Jon has worked for them for 15 years - an excellent testimony for the dealership. Happy employees make happy customers! A strong incentive in dealing with this dealership is that they DO NOT CHARGE a dealer fee and they give a lifetime warranty on the Powertrain. Everybody we dealt with could not have been any nicer.

Sport Subaru was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. When I first called to check if the vehicle I was interested in was still available, Christine Brightwell answered my call with enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge. We spoke for a few minutes and already I knew that this would be where I would be purchasing my next vehicle. We set up a time to come in and look at the car (2017 WRX STi Limited) and I set off toward the dealership, which was conveniently located just west of downtown Orlando. Upon arriving I was greeted and Christine promptly came outside to show me the car and introduce herself. She made my family and I feel as though we were apart of her family, not to mention she stayed nearly 4 hours past the end of her shift to accommodate me. Christine and her team got me the trade in price I wanted and an amazing price on the vehicle. It was a pleasure to buy my 2017 Subaru Outback at Sports Subaru in Orlando. I live in Daytona Beach and sent an email to the dealer asking for a quote for the car I wanted to buy. I got a reply and a quote from James Menzies. He followed up with a phone call. I told him about my trade in and provided him with details of my car. He quickly followed up with a trade in value of my car and told me about total cost to get my new car over the phone. I agreed to the price. and I went there next morning and got my car. The interesting thing is that I have not seen the new car except what he described to me and he has not seen my trade in and he accepted what I told him about it. This is all based simple trust of each other. While we were there, he took care of all the formalities after test driving the car a little, explained all the things about controls and how to use them, and drove the new car home. Crash avoidance, lane departure, back up camera etc. I did a lot of research on the internet before going to look at cars. My wife had been looking for a new car and was getting nowhere fast and was at her wit's end as for looking at cars. We live in Ocala and had been looking at new but that was becoming a nightmare trying to find one that fit within our budget. We decided on checking out some per-owned cars in Orlando Saturday the 2nd of July. We had pulled inventory from online with four dealers and Sport Subaru was first on the list not knowing they would also be our last. We had been looking at both the Forester and Sorento and that was what we had on our list for that day, one Forester at Sport Subaru and over 20 Sorento's at three Orlando Kias. We made our way to Sport Subaru first and out come Christine with a big smile and hand shake. She was able to win my wife over, put my wife in a one year old Forester, got her the payment she wanted. and gave me what I wanted for trade in. Christine was great and best of all she put up with us for over two hours which in it's self is a accomplishment. I also want to add that we spent many hours looking at new cars at many dealerships and the one thing we learned was. At Subaru dealerships we dealt with one salesperson and only one till we moved onto the credit manager. There was no running and getting the manager every time we had a question which can get a little old. I really like that the Subaru dealerships are run like I always remembered them to be, it's been over 10 years since we did this and I notice a lot of things have changed. But not at Subaru, not only do they have the best cars they have great people and allow those great people to do their job. The rest of the staff was very helpful and went out of their way when ask about or for anything. I would and will direct my friends to shop first at the local Subaru dealer before they look at any other car and I have confidence that will be the only place for them as well. My experience with Alex Tamer of Sport Subaru Orlando was outstanding. I'm not a fan of buying cars because of the stereotypical experiences we all hear about. This was not the case at Sport Subaru. My conversation with Alex was professional and straight forward. I truly went there to gather info only, but I left being the proud owner of a new Outback. The manager of the dealership (I'm sorry, I didn't take his card & am terrible with names) and Justin in the finance department are equally as professional and straight forward. The detail department polished up the car to a beautiful shine and the showroom was neat and clean! This dealership had the only car in a 100 mile radius that fit both my requirements and my 17 year old daughter's color choice for her first car. That meant I had to drive 90 miles one way to check it out. I arrived without an appointment and was immediately greeted by Angel Concepcion. He showed me the car, we test drove it and finalized the deal in less than an hour. Not only did he assist me in the negotiations, but two days later, he delivered the car to me on his day off so I didn't have to make the drive back to Orlando. This was our first Subaru purchase. We chose Subaru for the safety and reputation that the brand has achieved. The sales and finance team at Sport Subaru enhanced the experience. We initially browsed the lot, without a salesman as we said we just wanted to look. After looking at our options with other brands, we contacted David, through the internet sales, and he answered questions about the warranties provided and helped start the financing ball rolling. After returning to the dealership, James and David provided a demonstration of the eyesight technology, and then we test drove several models that we were interested in buying. Once we settled on a vehicle James worked with us on all the paperwork and getting us a great price. Jonathan was very helpful in the finance department providing low interest rate, and talking through the other options for the vehicle. After test driving a Subaru BRZ at another unnamed dealership, I was convinced that I wanted one. Unfortunately that dealership did not have the exact model I wanted and they played the back-and-forth game with the so-called manager. I'm not interested in that game!I went home and did some more research and found that Sport Subaru had the model I wanted in stock. (It had just arrived and had 0 miles on it)! I made an inquiry and was promptly contacted by Andrew Kitchens. I described the vehicle I wanted and he said it was in stock. It was a Sunday so I asked him if they had personnel there that day to finalize the sale. He assured me that they could so I hopped in my vehicle and headed out. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted but did not feel like vultures were hovering around me like some dealerships do. I met with Andrew, showed him my trade-in and things just fell into place nicely. This dealership didn't run me around, they gave me an acceptable price for my trade-in, and the time frame given to me for the transaction was accurate throughout the entire process! What a great experience! This dealership and it's staff get it right! I didn't feel like I was being played and there was NO back-and-forth. I went to Sport Subaru because they had the most selection in and out of town. Ive been looking for a Subaru for years ever since the Brat. I always felt they were out of my reach. I went thru the sport car stage, the compact SUV stage, but now I have the best of both worlds. I once had to threaten to call the police when a dealer refused to return my car keys after his team did an appraisal. The team at Sport Subaru is different from what I described above. I have not bought a car from a dealer since 1999, so I was expecting the worst based on experiences from the past. Also, I had been advised by a friend to go to Mastro for the best treatment and deal. It was such a relief to sit down with Andrew and not feel any pressure to purchase. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the car's features, although I wish he had told me the car I was buying was a 2.5i and not a 3.6. But is probably my fault, and it turned out not to be important anyway. Andrew and Frisby both made me feel like a member of the family. I love my new Outback and I'm glad I went to Sport Subaru.

We worked with James Menzies on our purchase of a 2014 Toyota 4-Runner. We visited the dealership multiple times. The first time was to take a look and drive the vehicle. The second time was drive the vehicle again after it was cleaned. The third time was the actual purchase. James was easy to work with and knew the vehicle very well even though it was a Toyota at a Subaru dealership. He never put pressure on us to buy the vehicle and was a pleasure to work with. He immediately returned my phone calls and worked with us to get a fair purchase price on the vehicle. The finance guy was able to find a better loan APR than what our bank pre-approved us with. The purchase went smooth and took less than 2 hours to purchase and drive off the lot. Overall a great experience. I would definitely work with James in the future.

First showed interest online. They Didn't spam me with follow-up emails and phone calls which was nice. I went in to check out the new 2016 WRX Limited with the Nav//Harmon sound//Keyless entry and start. I knew very well before hand that was the car I wanted, and this one even came with an STI short shifter which was a nice surprize. I first was in contact with David Roman and he handed me over to David Santiago. They were both friendly and very laid back. I went back the next day for a test drive and ended up signing all the paperwork and drove home with it. Whole process was simple and only took a few hours. I was offered plenty of water and snacks while waiting. I would recommend this dealership/sales associates to others. Prior to my visit here I went to another Subaru dealer in the area and my experience was definitely better here due to the laid back environment, transparency, and the figures originally quoted were much better. The value of the final deal was okay for the area from what I researched online.

Went in at the beginning of May to look at a car with not so good credit. Justin Moore ran my credit and suggested that i come back with a stronger down payment. Last week Justin texted me to see if I was still in the market and how much if any I had collected for a down payment. I told him I was and answered what he needed to know. He called me within an hour to tell me about a car that was a recent trade and in great shape with one owner and no accidents. Already ran it pass the bank and had it approved as well. After a test drive it took less than an hour for me to drive off the lot in my new car. Couldn't be happier with the job Justin did and have recommended him personally to a few people.

I contacted Sport Subaru to get prices on a 2015 Subaru Forester and Justin Moore handled my request, and later the sale of the vehicle. He was accommodating to price requirements and questions about available packages. He pulled a vehicle aside for me with my specifications, and everything was ready for me when I went in to purchase. We got a great deal on the Forester and my trade in, and Justin was nice and professional through out the whole experience. We were out within about 2 hours, and that's including going through all the paperwork. The dealership closed by then, but Justin still spent some time with us to go over how to pair a phone to the bluetooth system and other small details so I could drive home comfortably.This has really been the quickest and easiest car buying experience I've had to date. In Aug 2013, we purchased a new Forester from Sport Subaru. Then, in Aug 2014, we made our second purchase of a new Subaru from them. In both instances, we worked with Trevor Jeffery. In the second purchase, we came in uncertain as to the model we wanted. We knew we didn't want to spend much more than $21K or $22K on top of the high mileage Ford we had to trade in. The second car was intended primarily for in-town use by my wife, Sara, so good economy in the purchase and in the vehicle ownership were important to us. With a great deal of patience, Trevor showed us a new Cross Trec, a low mileage Outback that had served as a dealer loaner, and a new Imprezza. She really liked the size, 2.0L engine, and good gas mileage of Imprezza and we worked out a good deal on it. It took us about 4 hours but it was a very satisfying experience.

My wife and I recently relocated to the area and needed to buy her a car. We looked online and found a Subaru Impreza at Don Mealey. We went in the next day and the car was exactly as advertised online, clean and the same price. Alex showed us 2 Impreza variants at the same price point (5 door vs. sedan) just to see what we preferred. There was no pressure to look at one or another, and when the car we liked didn't have a feature I wanted (cruise control), he explained that to get CC we would have to bump up to the next trim level which was $5k more. He explained it's probably not worth $5k to have CC, which I agreed. There was no forcefulness to upgrade, it was more of a "take it, or leave it" atmosphere which was refreshing. Alex was very helpful. The only drawback was a long wait period for the finance manager after we closed the deal, but since everything else went smoothly it was easily overlooked.

I had been eyeing the Forester for some time now, but was holding back because I am not a fan of car shopping. However, every time I had to fill my gas tank I thought more and more about the 24/32 mpg. So with rising gas prices, and my Ford Edge's voracious appetite, I thought that I'd go and just "look" at them. I ended up buying one! That trip to Sport Subaru to "look" was a great decision. I am more than satisfied. I LOVE my Forester and Christine was the best auto salesperson I've ever bought from. Honestly! She was knowledgeable, kind, funny and not pushy in any way. Very different experience than I've had in the past. She also helped me navigate which specific trim fit my requirements and found me the exact vehicle I was looking for. I stopped in to Sport Subaru to look at the Subaru WRX STI. Alex met me immediately and showed me all the features of the 2014 and 2015 models. We placed them side-by-side and compared the details and Alex expertly explained the refinements made to the new 2015. After the test drive in the 2015 STI Alex lead me through a smooth buying process where a fair deal was worked for my trade in and the STI. Throughout the process Alex was very pleasant and friendly and frequently offered me snacks and water. A few days after the purchase Alex called to check in and see if I was satisfied with my new STI and whether there was any problems. Overall, I walk away from the experience with Sport Subaru satisfied with Alex being the main reason for my great experience.

My wife and I stopped by to just to "look at" a new 2014 Subaru Forester and after a few hours speaking and negotiating with Alex, we were thrilled we were buying our first ever Subaru Forester. My top priorities for a car are safety, comfort, reliability and durability...for all its features. I try to buy cars that are well designed, solid and will last. After reading of the Subaru Forester's long-standing reputation for those characteristics in Consumer Reports, I was already prejudiced toward buying one. When my wife and I entered the Sport Subaru dealership, Trevor Jeffery introduced himself and we felt comfortable immediately. He listened to our needs and it was clear he understood them. Soon he was showing us a Forester 2.5i Premium detail by detail, inside and out, and answering every question. He was patient as we explored all the features and issues we could think of. There was no rush. That car had exactly what we had wanted...and a few things more we hadn't thought of...but really liked. We negotiated as honest, trustworthy gentlemen and came to quick agreement...a price that we felt good about, and on that very first car. Trevor made arrangements to get it ready to go, and made an appointment for adding one item - window tinting on the front row. At that time he also set up our Bluetooth connections and patiently gave me a thorough tutorial on all the features I was still learning about. My wife and I have the satisfaction of feeling that we went to just the right place, dealt with just the right sales rep and bought just the right car. Trevor is like a friend that you can trust. Just leased a 2014 Forester, and everyone that I dealt with throughout the process exhibited superior customer service. I am a harsh critic of customer service in sales, and quickly pick out who is just purely trying to make a sale. This was absolutely not at this dealership. I went to one of their direct competitors just 2 days before and was subjected to a high pressure sale on a car that I did not want, but received none of this from James.He listened to me, my wants and desires and went out of his way to not only help me, but to get the sale as well. He has a great personality and is not a high pressure salesman, like one of his co-workers. I will start by saying I have NEVER in my life seen a dealership deny a test drive outright. Buyer beware. Full story below. Not only did I have a terrible experience, the couple to the left of me were being hard closed by 2 staff members and it was very uncomfortable to even be near. I cannot wait to drive my new BRZ that I got from Subaru of Leesburg to their door and hand out business cards of a place that actually cares. This will be the first and last time that I ever go to a dealership without reading reviews online first. The whole experience was a huge joke. I went on a Friday with my wife an hour before they closed and walked around for 15 minutes, no greeting nothing. Then Kevin greeted us and promptly passed us off to the ONE salesperson there who was with a customer. Obviously, he had no time for us, so we left with a card and brochure to return the next day for a test drive. I call the next day at 9 and James never called me back for a time to test drive. It took 3 more calls to get a time to get a test drive. Came in at agreed time and a completely different person helped me. We went out back to the BRZ that I was very intent on buying and I said I wanted to test drive first then negotiate price later. Alex the salesman went inside and 15 minutes later as I was standing in the rain, the Manager came out. He refused my test drive because I was not buying the same day. He refused to even let me get in a car. Ridiculous. We had to go in to "run the numbers" before I was allowed to test drive. The "numbers" they brought were 3000 more than I was quoted everywhere else for the identical car. They would not budge. I left. TL/DR: Terrible dealership, bunch of hardclosing used car salesman who refuse test drives and do not negotiate because they sell enough that you do not matter.

We arrived prior to opening on Sunday, March 16th. We were walking around looking at various vehicles and before the dealership was officially open for the day, James came out and started talking with us. He answered any and all questions we had. In my 45 years of buying cars and dealing with sales people, I have never had one as knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient(we occupied his entire Sunday) and courteous. We bought a 2014 Crosstrek, and in the end we were totally satisfied. James worked with us on price and options as well as test driving several different vehicles. I came into Suburu only knowing that most of my friends loved their Suburu. I had read all about the models in Consumer Guide rating Suburu one of the favorites.But I had never owned a Suburu. It was a completely different vehicle than any other I had ever owned. I am an out door person, I kayak, bike, camp, and have a big big dog. I am often off the pavement. I needed something that would serve that lifestyle, but still had style. I have to admit, I am still adjusting, and getting used to it, but everyday I discover another " OH, that's nice." feature on my Outback. I think we are going to have great adventures, off the road. I had seen the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid at the Philadelphia Flower Show and learned of Subaru's VIP Program with Pennsylvania Horticultural Society (PHS) members. I was interested in test driving an Outback and the Crosstrek Hybrid. I had a coupon for $25 from Target for doing a test drive. James greeted me kindly when I arrived at the dealership and offered to assist me with the test drives. He provided me with the information I requested concerning the car I wanted to purchase and gave me good information as to the pricing. Although he was not familiar with the VIP Program, he was very accommodating once he learned of it. Once I received the car, James made sure I understood the digital technology - setting the clock, presetting my favorite radio stations, helping me select a voice for the navigation. In addition, he went beyond expectations and surprised me with a few additional items - all weather car mats and a license plate holder. I would highly recommend James and Sports Subaru - as well as the VIP Program with the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.

The Sport's Subaru Team did a great job!It was are second out of three stops that we made looking at the all wheel drive Subaru's. We have a cabin up in north western Carolina and wanted something for the wife that would be safer to drive on her commuting back and forth.Decided on the outback for the sedan style smooth ride but still has a higher view and lots of room. We also liked some of the equipment ,like the back up camera, cross bars are built in. and the almost 3,000 lb. towing capability. We did think that the limited edition has a better value as long as you can get their sticker price down.Out of the three dealerships we liked the feel of sports Subaru. They all seemed to work hand in hand to make this a good experience from Alex.Jeff,Nicole, and Frisbee.We would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a vehicle.Robyn and Rhoda

Alex showed me the Impreza hatchback and sedan and explained the different features available. When I was able to test drive the vehicle, he was able to explain the different aspects of the car that gave it the stability on the road, such as the all-wheel-drive, the suspension, and continuous variable transmission. The AWD is useful on the road as well as making the vehicle more stable for off-road use. The prices were discussed up-front, and I did not feel as if any fees appeared that I was not aware of once I decided to purchase the car. Alex was patient and personable throughout the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the process of purchasing a new car.

This is our first Subaru experience - we had researched heavily the safest car for our new 16 year old. Trevor Jeffery was tremendously helpful, attentive, professional and delightful to work with. He ensured teaching our child all about the Forester to ensure premium safety and understanding. My wife loved her Subaru when we lived in Pa, where all wheel drive is very important. I know all wheel drive has its advantages in Florida's climate, but didn't think the reduction in gas mileage was worth it. After we bought our Forester, Gabriel set both of our iPhones up for Bluetooth. From the time we entered the dealership parking lot, we were greeted, asked what our requirements were, and were shown the car that would adjust to my personal needs--I'm 79 years old, have knee problems, and I am short. Right away Angel determined that the Forester was the car that would suit me best. And he was totally right. The car suits my six-foot tall husband as well.Angel is a courteous, friendly, intelligent person. He patiently answered our questions, showed us how the car works, and took us on a test-drive route so we could ride in different conditions, such as crossing railroad tracks, and driving on an expressway, as well as on ordinary city roads. We traded in my old car, and paid for the new one, plus an extended warranty. The tons of paperwork associated with the sale was very well handled by Angel and another dealership employee.We are very pleased by how easy it was to buy a new car.

I have never purchased a car from a dealership before. I had been to a few in the area and was becoming frustrated with the pushy salesmen and their lack of concern for what I was trying to tell them I was looking for. Every person I encoutered and worked with at this dealership was extremely friendly and helpful without the annoying sense of urgency that many car dealerships manufacture to get you to buy something that you might not want. While everything seemed to take longer than I thought, it was worth the wait because I felt taken care of and ended up with exatcly the car I envisioned. I am absolutely happy and will go back to this dealeraship again when I am ready for my next car.

Gabriel, allowed me to test drive 4 different cars. He was very patient with me as I went through the process of selecting a car. I bought the initial one for which I had shopped and found online that I came in to see. He gave a thorough introduction to the Subaru's features and also personally demonstrated how the car drove before he let me get behind the wheel. It was much better than most salesmen who just want you to drive around the block and make a decision. The car I bought had a problem with a vibration in the steering while test driving--Gabriel took it to service. It was repaired and I came back in to test drive it again. And I finally bought it after 5 days of taking his time. Gabriel was very friendly and professional.

Our experience with James was very good. I personally drive my vehicles as long as I can before I endure the painful cat and mouse game played by most car dealers. Though I probably paid more than I should have I was pleased to deal with James. He made the purchase less traumatizing than I had anticipated. Though we questioned the availability and cost of an installed hitch receiver I was astounded by the price until I visited another dealer in Asheville, NC this week. The Parts manager and the service manager together explained that when a Subaru original manufacturer's hitch receiver, 1 1/4" 3000 lb., is installed the existing bumper plastic cover is removed and the new hitch receiver replaces the existing metal bumper, adds the electrical wiring harness to the already installed harness and notches the plastic bumper cover where the receiver protrudes and installs the finishing grommet around the receiver. This makes the price of the hitch receiver more realistic however there was no mention of he trade-in value of the existing bumper. The installation of the manufacturer's hitch receiver also continues the bumper to bumper warranty which after marked hitch receivers violate.

I needed to purchase a new vehicle for my mother down at The Villages, FL and as I live in St. Louis, MO this did pose some difficulties. I had taken my mother to dealerships here in St. Louis on a recent visit and we looked at all the different manufacturers in the compact SUV category. After much review we decided on the Subaru Forester Touring w/eyesight. First my mother tried to deal with the local dealership near the Villages. After much frustration I took over and negotiated online with James. Once we reached a satisfactory price I explained the whole situation to James and he could not have been more accommodating or helpful. I arranged for payment to be sent to the dealership, arranged for insurance online and forwarded proof, and James then proceeded to handle all other matters for delivery to my mother. Taxes, title, new tags and he then drove the vehicle personally to my mother and proceeded to spend several hours going over the vehicle with her, getting all paperwork signed etc. and answering all her questions. Given that I personally could not be there to handle this for my mother, having James there was the next best thing! I would highly recommend James to anyone and especially to the elderly, his patient and understanding nature make him an excellent salesman. Thank you so much for taking the time to help my mother!

James is the kind of salesperson that you hope you will find when you enter a dealership showroom. He was solicitous, extremely friendly and helpful. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in and patiently answered our questions. When he didn't have an answer, he would quickly get it. James provided us with an extremely pleasant purchasing experience. After our purchase he has followed up with a phone call and emails to ensure that we were satisfied with our new Outback and making sure that we had no problems.Re the "Good" rating in the Price category: we were disappointed with the dealership for not agreeing to the valuation of our trade-in vehicle (2011 Hyundai Sonata) that we believed was very fair based on information we obtained on the internet. It was not a minor issue and quite important to us. It almost caused us to walk away from the deal but we were assured that it was the best the dealer would offer and we decided not to because everything else about the deal was satisfactory.

Trevor was exactly what you hope for in a car salesperson. He was not pushy, overbearing or any of the things traditionally seen as negatives in the profession. He makes you feel at ease with what is often a contentious, stressful process. He was actually just a joy to work with. We saw Trevor a few months ago while we "scouted out" the types of cars we were interested in. When we finally made a descision and were ready to buy, we made contact again and the buying process was made easy. I have tried three times to purchase a new Subaru and a new Mitsubishi at this dealership. They seem to have no interest in selling vehicles. My last experience I offered to purchase a leftover 2011 Evo. They were only willing to reduce the MSRP by $3k when the 2013s were on their way to the dealership. They were nonnegotiable and very disinterested. I had a similar experience trying to purchase a WRX earlier in the year when they wanted MSRP plus a sizable dealer's fee. I ended up going to Atlanta to purchase a 2012 WRX at $3k below MSRP and had an excellent dealership experience (Jay at Classic Subaru of Atlanta). I will not make any effort to attempt to purchase at this dealership in the future.

I went to Sport Subaru to test drive the Subaru WRX for my son. A very nice salesperson by the name of Mike gave a professional presentation of the WRX. We asked Mike for a test drive and he wanted to know if we were ready to purchase a vehicle today. We said that if we liked the car we would make an offer and discuss price. Mike excused himself and came back a couple of minutes later and said the manager had said we needed to fill out a credit application before we test drove the vehicle. He did explain that this type of vehicle was not typically test driven until the customer was very close to a purchase decision. To his credit he was very apologetic and said the decision to require a credit application was not his but the management's. I will NEVER fill out a credit application without first test driving the vehicle. Aside from Mike, I would not recomend this dealer to anyone as their business practices are completely out of touch with today's dicriminating buyer. I went to Mastro Subaru, Test drove a WRX and purchased the vehicle the same day. Outstanding treatmant at Mastro Imports. the management scared me off at Sport.

We ended up at Mastro Subaru after being treated very poorly there. After showing interest in a car, we were told we could not test drive it because they only let serious buyers test drive cars. Well two days later we bought a car, I guess that wasn't serious enough. When we questions the policy, he actually told us that he had a serious customer waiting for him and he needed to take care of them. In his defense, he did tell us to come back the next night and we could take a test drive. Instead, we went to Mastro Subaru and bought the car from them. We were told by several people to go back and ask for a different sales person, but after the poor treatment we no longer wanted to buy a car from that dealer.Alex also told us that he could not negotiate on the price of the car, becuase they had so few on the lot and they sell quickly. Mastro actually sold us a better equipped car for less than the sticker.When we asked about financing, he pulled up the Subaru web page and showed us the offers, but would not answers questions we had. We did this at home before we got to the dealer. He was no help what so ever.

Went to Sport Subaru after positive interactions at two "sister" (Don Mealy Owned) dealerships. We were looking for a used Tribeca - we were told there were none available. We walked around back and saw a used Tribeca but was told that was the GM's car he was driving. An employee pointed to a vehicle saying he sold it just the day before. We left, not thinking much more. Then, about four hours later, I got a call saying there was a vehicle that our salesman "must have overlooked." Said it was very clean, the pictures online looked nice so we headed back the next day. Upon returning, sure enough the car they "overlooked" was the same one the salesguy "sold the day before." The inside was filthy with food under the seats, scuffs on the leather, parts were missing from the vehicle. The outside was not much better. My wife test drove it anyways, and the salesman went with us. He sat behind my wife and the entire time she was driving was making comments about her driving (too much acceleration, took corner too fast, braked too hard... you know, the things you normally do in a test drive of a car you're about to spend $20k on...) The salesguy kept asking "well if we can promise it will look brand new, how much would you give for it". Nothing, won't even talk about price until it looks new. I told them to call me when it was back to looking like new and I'd consider it. Still no call from them regarding that. As we were leaving, one of the GM's stopped to speak with us and apologize for the vehicles condition. He tried using a tactic that "we're selling it to another dealership tomorrow, but that means it's still available today." Weeks later, that vehicle is still on their lot, obviously not having sold and transferred to another dealership. My entire interaction with this dealership seemed shady - definitely will not return.
