VERY impressed!! On Saturday, I took delivery of my new 2021 Ford F-150 from Sunland Ford. I absolutely love the truck and more importantly very much enjoyed the experience with the team at Sunland Ford. The entire process was quick and easy! There was zero back and forth BS games that I have experienced at other area dealerships. To be honest those prior BS experiences caused me to take my money to the dealerships "down the hill" so this purchase was my first car purchase in the High Desert. I took my truck in to have an issue with the computer system in my 2019 Ranger fixed on 9/14/2021. I dropped the truck off at 7:30 am and was promised to hear an update the next day, didn’t hear anything so around 4:15 the next day I called my advisor Jennifer, she was not available so I left a message asking to get a call back, next day still no call I called again Jennifer wasn’t available and no one had any information on my truck. Friday I finally get a call from Jennifer around 2:30 telling me my truck is finished and I can come get it but because I had no idea when it would be done I had no ride to go get it and I had asked when I left it to get information on tires but she didn’t tell me that until Friday so I left it until Saturday so I could have tires put on and an alignment, picked it up Friday the alignment had not been done because of an issue with the front suspension spacers but no call about that and on the way home the same problem I had taken it in for was still not fixed! I love my truck but NEVER want to take it back there! 4 day without my truck, no rental and all that was accomplished was new tires. Not happy!!

I took my car in for an oil change and when I picked it up it was idling like the engine wanted to quit. I took it back to the dealership when I noticed and the technicians and service advisor were very helpful. The service advisor Russell Moss figured out it was that the air filter assembly had not been put back together correctly. I was a little shocked that Sunland Ford would give a customer back their car idling wrong when it was not idling wrong when it was brought in or call the customer to advise. Thanks to the service technician and Russell who was not my service advisor for the help. Car is running fine.

repair estimates were too high..We believe the estimated price to repair our air suspension system is very very steep. Vehicle is a great vehicle but to repair the Air suspension system is way out of our price range for a vehicle that's 12 years old, Even though the vehicle is in immaculate shape and relatively low mileage for its age. We don't drive the vehicle that often so its not economical to spend over 3000 dollars for that one repair at this time. We had another issue with the vehicle that needed addressing as well,, but after this quote for the Air Suspension system repair, we just said , forget it for now...too expensve !!

We chose Sunland Ford because they had a used truck available that fit our budget better than the one we really wanted. They did a great job with the financing and that's why they get a 4, but they really could have come down more on the final price of the vehicle considering all the scratches and chips in the paint. I was extremely disappointed at the end of the deal when we were handed the keys and discovered we only got one key and one security fob. They insisted we have two sets of keys for them on our trade in but told us all we get is one then proceeded to tell us how expensive it is to get it replaced or a spare. After we got home the remote start feature on the fob stopped working. Add in that they didn't take time to go over the features your vehicle has so you are familiar with it before you leave the lot, was also a disappointment. Once the deal was done, you were in your own. This is the only dealership where I have had that happen, used or new. They busted their butts to get us financed but failed to take that extra step. I have mixed feelings if I would recommend them in the future...

The entire experience was relaxing and the entire staff did a fantastic job. Greg Cox was our salesman and his efforts were noteworthy. He did a great job answering all of our questions. I brought my 2015 Fusion Hybrid in for service. I had the oil changed, inspection, fluids checked, tires rotated and balanced, air filters changed, and doors lubricated. The service was fabulous. My appointment was at 8am, and I was checked in 7:55. They had my car for three hours, but estimated the time frame at two hours. Other than that, the service was fantastic. I will bring my car to Sunland Ford that next time I need service.

Usually, when I have it serviced, it is washed before I pick it up. It wasn't this time. It was at Sunland for four days (in fairness, I had told the service manager I wasn't in a hurry) but a small slit in a vacuum hose was the cause for the check engine light. It cost $194 with a $2.50 part. Just seemed a bit steep to me.

Ultimately I am happy with the service provided. Larry came through in the end and I feel the negatives are really due to being the only service/dealership in the area. My only problem is that I had told Larry where to look when I called before the truck had even been towed into the dealership. Instead of starting at that point we wasted a week+ tearing the engine down to get to my high pressure fuel pump to find nothing wrong and that the issue I had stated with the fuse turned out to be the cause. I do not completely fault the technicians or Larry for this since I know you have a trouble shooting tree to follow for warranty qualification, to find out that the original thing that I had stated was the only change was the issue bothered me more than a little. To the service center and Larrys credit he did get my truck the same day that it arrived to start the process when he had originally stated that it would take 5 days to get to it. The other problem I have is that I felt just like another number and not like a customer. My truck would not have gotten done if I had not stated that I was leaving town and needed my truck so that my wife didnt have to deal with the problem. I do realize that there are hundreds of vehicles coming in for service or repair and when waiting on a repair to be told that "we dont work Saturday or Sunday on repairs" is a bit of an issue when you are the only game in town, this became a bigger issue when I requested a rental and was told that I couldnt get one until we were sure it was a warranty issue (which took a week) and I had my child I had to figure out how to get around if there was an emergency. All in all I am satisfied but think there is plenty of room for improvement when it comes to the dealership service/repair and I have seen great improvements throughout the last 4-5 years that I have been dealing with them.

I requested an "Out the door" price for a 2107 Mustang GT/CS shown on your web site. A sales person named Selene Anderson called me on the phone within minutes. They gave me all the information I needed and I agreed to buy the Mustang. I told them I lived about 60 miles away and couldn't easily go to their dealership and take delivery because it would be a cash sale with no trade-in. Selene said they could deliver it to my house. The next day, Sunday, Selene arrived at my house with the Mustang and the necessary paperwork. I signed the papers and gave her a check and it was a done deal. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire transaction.

While the problem with the air conditioning couldn't be "recreated," Angela Sison was absolutely fantastic as the service advisor. it took 3 days to get my car back, and on the first day, it wasn't diagnosed, Angela kept me informed the entire time. Thankfully I had another vehicle at my disposal while the Focus was at the dealership. Otherwise, it would have been very difficult to continue my day to day activities.

Bought our Edge there and have been happy, a few issues but taken care of efficiently, however, driving close to 55000 miles, I realized that part of the noise problem was the Pirelli tired... I called and spoke with MJ who did an outstanding job taking care of my issues with 4 Michelin. Made an appointment to have oil changed and people with out appointments were taken before me. Also now it is out of the 36k mile warranty you will look at the CD player for $100. It ate the CD at about 20K miles but now it is passed the 36K you will look at it. That sucks.

The entire experience was great. If you ask my wife she says she hates buying a car with me. Unfortunately our car broke down due to user error. We had the car towed to service were Angela assisted us. Within 24 hours she provided me with an estimate of $10,300 to fix our vehicle. We felt that it would be more beneficial at this point to trade the car in. Angela put us in touch with the sales department who did a great job providing me with all the facts and making us feel as though we got a great deal. I appreciate all that Justin and the Sales team did to insure we drove away with a new vehicle.

I originally called to set up an appointment as I was going to wait for the truck to be serviced. I was told they don't take appointments, it's first come first served. While in the waiting room, I saw on your monitor, an ad for calling ahead to make a service appointment, and even scheduling an appointment "on line". So what do you accept? The good part of the whole experience was the service took much less time than originally estimated.

I have recommended your service department to several people. (One friend said that, years ago, they had an awful experience with your service, but was happy to know that things have improved.) My complaint is with the Ford product. I purchased my 2013 Ford Focus, used, in January, 2015. Since that date, I am now waiting to have the THIRD clutch arrived to be installed, and have also had to have the transmission replaced. But going back to YOUR service department, it was they who, after my first clutch was installed, notified me that the additional work needed to be done--all still under warranty. 2016 Fusion replaced 2013 Fusion at end of lease. Process was quick and staff friendly. Was able to find the exact car right out of dealer stock. Was able to lease at every bit as good a deal as Ford offered with internet deal. Saved $80 a month over lease on 2013. Process was friendly and comfortable with no pressure to up sell. Was treated as a returning friend. My preferences were more important than profits. Much more like doing business with a neighborhood store. Sharon knows I will be back for a 2019

We have had a door creaking, seems to go away for awhile then comes back. Waiting too see if it comes back! Service at Sunland has been trying to resolve this problem with good customer service. I took my 2012 Ford Focus in for a service, while waiting I took a walk around looking at the new cars. I ran into Dru a sales rep, he was very polite, courteous, professional and not pushy. I told him I wanted to take a look at a newer model Focus. We took a walk around the lot, they were nice but not what I was looking for, he asked well....what are you looking for? I laid it out for him and he went to work. He got Shawn involved (one of the sales managers), next thing I know they located A vehicle EXACTLY how I described it, New Titanium Focus with a list of bells and whistles. I mean to the "T". I was taken aback...Wow. We sat down and talked terms, these guy's offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. Hold up..the exact car I want..at the price I want...NO WAY. I was offered the best deal ever of all my 55 years of car purchasing, so much so, I had to utter..."so this is how the other half lives" Wow...Great Job Guy's, I will definitely recommend Sunland Ford to anyone. We leased a 2015 edge. The lease was good and the sales staff were fair. After arriving home with the vehicle we found there were calcified water spots on the Windows. I attempted cleaning the windows several time with little success. I called a couple of days later to the service department to find out what to do. I explained to the service employee I had just leased the car and what was wrong. I was extremely disappointed when he told me I should call Safelight glass. I advised him I had just leased the vehicle and that it should be taken care of by the dealer. He told me he had never heard of this proble before. I called back and asked for the sales manager I dealt with on the purchase. I was told he was off for the day. The young lady who answered the phone (don't remember her name) asked if she could help. I explained the problem and with in 20 minutes she called me back and provided me with the name and telephone number for your detail department. I called and spoke with Sal who set and appointment for the next day and he had the windows cleaned within an hour.

I took my newly purchased Edge which I just LOVE, I some how did a master reset on the phone sync system and could not get it to work again. The service personnel were just excellent the re programmed my phone in no time at all while I waited with coffee and donuts. The donuts were great the coffee not so much.:) All in all a great experience.

We bought a 2014 Ford focus at our local dealership in Barstow and unfortunately the dealership change hands sometime after the purchase. the new company is just not with the old one used to be. We. took the car in for some problems we were having they said there was nothing wrong with it when it was clearly obvious there was. so we decided to take it to Sunland and they found the problem fixed it give us a rental why the car was being serviced and it was great even with the inconvenience of having to drive nearly 40 miles one way to have the repairs done it was well worth it.

I was traveling from Carson City to Tecate to meet friends for a two week trip exploring Baja when the service engine light on the dash lit up. I stopped at the Ford dealership in Victorville for a quick diagnosis. . . the thermostat was going bad and sticking open. the service department had me back on the road in a few hours at a reasonable cost for parts and labor. I had cruise control added to my 2014 F150 in addition to an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I dealt with Larry in Service and I cannot remember the name the guy in parts (Larry would know). They were both professional and friendly. They worked as a team and got the job done. The service facility is excellent and all and all the experience was excellent.I do have a warranty problem that we have to workout later (Air bag light that comes on intermittently) Larry gave me direction on taking care of the problem.

To tell the truth, you are a wonderful dealership. Another dealership (dodge) kept us all day and into the night pressure selling by bringing out a cheaper truck every time after all else failed in their attempt at salesmanship they would have a manager attempt to make a sale without a break in price just cheaper truck and more pressure. The fine folks at Sunland Ford even dress like they should unlike that other place where the men all wore old men shoes and the women high heels and high boots with high heels and short skirts. I had 2 recall issues to resolve. Both were done in a timely manner at one appointment. Instead of making us wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to the mall from the delearship --the manager tasked another employee who took my party and another party to our destinations. We were picked up from the mall in a timely manner when my vehicle's service was completed. I have to drive an hour to get to this dealership, so this was so appreciated!

I have a 2012 Fiesta with the transmission problem that causes lurching, almost stalling. Sunland Ford was more than happy to fix this for me, and also paid for a rental car for my time without my own car. I was very pleased with their service. The only complaint I have is that my clock on my car now is dated January 2012, and I do not know how to bring it up to date. I feel they could have adjusted my clock for me before returning my car to me. The car runs awesomely well now by the way!!

I went in after having a flat tire on the freeway that resulted in a brake in the ABS wire by that tire. It was on a Monday just before lunch so very busy. A very pleasant woman named Shirley help get things started to fix the problem. She asked if anything else needed to be checked I told her I needed an oil change while it was here. I had to make some phone calls to cancel appointments she told me she would call me later on to let me know cost and how long. When she called me she let me know my brakes needed to be fixed I told her go ahead and okay if she kept it over night I told her fine. when I picked up my Escape the next day the bill was lower the expected of course I was pleased. My experience was terrific. They made my stressful day calmer thank you Shirley and team.

I had made my appointment On Line and was there a little early. I did have to wait a few minutes before I was helped but that was because Larry L. was helping another customer. My vehicle was serviced and waiting for me when I returned. I was asked if I wanted my truck washed and I did so another couple minute wait but worth it. First off let me say I love my car 2012 fusion ..... The reason for the one star rating is the service is a joke. When they're selling you a car they tell you how great the extended triple play warrantee is. And I quote it keeps your car looking like brand-new. Unfortunately that couldn't be further from the truth I have brought my car in on three separate occasions for service and each time it was not covered under warranty.The first was for a paintless dent removal, The second is for a chipped windshield, and the third was for tires. All of these should be covered under the triple play warranty according to the salesman. Every time I've came, their service quote me a timeframe and it's always one to two hours later when I get my car back. there's been a recall on my car in the last three times I've came for service they have not even brought it up. To me it seems like there should be a red flag in their system, this car hasn't had a recall yet! This one was the final straw I called this morning they told me to bring it in for the recall and they would check my tire which I did. They called me and told me that the tire was not covered under warranty so I could pick it up. When I got to the clerk they had not done the recall and guess what? an additional 45 min. At this point I'm still waiting for manager which said he be back in five minutes and that was 10 minutes ago. These last three experiences are enough to make me never buy a Ford model ever again. My advice stick with Toyota they know what's going on.

Went in for a 2015 Mustang, ended up with a 2016 Mustang instead. Salesman, Robert Scott, was great, no pressure at all. They didn't have the one that I wanted, but found it at another dealer and got it way before they told me it would get here. Was told by Tuesday, instead it was delivered the same night. Mike in finance was amazing as well. The only problem I had was getting the alarm installed since they couldn't do it that day. Almost 2 weeks later and I still don't have it done and nobody has called to schedule it. If not for that fact, my rating would be higher.

Brake fluid level and anti freeze radiator fluid level were checked and given an "okay/green" status during the routine oil change service (The Works), but were actually below the minimum level. My car gave me the warning alert from the dashboard 2 days after the completed service. So I had to refill fluids, myself. Do your technicians actually check the fluid levels? Or do they just pencil whip the maintenance report to reflect that they checked them, but actually didn't?

Everything was fine as far as the work that was done to my truck this time. In my opinion I think it took a little longer than expected. The truck was towed in for a 1pm emergency appointment on Tuesday 8-4-15 due to my check engine light coming on and the truck stalling. They did not look at it till the next day and then told me they would have to order the part. I was able to get a rental truck on Wednesday afternoon and my truck was ready for pick up on Friday morning 8-7-15. Overall I was happy with the service but felt I could of taken a day less.

Everything went well... from the courtesy shuttle service, having the repairs explained to me by the service manager and a Senior Discount. I have a 2002 original owner vehicle which I purchased at Sunland, have had all the service work performed exclusively at Sunland, and have always been satisfied. As a result, my Ford Explorer is still running strong with 140,000 miles on it. I always get compliments on how well it looks and runs!!!

I had a good sales experience at Sunland. I was not pressured to buy, it was just time. My car was 12 years old and things were starting to go downhill. Coach helped me get what seems to be a good car so far. No high pressure sales. My only complaint is I left the lot with only 1/4 tank of gas. I think you guys should have filled it. Also within 2 months it needed an oil change. That should have been up to date also. Thats all.

I was told that it could take several hours to complete because there were 5 trucks in front of me, but they completed the service in a little less than 2 hours and they washed the car for me and that saved me a trip to a car wash.

On May 7, 2015 I picked up my 2013 Ford Transit Connect Truck after it was repaired. At that time, I noticed that the driver's side rear door wiper arm had been broken off. I discussed this with the service rep, Larry Largent. He researched the matter and said that it had been broken off during the post repair car wash. He made a notation on my invoice and told me that the part would be ordered and that i would be notified when it came in. Now I do not drive that many miles on any of my vehicles, on a week to week basis. At about the end of the first week in June I happened to be using the Transit and noticed the broken wiper. A few days later I was driving in the local area and i made an unannounced stop at Sunland Ford. I found Larry and after a short delay (he was completing the paperwork on a previous transaction) I discussed the matter with him. He remembered the incident and went off to find out what had happened. I went over to the service area waiting room and about 15-20 minutes later the part was found and installed on the truck.Now yes, it is obvious that the "ball was dropped' on this one. However, the part was not a critical item or a safety concern. I very rarely used the rear wiper systems on any of my vehicles. Also the weather up until that time had been clear. I have had all of my Ford vehicles serviced at Sunland for over the last 10 years. Each time I have been there, I have noticed the large traffic flow through the service department. So I fully understand and appreciate the workload on each of the service reps. Once Larry understood the situation he went off to find out what had happened. He kept me informed of his progress and before very long the part was found and installed on the truck. All in all it was a very positive experience. It compliments all of my previous interactions with Sunland Ford. To me, this was just a simple case of human error. The part was there but I was never notified. I have be known to forget things myself. So as far as I'm concerned this does not diminish in any way my high opinion of Sunland Ford commitment to its customers.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Connect from Sunland Ford in mid to late June 2013. I have had no problems with the vehicle since the purchase date. I have been very satisfied with the vehicle since day one.On Tuesday afternoon, Mar 10th, the "service engine soon" light came on. It happened with only 9.535 miles on the odometer. I was a bit startled but not all that worried about it at that time. I completed my immediate business in Victorville and drove over to Sunland Ford to speak with a service rep. When I arrived I spoke with Larry Largent. After hearing my situation his first question was "How is the vehicle running?". I told him that it was operating just like it did before the light came on. After a few more questions we both agreed that it would be safe to use the vehicle that evening and bring it in the following morning. I arrived at Sunland at 0715 hrs the following morning with 9,562 miles on the odometer. I contacted Larry and we discussed the situation again and he filled out the necessary paperwork. He gave me a copy of the work request sheet with an estimate of $115.00. He mentioned that if the problem was caused by a mechanical component then the warranty should cover it. He informed me of Sunland's policy of providing transportation both to and from my home. At 0730 hrs, I coordinated my request for transport with the young woman at the desk. I had already known that the driver's did not come to work until 0800 hrs. I sat in the lounge and by 0815 we were enroute to my home. I only live 2.3 miles from Sunland Ford.Later that morning Larry called to inform me that the problem was a "chewed on" wire above the fuel tank. He told me that this was a situation that would not be covered under the warranty. He mentioned that it was most likely a rodent issue. I told him that yes I did have ground squirrels in the area where the vehicle was normally parked. I told him to make the necessary repairs and call again when the repairs are completed with the amount due. Later that afternoon he called again to inform me that the vehicle was fixed and the bill would be $366.52. At the same time he asked if I would require a ride back to Sunland Ford. I told him, yes I would need a ride. About 20-25 minutes later I receive a call from the driver saying he was enroute to my house and should be there in about 10 minutes. I finished my work, went outside and within a few minutes he arrived. Once we got back to Sunland I went inside to pay my bill. This only took a few minutes and shortly afterwards my vehicle was brought back out and i was able to drive home.All in all it was a very good experience. But then I have come to expect that from Sunland. Since my retirement in July 1992 I have owned three Ford's and have had each one serviced at Sunland. The first was a 1992 Ford Escort Station Wagon which I still own and operate. The second was a 1998 Ford Escort Sport that I purchased used in 2002 and kept until a transmission problem rendered it cost ineffective to repair. This happened just before I purchased the Ford transit. I used the 1998 Ford as a trade in to purchase the Ford Transit in 2013So I can say that, over the past 22+ years I have dealt with Sunland Ford's Parts Dept, Service Dept and Sales. I have been very satisfied with each and intend to continue coming back to Sunland for any automotive problems that I might have in the future.

The staff in Quick Lane, Norman and Jill were terrific! They are so kind and courteous to customers and work well together.One negative ...Sunland does NOT stock Continental tires. My Escape had these tires, but, out of need, I had to go with Pirellis. Fortunately, the bad tire was covered and I only had to pay for 1 tire. This is not the first time this has happened. When a tire cannot be fixed and a replacement will not be in until the next day, well, you're stuck.

Great staff from top to bottom. I can honestly say that every Sunland employee I dealt with was more than professional, extremely helpful, and above all genuine and friendly to both my wife and I. To top it off, I could find a better price in a 75 mile radius. I will make the 1 hour+ drive the next time I buy a vehicle.

We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid. We have been car shopping for about a month. Scott, your internet guy, tracked one down that was in transit to San Diego and had the color interior and exterior we were looking for; apparently an rare color combination. He then had it transferred up to your store and when we came in we were treated so nicely by Richard and Scott both that the natural conclusion, after my wife drove it and loved it of course, was to purchase the car. She is loving the high miles per gallon. Thank you for making our experience an enjoyable one.

Have bought all my new cars there for the past 21 years. Quick lane staff is excellent. Service writers could use a little more automobile knowledge or knowledge in writing service tickets that actually explain what the customer has told them. More than once I have had to take my vehicle to be fixed elsewhere because the communication between the service writer and the tech doing the work was so poor. Will continue to purchase my vehicle's there but not so sure about other than warranty repairs.

I was not willing to take my husband's truck to Sunland for service. We had a very bad experience with my Ford Taurus at this dealer but my husband assured they were under new management. The F-150 has been in for service twice and we have been very happy with the courteous staff and The good work.

If I could choose my neighbors they would include Norman and Jill! I started the day with a flat tire, drove white knuckled to Sunland Ford where I was greeted cheerfully. The flat tire was repaired quickly and, because I was so embarrassed by my car being dirty, I was treated to a car wash. Norman and Jill made an unpleasant situation pleasant. Thank you for them and fixing the tire!

I recently purchased a 2014 f150 xlt. Upon our entrance of the dealership we were confronted by 3 helpful car salesmen. our intention was to buy a 2010 vehicle which was not available. We were upset because we had gone to other dealerships with no luck either. The difference here though was they brought us over and explained the deals and rebates on the newer trucks. Thorough this experience we were helped by three diffrent people all of which worked together Great. Friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed wes in the finance office he really made the end processing feel less stressful. Thank you ford!

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with every detail was with Sunland Ford. I purchased a 2015 Mustang GT Premium with the 50 year package, which was a longtime coming. I first became interested with the debut of the 2014 Mustang as I learned of a complete redesign of the Mustang for 2015 my mind was made up, I wanted the 2015. The sales person, Mark Thompson, I worked with kept me up to date with every update and detail Ford put about about the 2015 He walked me through the ordering process all the way to driving it off the lot. The whole Sunland Ford team was so excited for me it was just amazing!!

I gave sunland 4 chances to make to make a deal that Fairview ford was willing to do. I wanted to buy a car in the same city i lived in to support the city of victorville. I have been driving and buying cars for 36 years. And have never experienced such bad service as i did at Sunland ford. I was there to buy a 2015 Fiesta ST for commuting to work. They wouldn't work with me and would not return phone calls. I drove to Fairview ford and bought my new car. Was treated much better. I then had a concern about my new car so i called Sunland ford service dept and asked about the concern i had. I was treated very poorly. They didn't help me out at all. I was very disappointed with the service i got. I then called Fairview. They answered my question on the concern i had and gave me a appointment to have my car looked at the very next day. Even after reading all the bad reviews about Sunland ford i still tryed giving them a chance. The people that gave the bad reviews were right. Its really ashame that i have to drive 40+ miles to buy and service my new car.

I have been going to this dealership with new cars since 2010. First I brought a Raptor in to them for some valve issues. They had my truck for 17 days before even looking at it. When they were finally done with it they damaged my hood and had to have a repair done on a brand new specialty vehicle. When I picked it up I had noticed that they had taken it off road as the whole undercarriage was caked with mud and the interior was filthy. I also noticed an extra 100 miles on my odo. They never remedied the issues. Next I have taken a 2011 mustang in and out of the shop for various reasons since 2011. Every time I take it in, it leaves with new issues or just not fixed at all. I have caught them saying they have done maintenance that has never been done. This includes them "changing" a cabin air filter that I checked when I got home to discover they never did. They have locked my keys in the vehicle to waste a day of work and when they attempted to unlock the door they tear my window molding. They have caused damage to the way my $2k 1 off carbon fiber hood closes because they do not know how to operate hood pins. I have also had them lose clips and just toss anything it it's place. I had a maintenance package which it would be seen every 5k miles. They were supposed to rotate tires and inspect. I bought brand new tires which were never inspected or rotated and as such, a bad alignment wore them down in 4 months. Within that time frame it had been at Ford 3 times. All of which the tires were "inspected". They refused to take blame for their wreck less endangerment of myself and others who drove around me. This last issue involved taking a Mustang in for a small clunk in the rear end during the acceleration. They had the vehicle for 10 days and then I demanded it back since it was sitting. I then took it back during a cruise which I would be gone for 5 days. They don't start working on it until 3 days into the cruise and then when I get back, find out they were not covering the part because the cars gear ratio was coded incorrectly. They will rip you off every chance they get. Beware

I took my F150 truck in to have the air conditioning repaired. The first time it cost me "590.00 for labor and to replace some kind of line and it only worked one day! I took it back in and was basically told it didn't work properly because the engine needed air filters, etc.; this was another 580.00 and it only worked one day! Today, I took it back in and they want to charge me $350.00 for an additional part with an additional $400.00 in labor. I had to rent a car the first time but could not afford to rent a car for the next two times. They have not offered any consolation for my inconvenience or their mistakes for misdiagnosing and overcharging me for what they have "not" done! I took my truck to the "Dealer" as I was confident they would be able to fix my air conditioning with no problem. I was wrong!

I brought my car in for service and service is what I got. My service advisor was Larry and he treated me GREAT. He kept his promise with me on the time I'll be there and his manager Chuck came out to say hi and made sure I was taken care of. I'll be bringing my vehicle back here for sure, thanks to Larry and Chuck.

I got on the internet and ask for a price on a used F-150 they had on their website. They sent me a great price and called me to set up an appointment. They said the will pull the car around and have it waiting for me. Sure enough when I got to the dealership the truck was pulled up with my name in it (nice touch). I w Cochalked end the gave me the price that they quoted me and got me out fast. If your looking for a great deal with great customer service go to Sunland Ford. They keep their word and to me that is refreshing from the car business. Coach was my sales person and he was great. Thanks Sunland and Thanks Coach.

I hate to do this, I really do, as someone who grew up with Fords, and has been a Ford fan his whole life, it pains me that it has come to this. But I have to be honest and help warn anyone who is contemplating using Sunland Ford. My 2012 focus needed a new engine, which wasn't going to be covered by warranty. It was unfortunate but I wasn't going to fight this. Sunland made absolutely no attempt at easing this situation, not even offering a rental car, nothing, just basically a "too bad for you". So after two weeks of trying to figure out what the problem was with the car I got a call saying that they are going to have to order a new engine. After waiting almost three weeks, I get a call saying that the engine had come in, this was on a Monday, on Thursday after hearing nothing, my wife calls and we are told the car hasn't even entered the shop yet to be serviced. So after over a month, they get the new engine and then basically decide that my car can wait until it's convenient for them. As there way of "apologizing" I asume, they finally offered a rental car, much too little much too late. we are told they are going to start working on the car right away, this is Thursday, guess what the car wasn't ready until Friday of the next week, to no ones surprise. Six weeks and $5600 later we finally get our car back. Avoid this place, our "customer service " rep Silvia seemed completely clueless to everything and the "Customer Service" manager was equally clueless. Looking at the shape of the sales lot, I'd be surprised if this place was in business another year, so save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. If you really need a Ford, Citrus motors in Ontario was liked by my parents. I have personally dealt with the sales and service departments of Valley-Hi Honda, and Rancho Motor company in Victorville, both are FAR superior and I suggest going to either of those for your new car purchase.

We visited this dealership just to make sure that we were doing a thorough search for the best car and best deal, and we almost bought from them. The salesman we worked with was great, very friendly, and willing to go out of his way for us. When he thought we were going to buy the car, he was out there washing it himself, at night, in the freezing wind, to make sure it was clean when we took it home (their detailer had gone home already). He was really wonderful. The manager, on the other hand, was not. We definitely felt like he was looking to his bottom line. All the other dealers we worked with seemed to give us reasonable deals up front, and then there was a little discussion about the details. This was a manager that we would have to haggle with. He even offered us less for our trade-in car than the auto wreckers quoted us. We didn't like working with him.Overall, I'm not sure whether or not to recommend this dealer. The salesman was great, and I really hope he gets hired somewhere better. For his sake I'd send people to this dealer. Just keep your eye on the manager, when you're getting down to the negotiating.
